The TownHouse Mykonos

First of all, I would like to thank the GREAT staff; Andreas, Froy, Catrina, housekeeping ladies, they all treated me like a family. Andreas handed me a map of the town once I arrive and put all his recommendations on the map, which is very kind and helpful! Froy assisted me in delivering my luggage to the town gate where I meet the Taxi, which was not close, much appreciated. I am solo female traveller, they were very nice and cooperative in all aspects, this place is safe and feels like Home! The central location helped me to go everywhere no need for a taxi, bus station is also in a walking distance. Although they did not give me the room I reserved at first “ The sea view” but maybe it was by mistake, I asked to change to the Sea view as booked and they did. The room is very clean, Nespresso machine in the room and Clarins products in the shower are good gestures. Definitely coming back when visiting Mykonos again! Price is high

Great location on Mykonos marina - ambience, views - and superior staff, all who enjoyed their jobs and interactions with guests. Mykonos is way expensive, The Townhouse is no exception.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have access to getting you anything you could need, from in room pedicures to massages etc. The restaurant/cafe has everything you could need and will accommodate different diets. The room was lovely and pristine! The location is in the middle of everything on the water, easy to walk and very safe. They are near all ports to travel other islands and will set you up with Taxi/transfer anytime you need it. My suite had a shower and beautiful tub that I soaked in listening to the DJ play at Sky Bar after going out, and it was so awesome! The suite had coffees and water, and all the other goodies you need as well. The bed was comfortable and the noise level moderate. I loved every bit and if it tells you how sweet the staff is - I hugged them all when I left! The only con - the stairs going to the suite were very steep, but that wasn't a huge deal.

The breakfast at The Townhouse, Mykonos was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down we were welcomed with a beautiful spread of homemade pastries and fresh-baked breads0still warm and delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweetest young lady, Valeria, who took such wonderful care of us. She was genuinely kind and made each morning feel special--absolutely lovely! The breakfast offering was generous and thoughtfully prepared. We enjoyed fresh Greek yogurt with homemade granola and seasonal fruits, followed by eggs made to order--exactly how we like them. It was honestly more food than we could eat, but we savored every bite. And let's talk about the location--absolutely perfect! The hotel is right in the heart of town, just steps way from everything you could want to explore. Truly the ideal spot for enjoying the best of Mykonos. There was not ONE thing we did not like! The staff at The Townhouse was impeccable!!! We were greeted outside the port by the lovely Esmeralda and Andreas, who helped us with our luggage and escorted us ( we walked quite a bit from where we were dropped off and Esmeralda helped carry our bags along with Andreas across the cobblestone streets and through the crowds) to the beautiful hotel. Katherine and Esmeralda were exceptional Concierges, always assisting us with a smile and giving us lots of suggestions for places to see or restaurants. They have an incredible rooftop bar also which is a must visit-the Mykonos sunsets are unreal from their advantage point. Great cocktails and nibblies also!

Esmeralda was amazing and made us feel right at home. Excellent recommendations on where to go, where to eat, what to do. I cannot say enough about her outgoing nature and willingness to help. The rest of the staff were also excellent including Andreas who worked front desk and Nicky who worked breakfast each morning. All the staff showed so much attention to detail and were always friendly and good humored. The hotel was excellent, clean, comfortable, with soundproof rooms. It offered several bars including live entertainment on certain days, as well as a sunset rooftop bar only open for sunsets. The room rate included a full hot breakfast cooked to order. The location was central and I feel it’s one of the best decisions we made to stay at this Hotel. That we had to leave. While we had seen all we wanted of Mykonos, I had a hard time leaving after 3 nights because the staff had quickly become like trusted good friends. I felt like Esmeralda might have ruined all other hotels for me going forward as I knew she would be impossible to match at the next hotels we stayed at.

Location is perfect. Cars aren’t allowed in the center, the hotel is a quick walk from the gate/road. Very central so you are a quick walk to everything. Staff was exceptional, everyone was so kind and helpful. Check the room type, the rooms are on the smaller side, open shower in the corner of the room and very thin door for the toilet. There is no privacy so make sure you are a couple and are comfortable enough basically going to the bathroom right there…noises and all

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I can see why the reviews are so consistently positive.

‏I spent 4 nights in this beautiful hotel, the staff of this hotel was dealing nicely, when I arrived I had a plan to see the island, and they suggested another plan that was amazing, I saw several places I did not know, they treated me as one family I did not feel any emptiness I had. ‏I advise everyone to live in the hotel NOTHING

The location was perfect, staff were very friendly and the atmosphere on the rooftop Skybar was amazing! Too busy area when you go our of the hotel since it's center location

All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and at all times professional. The food and beverage options were delicious and varied. We enjoyed dining at the hotel. The bathroom amenities by Clarins were great. The entertainment was fun and classy. This hotel made our stay in Mykonos. Having a WhatsApp line would have been helpful.

Everyone and everything about it. Location , friendliness of staff and cleanliness. Definitely one of my favorite places in Mykonos. Nothing . Every single thing was exceptional.
