Warning this a nasty place rooms worse then anything I have ever seen. Human waste on the walls of room and bathroom. This place shouldnt be open one bed full of bed bugs we left and of course no refund from hotels com. If you stay you will leave with something you didn't want

Very dirty building. Very greasy floors. I wanted to get a refund because the property feels unsafe, is not clean, and has an unpleasant odor. A refund was refused to me, despite not violating any policies that would cause a refund refusal. I was not happy to stay at this property.
- 2/5
The AC unit didn't work. I was in a non smoking room but there was a smell of stale smoke that permeated into my room. The hotel is right by the highway so it was a little hard to sleep because of noise from traffic.

The toilets wouldn't flush in the first room they put me in and the second room they put me in. In the second room they put me in after the toilet wouldn't flush in the first room, maintenance left there tools in the room. The last room I stayed in for one night, the microwave was running and no one was in the room.

Location and quietness. Waiting for a receptionist or manager for over 15 minutes at help desk to check in.

I really like the location and there was no noise. There was a strong smell of cigar smoke in the hallways.

The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The door to the room was very hard to open. The whole floor was very very sticky. The tub was clogged and wouldn't drain. The fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. All rooms need smart tvs.

Stayed here for one night. One working light in the bathroom, room was barely clean, floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped in a long while…my socks were black on the bottom! Furniture is very dated and run down. Everything in the room felt sticky.
- 4/5
The room had a musty smell but other than that it was fine

Room was pretty dirty. The bed itself was fine, but all other areas not so much. Good fridge and a microwave is a plus

Sam’s Club & Texas Roadhouse, as well as Starbucks, Walgreens, and Kroger are within walking distance. Property was clean, aside from the smashed cigarette butts in the sink drain. Hallways do smell like weed, but that wasn’t an issue for us in the room. Beds were comfortable- just right for someone like myself with Ehlers Danlos & spine issues! Loved the privacy for check-in & check-out. No bugs, whatsoever. Beds are also encased, so thats a huge plus! Felt very safe there, despite other’s reviews to the contrary. Would definitely recommend for a budget stay or last minute rest either one!! I also was there during a storm, and felt completely safe, which has been rare for me since 3/3/2020 bc every storm makes me listen for that sound now. Guests are more respectful than the competition across the street, as well.
- 1/5
They said I stayed there but I didn’t and my card got charged even though I was at my house the entire time and I had my card in my possession. Not sure how this is possible. Still waiting on cancelation / refund. I will delete this review when this problem is solved.

Food splattered on side of refrigerator. 3rd floor smells of Marijuana every morning near the elevator.

The room was not what me and my boyfriend expected the towels were very unclean the bed was not a queen bed the toilet had water leaking from it and shower head was broken

The property was dirty. Had bugs. It was under construction but stuff was all in the hallways.. it did not match the picture on the website at all!! The beds were like a school dorm bed. Do not recommend. And you could never get the staff to come to the front to help with things needed!!!
- 1/5
Very horrible experience
- 4/5
We especially liked having a full size refrigerator in our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was perfect for our travel.
- 5/5
Great overall enjoyable
- 5/5
It was mostly quiet, and the staff were very accommodating and polite like you would expect a hotel to be but you just don't get much these days. Come here for a visit.
- 2/5
Our sheets were dirty and obviously used, there was still trash from the previous people, and when we told someone we were just given sheets to change it ourselves instead of having someone just clean our room. when we came back from Bonnaroo there were roaches on the counter. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and really nice, just the hotel was super unclean. Also make sure you bring your own hand-soap because there is none provided.
- 1/5
It’s not very clean smell bad and have bugs everywhere. His waste time I canceled it and I want to look for a different one.
- 5/5
Everyone was so polite and helpful! Rooms are nice and staff made ever thing very easy flow when we needed Tn add a night.
- 1/5
Smell bad
- 1/5
The bed really uncomfy. The legs on bed had to be straighted. Comforter was dingy and hairs on bed. Tub not the cleanest. Asked for more pillows and towels. We were told they could not supply because washer and dryers had been broke for two weeks. We hardly got any sleep. So disappointed and not worth what I paid. It felt like a rent a room by the hour type of place.
- 1/5
Room floor was filthy. The beds looked like camp cots. Terrible sheets and thin towels. The ad says pet friendly but charged $65 for our dog.
- 1/5
BED BUGS on the bed have pics and videos and when alerted front desk they denied and said they never had them and found a petty excuse to kick me out the next morning and still have not refunded my money that I had paid in advance pics and videos of bugs

