This hotel is an extended stay hotel with very unsafe conditions. Drug addicts loitering on the property, room dogs not secured, no manager on the premises, lots of police activity in the parking lot. False advertisements and I suggest another hotel.

It was one of the worst stays at a hotel/Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The pictures advertised a balcony view with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. There were no tables and chairs. The property would not provide any, even though some in other rooms were not being used. There were dishes but no sponge to use. No toilet paper holder, no water pressure to take a shower or brush teeth, no hangers to hang shirts, there were pots and pans but nothing to help cook with, only 1 set of silverware for four plates, not even a table or chair to eat at if we cooked. The floor was filthy and dirty like it hadn't been washed or mopped. I saw one maintenance person using a squeegee to "mop," so who knows if they will use that method to "clean" the rooms? There was no one at the property to help, and messaging or calling took forever to get a response, which was primarily unhelpful. And to top it off, when asked if we could extend checkout by a hour, they were going to charge us more.

Right on the beach. Little hotel compared to others right on the beach. Nice pool. Text what you need like toilet paper and towels, and they will bring to you. No front desk, no problem. Felt safe and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Get the room with a balcony and live in paradise for your vacation.

This place was disgusting it was deceiving they look totally opposite of the pictures displayed It was nasty or bugs that were the dirt didn't look like they clean or stains on the sheets on the covers holes in the walls and out of the two different rooms if they didn't neither one had a working back glass sliding door lock only way to secure it was at the board.

i enjoy my room but the internet wasn’t good enough

Knew that there would be no room cleaning but it would have been nice to have access to a broom to clear the sand on the floor and a dumpster to take our trash to. There was a wad of hair hanging off the front door hinge. First room they tried to give us (#102) was awful; curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. We had to buy duct tape to keep the curtains closed in our room and hangers to hang our clothes. TV remote did not accept channel numbers; you had to scroll all the way from 10-70; can’t go directly to channel 35 if you wanted to. No fan in the bathroom. Could see daylight under the front door. Parking lot needs to be redesigned. There was a blue truck halfway blocking the entrance the entire week.

No water pressure couldn’t half take a shower. One bed had a massive hole or sunken down place in it . The toilet set was about to fall off I tightened it myself . The door wouldn’t hardly close I tightened the hinges . The floor was filthy. When it rained the rain beat on the air conditioner like kids beating on pots and pans kept us away most of night.

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed at and booked on here. Normally I get really good deals and good hotels off here. This was not the case. First room we were given when we got there was 216. It had mold all over it and didnt look like it was ever cleaned. I called to ask for a refund especially since I had a daughter of young age with me. They denied and argued then hung up on me before texting me back 30mins later a new room. After a lot of going around we went to check it out. No mold, but no shower door and broken glass in the bathroom. What a shame. They got a great view that is it for them. Trash is left all over the place and pool only cleaned once while I was there. This place is disgusting and I will never step foot there again.

Easy parking, convenient to check in. Right by the beach. Good place

The room had apparently been somewhat remodeled except the mattresses were so worn out that you could see the huge sunken area in the middle as soon as you pulled the sheets back. There was no table lamp or clock by the beds and the outlets behind the beds had been taken out with no replacement. The sliding glass door was pitiful looking and there was no deadbolt on the entrance door.

The room was very clean and spacious. There weren’t any weird smells or bugs to that was a plus. There’s no elevator so you will definitely get your steps in (watch your step when entering the room or going out on the balcony). There is a small area to cook but make sure you bring your own cookware. No staff on property but replied to messages when needed. Make sure the door locks behind you when you leave as it uses a passcode. The water gets extremely hot so be careful. There were a few small mold spot on the ceiling but that could’ve come from the fact that the water gets so hot and there’s no vent in the bathroom. I’ve cold A/C (loved that)!!!!! Beds were comfortable. Direct access to the beach!!!! Overall 8 out of 10 experience would definitely go again, good for the price paid.

Our balcony door needs completely replaced. It was very warn down. The beds you. Oils tell were a little old and cheap. Other than those two things it was good for the price !

