The vents and doors were nasty. Filled with tons of dust balls.

The place was very nice wish they had a pool that would make it a 10 for sure. The lady running the place is very accommodating and nice. The location is great only 20 mins to the beach and the main strip and tanger outlet and other stores are within a 3 minute drive. The place is dated but very clean. The bed was very firm .

The location has many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is only 15 minutes away.

Nancy, the girl at the front desk, is very rude; she kept asking me what time I was going to arrive to check in because she had to close. Honestly, I don't like her attitude at all—this is the first and last time I stay at that hotel.

This was a very nice spot. Nancy was very sweet. The rooms were constantly being cleaned by housekeeping. This place was a bit older than other places we've stayed, but it had everything we needed, it was clean and well cared for. There was laundry on site and it was very conveniently located. We came down here to check out the area for a possible relocation option and will definately recommend this sweet little motel to our friends.

I felt fairly dissatisfied with the state of our room. There was an odor to it that I couldn't attribute to anything specific, but it was there. Boxspring was stained and the linens had some holes in them from wear (but I do believe they were clean).Checking under the fitted sheet, there was pet hair trapped underneath. Key for ours AND others' rooms were taped to the office door with our names on them. This felt like such a violation of privacy and security. The door to the office was locked during the duration of our stay. There was a crack in the floor of the tub, but the bathroom utilities appeared clean. Please clean your floor trimmings. Stained ceilings. We weren't looking for luxury here, but the other reviews didn't paint a picture of our personal experience.

Great affordable price and the area was lit and seemed safe, away from the beach. Not updated but great for just a nights sleep. Not luxurious but we liked the separate bed and living room area for the price point!

Location was great. When I pulled up, the place looked great! My bathroom and my bed were clean. When I walked in, I was disappointed. The rugs were stained. The couch looked like it was from 1962, cushions were flat as pancakes and it was very worn. I did not use this room at all because it looked and felt dirty.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Good shower pressure didn’t get to cook anything but we would have been well equipped either ways

My room was clean and very spacious. Felt like a one bedroom apartment with a nice size closet in the bedroom. Holtel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping but about a 10 min drive to the beach

My dad made it there a little after 6 pm and was unable to check in. We called the entire weekend and no answer, manager Nancy was very rude when explaining everything. She stated she called my dad, left messages, and messaged on Expedia. She does not have his number, email or anything as he is listed as a traveler under my account, meaning everything will come to me. There are no missed called or messages. I would never recommend anyone book there.

When you opened the door the smell of Weed was strong. Which is not unusual for area but was strong the whole time. We checked out a day early because the bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. This would be a great affordable hotel if it was taken care of better. There’s no reason the carpet should have huge stains in it, vents covered in dust and holes in the wall. I would definitely spend a little extra money and find somewhere better.

This was a great value! All the staff were kind and courteous. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, but off the main road and fairly quiet. The grounds were well-kept. We brought food and the little kitchen was perfect for preparing the meal. The couch was supposed to be convertible to a bed, but it didn't work well, and we slept on it without pulling it out. But there were sheets and a blanket provided for it. Appliances and kitchen were a bit worn, but functional. The beach was about 15 minutes away. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

I just stayed overnight and did not use the full kitchen or full-sized refrigerator. Easy parking. Check-in hours are limited (just 3:00pm to 6:00pm) but there are lock boxes for late check-in.

Room wasn’t clean and had to get a new room key but the office was closed

The bathroom could have used a little work in repairing the caulk and the ceiling, but those were the only issues I saw. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had a good stay and will use this facility the next time I'm staying in the area.

Staff was very friendly over the phone. Only drawbacks were no iron and board in the room, no television in the bedroom, and no one was in the office to get clean towels, I had to use the same towels for 3 days, unacceptable.

Everything was amazing, even though we were asked to leave early due to unexpected issues, Everything was still better then advertised and expected. Nacy maybe strict and ol fashion but she seemed like a real sweet lady at heart, just wrong night wrong circumstances. Would highly recommend this place!

Great price for a quick visit! We just needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights because we were visiting our daughter at college. Rooms were much larger than we expected and the premises were nice and quiet at night!

