It was okay for the price.

This was a nice motel, older but remodeled. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants close by. Bed very comfortable everything we needed!

The room was not fully cleaned. Our bathroom had a stain on the towels. The body wash was out and someone else’s hair pins were on top of the container.

The property was good. It was clean and check-in was easy. I was not aware of the required $50 deposit until I was standing at the counter to check in. I didn’t notice anything about it when I made the reservation. It has been 10 days since our stay and it has not been refunded yet as stated in the notice.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was not very welcoming and house keeping was not helpful. The property is close to restaurants and highway access which is amazing but to access Armoury Road during busy times is almost impossible. Bed was on tge soft side and large work station if traveling for work. Plenty of parking. Located behind a fun place that has go carts, mini putt, arcades, driving range (walkable from hotel). Breakfast was very minimal with defrosted Egos, bread, cereal and a toaster. Property is located near a Waffle House, McDonalds and Cracker Barrel if you want a full breakfast. Price is decent.

Worst motel breakfast ever. Very little food even available, no yogurt, no fruit, no juice, and no waffle iron. Pet hair was everywhere you looked. I book a room thinking it was not pet friendly but the desk clerk couldn’t even confirm that there wasn’t even a dog there the night before. Even the luggage cart was covered with dog hair. Never will stay here again.

Stay was ok breakfast was terrible.

Staff not helpful at all. I reserved a king room, when checking in I was told there were only kings on the second floor and would have to use the stairs. My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. I was told we would have to take a double on the first floor, I asked if I would get a refund for the difference in prices and she stated no because there is a king available on the second floor. This motel is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Also the room was not very clean, the floor was so filthy that my socks were black from walking around the room. Not a happy consumer

Upon arriving, the staff was very personable and was prompt. Gave me all the information I needed to be on my way! I also immediately left my key card in my room, but was able to get another one quickly to get me back in! There was nothing about this stay that I didn't like! Everything was exceptional.

Lobby was super clean and smelled good everywhere. Front desk lady was very nice. Love we can have our 2 cat's with us. Room was improved after last 2 stays so must of got a new cleaning crew which was good. Bed was comfortable and refrigerator worked good. Will return again Well.. Major improvement of cleaning the floor in our room but still wiped up a little dirt by the bed and bathroom sink on the floor. No other complaints

It appeared this Red Roof was operated by a family who took great care to keep the hotel clean and in great order. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel giving good value for the money.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The people in the room next to us were very noisy all evening and over night. The next morning, there were crumbs of some kind all in from of their, and my, doors. I also didn't like just being told of the $50 damage deposit after I arrived.

The "included breakfast" was a bin of "fruitloop" style cereal, milk, bread, and a toaster. That's all. When i asked about the waffles, etc., in the pictures, he rolled his eyes and went into the cleaning supplies room to get waffles. They redused to provide a r receipt.

Bed bugs in one of my student's room. Had to move in the middle of the night. Have not seen a refund from the hotel.

This was a awful experience with cleanliness. There was a .25in of dusk on the light fixtures. We heard something behind the beds pulled them away from the wall to find a large plastic bag, empty cigarette pack and a usb drive. Also lots of hair and debris. They are not cleaning the corners when they mop. I took plenty of pictures. I'm not happy.

The floors were very bouncy and uneven in our room. It was very concerning. The ac in the room seemed outdated and priced an exhaust like smell. It’s was clean and staff was kind.

Parking was convenient, there is no elevator which isnt a huge deal breaker for us but it can be a little inconvenient. We did wish they had in room coffee pots as we prefer to make our own especially in the evening or early in the morning. The staff was all very kind and the room was clean. There is a mini fridge and a microwave we did have some issues where the mini fridge got stuck in the metal lip and wouldnt open but it worked wonderfully and sealed just fine.

The breakfast area needs a little improvement, but everything else was great!

Just an overnight stop while traveling. Very adequate for my travel

It’s a little hard to find as it is tucked in behind other buildings but staff was very nice, room was comfy and located near lots of stores. There’s even an amusement type park right behind it.

Breakfast could be better, more variety, I should have rewards points so if you stay for a long time they get discount on a stay.

