Nothing wrong with the property or facilities, just mind that it's on a steep uphill if you're coming by walk with heavy luggage.

The hospitality of the hosts. The uphill to get there.

Staff is extremely friendly. The accommodation is really nice and they have a gorgeous common area where you can sit an relax. It is a bit of a climb to get to the accommodation but it is close to the shops and has a nice view of the city. Would definitely come again! Bed was a bit squeaky which is not great for restless sleepers.

Everything was very clean and pleasant. It's not noisy. It is at good location and close to Factory Square.

It was so clean and the owner of the place was so kind. The location was perfect and it was really close to center. On the other hand the breakfast was really delicious and the owners were really helpful when we were late for the breakfast . We stayed in the room with balcony and the view was amazing There is little ramp when you try to reach the place. It could be a bit tiring.

I loved everything about my stay. The location is superb, 5 min walk to the heart of old town with shops and restaurants. The guest house itself was very clean and authentic. The host Georgia was lovely and hospitable being very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Some smaller rooms do not have air conditioning, but have in built fans which do help with the heat.

I barely had wifi signal in the room 10.

Well located, Room size its good enough for one person or couple. Nicr bathroom. Quiet area Room was looking clean but unfortunately there were bed bugs at night in the bed and on the walls. Everything happened at 23:00h and by then the owner of the property didn't pick up the phone. I had to booked another property last minute and it was really uncomfortable, since it was at night and a city I didn't know. Beside the refund, I would expect something complementary due the discomfort caused but unfortunately this wasn't the case.

Everything OK, gentle staff... I would happily come back. it would be a plus to install a panel in the shower box.

The Family - Lovely, courteous and helpful! Very clean Little terrace area serving breakfast The walk up to the property, at the top of a hill, there’s only because I had too much luggage. Next time taxi…… when I was there it kept me fit! ???

Exceptional

Nice staff - Tomi was very friendly. Good access to the city and bus stop nearby to harbour and airport - city center appeared to be much louder and crowded, so it was a good idea to look for something that was just slightly outside of "old town" Think matress is a little outdated and was a little smelly

Great location, comfortable room, very clean, beautiful view, helpful staff.

The staff sad really nice and cooperative, apartmane is very clean and comfy. Location, near city centre but on the top of the hill so it was a bit heavy to pull baggage to the top.

We liked that it was central. The hotel is on a deadly slope, transportation by foot with suitcases is a disaster. There was no one in the hotel except the cleaning staff, it looked like an abandoned hotel. Our balcony and room were not like the photos and we wanted to change, but unfortunately there was no someone in authority. There was a damp smell in the room, we could not use the wardrobe.