The room didn’t appear to have been swept and was dirty. After the first few days it became apparent that they were not providing any housekeeping services during our stay. There were 2 towels in the room, on the 4th day we requested fresh towels and asked for washcloths. We were told that they could not provide fresh linens due to their dryer not working. The guest laundry had 5 working dryers (I know this because I did laundry while I was there). The guest laundry was located directly across the hall from the hotel laundry so I’m not really sure why they couldn’t take the linens across the hall to dry them, definitely was just laziness! At some point during our stay they started posted signs around the hotel stating that they no longer had housekeeping services. On our last night I set a bag of trash in the hallway that had been bagged up in our room but had never been picked up for days. At 8:30 the next morning we were rudely awakened to banging on the door and then a hotel employee entered the room asking if this was a bag of trash in the hallway. We told her that it was trash and we had put it there because we didn’t know what to do with it. She continued to scream at us and tell us that it needed to go to the dumpster out back to which I replied “I’m not housekeeping”. I slammed the door and flipped the security lock, she immediately tried to re-enter room and screamed that she was calling the police to have us thrown out for not taking our trash out, they never came.

Hotel smelled like weed. As I was greeted with an inconvenient sigh, I was told they only had 1 room left and its not what I booked to go look at it. I stay in hotels every weekend, this was by far the dirtiest establishment. There was no comforter on the bed. 2 small pillows, no towels or wash clothes in the room. When I left they immediately closed the office, locked the doors and turned the lights off. The air conditioning did not work and we saw a few small roaches. Phone in room did not work and when we went to checkout office was still closed. Would love to speak to management.
- 2/5
We had to move rooms because they were so many roaches in the room and this was on the first floor. They moved us to a higher floor and it was better

Within 5 minutes I saw minimum 5 roaches crawling around as soon as I walked in the room. I’ve stayed at a Woodsprings Suites years ago in Houston near airport & it was a great experience! I did not stay last night (left with :20 mins of check in) I refused to bring my Gkids into that filthy room. Chairs w/worn seats. Bed linen terrible! Floor visibly dirty & greasy looking!

It was roaches in our room
- 1/5
First room was not ready was on the 3rd floor. Bed was not made girl at the front counter gave me blankets to carry up to my room. When I got into the room, it smelled like mildew floors were filthy not vacuumed at all appeared to be blood stains in the carpet, everything was dirty. The next day the general manager called me and told me to give them a second chance and she was going to give me an “upgraded room” it was on the 4th floor, it did have new flooring and didn’t smell of mold. The room was cleaner but had stuff splattered on the bathroom door that wasn’t cleaned off, a child’s sticker on the bathroom door frame, refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction and when it turned on, it sounded like somebody using a sander on a piece of wood, and it kept me up all night. Behind the refrigerator was a giant pile of roach bait that looked like white round discs and dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. The dresser drawers had cockroach feces in the corners. When you set the shower to a certain temperature, the knob continued to rotate to scolding hot and would not stay in place. The toilet would not flush correctly. This hotel does not mention that it is a extended stay hotel, the hallways smell of dog piss and dander. And the Internet would never let me connect.
- 3/5
Through it all, every member of the hotel staff were cheerful and friendly. The personelle at the front desk are exceptional. Hats off to the hiring going on here. I was greeted with a smile at each encounter and never met with anything but the most courteous and kind treatment.
- 4/5
It was alright.
- 4/5
My overall stay was nice. I stayed here the previous week before & didn’t have an issue. But this was totally different. I had roaches in my room. Didn’t notice until I had a box of pizza sitting out. After that they all came out. This was on the second day. Other than that the place was nice.
- 5/5
Extra clean
- 1/5
This place was absolutely horrible, if I wasn't so tired from driving 9 hours I would have left and went somewhere else but I just could not drive any longer. This place was full of roaches the carpet was horrible The bed was stained, I requested new sheets and blanket because the bed wasn't made except for the dirty sheets that was there, I had to make the bed myself. I have bite marks on me not sure if it's from bed bugs or roaches. Didn't notice the roaches until I turned off the lights, hotel.com should check the properties that they're sponsoring. The room was very filthy as far as the carpet the refrigerator had a roach inside dead. I would never recommend this place to know one I give it a negative 10

I was charged 106 but room was 90$ says free WiFi but wasn’t no WiFi , dirty towels smh

The smell of this property kept me up in the night. We booked this room for two nights and went home early bc the room was just awful. They say non smoking but there definitely were other guests smoking in the building. The room was ill kept and smelled dirty.

Im from California and it was my first time in Tennessee, i was there visiting family so i booked a room. When i got there they told me the room i booked was not available any but yet the hotel had already charged me for it. They did offered me another room but with a single bed and i had booked one with 2 bed because there was 3 of us. The room was dirty stunk really bad and the lady at the front desk was awfully. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there based on my experience.

