We liked the kitchen The ocean view loved it also the balcony was perfect the 2 pools the hot tub was amazing with the lights the lazy river the bar the front guys helped us get our things to the room n from the room when we left n great room service when we was gone n came back definitely would stay again I rather have had a lower floor than the 15th floor but my granboys loved being up high A big ass spider

The staff There was bed bugs and I got a line of red dots on my leg

Right on the ocean Carpet in hallways were filthy!!! Rooms on the south side difficult to sleep due to very loud live ba d every night until 11pm.

Oceanfront room and the lounge Room was dirty and had roaches in our room

The cleanliness We thought we booked the ocean view which is what it said during the booking but it was only the side view

Walk to beach Room wasn’t clean and housekeeper stole $100 cash from the room

The location is unbeatable if you love the beach. The outdoor pool deck leads directly to the sand. The outdoor bar, Ocean Annie's (not a part of the hotel), is attached to the pool deck and has live music until 10pm. Inside the hotel is the resort bar that was lively and busy both nights of our stay. Some aspects of the resort are dated, and money needs to be spent to correct these problems. Pool tiles were missing, carpets in certain areas need replacing, minor repairs in the rooms, and around the resort need addressing.

They have great staff downstairs you have a bar then you have a club you have karaoke the whole thing is completely nice oceanfront Street front easy access they bikers parking That the room sweats when the balcony doors open well mines did but they let you know ahead of time not to leave them open.

Love the amenities, location

I loved the location, staff were very friendly. Having the inside pool, outside pool, jacuzzi & lazy river was definitely a plus. 2 bars & live music was awesome as well! I didn’t like how the room floor was very dirty if you walk around without shoes on, the bottom of your feet will turn black. The bathroom could have cleaned better as well.

My room was not as clean as it could have been. Floors were dirty, dust all over. My husband and I slept on top of the towels because the blankets were not clean.. that's the only disappointment we had

the location next to the beach and the pools The room was dirty upon arrival . It was not maintained and maintenanced or house cleaned for the price I payed and the staff had rude attitudes. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed.

Staff was rude except for the I guess you would call the bellhops. Trying to park was terrible! Would never go back The only thing good was the location

Everything This lady asked if she could braid my fiancé hair and then charged her afterwords. She did not tell her that it cost money or that it was a company for the hotel .

The location. I feel that this hotel’s website was very misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. The room was run down, and the carpet was sticky and visibly dirty. The sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom tile and shower walls were dirty with visible old mildew. In addition, the housekeeping staff was very unprofessional. They were loud in the hallways, speaking negatively about other guests, and did not greet anyone respectfully. They knocked on the door aggressively while yelling “HOUSEKEEPING,” which was very uncomfortable. There were also guests across from our room fighting loudly every night, and despite the disturbances, hotel management did nothing to address the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not at all what was advertised online.

The staff was great and the location was as well. The room we had, 805 had a slide door that didn’t work so it was hard to open and enjoy the balcony view

The layout of the room was good. It was very spacious and comfortable. Although I had an oceanview, the deck/patio roof where the live band was playing was blocking my view of the ocean. It would have been better if I were a floor or two higher.

The location The live band was extremely loud and went all hours, our room had a table with broken glass on it (and I had my kids with me!), dishes were dirty in the room and there were ants in the closet on the 10th floor

The breakfast was very good and the location is perfect. I loved everything and planning on book again real soon.

I loved the fact it is beachfront. The restaurant is nice and the food was really good. The entertainment was fun and we had lots of fun. My daughter wanted a spa day and she called the number and they never called her back.

Holtel is getting dated. Could use a remodel

Everything was easy accessible ..Elevators where fast. Bathrooms are near by pool areas and beach and very clean. I like that it has a restaurant and out side bar.. i love it provides bell hop. They were amazing . I can't think of anything

The condo was nice..but definitely need some updating on decor..kind of dilapidated..but the view and setup of condo was beautiful!..loved that there is a club where I can walk straight to my room from!..overall I recommend The decor..could be updated

The amenities were nice The room was not the room I booked then the balcony door would not open so they moved me got in that room the heat did not work they did not come in to clean at all we had to keep going to the front to get clean towels n toiletries. There was no latch on the door which is an hazard unless we didn’t forget to lock the door manually anyone could have came in the room.

I started staying at ocean Annie’s a few years ago and I’ll choose here everytime now. It’s very clean. The room we stayed in this time was so cute and had lots of updates. Beds were comfortable and it had a normal fridge and stove. The location is great! The live music is always fun and the bartenders have excellent customer service and make some tasty drinks. Staff is outstanding As many times as I’ve stayed at ocean Annie’s there’s nothing I do not like.

Me and my fiance been coming to this place for 2 years now it's our favorite place to stay at Myrtle Beach when we visit the place is clean everyone and staff are friendly and very helpful shopping or restaurants are fun activities are close it's a cool place thank you ocean Annie's will be back soon

How is always available and it accommodates the masses. My family and I are always together because of this resort. The checking in was kind of hectic but I think it was cause they were short staffed and over booked. But they were so kind.

The location was perfect; plenty of different seafood places and a great view of the beach. Beds were comfortable. After 10 minutes of walking on the floor after checking in, our feet were black as if we'd been walking through coal. I usually hate walking barefoot on hotel floors, but took a chance as the floor *looked* clean for the most part. The second night we stayed we discovered a roach running across the kitchen area. We didn't have any open food in the room and where there's one, there's another... Guys at the bar definitely under poured on the alcohol in both of my drinks. Ordered the same thing as my husband and I definitely ended up paying for a cup of juice vs his drink, which I could definitely taste the alcohol.

I didn't like how we was greeted when we pulled up I didn't like how no one ever came to my room to ask if I needed anything or if I wanted it cleaned I didn't like how I tried to call them for towels and washcloths and was hung up on by Style or no one picked up forever I had to go by my own stuff until they picked up the phone to give me more washcloths and towels IpI was there for 3 days

I BOOKED AN OCEAN FRONT AND THEY DID NOT GIVE US OCEAN FRONT... OTHER THAN THAT... IT WAS CLEAN, SERVICE WAS GOOD, BEDS WERE VERY COMFY. THEY HAVE A SERVICE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TO HAVE YOUR THINGS MOVED FROM YOUR CAR TO YOUR ROOM/ROOM TO YOUR CAR. MY ROOM NOT BEING OCEAN FRONT
