The staff was super nice and we couldn’t be more excited about being so close to the Myrtle Beach pelicans baseball stadium. We stay there on a Sunday night and we’re able to walk to the game and back in less than a minute. It was awesome.

This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me. Every noise I heard so clearly through the walls. Every time a door even opened. Any noise from outside even, it felt as though it was just a bed placed in the parking lot from everything I could hear. It was awful and I would do anything for my money back. I didn’t get a lick of sleep because I was too scared to fall asleep, but also too scared to walk out to my car alone at night because of all of the truck drivers using the parking lot as a camp site.

Very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the room was about $300 per night. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price. The room also felt dirty, like it had only been lightly cleaned and things were just pushed under the beds instead of properly cleaned. The bathtub didn’t drain correctly, so water would just sit there and we literally had to push the water toward the drain with our feet, which was strange and frustrating. The bed squeaked loudly every time you moved, making it hard to sleep. Our room was also located right next to a main door that slammed extremely loud every time someone used it, so there was constant noise. We also had a baby with us, and the door slamming kept waking the baby up, which made the night even more difficult. Even the outside areas looked poorly maintained, with cigarette butts everywhere, which didn’t give a great impression. For $300 a night, I expected a clean, well-maintained, and quiet room. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the price at all.

When I asked for housekeeping daily, they said ok but they didn’t not come through with that. Heather was not the best customer service rep. I also asked for more towels anathema didn’t comply.

Excellent stay. Easy access from interstate. Very close to attractions (Broadway at the Beach) Quiet. Wonderful staff. Water was HOT. (which I loved)

The hallway was extremely warm on my floor. The rooms were air conditioned, but the hallway air wasn’t. The thermostat reading was 77 degrees. I reported it to the front desk, but they said maintenance had left for the evening.

(About 20 min. away). Quick and friendly front desk during check in. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Lobby bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night, which we thought was a little early. Broadway on the Beach is across the road (approx. 10 min walk) where there are many food and drink options. Would stay here again.

But view and location was good Didn't like the fact that the bathroom had no ventilation vents that worked. Also after a long drive and a good time hanging out till 1:00 am, we was awaken in panic due to a fire alarm system going off in the hotel around 2:30or 3am. Jumping out of bed scrambling for clothes and had to be evacuated outside for at least 25 to 30 minutes. After returning to the room I couldn't sleep anymore and had to drive 3.5 hours home the next morning. Upon checking out and asking the front desk what happened , they laughed and said it was a water leak. No discount was offered for that inconvenience like most hotels will offer, or no other accommodations was offered .

Our room, lobby, common areas, outside seating and pool were very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend. Perfect location near restaurants and shopping. Very close to Ripken ball fields

Good price,Very lowkey hotel. Didn’t like that the shower was dirty, anytime we would turn on the sink water to brush our teeth it smelled like sewer.

Checked in early. We were put in a room for handicapped that was not needed. The bed was very low to floor and the mattress was horrible. When you played on it you sank to the floor. There was no microwave in the room. It was down the hall!!. No couch. Only a straight chair with ottoman!! Will not go back.

The water pressure in the room was terrible. The shower was just a bit better than a trickle. I asked the front desk to have someone check it and they told me they didn't think they could do anything about it. It was that way our entire stay. Also had to ask for the plastic bag for the ice bucket. DId not replenish coffee supplies but once during the stay.

Didn’t like people smoking right by front door. Area was dirty with cigarette butts and ashes. Couldn’t get umbrella up in pool area. Fitness center was good to excellent.

This was our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed it very much. Everything we wanted to do was across the street from the hotel. Bonus, it was one mile from the beach.

Close to Broadway on the Beach , near to hwy 17 and 17 bypass , and of course 501 . There is so much to do that is within a few minutes drive !

Staff was amazing. Friendly, efficient, offering great customer service. The property has seen better days. The door to the back parking lot doesn’t latch or even close all the way so I had some safety concerns. It was quiet as long as the hall was vacant. The bed and temp were comfortable and the room had plenty of towels available. Location is very close to food and entertainment. Flight crews seem to have deemed this location a favorite.

The HVAC was quiet. In fact, I didn’t even know it was on. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable and I got a good night sleep

That being said - the staff was amazing. Extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating - both PM and AM front desk associates. I’d go back just for that reason.

Check in was a breeze and ChristyAnn was delightful. Room and surroundings were perfect. Hallways looked as if new carpeting has recently been installed. Haven’t used the dining facility as of this writing, but we would highly recommend this property. 😀😀😀

Average hotel nothing special, barking dogs so not much sleep. Ignorant owners of dogs just letting bark all night ,usually stay away from pet friendly hotel because of this, my bad . Will not be back

The food and wine was way over priced. The breakfast sandwich was minus 2 ingredients as srated on the menu but the same price. They were out of it. The bun was microwaved so long i couldn't pick it up for 10 min.

Good location! I can walk right across the street to Broadway. It's a "No pets allowed" hotel, so that's an extra measure of cleanliness.

Cleaning service kept changing the thermostat in my room is the only complaint I have.

Hotel was clean, check in was fast and location was convenient to all the area attractions. Broadway at the Beach is across the street, there is a Target nearby to pickup snacks or anything you may have forgotten at home and area attractions are within about a 15 minute drive. We had daily housekeeping without having to ask for it which was a nice surprise. Only negatives in my opinion are the sink is outside the bathroom and the counter is very small so only one person can get ready at a time, no storage to put toiletries so we had to use the closet across from the sink. The pillows were not a normal size and a little hard. Overall, was satisfied with our 4 night stay.

This city was absolutely beautiful, so many fun activities around and the people were very friendly! 10/10 experience would recommend.

The property is not located at Broadway as the Beach as requested in the booking field. Also requested a hotel near The Carolina Opry and this was not close at all.

The staff at this Courtyard Marriott was excellent! From the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the housekeeping staff everyone was friendly and helpful and welcoming. Gold stars all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice beds and pillows. I also liked the microwave access on each floor.

Parking was great, rooms were clean and quiet.

This was the best place to stay at Myrtle Beach especially if you are looking for family oriented environment. Unlike ocean view hotels they are loud and not restful. This hotel is right across from broadway at the beach.

Great location, new beds and furniture. Hot water with good pressure. Great customer service.

Okay room, only issue was that the AC unit/air system did not seem to be controllable so was hot during the night