Bed was clean, place was outdated, did the job if you won’t be there much, close to Coastal Carolina(we stayed for move in) shops, and food. Staff is super nice. Other guests fighting and yelling every night late. Easy check in and check out. WiFi never worked. If you are looking for a cheaper option, and won’t be spending a ton of room time, it’s a good and convenient place.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room was in a poor and unsanitary state. The couch was old and filthy, the refrigerator was rusty, and the hard floors were visibly dirty and uncleaned. The overall condition of the room gave the impression that it had not been properly maintained or cleaned prior to our stay. It was simply not a space in which we felt comfortable. I would be happy to forward the pictures that I took if you supply me with an email address to send them to. Due to these conditions, we did not feel it was appropriate to stay in the room. I requested a refund for the entire stay, but was only offered a refund for days 2 and 3. This is unacceptable as the issues were apparent from the moment we checked in, and we made our discomfort known immediately. We were effectively forced to pay for the first night despite not using the room in any meaningful way because of its condition.

Overall I was impressed the room was smelling good and clean . I enjoyed my birthday Sunday at Myrtle Beach

Absolutely amazing it’s like having an entire apartment. My son stayed for a few days and didn’t want to leave because the hospitality and the rooms are huge and clean. This place was recommended by the police on site at costal Carolina university. Best hotel price ever

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. The property was small, off the main road so it was nice and quiet. Nancy at the desk was beyond gracious and the room was very clean! We prefer a bit of a firm mattress to which we were pleased that we didn't sink into the mattress. We will definitely stay here again.

That front desk person was not friendly and welcoming. I explained to her I booked my room based on what was described and did not receive that room, She did not attempt to accommodate me foe the mix up in rooms and kept saying she was all booked up and indeed she was not. Online was still offering the room I originally booked with availability. If you decide to stay here call to confirm your room assignment. Not a very got experience.

It stated site wide smoke free and my room smelled of old cigarette smoke. It was dirty, and we didnt even enjoy the stay.

The property was dirty : some of the bed coverings was dirty and the area I was put in was right by the highway : very noisy : I was put on the 1st floor and the person above me stumped and walked basically the whole time and I called the office twice and left voicemails : no return calls : Too top it was I opted to pay at property half way there they processed my card and when I got there the office was close : my key card to the room was in the office mail box : I called the manger and was told she had and emergency : never came back to the office : comes to find out the manger stays on site: this was the worst experience I’ve had and I stayed at the Wilmington location : it was nothing like this : never again

The place was descent despite of water leaks from bathroom and kitchen sinks. The carpet was in need of cleaning. Correct those issues and it would be pretty good. I felt pretty comfortable at location. On the surface the rooms were clean.

Ms. Nancy was and is a real sweetheart, she made sure that my group of about 20 bikers with trucks and trailers were comfortable. Room carpet was a lil staines from previous whater leak, but rooms and beds were great and bug free. Thank you Ms Nancy.

Was unable to check in due to the check in cut off being 5pm. We had to find other options since we arrived at 8:30p. This information should have been CLEARLY stated by Expedia right up front in the beginning of the hotel description,not buried deep where you have to click on options to further see it

Helen at the front desk took care of us. Room was clean, full kitchen use available with utensils etc if needed. Older place but sounds like they are updating. Good location off rte 501, easy to get to CCU. Will stay there again.

The office staff was amazing and so welcoming! The room was fantastic, it had everything we needed to relax and unwind after full day of shopping and going to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the ability to cook meals in our room was definitely a plus. The shower pressure was INCREDIBLE!! We will absolutely try and stay here again when we return to Myrtle Beach. WONDERFUL place to stay.

Property is in progress but was still very clean. They will be replacing flooring as well as some other things. Manager was so helpful and everyone there was extremely nice. I will be staying there again in the future

The property is very outdated but cleaner than some pricier places I've stayed. Management, and I believe owner, are new and are wanting to update the property. I wish them the best as they are definitely good people. If they get the updates done I would be willing to stay here again.

Stained carpet needs to be replaced. No shower curtain. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Reasonably quiet and bed okay.

Bathtub leaked and 1 of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work

The room was clean and and had all the features needed to cook your own meals. The bed linens were clean and the mattress was firm but comfortable. This will be our choice for future trips to the Myrtle Beach!

The manager was very nice and friendly. The buiding itself is fairly run down from the outside. However we noticed a flea in our bed and several spiders in the room so we ended up not staying the night and leaving to another establishment.

Easy check in. The bedroom tv was missing the remote so we couldn’t use it but that’s ok. They leave you be so no housekeeping knocking every morning. Central location to a lot of things.

There was no one there in the office the entire weekend. My room key was left on a mailbox outside anyone could have accessed. Property is infested with roaches yet they make no mention of it and I was afraid to just leave since website states no refunds. The only real positive is that it’s in a quiet area.This property is surrounded by businesses so also a plus.

