Paid for a non smoking room, as I walked to room the stench of weed was overwhelming. Opened door to our room , smell of weed , cigarette smoke and filth was disgusting. Man at desk was super nice.

So there are a lot of places to stay near by..Reviews at most are horrible. When you pull in at most and see the riff raff everywhere you just leave. This one is well kept. Looks to be recently updated in and out. I have had quite a few terrible experiences lately other places. Was nice to be able to enjoy a stay for a change.

Patron had aggressive dogs that weren’t controlled very well -. There is a homeless hang out area across the street from back of hotel. Just made for an uncomfortable situation.

Great mattress and pillows No kleenex

Very spacious room and easily accessible from the main road! It was only 15 minutes away from our destination location and had plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Plenty of parking available for us to be right in the opening of our room. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the neighbors loud TV playing the entire night. Didn't have a closet in the room nor an iron/ironing board to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. The hairdryer in the bathroom was VERY old and overheated after only 30 seconds of use, triggering the auto shut off on it. I had to reset it or wait for it to cool down to use it again.

Convenient

The room was very clean. This hotel is close to several nice eating places. We will stay again. Check-in was easy and super fast. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast had minimal selections. Coffe was emptied...bothcontainers at once..so unable to get!

There was feces on the bathroom door. The breakfast was pitiful. The only thing hot was the self serve waffles. Building as a whole is run down.

The whole place was clean. When we got into room it did have a small smell of pot smoke, it could have been from having a straight to parking lot door and came in that way not sure. Overall nice quite hotel

The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are large and updated. People fought one night for a brief period yelling on the middle of the night.

Location was good and price was good. Room was poorly remodeled and needed more. The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom walls and walls in the sink area were dirty. The bed spread had stains on them. The heater did not work well. We set it on high, 78 to get the room to 70.

Love the convenience of this hotel. I always book here because it has a decent smoking room. You can tell it’s not neglected when it come to cleaning. I hate booking a smoking room and everything is yellow filthy and sticky. Just the noisiness of the area but that’s the location. Lots of guest in and out.

Room had a connecting door, and we could hear full conversations of people coming in at 4am in next room.

Fridge in room didn’t work. Outlets coming off wall.

Room was never cleaned,smells awful,spiders and webs, and unsealed entry and windows.

Room was non smoking but had a strong smoke smell Group convergence on outside talking very loud. Noises until after 2:00 AM

Waffle machine was broken and looked like its probably always broken. The rest of the options were either breads or sugary so we couldn't really eat anything anyways. Looked clean initially but the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Looked like old toothpaste spit on the counter. Fridge wasn't super clean. Room had a faint urine smell to it. It was cheap and worked for the night.

The rooms are clean and the suite gives you that little extra room. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had a non-smoking room but people sat outside their rooms on both sides of us and smoked so it seemed the non-smoking didn’t really matter. I just don’t think it lived up to the advertised expectations.

Sheets on bed were damp, sheets had 8 long black hairs on it, and the floors were so dirty when I took my shower the black filth was streaming off my feet

Need to make sure all batteries including the tv remote is working. Make sure the room smells nice and clean.

The room was clean. The room didn't have a remote and the staff corrected this promptly and very friendly. The only thing negative I have to say was the pool was unusable.

Traveling home to Augusta GA. Stopped ate at Cracher Barrel. Booked room from resturaunt parking lot. Walked in moments later to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was also nice. Will stay again.

I booked based on good reviews of an updated motel. Wrong in every way!!!!

Room was dirty and not kept nice. AC made the room smell moldy. The air was thick and hard to breath. We didn't stay, we just left right after seeing the room.

Easy off and on I-24. Near restaurants, gas stations, fast food stops, and convenient stores. Check in was quick. Though a little dated, room was clean and much bigger than expected. Other than a few slamming car doors it was quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

It was ok for a one night stay. Not the best. The room wasn't horribly dirty but it could have been cleaner. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night it works, just don't expect much.