Somehow in the middle of the night, a person entered our room through the locked door!!

Door was broken and could be pushed open without needing a key I waited 1 hr for maintenance to change the door lock and then the lady hung up in my face when I asked for help.

It is I’m a very good location. The property condition is bad though. They need to do some renovation.

The staff who do your check ins are completely virtual. The first room I was assigned had the keypad system they use broken off, they reassigned me to a new room then reassigned again since I guess that room must have already been reserved. The new room had a broken A/C which I told them about and a guy came along and tried to fix it, and my door which had stopped working and neither him nor me could get the code working. I asked for another new room assignment then sat around for over and hour and as a thunderstorm was rolling in I decided to leave the property and stay elsewhere. It would be much better if they had someone on the property for a few hours in the evening rather than using a virtual desk.

Perfect location and room for a quick weeekend get away. Loved the ocean view room! It was clean and easy to access with the self check-in option. The fridge and microwave are great if not wanting to eat at all meals or wanting to heat up food. The room had a stove but only a small pot and no other dishware so we didnt use it. Our balcony had 1 chair so would recommend bringing camping chairs to use.

it had black mold, it was so dirty, there was a dirty fork and napkin under the bed. there were stains on the towels. it was absolutely disgusting

It was directly on the beach. We found roaches in our room and contacted management and they said we would be contacted back. No one came out. No room service no new towels , ran ouy of toilet paper. Left early and still no refund or anyone contacted me back. Worst hotel ever

Excellent for a quick vacation, but no room service, showe,r no sound, no TV, and no WiFi.

The hotel was nice the only issue we had is if you have a kitchenette you should probably have a couple of chairs and a small table to eat at. It was hard eating on the extra bed!

No elevator, And not well lit in stairway

This Motel was horrible. There is no actual office or any way to speak to anyone. There were 4 of us in our room from Thursday through Sunday and we couldn't even get clean or extra towels. There was mold in the bathroom and the A/C unit was full of mold which we cleaned for our own safety and health. The flooring was tile throughout, and it rained making everything slippery. The steps had what appeared to be slip guards but most of them were off. The pool area was overtaken by a group of guests with big speakers blaring loud music, canopy tents and coolers and using all pool furniture. The entry to the room was via electronic keypad, which is emailed to you a few hours before check in. We were early and attempted to check in early, but with no lobby or attendant all we could do is try the room. Well, the code worked, but the room was not made up yet from the previous guest. That raised the question of did the previous guest have the same code and how safe and secure are we going to be in this room. Let's also note that when we arrived it was raining and there, we stood with our luggage in the rain with no real place to take cover. The room was an efficiency with a microwave and stove, but no table or chairs to sit and eat a meal, you need to eat while sitting on the bed. I have never had such a horrible experience! Think twice before booking here!!!!

A little further from the main beach than I would have liked (3-4 miles away), and room could have been cleaner, better. Not terrible though - also airbnb style so no daily service from housekeeping or room service, etc.

The location was amazing right on the beach! The motel room was okay… the mattresses clearly need to be change.

I opened my door and walked to the beach which was only feet away from my sliding glass door!

The hotel was an absolute disaster, the worst I've encountered in all my travels. Upon arrival, I found stains on the walls and unchanged sheets with blood spots. The kitchenette was broken, and mold was present around the walls, especially in the bathroom. The only positive aspect was its proximity to the beach. There were no housekeepers, and customer service was only available virtually. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel, even if it were free. It's better to be safe than sorry. I wish I could share the pictures I took, but there's no option to do so.

Only good thing was it was on the beach. We will never go back to this place again.

I was there 4 days ago , and I like it cause I got the oceanview room where you can see the view of the ocean day and night while sitting in the balcony . After all it was quiet

Do NOT waist your money on this place. The rooms look NOTHING like they do in the pictures. We were there for 30 minutes and then ended up leaving and finding another hotel due to our AC unit having black mold in it. They wouldnt give me a refund. Its super noisy and the doors dont seal shut when closed. There was sand all over the floors. The beds were loud and gross. They dont even provide lamps in the room. Checking in is all virtual. They dont have any staff that speaks english. Please do NOT waist your time or money here. Do NOT trust the pictures they are nothing like the rooms.

