The property is not clean , the rooms are ok the view is great and the stuff are great

Staff was great but the room wasn’t what the picture showed not unless the pictures were taken when it was built. The counter top where the sink is was dirty, the microwave was filthy and the air conditioner was broke and so loud they had to come and replace it. The door to the balcony kept coming off the track. Was not happy at all! For the price I paid I won’t stay again.

Close to beach Not enough parking, pull out couch was hard and uncomfortable, our room AC was extremely loud and room did not look like advertised on website

It had everything on site that you needed. If you never wanted to leave the property, you didn’t need to. The room was beautiful and everything I expected. The pool bar was GREAT! The bathroom in the pool bar wasn’t kept up with as it should have been by housekeeping. I wish the room floors would have been cleaned daily or been provided a broom to do it myself.

air conditioner wasn't working properly the air conditioner was also leaking all over the balcony and the balcony above was dripping down to ours the room wasn't the same i booked online customer service wasn't answering phone and desk was empty

It was clean They didn’t mention it was construction on the beach directly in front of the property ALL night & you had to walk a country mile to actually get on the beach

I didn’t like trying to unwind and relax on the balcony and both ppl beside me in rooms also on the balcony and they are smoking . I could never enjoy my time on the balcony.

The room was perfect! It was super clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Staff were wonderful we had amazing drinks made by super friendly and welcoming bartenders. Music was also very relaxing and set the tone for vacation vibes.