Deborah is super kind and thoughtful. She puts her best foreword everyday. Ms Wanda is super sweet and kind and allows for people to have time to put their affairs together. Kind yet firm. Amy is a hoot and she is one of the best csr’s there. She is super funny and she works extremely hard for her company. They all deserve a raise for what they do everyday. Shaina is very sweet and kind and I’m so proud of all these FYL (fine young ladies). Super glad I stayed as long as I did.
- 3/5
Upon entry into the room, it had a strong chemical smell that we were told was cleaning chemicals. We decided to leave for a few hours to explore Nashville, came back and was greeted by many gnats in the bathroom and room. There was a water leak in the bathroom and roaches came out once we went to bed. It was a complete mess and service wasn't consistent, so we opted to leave early.
- 5/5
Great service and clean room

Would have liked more channels on the TV

Sleep in your car if you have to!!!! Roaches everywhere. Family slept in shifts with lights on. Bought our own spray but this place is too far gone for it to help. There was smeared blood on walls and splatter on ceiling. Sheets had a mystery stain on them. Sketchy people all around. Safety seems to be a concern as front desk closes at 10pm and to get in even the front door you need a room key. WiFi was pretty good.
- 2/5
hotel did not look like the pictures , Wi-Fi did not work
- 2/5
Had a bad experience upon checking in had requested a double bed and was put in a single room. It was rectified but I had called ahead to notify them that we were stuck in traffic. Hotel needs to be updated. What is shown on the website is not what you get in person.
- 1/5
The shower was broken and had zero water pressure. The carpet was thread bare and HEAVILY stained. The toilet ran all night long. The lock was broken off the door. The bathroom fixtures were rusty.

Customer trying to cause a fight with other customers when I was checking in should have tipped me off… booked a queen room, got a double bed, mold/mildew and hair in the room, no coffee pot as pictured but the smell, definitely didn’t smell like a non smoking room… inside.. and the the hall it smelled like weed

I would not stay here again.

The rooms are advertised as having a kitchen but have no accessories. Not even coffee cups. Just as well because there is no coffee in the room nor lobby.
- 3/5
I wouldn't say it was unsafe, but did feel a little bit iffy. Several people by the front door hanging around. Staff locked the check in office. Staff was friendly enough, but overall wouldn't stay there again.
- 1/5
Nothing was acceptable except the staff i spoke to. Roaches and filthy floors! I didnt stay my second night there. I will not EVER stay there again!
- 1/5
This property is nothing like the pictures. I checked out 5 rooms before settling on one which was essentially the better of the worse. They all have terrible smells. They’re dirty. The air conditioner had food in it. I will never recommend or stay again. Oh, and I was told they don’t offer refunds either. My children felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. We bathed at a friends while staying there because they’re bathrooms were not working properly. All around terrible experience.
- 5/5
Remember this is an extended stay hotel so it won’t have the immediate feeling of a regular hotel but staff was very friendly and helpful and it’s good for the cheap price
- 1/5
Awful, dangerous. If you are a woman or child stay away.
- 1/5
ADA room not up standards, not enough towels, staff left @ 10pm
- 2/5
The front desk was closed both when we arrived and when we left. Someone came writhing 15 minutes and was nice. The smell of marajuana permeated the entire property. The floor in our room hadn’t been swept much less mopped. Most disappointing was the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on and I didn’t have time to call for someone to fix it so I never even got to shower!
- 5/5
Staff super friendly as always.
- 1/5
Bad experience when we arrived they said that we don't have a room because a pluming issue, we arrived at 10:00 pm the front desk person took a lot a time to talk to us and she said that she don't have a way to help me with another information about hotels, very inprofisional.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
Check in took 20 min. No one was there and it took 3 calls to get them to show up.
- 4/5
It was nice enough for its purpose
- 1/5
After driving 10 hours with 2 children, I proceeded to check in and the front desk tells me they do not have my reservation and they are overbooked with no room’s available. This wasn’t my first horrible experience with this hotel chain and I refuse to return
- 1/5
Expedia showed that there were 6 available rooms that are double beds at the time for Woodspring in Murfreesboro TN. When I got there, the receptionist told me that there are NO double beds available--only single bed. I'm traveling with my family and Alan (who was helping me through chat) said that i wouldn't get a refund
- 2/5
The pull knob for the shower was missing, so we couldn't shower. We were adjacent to the door going outside, so everytime the door closed it slammed and rattled our door. The walls were so thin we heard the person in the next room snoring all night. I would have brought these concerns to one of the staff but there were none around.
- 5/5
Our Anniversary this year was absolutely perfect and all either of us could have even wanted at this time. We're a young couple with a newborn baby girl just a few months ago. So finding anyone to keep her foee us is not an easy task yet at this time in life. But we managed to do so and had a wonderful private little night out just the two of us all alone in beautiful, friendly, safe, And very well maintained extended stay studio type of room. And we loved it. Although I am quite certain all the neighbors for that night most definitely knew me as Daddy before checkout the next morning for sure 😈😉👍😇

The service

Room was ok-although someone attempted to enter our room around 11:30 pm and would have entered had we not had the security bar on. Front desk admitted they had assigned our room to 2 people when I had to get my key re-keyed after taking our dog out for the morning walk.