The beds were horrible and the room didn’t even have a table or chairs and we got a room with a kitchen. It was not clean properly. The only good thing I can say is the ocean is a walk away.

We got the place kind of last minute, but I read the reviews and it was above average. So, we thought it was okay and the pictures looked really neat and comfortable. When we got there, the hotplates on the kitchenette were broken (and we weren’t informed of this), there were no towels, no chairs, no lamps in the room, and the beds were very squeaky and one of the two beds had a big dent on the mattress. The only toiletries provided were one roll of toilet paper and few small bars of soap. I think the place could’ve been so much better if maintained. The good thing about it is it’s a few feet away from the beach. Also note that the property has no front desk; their virtual front desks were responsive most of the time. I just wish they were more upfront about the room.

Exelent service

Upon arrival, the bed and floors were pretty clean. The location is great. However, one of the beds was broken and both were very uncomfortable. The pillows were awful so bring your own. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and paint. It won't let me add photos but the bathroom ceiling was nasty, like mold or something and the door was coming apart at the bottom. I assume because there was no exhaust fan. Housekeeping never came to our room (we were there Mon-Fri) for linens/towels or trash. When we asked (you have to use a translator,) we got them right away though and they were very nice.

Poor rain showers

The air barley worked we were so hot. And they didnt come to change our linen everyday we had to ask. Theres no office person everything is virtual. An nobody at the property can speak english. The “stove top” barley heated food. The mini fridge jus made everything sweat. Wasnt bad for cheap place.

This property was VERY dirty, had electrical outlets dangling out of the drywall, mold in the bathroom, beds with visible indentations due to their very aged condition and the microwave did not work. The room was not cleaned by staff at all during the three days we stayed. Ownership was unresponsive to our concerns. Without a doubt this was the worst room we have ever stayed in. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great area near the beach. Therefore sand was on the floor at the time I arrived. Our socks were filthy. It was so bad I had to ask for a mop and broom. The box spring was broken so the first night was horrible. Since it was only women on duty my family had to actually carry it out and another one in from a different room. I don't know what I would've done if I had came alone. The workers was supper nice though. The stove top didn't get hot enough. Therefore we had to go and purchase an electric burner.An on top of all of that they had roaches.

I supposes to leave at 12:00 pm, they was offering in extended until 1:00 pm a few minutes they are charging to tell me to leave at 10:00 am in the room has a leak . I have to put a towel on the floor. I went to the office a few times to mention the rain be raining Wednesday to Friday I need a adjustment.

It's a virtual property so something new to me I guess ....but for the price and location

Many things that were not right, the water in the bathtub did not come out enough, they did not leave sugar, they did not leave coffee in many little things, the pool was super dirty, no, not a disaster.

Rooms look nothing like pictures, Mold in the rooms on walls , wouldn’t give me a refund because of the mold literally didn’t help solve their inconvenience or anything. I wouldn’t not let my dog even stay here .

The mattresses were broken/uneven it was weird. In my opinion it was overpriced , i ended up leaving a day earlier. The pictures they posted dont come close to how it actually is.

She is extremely disappointed, nothing is in the photos, we paid a high price. We went on a family vacation with my children. the rooms all dirty with cockroaches dirty sheets bathroom disgusting everything very dirty. There is no reception. There's only one girl who works there and she doesn't speak English. And she still tried to help us and did her best. I do not recommend this hotel. my daughters couldn't get into the pool because it was so dirty

I'm very disappointed with everything, the floor was all dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, there wasn't a chair in the room, cockroaches everywhere, a horrible smell, the pool was terrible, very dirty, it's not a place to be alone And not even with children, there was a girl working all day alone, I felt really sorry for her, she didn't know how to speak English and yet she helped us, she deserved a great salary for how much she does.