The room overall was clean-ish. Appeared to be new linens on the bed. When we arrived there was no one in the office. Our keys were in the mailbox. No information available. Lucky someone who lives there knew the routine. I do not recommend and was disappointed that the property had not been vetted by Orbitz as we were looking for something inexpensive but would have paid much more for something more appropriate.

Everything was fine. It was clean inside, however we saw 3 roaches during our entire stay. The place was not dirty at all but without room service to clean in between, this may cause bugs. Other than that, it was fine.

The very first night I opened the silverware drawer and there were dead roaches laying inside the silverware tray. During the night I got up to go get a drink from the kitchen and when I turned the light on there were 2 roaches on the kitchen table. The next morning we went and bought bug spray and for the rest of our stay we killed many roaches. It was so bad that I put everything in the kitchen inside the fridge, paper plates, paper towels, plastic ware, cups, everything went in the fridge to keep the roaches from crawling on our stuff. It was a horrible horrible experience and I will never stay there again ever!!!

This place was great ! It was affordable, and it was clean the kitchen and everything was so nice. only 10-15 minutes away from myrtle beach and attractions are all nearby. The only problem I had was the battery in my door wasn’t working but they corrected it and sent someone to come and fix it within 10 minutes! Thanks for this hotel, I loved it!

Room was very nice and clean. Tv in bedroom didn’t work but everything else was fine. Clean towels, comfy bed, full size refrigerator, microwave. Cookies & bottled water was also on the table for us. Great location with tons of eateries & outlet mall 1 mile away. 20 minute ride to the beach.

Little gnats or something flying everywhere. Also, some cockroaches as well. Last year i was on the second floor as opposed to the first this year. Maybe that had something to do with no bugs last year?? Who knows. Also, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Batteries in remotes didn't work. Internet was pretty bad (note: I didn't really expect there to be solid internet ...but working remotely, |literally had to work from Starbucks because and work from there because it was that bad. Again- the good parts of this place are location and price, and Phil the manager. But, the bads outweighed the goods this year. I'II definitely be looking for a different place next trip here.

My check-in was smooth. Phil was very courteous. my room was outstanding...roomy, clean and a wonderful layout.

I loved how when we walked in it was super clean it smelled amazing. There was no rowdiness going on and it was a quick transport from anywhere we wanted to go

First, I want to say that the room was very clean from a housekeeping standpoint. However, the carpet needed either deep cleaned or replaced. Some items or appliances need repaired or replaced. The faucet dripped incessantly. The worst issue was the fact that we saw several roaches during our short stay.

Phil is pleasant to deal with and so with the cleaners.

First the good,the manager was very accommodating,changed our room to the first floor,my wife has trouble with stairs and there is no elevator,when we entered the room it was clean and it's in a good location,now the bad,room could definitely use some repair,the cupboards were pretty worn and beat up ,fridge was rusty on the side,air vents on the ceiling were gross,the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down,also we were there 4 days and never once did anyone clean the room,just happened to get lucky and catch a lady getting a room ready for incoming guests and asked her for more towels and toilet paper otherwise have no idea where we would have gotten them,all in all I guess you get what you pay for.

Never saw housekeeping or any worker the whole time we were there. Had to guess where the ironing board and iron was. Also tried calling and the number was just busy. No one was in the office. I liked the room and all but at least at a hotel you always can get some assistance if you need. Overall our stay was good.

The room wasn't up to my standard. Roaches in the kitchen, drain flies through out the room, I couldn't eat in peace. Bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, hair on toilet seat. The carpet was filthy, filthy, filthy.

My family loves it. It was home away from home. The hotel manager and the two ladies working housekeeping made us feel extremely welcomed the whole visit. They don’t work weekends so they even went as far as ensuring that all three rooms were well stocked for our stay.

The rooms are clean and there is a Panera, a pizza place, and Walgreens all within walking distance. The place itself is very bare-bones. There’s no place to sit outside or to hang out. If you’re going there literally just sleep you’re totally fine.

I was a little scared at first thinking that the property would be too far away from the main attractions however, everything was within 20 minutes or less. I loved that the most. There are also a lot of nice restaurants near by as well as the outlets right across the way. Upon entering the property, the room had a nice layout. The amenities that were provided in the kitchen were a bonus! I definitely plan on staying here again in the future should I visit Myrtle Beach. 10/10 recommend!
