The hotel's location is excellent, it is actually located next to a ski slope ideal for beginners, in a beautiful environment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is varied. The hotel's wellness area is free to use, but you have to pay extra for the sauna, which is ridiculous. Furthermore, since they don't check who paid and who didn't, everyone uses it, but only fools pay. I don't know if the negligible income from this is worth the hassle for the hotel.

The people at the hotel were the most wonderful I’ve ever had the pleasure to be with. I booked the room late in the day, too late to schedule for dinner. They went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat. After supper, the front desk clerk brought a bag full of food for me to eat for dinner and enough for breakfast as the new I would be leaving early in the morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel because it is the people who make it a special place to stay!

Wifi was very poor, had to use my own data transfer, the bathroom basic, the staff at the reception desk was unavailable at times. To sum up, the hotel and food were not a good value for money.

Plenty of nice playgrounds for kids, really nice swimming pool and sauna, awesome view on the mountains from the room. It would be nice to have change room at the swimming pool, pillows could be half the size. And I think the most important thing: breakfast, it's 2 hours too late, it should start at 6 or at least 7 to be able to go early for the hike. Maybe it could be possible to place orders for early breakfast and specific good in order to avoid preparing whole table?