Dirty room, and sheets, room smelled of weed, door to balcony did not lock- complained to customer service and the put a block of wood to “secure” it. Misleading reviews and pictures do not look like the listing. TV did not have a remote, I asked about it and they never answered me. I am extremely disappointed given that I paid a hefty price and traveled for more than 15 hours only to get to this devastating hotel. Not at all fit for a family trip, or any trip for that matter. We traveled with friends and all were disappointed and their rooms were in the same condition as ours. Pool is absolutely disgusting and unswimable, I didn’t even allow my kids to swim in it.

Very misleading didnt even have working air conditioner

It was very dirty pool was dirty the outside area was dirty even the beach are was dirty . We actually woke up to a roach on our pillow . The stove was cracked there was molding in the bathroom. And when arriving nobody could help me there was no number to contact prior to arriving I had to receive the number off of the front door then waited about 30 minutes to even hear from someone . The area was not kept nicely what so ever will not return and do not recommend.

The only thing we loved was that the beach was a hop and a skip away from the room. What we didn't like was the floor wasn't cleaned. It felt like sand were still there from a previous customer. Also, both of the queen mattresses wasn't comfortable. They both had a flat spot and felt like we were sinking in.

The front door to our room didn’t shut unless you slammed your whole body into it either. We actually got back one night to find it wasn’t shut the whole night we were gone leaving anyone just to push it open and come in. Thank goodness nobody did. The patio door was jammed and didn’t lock at all either. Overall, we became frustrated with a few things while staying. Make sure to bring a garbage bag with you because theres no garbage can in the room!! Close to the beach but beware of certain things before booking!

I had a TV for the eight days I was there that had 16 one inch dots on the screen. The sliding glass door handle was broken and the door was difficult to open. The sink in the bath room faucet was to short so Everytime you washed your hands the water got all over the sink. With no staff on site one night people were up yelling and slamming door and screaming until five am in the morning.

It’s not bad place to stay in all honesty it’s close to the beach and a few stores within walking distance. Just book a room on the second floor and up. I had people loud and standing in front of my door almost everyday.Overall it’s an alright place to stay

The cleaning staff there was very friendly! The hotel itself was nice with an amazing view. My main problem was they did not give us a room number or pin until 4 hours from arrival time. I called multiple times. It wasnt until I contacted Expedia staff did they finally answer back! So a big thank you to the Expedia staff.

The whole proerty is run down and dirty. Our air-conditioner sounded like a loud dryer was behind it. They do not clean your room or change linens until you leave. Be prepared for that. Although, you can get linens to change your bed and new towels in the un-manned office. If you don't like a bunch of screaming kids, ask for a room as far away from the pool as possible. Location next to the beach was the best.

1 room the slider was broken, mold in the bathroom no table or chair in either room so no place to eat plenty of space for a table. Had rented 2 rooms

Stayed 3 nights and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Only negatives were how wet and sandy the floor got and the neighbors at the hotel. We had to go buy a broom and dustpan for our room. The other tenants at the hotel were noisy into the night despite the 10pm noise ordinance. We had an electrical issue that was addressed immediately also during our stay. Hotel stay itself was 7/10 but the other people staying at the hotel made the trip about a 4/10.

It is by the beach but one star motel at best

The towels smelled so good! The housekeeping staff was so nice and they were not stingy with the towels! The pool was always dirty. My second time here. It’s perfect for ocean viewing and you can hear it in your sleep❤️ I’ll stay again.

The stay was okay,the question is would i stay at this motel again and the answer is 'NO".. First of all my stove was cracked,the walls looked like someone just laid on the side of the bed with dirty shoes put the feet on the walls,my boxsping for my bed was the size of a twin size bed but had a fullsize matress on it! My last stay was wonderful 2 years ago but this motel left a bad taste in my mouth.

Room was clean okay did noice few errors in cleaning that could have been clean way better, room had no table or chairs so had to eat in bed...no lamps had to turn bright lights over bed, patio door sticks, tv had spots, kitchenett had bit and pieces of cooking wear seen a roach or two, notice last day that in bathroom mold above the sink would i stay here again probably not ...no staff either

Was able to check in at the scheduled time. Room was clean and spacious. Access to the beach was great. We were able to set up our umbrella and relax all day. Then go to the room when needed.

