This hotel is extraordinary, from the moment you walk in for check in, where you're greeted in a beautiful lounge with a wonderful juice drink and a hand towel to refresh yourself. Everyone makes you feel very special and the service is impressive. The grounds are beautiful, the location is fabulous, breakfast buffet is wonderful with food choices that are delicious, or you can order a la carte. Dinner in the Apenemi Restaurant is beautifully prepared and presented, a feast for your eyes and taste buds. A special mention and thanks to all who made our stay memorable: Julia, Christina, Niko, Alexandria, Antonia, and really the whole staff! This is an exceptional place. Thank you. N/A

Best location in Mykonos, close to all the great little venice restaurants and shopping Some of the common areas like pool and other ares looking a lil tired. But by no ways changed what was is a fantastic property, just is likely up for a tune up cycle

Best location on the Island, in all our years of travel around the world, the staff went way beyond any property we have ever stayed at, the food presented for breakfast was exceptional, the chef was like no other, the Lady prepared special meals for me each day that settled my Crohn’s perfectly, she was absolutely lovely and a God send, nothing was any trouble, a thousand thank you’s from us to you all from Management down, a better place you will not find anywhere, we can not thank you enough, we were both very sad leaving here and have ever lasting memories of perfection in paradise, thank you again one and all, a special thanks to you Anitia you together make a dream team that truely do make wishes come true ?❤️❤️ Absolutely Nothing at all

Everything! The location was excellent, it was really easy to access the town from this location, yet it was quiet inside the property. The room was spacious and nicely laid out; the pool was really beautiful with great poolside service; the views from my room and from the property in general were breathtaking; and housekeeping was great. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Location is the best part, once you go out of the hotel and you are at the main street of shopping area and party place. Close to main attraction like Windmill and little venice Lunch and party places close by like Negrita, Semeli, Boas, etc.. The person at Concierge, Miss Maria , she was so helpful , kind, and intelligent. She guided us in all our bookings. Best person to take advice from. Excellent service given by the hotel. The manager was also kind. Shall visit again next year! NA Everything was perfect

spectacular views helpful staff great location - 5 star price for 3-4 star overall rating - stairs inside hotel for elderly people are treacherous - Michelin star chef event nice but not worth the money - no early breakfast for travellers/people with jet lag (should start at 7, not 8) - welcoming procedure was erratic with many people but no clear direction. Paying 5 k for 4 people and 2 nights you's expect someone to welcome you and tell you what is happening now rather than various people grabbing suitcases and running away leaving you to find your own way - reception procedure too long, processed too many people. All staff was siting comfortably while we (4 elderly) were standing with other people and waiting at 30 C sweating like a dog (cold towels and drinks were a nice touch). Felt like a 2-3 star procedure (wait your turn), not a 5 star reception

great location, lavish breakfast, nice pool but most of all amazing staff .. great attitude right from top (Nikos the Manager) to every staff member .. from those at Front desk (Iokasti is one name i recall but also the others) to the team at breakfast. Housekeeping staff also v nice. frankly, nothing much ..
