Pool looked nice although it was too cold to use during our stay. Some staff were friendly and one woman who worked in the breakfast area was particularly helpful to my friend who has trouble walking. Decent selection at breakfast. One of the staff members (with glasses) was particularly odd and off putting. My friend was given a room with no heat or hot water. After much insistence, he was finally moved to a room with heat but it still had no hot water. His room also had a cockroach on the sheets. The staff at the front desk do not seem to know what they are doing.

Walk to hotel from Mykonos Town not as close as I was led to believe. Steep clime uphill to hotel with cars and busses coming dangerously close to pedestrians (no sidewalks). Pool is ice cold because they don't care about guests outside peak summer season

The hotel’s vibe is relaxed yet stylish, and it’s located in a great spot—perfect for exploring the island. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We were really impressed by the level of hospitality we received, and it’s one of the main reasons we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our first Mykonos trip such a memorable one! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mykonos. Can’t wait for the next stay!

great facility. nice pool & bar. attentive staff. good breafast. rooms are very spacious... big shower. some of the rooms are better than others though. on the first 2 nights we had a great quiet room. on the last might (our 2nd stay) we had a room over the road which had bad isolation. unfortunately we only noticed it quite late and the hotel was full :( thd hotel is only 15 min walk to the center of town. and has easy access to the other parts of the island. very gay friendly which was a plus. alot of couples/friends... room on 2nd floor with noise from the road till late hours. maybe be sure to request a quiet room....

The attention of the staff was incredible in every moment. The swimming pool area was incredibly beautiful, and the cocktails next to swimming pool make this hotel perfect. It is located very close to the downtown. They gave us an entire bottle of wine when we did the checking process. The last remarkable thing is that they have a very, very complete breakfast. Nothing

Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in many around the world. A very special thank you goes to IVAN – he was simply outstanding! Always available, endlessly helpful, with a warm smile and such great energy. He went above and beyond in every single moment, making sure we felt cared for in absolutely EVERYTHING. You can count on him for anything! But it’s not just Ivan – the whole staff is exceptional, from reception to the restaurant team, and even the lovely housekeeping ladies, who are truly gems. I can honestly say I have never felt so at home in a hotel before. ? If you are looking for the perfect stay in Mykonos, look no further – this is the place. Highly, highly recommended! We liked very positive receptionists they welcomed us in an unexpected way and they made our stay above our expectations. Especially Ivan he was very friendly and upgraded our room and made our stay way better than we expected. Very big thank you Ivan. We didn’t like the breakfast service. Eggs that we ordered were burned. Even though the taste was better than it looked I wasn’t really pleased with the taste. Also the service, we had to ask for drinks multiple times and keep waving at the waiter for 5 minutes to notice us and bring us some drinks.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and lovely with attention to detail and to all of our needs. We felt amazing and recommend a 1000%! The hotel was clean, the property was fabulous, close to town and all the beach clubs! We made a family at Axel Beach Mykonos and will definitely be back! Nothing

the manager touched me without any permission is was talking to him and asked him why he touch me and he was surprised he didn't understand that his behave is not appropriate

Spotless, great design outside and pool area, quiet Breakfast could be nicer, bed too high, will ask for low bed next time (which apparently exists), fair walk uphill to get back

The hotel was beautifully appointed and the decor created a very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was lovely and it was a great way to start the day overlooking the pool while enjoying coffee and cake! The rooms were great and the beds comfortable. The mini bar was very generously stocked and reasonably priced. The range of food and drinks on offer was just right with classic dishes done well and a lovely list of cocktails and other drinks to ensure you could have a wonderful time relaxing around the pool. The gym was great too with enough equipment to do a full workout. Adonis, one of the managers, could do enough to make us feel welcome and included. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all our friends.