I loved the easy check in process. Extremely close to beach, 30 second walk. Room was clean and cool. Only thing which was not to big of a deal was the water pressure in the room. Could be a little stronger. Besides that I enjoyed my stay

The property itself was very convenient for beach access. It has a acess code to get into the room so no need to worry about carrying a key card around. It was kinda far of a walk from everything but short drive by car. The pool was ok but was kinda dirty but not from lack of being cleaned but people coming straight from the beach into the pool. There was a language barrier with staff because they don't speak English but was very friendly

Worse place to stay , not even had a single chair , hair dryer no good water in shower , swimming pool is unclean ,

No water pressure, only one outlet to plug anything up, broken balcony chair , balcony handle broken, and no broom to sweep up sand coming in and out enjoying the days out at the beach and no cleaning people around. . The amount of money paid should’ve at least be alittle top tier but I can say positive was the air conditioning..

We had a fantastic time and will be coming back! Only downside was i thought we had oceanfront and didn't. The location was perfect, price great and very very clean. Our neighbors were also superb

I’m basing my review on the fact that I understand you get what you pay for. We had to come to town for one night for personal business & couldn’t believe how hard it was to find a decent family-friendly hotel for less than $250/nt. We took our chances here. I gotta say I don’t care for this part of MB at all. It’s a little sketchy & I wouldn’t let my 10 yr old go to the car in the parking lot alone at night. The door itself felt a little flimsy & there’s no deadbolt for added security, nor is anyone staffed on the property for check-in or to provide assistance if needed. You’d have to make a phone call. I will say that self check in was easy though and we didn’t have any issues that needed addressed during our stay. The room & bathroom were clean. Bedding was adequate & comfortable enough. Water pressure was fine, & there’s even a small kitchenette. It’s looks like management has made effort to renovate the rooms. No bugs, mold/mildew, or bad smell. My 1 complaint is that the curtains are very thin & barely adequate to ensure your privacy from others being able to get a glimpse from the outside. We had to keep trying to adjust them so I changed in the bathroom. I guess I would stay here again if I really had to because I know what I’m getting. But if I’m on vacation, I like to stay in places where there’s amenities, services, & a place you don’t mind relaxing in. This is simply a clean place to sleep at night & perhaps that might be just all you’re looking for.

The beds were OK, not very comfortable. The floors were not clean, as if they’ve never been mopped. After walking on the floor a few times your feet on the bottom were black!!! The microwave didn’t work. Also, no table inside room to be able to eat, we had to eat on the beds. No plug ins by the bed. The balcony was also very nasty, one of the chairs was rusted and breaking off on one of the legs. I would give a 2/10 rating.

It is a nice and convenient location on the beach, the room offers a small kitchenette and the ocean view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the place is badly managed and maintained. There is no live concierge on the premises. All contacts must be made by phone. Registration instructions are provided by text message, so be ready to have a US phone number and enough data - not convenient for non-US travellers. Not happy with the mould in the bathroom and the sloppy A/C installation work. We were surprised to see just a single closing hanger in the room and no chairs. In general, it's OK but could be much better with a little cosmetic work and better cleaning.

The room was average, they aren’t the most prestigious rooms out there but they definitely aren’t the worst. Some reviews mentioned that the pillows were not good and I would have to agree, they were very small and not very comfortable, but still manageable. The shower was also very small, very easy for someone taller than average to bump their head on the door entrance. At the end of the day it was a very nice cheap option for an ocean front room. I would not complain to stay there again!

The room looked nice and it was right on the beach. Just a few steps and you're in the water. It had a pool that was clean and never too busy. Food amd things to do were a short walk away. Inside of room's are quite. Bed's weren't the best and there was a stain on one of the bed sheets. Only bad thing was the size of the parking lot. Overall it was great for the price. Would definitely book again.
