Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hours of amenities. Being as there were several teams staying in the facility we did not get much time because the hours are limited.

I liked that the lobby was inviting and family friendly. There were plenty of activities. The rooms were spacious enough that you didn't feel cramped. The bathroom had a decent sized shower not a small tub. I liked that there was a snack bar and breakfast every morning. The snack bar was helpful. Especially when you need a late night snack or some benadryl. Lol we also enjoyed the fitness center. There was plenty of equipment. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't more yoga/palettes equipment in the gym. Also the rooms need a microwave.

Room was nice and clean and staff were very friendly

The customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From housekeeping to breakfast staff, it was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. T’nayah was wonderful.

I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

Front desk staff wasn't super friendly

The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. We were on the 4th floor and the floor was soft and created loudly. I was nervous the floor was going to give way. The room was not cleaned well.

I was traveling with my son for a soccer tournament. The team was to stay at a different hotel in an unsafe area. Upon seeing the original hotel, I refused to stay there and was able to check into Tru by Hilton very late at night. Staff was so kind and welcoming, calming my nerves and concerns. I felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you.

About what you would expect. Look at Drury Inn and Suites for how to do a value breakfast. The air conditioner condenser would rattle every time it turned on and as a result no one got any sleep.

The property was good but the rooms were like a dormitory. Very cold and not comfy. The pillows were horrible way too soft no support. Would be better to have different types of pillows with different firmnesses. Mattress was very good though.

The room was muggy and there were multiple fixtures broken in the bathroom.

This is a VERY minimalist hotel. Needed another chair in the room and a place to set luggage off the floor. Biggest issue was that the WIFI was very poor, even the paid version did not work well. My phone hotspot was better than the hotels service. Great location, close to the hospital and restaurants.

The hotel itself really needs updated. Our room had no furniture aside from a rolling office chair and bed. The bathtub and shower combination was outdated with loose appliances. The room itself was clean and the bed was to be expected. We won’t book again just due to the facts above. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

This hotel was average. The room was clean and parking was free. The AC unit was extremely loud and had to run all night to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

Very pleased with our room & the amenities.

I am sensitive to flashing lights because I have chronic migraines. The smoke alarm in my room started going off while I was asleep, but it was just flashing lights. It wasn’t at the actual smoke alarm going off so these flashing lights caused me to have a migraine and throw up and I threw up so much that I clogged the toilet so I called down to the front desk for assistance and I’m told that he’s the only one there and I have to go And get the plunger myself and I am very sick at this point, but I go down there to get the plunger and I don’t deserve to get sick at a hotel because of their flashing lights

Stayed here for a night coming home from Florida to Chicago. Great place for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a large selection and the breakfast attendant was the sweetest lady ever and very accommodating. The only thing that could improve was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Loved the 24hr coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the lobby on a cold day.

A quick overnight and an excellent breakfast buffet to start out our day. Would recommend!

The lobby atmosphere was very welcoming and completely comfortable. I like the fact that the beds have mattress covers. Rooms very clean. Only missed having a microwave in the room. Other than that, I would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate the little things like having coffee, hot water and cold water out all the time and also many snacks and orher beverages readily available for purchase.

The establishment is clean, the staff were super friendly. One of the staff members gave me a tip on navigating my way back through Atlanta traffic. My refrigerator didn’t work and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The only down side was that I really wanted the food that went bad in the refrigerator! lol!!

Good place to stay near quality restaurants in the Murfreesboro area.

We stayed at the Tru by Hilton for a soccer tournament. The front desk staff were probably the nicest people I have encountered at a hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The selection of snacks for sale is excellent and the breakfast was filling and had great variety. I really enjoyed the waffle and pancake station. I would definitely come back.

This was a very nice, new, clean hotel. However, the mattress was absolutely horrible. Hard as a rock.

My stay was uncomfortably. The room was dirty and the wallpaper was ripped. The bathroom had problems . It was worth the price paid.

When I checked in I asked the staff to add my rewards number. I was told because I used a 3rd party he was unable to do it. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Then i went to my room. I could not get on the internet and I needed to pay because I did not have a rewards number on file at the desk. I contacted the front desk and was told I needed to create an account. I said I have one already. He said I have to do it again. So I did, then I got an error message, that I already hav an account and I need to contact the front desk. Anyway, it was fixed because he finally entered my rewards number like I requested when I checked in!

