Location The beds were uncomfortable, covers dirty. Bugs was crawling under door. Huge gap underneath door. Check was at 11. But someone kept coming to door or peeking in to see if we were gone. And this was at 10am.

the property is was near to the beach. First of all.. I will not recomment this hotel. … last month on 4th of july I was suppose to stay there. As soon i we got into the room my husband check for bedbugs. We saw one death and the other one going into the baseboard alive. So we decide to cancel my reservation , i undertand that the reservation was unrefundable but they charge me 320(160 for each room) for early checking . Which later i found out that they were only supposed to charge me 45 pero room. Which i still waiting for a refund. I alwys ask to talk to the manager and they always says “we are in to the case”. also there was a kid working in that hotel which i think is inappropiate. DO NOT STAY THERE

The bathrooms were so nice and i loved how it was right by the beach I think the bed area could be a little updated but it’s not bad at all

I like how they had ice cream in the shop under the hotel and the employees were really nice I seen a couple roaches when I was there at the hotel inside the microwave. Our TV was cracked down the left side of it or had a line that went all the way down it our air conditioner dripped water into the floor of the actual room and outside on the walkway, but they put something underneath outside, but I had to put a towel in front of it inside the room and beds weren’t very comfy but another thing I didn’t like after booking it through a firm through booking.com. I made an agreement through booking.com for this room it was approved. I’ve been paying payments on it. I get to the hotel to check in and I’m told I was not charged the correct tax amount of money so he charges me another 200 and some dollars on top of the 1500 I was already paying through booking once signed an agreement stating that’s what I’m gonna pay. It shouldn’t have been changed. It should’ve been on booking or it should’ve been on the Hotel‘s responsibility to make sure that that was charged the correct amount to begin with And mine was no cancellation so there was nothing I can do about it except pay it and I barely had any money as it was so that was not cool and I was very upset about it and I still am because I feel like I was cheated

The pool and it's proximity to the beach make it worth while. The staff was very friendly.The bathrooms had been remodeled and it was nice The beds and room furniture need updating.

How near the beach is The front desk attendants. The website says check out is at 11:00 when I did it he was very confrontational saying you are late, check out is at 10:00,

The room was like a dorm room. No closet, no kitchen, no sitting area, no safe, no lamp, no nothing. TV was in Spanish with English settings. The bathroom was super small. There were 3 full/queen beds. The one bed I slept in was uneven and was leaning.

Paid in full before arrival just to be told that a resort fee still needed to be paid at check in which was not stated online as well as the price that was in the computer did not match the total price of the room that I saw online at all. It rained and had heavy wind which came into our room due to faulty window seal

The guy there told me that i had to pay a extra $95 as resort fee. At the end i ended up paying almost 300$ for a disgusting motel. Just the outside looks s lil nice but the room are disastrous.

They literally try to scam you out of your money! I booked a room with 3 double beds and was almost there to check in and they called asking how many people I had with me. The room sleeps 6! They told me I booked for 2 people... but I paid for a room with 3 double beds! Literally this booking was for one night only and they told me I had to pay an additional 48$ and change per person extra if we wanted to stay. I told them no that that was ridiculous when I already paid $162 for the room. Now I can’t get Expedia or the hotel to refund our money. Everytime I call the hotel staff is rude and says Expedia has to refund and Expedia says the hotel is to refund but I have to get the manager to approve. They won’t even tell me the managers last name! Just George and that he didn’t have time to deal with me. Worst experience ever!! Had to find and pay for another hotel for the night.

The hotel put a $270 charge on my card and will not tell me why. I've called them 5 times and they haven't given a reason or refunded me.

This property is definitely not worth the money you pay for it. We arrived early but had to wait til 3pm to check in(which was our check in time and this was ok) for the room to be cleaned, well it was not clean when we went in. It was nasty, we took the hotel towel to clean the floor and it was black by the time we were done cleaning, the bathroom was disgusting and still had dirt and sand in the tub from previous renter. The water would not drain in the shower and the bedding was nasty and stained.

When we stayed our room was dirty and their was a drink left in the fridge.... then at 7:00am we herd kids screaming in front of our door we ask the person in the office to tell them to be quite but nobody didn’t come to their door and not to mention the pool guy making so much loud at 9:00am as well very awful and wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay there

Hotels.com needs to somehow evaluate the places to allow in their website. I’m very disappointed with this hotel. In one word the is DISGUSTING.

Unfortunately we ended at the' Atlantic North Motel'. This place was dirty, sheets had old stains, the AC had to be repaired and the shower was backing up; we did not feel comfortable taking a shower after spending the afternoon at the beach. As as user of Expedia form most of my vacation the last several years, I suggest you don't recommend this place or even remove it from your options. Thank you.

Our room smelled like an ashtray, no remote for the TV, no outlet in the bathroom for straightener/blow dryer. The hot water knob in the shower got so hot after about 2 minutes, you had to use the one washcloth provided to turn it off! I didn’t sleep at all due to other patrons partying until 6 am and the horrible smell of the room.

Checked into room and bed was hanging off the frame, then I looked at the towels and they were all stained dirty and only had two when there was three of us so I asked for new cleans ones at 2 pm when I checked in and I didn’t receive clean towels till 9:30 am on checking out day after I had to complain because he tried to say they still didn’t have clean towels!!!!! Room was not clean, Dirty and mold in mini fridge, broken microwave and replaced with dirty microwave, no remote to tv, ice machine broken. Called in the morning to speak to manager front desk claimed he would be in in the afternoon. Called again later for the same front desk person to claim he was the manager.

The location was great, I liked the view of the beach , it was walking distance for Everything I wanted to do. The rooms could use some maintenance and could be cleaner. But you get what you pay for.

This hotel was pretty close to the beach, which was nice. However, the room was not very nice. It smelled as if the cleaning solution was pinsol or something like that. Which is not very good for people (like me) who have allergies and asthma. The bathroom was so small l you can’t even stand up straight from the toilet because the sink is in the way. The toilet paper was soaking wet just by one shower. The hot water took about 10-15 minutes to turn hot. I could go on and on, but basically you get what you pay for.

Well the view from our balcony was awesome!!! We could see the all the way down Oceanview Dr. N there waslike a truck on Sunday night...that. was prettycoolall shapes, models n colors .....all.dressed out n pimped out....lol. but there was roaches!!!!! N the owner was rude n made us leave . Was suppose to give us 1 free nigth....look someonr needs to me so we can talk about. I believe we should b reimbursed r giving a free paid trip of our choice!!!! My purse medications money phone credit card everything n my purse... n my Cheryl credit card was used to purchase items n fromAmazon n we have " PROOF of the items being delievered the next day... the was acamera that was a perfect viewing of our room that day my ourse was STOLEN.... T he "OWENER" REFUSED TO LET US VIEW THE VIDEO N STEAD MADE US LEAVE N THE NIGHT HE MADE US LEAVE I HAD A REFUND OF 168.00 THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO B RETURNED TO MY ACCOUT N ITS NEVER BEEN RECIEVED THERE WAS A LADY NAMED ANN N SHE WAS ALSO AN EMPLOYEE THERE N SHE WAS WITNESS TO THE PACKAGE FROM AMAZON BEING DELIVERED N THEY ARE FRIENDS N SO SHE GAVE HER THE PACKAGE AFTER TELL CHERYL N I.....IT WAS DREAM OF MINE N CHERYLS TO GO TO MYRTLE BEACH.....
