Mykonos Gem

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mykonos Gem. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our holiday. A special thank you to Christine, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was always available to help, answered every question, solved every little problem we had, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience. The airport transfers were seamless, and we’d also like to thank Dimitris, our driver, who was incredibly friendly, warm and always greeted us with a smile. He made every journey a pleasure. The combination of excellent hospitality, outstanding service and genuinely lovely people made this one of the most stress-free and enjoyable holidays we’ve had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Mykonos Gem to anyone visiting Mykonos. Thank you, Christine and Dimitris, for making our trip so special! ❤️

They didn’t give me refund while I wasn’t aware about the island is dead. After I found out everything was closed on February and March , I canceled but never got refund from property

The location of this suite is right in the middle of the heart of downtown, when you come out you will see dior , hublot , Gucci,… it is so close to the nice places of downtown Mykonos. And the room was also nice it is so close to the parties as well. The room also was clean the bed was really comfortable. There were no one answering us for two days. I needed some help and information, no one was responsive. You will face alot of difficulties taking you baggages up the stairs too. If you are not there to party then it might be noisy for you too.

the reality is that what is located there is the reception of the hotel. BUT the rooms are located in the middle of the cliff, so that there are more than 100 steps that a person has to climb to came out of the room up to the reception or to the street!

I absolutely loved my stay! The host was beyond amazing she's so kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only issue I noticed was that the shower water occasionally ran brownish, which was a bit unsettling. It eventually stopped after running it for a while, but it might be something worth checking into. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

You will hear noise if the bars are open but it's not too bad and it was expected as mentioned in other comments.

No check in instructions whatsoever and plus no reception either = not a good combo. We had to call (plus ask for somebody’s phone that works first) on how to get in when it could have just been described to us earlier… Plugs were falling apart, please fix. It’s loud, yes - so if that bothers you don’t stay here.

Great communication and help provided when needed. Very clean ! I will come back again and definitely recommend this place to stay. Nothing.

Location was good but far from street Staff are amazing Room was not fully clean Water is not that hot in shower When it was raining some water entered the room from window On our first night they did not give us the room that we booked Also on first night a guy under us kept shouting almost all night and we couldn’t sleep

Perfect Location on a posh street, Room was beautiful, chic, clean and very spacious. A classy boutique hotel.

Big Room & big washroom. The neighborhood was amazing. Pretty safe & happening area at all the times. Cute streets all around. The hotel was in front of an amazing gallery (free entry) & dior store. Just 5-6 mins walk to the famous locations like windmills, little venice, kastros restaurant, Negrita restaurant. Many nearby restaurants, bars & souvenir shops. The cleaning service was provided during our stay. The person at online help desk (on whatsapp chat & booking.com messages) was very nice, helpful & quick to reply all the time. (Useful info. - all big ferries stop at new port but the hotel is near the old port. So take a small public ferry from new port to the old port. Very cheap tickets) The balcony & the balcony furniture was not clean. Full of birds poop. The cleaning service didn’t touch the balcony even the next day. The coffee machine was very dirty. Couldn’t use it. The ferry port was little far from hotel (or maybe it felt far as the day was hot). We paid 10€ for help with luggages on both days (check-in & out). There is no real help desk. Only whatsapp chat or booking.com messages were the mode of communication.

Very beautiful apartments, very clean and in the middle of the old town, walking distance from everything. The apartments had all amenities needed and was in perfect condition.The host was very helpful and responded immediately to any requests we had. Cant find something!

In the city center access to all famous places pubs. Very noisy. If you are planning to sleep before 4AM this is not the place you should choose. Not recommended for family. If you want to party till morning then this is the best place to stay. Since everything is near to the place

The location is so good on a beautiful, quite street, plus the red door of hotel entrance that make a beautiful background to take picture. The room is so clean, new and well equipped. Room size is decent. The host is very nice, arranged taxi to meet us before checking in and send us to airport later. We also found an excellent restaurant right at opposite side of the hotel.