Very dated. Terrible linens on bed. Bath towels tiny. Must access your room from outside building. Some concern for my safety in the neighborhood. Looked like most patrons were construction workers using rooms for long range stay.

Room was Clean, nice and exactly what I was looking for.

The floors made my feet black until I was able to take a shower .Also killed some bugs while in the room.The breakfast was nothing to Bragg about.A lot of police presence around hotel area as well. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean and I thought pretty quiet. Great service. Firm beds which I like. Ok breakfast but no eggs, bacon or sausage. We grabbed some fruit and went to the Waffle House. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash but no vent for the steam or for going #2.

Staff was excellent but otherwise dirty, dilapidated, and a very uncomfortable bed.

Seems little unsafe but there are bunch of restaurants. Easy to access interstate.

Super clean and quiet. Didn't hear a peep!! Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, toast, coffee & juice. We were just driving through. Was a great stop to sleep. Close to Highway 24 too!!

At least they have smoking rooms, but they are on the back side second floor with no elevator. Also had to go ask for ashtrays for a smoking room!

I heard upstairs making a lot of noise all through out the day and night and i wasn’t able to get my sleep without getting waken up by the noises. I also witnessed 2 people digging in the dirt.

No hot water during stay and pool was not in service.

Checked in Thursday night, went into room and it smelled, then went to take a shower and no hot water. Alex the guy at the desk was amazing trying to fix everything. Got hot water finally. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Then Friday keys wouldn’t work door was stuck couldn’t get in the room. Again Alex was a big help. Saturday night went to take shower again no hot water. Horrible experience the only thing good about this hotel is Alex who works the desk in the evenings

Stood at the check in counter for more then several minutes. Even called the property to try and get service. Finally after 10 minutes, lady came in from outside carrying her cell phone. Went to room and was going to put stuff in fridge but it had food and cups of something in it from a previous guest. Except for obvious greasy spots on the counter, room was clean and recently painted remodeled and bed was comfortable. Also they should edit the amenities and remove the pool. I doubt this one will open again anytime soon.

The pool was covered, even though pictured. Walls need thoroughly scrubbed or repainted.

Staffs were excellent. They changed the room when we talked to them about the smell. They came and spray the freshener too. Though we booked non-smoking room and they changed the room from the first non smoking room to another nonsmoking room it was smelling bad. We had difficulties to have good night sleep. Feels like itching too. Other than that everything was okay. Thank you

Night manager said pool has been out of service for 6 months. Nothing was updated like the photos showed.

the stay was ok. the customer service is good at the front desk especially in the Evenings. The free breakfast is not like other places, its just cereal, juice, and a waffle machine. The pool was broken or closed. i got over charged for days i did not stay and did not get my check out papers or confirmation. They said Hotels.com does that and im still waiting.

Was more affordable choice from what you had up choose from. Was very clean , hot water, WiFi, friendly and prompt staff Only complaint was room was non smoking and still smelled of smoke , but offered room change if one came available They can spray something to cancel smoke scent and as you stay longer you get used to it Fridge was broken but they were prompt and gave us freezing cold fridge

No pool access. Covered, empty. Would not have booked if known beforehand

Checked in Friday evening for two night stay. We really just needed a place to sleep as we’d be gone for a long day on Saturday. Check-in was super quick & easy. Room was fine. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but the nice long hot shower made up for it. A/C worked well, we like it cold for sleeping. Fairly quiet.

We just needed a stop over for a night. Room was clean. Nothing fancy but what you’d expect from a super 8. Didn’t realize doors face outside , I usually avoid those type of motels. Breakfast was basically waffles fruit or cereal.

I reported the problem to the front desk. I was lucky that, during my stay, nothing was stolen from my room during the times when I left the room with my stuff inside and with the door not locking behind me. The motel was ok in other respects. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited to a few basics -- no eggs, and limited selection of other items.