It was a great stay

Although the hotel was only 4 years old, it was run down. Very bare bones (which was fine and expected). Extremely dirty and stained carpets, and witnessed at least 4 roaches during our short (less than 12 hours) stay. Clerk at registration was extremely kind and joyful.

We arrived at 12 am after a long drive & were exhausted. We went to the room & took one step inside, but left immediately. There was a pile of towels in the floor & bedding piled on the bed. Clearly it had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs, called the front desk, & waited for someone to help. She was very apologetic & assigned us another room on the 3rd floor. We go back, still carrying our luggage & exhausted, to the other end of the hallway. We were upset to see another dirty room! There were several water bottles on the counter & no linens at all on the bed. This time I called from my cell phone to the front desk so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We went back down to the lobby & waited on the staff member, as she was going herself to check on the next room she was sending us to. Again, she was very nice & apologetic. The rooms are very old & a bit dingy, the walls in the hallway need to be scraped/painted, and the elevator is very old. We could deal with all of that, though, because we didn't expect much for a rate of about $100. The 3rd room thankfully had been cleaned, so we were able to shower & get a quiet night's sleep. When I went to the lobby to check out, the AGM was working & asked about our stay. I told her what happened at check-in. She was upset & said that shouldn't happen, so she would refund our money. I was thankful because I wasn't expecting that. But it's been 11 days - I've called 3 times & been told the GM would call me back. No call back!!!
- 2/5
I would like to start off by saying how amazing the staff is here. They are so friendly, helpful and genuinely want you to have a good stay here. Unfortunately the first room I was given had trash on the dresser and floor, no blankets or pillows and the bathroom smelt horrible. The second room didn’t have blanket, sheets or pillows, stripped naked with stains on the bed and a horrible odor in the room. The third room was a no go and by this time I hoped the fourth was clean enough to stay as I really didn’t want to go find another hotel. Luckily it all worked out and again, the staff was unbelievably helpful and apologetic. Could be a great place to visit if the cleaning part of the operation gets more love and attention.

I receive a call around 11;00 am that they ran out of rooms and just had to find a new hotel to stay the next 2 days. was not offer anything else. But was charge for the hotel.

I arrived late and was told it was too late to check in. I had to go to another hotel.

Nice stay meet some nice family's staying there

And I have not received e refund or anyone has called me. I called Expedia and they are not responsible either for the charges on my card because apparently I didn’t let them know immediately about the cancellation. I didn’t do a cancellation, hotel cancelled on me and Expedia is not responsible for anything and my $$ is gone and no refund. They practically stole my money and they did “It wasn’t me” game. I’m going to start using other app this one are thieves.
- 5/5
It’s clean, safe , and close to our new rental.
- 2/5
Has kitchen but no pans, dishes, cups or utensils! People wondering around and hanging out in the parking lot at night! Bathroom was just pieced together. And loud! You can hear when there are children above you running around in that room! Sounds like horses running!
- 2/5
Carpet was fifthy and terrible smell in hallways.
- 1/5
Check in experience was horrible. Took over 30 minutes to check in and they made multiple mistakes with my card being charged 3x what it should’ve been.
- 4/5
My hubby and I were staying there for a family wedding, we got in super late and didn’t get in until around 11pm! Once we were checked in, we walked out hotel room. I noticed there was a roach walking out of our room, and then I opened up the door… a ROACH FELL ON ME!! 😣 Grossest thing ever. But we scowered the room to make sure there was no more of them suckers and thankfully there wasn’t. I had them needed to go to the bathroom… come to discover flushing the toilet.. the toilet pressure wasn’t working properly and not properly flushing like it should… Morning came, and my hubby told me to not complain, but I’ve been growing up traveling most of my life, and when you’re staying anywhere you need to let anyone know. Life lesson to anyone: “Kindness will take you to unexpected places!” I’ve learned over the years that life can be awesome when you spread a little kindness and be nice about things!! Turns out when I got to front desk, I was talking to the AGM! ☺️ Sweet! I told her what happened!! She even was severely understanding, so she switched our rooms!! 😍 And boy she did switch us to a much better room! Clean and with a beautiful view!! We had such a great time mostly being at our hotel with it being quiet and all the staff being so friendly! They are very accommodating! We will be booking here again!! ❤️
