Paola's Town Boutique Hotel

My stay was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a big difference throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet peaceful, and the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

A very good experience in Mykonos. The hotel is a family run business - and they want to keep it this way. The staff is extremely nice, the room is very clean, location is also great close to the town but far enough for you not to hear the noises and music at night. Highly recommended!

The location is really good ! It has a bus stop just 3-5 minutes walk that you can reach the Mykonos center lightning fast or go to the Paradise Beach as well for only 2 euros. Walking is also a good option to go to the Mykonos City, it takes around 10-15 minutes walking while you can see the view of the city and a glimpse of the ocean shining under the sun. The pool is really clean and well maintained, and the staff very friendly. They were all very helpful on our first day of arrival, telling us all the best places to visit for the sunset and all of them were great ! The whole property design is beautiful and uses the same white and blue colors you find around Mykonos ! The room is spacious and comfortable. My other friends they stayed at the heart of Mykonos and they found very loud to rest sometimes since the party goes up to 6am sometimes and a lot of drunk people speaking loud at early morning, so for me Nodo Boutique been 15 minutes walking away from the crowd is also a positive thing ! The breakfast was great ! Everything is new and clean ! The thing i did not like about the property is the fact that I have to leave ! I wish i could spend more days here but i need to visit other countries !

It met my needs for a 01night stay. Lovely view from my balcony. staff were pleasant and attended to some of the issues i had such as a leaking AC and was offered an alternative room. simple breakfast was provided. we walked to and from property, to explore the island, though a steep access on foot. I would stay here again. AC was leaking, the tub in the room was not filling as the stopper for the drain wont hold.

Nos chegamos pela manhã e fomos direto para a praia quando retornamos as 16h (uma hora após o horário de check in) o quarto não estava pronto e nos informaram que não havia previsão, depois de discutirmos nos liberaram entrar no quarto porem Não havia roupa de cama ou toalhas e precisávamos nos arrumar para um conpromisso, no dia seguinte se repetiu na piscina o episódio de não haver toalhas limpas disponíveis, o serviço de Transfer que contratamos ida e volta na recepção também não nos atendeu ou respondeu mensagens e tivemos que achar outro meio de ir embora. Eu fiquei dois anos atrás nesse hotel e foi outra experiência, decaiu demais

Location and the breakfast was good following with the accommodation and the staff You cannot throw toilet paper into the toilet,some weird smell was coming to our room we had to open the window every day,AC didn't want to turn off sometimes.

Location was outside of the centre 15 minutes walk although on the way back it is majorly up hill. The two bar staff were lovely, that’s as far as positives go. Pictures are VERY deceiving. Rooms looked nothing like the pictures, poorly decorated, smaller and “pool view” room did not have a view of the tiny pool as shown in picture. Pool area was dirty, under the beds was filthy. Breakfast was very basic, hardly any choice and a lot of things uncovered so flies got on it. Woman on reception was highly rude, instead of communicating like the male manager who understood and tried to see our point of view she argued, interrupted and huffed being extremely rude when we had issues upon checking in. She told us there’s nothing she could do as they were fully booked, however the manager ended up showing us a different room? Room we were put in was massively unsafe as the balcony door was broken meaning it was not easy to get out which is surely a health and safety and fire hazard. Was told it would be fixed, left the stay with no solution. Check in process took 1.5h due to the issues with the rooms, paid for superior and that was not the room allocated. Cigarettes left in the ashtray from residents before us didn’t give confidence in the cleaning that has taken place, confirmed by the MULTIPLE hairs in the bed, alongside some other marks, had to ask for bedding to be changed. Very disappointing and frustrating to have paid for something in pictures and it be nothing like what is sold. Disappointing to have chosen this hotel instead of many of the others I would have preferred for my time in Mykonos, due to deceiving pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast quality and range was very good, the staff very friendly and rooms were very clean and serviced regularly. The location was only a few minutes walk from downtown and all the restaurants and bars so there was no need to catch taxis. The weather was a little windier than we predicted and the walk back to the hotel from downtown was a little steep/uphill and gave the legs a bit of a workout!