All was well until I noticed ants in the room…on my birthday. I went downstairs to inform the attendant and he grabbed spray and sprayed the room. That seemed to help and I didn’t want the inconvenience of switching rooms after being settled in and I was trying to enjoy my birthday. I informed the front desk about it and they said they were going to spray and housecleaning, cleaned. It was horrible to pay $300 night for ants. I was very disappointed. All I asked for was for a discount for the troubles, but no one followed up with me. However, the staff is nice and the breakfast is maintained well. Also, there aren’t microwaves in the rooms which sucked….but now I know. I didn’t want to rate two stars, but having ants in a $300 room is below average activity.

Our stay was great. It was last minute and easy to book. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Liked that the marketplace within the hotel is open 24 hours and very nice gym.

Very nice hotel. Great customer service. Hotel was very clean and the lobby was well stocked with convenience store type food. Our room didn’t have a dresser and only a tiny bedside table between the queen beds. Not sure if all the rooms are like that or just ours since it was a wheelchair accessible room. Overall, a good place to stay and good location.

Was very good, unfortunately there was a group partying until 3:10am. I was once young so I didn’t call the desk. But woke me up at 2:00.

Nothing really. Marginal renovation of an older building, noisy, seemed to cater to pot heads, smoke was heavy, the chemicals used to cover it up was heavier. Very loud at night.

Excellent staff! All were pleasant and very helpful. Snowstorm forced us to stop our travels and stay longer than planned. They were able to extend our stay. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much!! Beds slept great and the staff was super friendly!! The lobby was awesome with pool tables for your enjoyment! We would stay here again when in the area!

Clean property, easy to access from the interstate. Amenities typical of a Hilton property, and physical assets (grounds, building, etc.) In excellent repair. Staff is good at dealing with any issues that may come up.

Bushes are all dead, 2 treadmills did not operate. For the price of a room we overpaid.

I truly will not stay at a Tru Hilton again. The pool was not open for the five eighty plus degree days.on line there was no mention of the pool being closed. The breakfast had a good variety of choices but basics were missing. The milk, breakfast sandwiches. The staff explained that the travel athletes are the only ones who they make breakfast sandwiches for. The most frustrating part of being a guest was communicating with two employees who turned the station around. Zero accountability. The weekend was a free for all with young kids running and screaming through the hotel. It was not what was advertised and the staff took lots of smoke breaks out in the front courtyard. Not a great place for guests or workers.

Great as always! We travel a lot and always stay at this chain everywhere! This is the 3rd time staying at the Murfreesboro hotel while visiting our nephew at college. The place is always clean, the desk is super friendly, and just a fun atmosphere overall. Our dogs always travel with us and to find such a great place that is also pet friendly is a treasure!

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was friendly. While fresh sausage patties were being put out for breakfast, my wife noticed Polish sausage had been served earlier in the morning. She commented that she loves Polish sausage. In a few minutes, the guy in charge of breakfast brought her a bowl of freshly cooked Polish sausage. We will stay at this hotel again.

This is my stopover hotel when driving down to Disney World. I’m a fan of Tru By Hilton because they’re all newer and clean but this hotel is definitely going downhill fast. Stayed in two different rooms going down and coming back recently and I’m not sure what is going on in the corners of the showers and why they’re looking moldy. Still would prefer this than risk others though.

I paid for this hotel up front through the Hotels.com app a week in advance. A day after I checked out the hotel also charged my card for the stay. I spoke with several people at this location and they told me it would be removed they actually admitted and apologized for their mistake but it was never credited/corrected.

This place was probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The hotel is pristine, the staff is friendly & professional, location is great & they are pet/eco friendly. No size restrictions! I must've seen at least 10 different dogs there during my 2 day stay. The best part was breakfast! Biscuits & gravy were amazing. It's great to have a hot breakfast. And although they are pet friendly, please watch where you step!!! Nobody picks up after their animals. I learned the hard way lol. That is the fault of the patrons, not the hotel. Overall, highly recommend!!! We will stay here again.

I didn't like the barking dogs or the ones that did their business right out the front door. They encouraged you to ask for what you needed that wasn't in your room. When I made a request I was told he was the only one on duty and could not leave the desk.
