The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our flight was at night, and they let us take a shower before we left the hotel. Access to the hotel. There is only one street to access, and it doesn't have a sidewalk; you have to be very careful not to be hit by a car. There is no walkaround or side entrance; for the last two blocks, you'll have to squeeze between the wall and incoming traffic on either side of the street. When we entered the room, it smelled. The issue is that when you leave the room, you remove the room key from a slot that enables the power therefore the A/C or fan turns off. Breakfast was average compared to the three previous hotels we had been to (similar price).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Truely top class level of service. Always welcoming with a smile, doing there absolute best to make sure we are comfortable. The Chef even baked an orange pie for my husband’s birthday! This level of care and attention to detail is rare to find. Aria was remarkable, along with the entire team. The staff was accommodating even before stepping foot onto the property, from coordinating a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, welcoming us upon arrival with cocktails by the pool, carrying our bags to our rooms, scheduling car services for us to get around the island we felt at home for the two nights we stayed. Excellent a la carte breakfast menu included in stay was a great way to start day before lounging by the gorgeous pool being waited on by their ever so gracious staff. The pool was great place to relax before embracing the liveliness of Mykonos. The day beds were beyond comfortable with amazing views and properly positioned to get peak sun exposure throughout the early afternoon. Location of this hotel is unrivaled, a quick 5 minute walk into town gets you just close enough to have easy access to Old Mykonos Town without being encapsulated by its chaos. Will definitely choose Absolute Mykonos again for my next stay.

location, location and location. nice building with an amazing sunset. it could be one of the top hotels. the staff is super friendly, including the manager and we had the best experience with our driver. Nikolas is not only a driver. he is our friend now, making everything to let you relaxed. always on time, super polite and friendly. I wish everybody were like Nikolas when you are on holidays. this makes an enormous difference. you pay way, way more than you get in return. small and inexpensive things are not provide if you don’t ask, complain and stress. really a pity because it’s a beautiful and well located hotel.

the staff were amazing, especially Mario! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treated us like family. Everyone was so warm and just beautiful service. The hotel is STUNNING and the pictures don't do it justice. The location couldn't be better, just a 5 min walk down to the main town. If I never had to leave!

I totally recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Mykonos. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to beaches, restaurants and downtown.