The hotel was immaculate! Very impressive cleanliness. The TV was the best I have ever seen in a hotel room. Someone in the adjoining room was kicking the adjoining door about 12:30 AM. I called the desk, and the man who answered told me he was too busy to deal with the problem. The kicking continued, and I could not get back to sleep. In hindsight, I should have called the police next. I reported this incident to the morning desk person at checkout. She seemed horrified that I got this response from the night manager. She apologized for the incident.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and once you found the road to get there, it was very convenient after the expressway. It appeared to be some type of an adult halfway house. I talked to a couple of adults who told me they were “tenants” who live there off and on. I didn’t quite understand what they were saying. Some of the tenants that live there must also have their pets with them. On one of the doors, (maybe the program office) there were several individual violations kept to the doors with included tenants personal information and information regarding pet cruelty violations. (See attached photos) They offered a very limited continental breakfast buffet which included apples, waffles, cereal. The milk that was provided for breakfast was a single gallon jug that everyone used. Which I believe to be a health code violation. The milk that is provided should be in a dispenser or individual curtains.

We have stay at this one regularly when we come to Murfreesboro.

It was a nice updated room that was comfortable. Also great value. Breakfast was minimal.

This pet friendly hotel was great. It was clean. Our room was clean. The AC worked well. Had a good size tv. Staff was attentive. We were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay here again when traveling thru this area.

A good choice for an overnight stay on a road trip. Room was clean. Bathroom looked a little rundown but not bad. Shower was good and hot. Breakfast was minimal but it is advertised as such. The desk help was very friendly.

It’s ok. I don’t mind staying here. It wasn’t our first time but my family said it would prob be the last. Staff was great and helpful. Room was fine, comfortable, clean but could use more pillows. It’s also dog friendly so we did hear som barking. I don’t care for that. But the staff has an expectation that the dogs are not disruptive to the other guests. Best price in the area. Not a luxury hotel by any means.

The beds and rooms were surprisingly nice for a pet friendly hotel, which we required. Also, they waive the pet surcharge for the first pet and instead place a $50 hold on your card as security. So, if you are responsible with your pet, you don’t pay, which is very fair and other hotels should take note and charge only the ones who do damage. Nice laminate and tile floors were a good call as were the beds that were low enough so no kitty could squeeze under. Don’t go for the continental breakfast—we were told it was spartan—Cheerios. toast and coffee/juice were the features, but for the price and for our needs I still give it 5 stars. Waffle House is 500 feet down the road. Staff was nice and the place was clean—perfect for a late night check-in and early departure on the way to your destination

The room was very spacious and quiet! Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for our 2 dogs. I think they could do better with their breakfast; only options were thawed toaster waffles, toast or cereal.

The desk ladies were super nice! The man that was working was a total jerk. I dropped a can of soda and it popped open, spilling some. He was NOT happy with me! Then, the cockroaches! Never again!

When we walked into the room, the horrible odor of old basement hits you. Restroom smelled like cigarettes. I can honestly say that the only thing good about this hotel is that it had working hot water. The mattress bedding had mold on it. Sink had mold. Floor felt greasy and not clean. You’re better off spending a little bit extra for a higher quality hotel than this. Their continental breakfast that the rude staff made a point to mention for the need charge extra consists of coffee, juice and frozen waffles.

The staff were great and super friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestions would be to get a dehumidifier, it was very moist in our room and I could hear the bed in the room above me but I am a very light sleeper. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great! The air conditioner was loud when the compressor kicked in and the room was musty smelling. This really affected my sleep, but I was too tired to complain.

Don't even think about it! The cars in the parking lot were my first clue. One looked lived in. I arrived in my room to find the bath towels all had dark stains and black hairs all over them. The fridge looked like it was once tossed from a balcony. The floor and counter had glitter all over it. There were random stains on the sheets, bedsheets and shower curtain. The desk chair was missing several inches of pleather and the seat had more cracks than a SC highway. Breakfast was dry cereal in a clear container that clearly just gets more added on top as the bottom cereal was faded in color from the florescent lights. I asked what type of creamer was in the carafe and the desk clerk didn't know (half and half, milk, heavy cream). The parking lot is full of homeless people after 5pm. Pay extra and do not stay here!!!!

Definitely not a $100/night hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and from 1996. The "breakfast" consists of 3 types of toast and one of those powdered orange juice machines you have to press 9 times to get 4 ounces. Old style doors so EVERY.TIME. somebody leaves their room you're about to hear the slamming, whether it's 10pm, 1am or 6am. There's an ice machine randomly placed in the hall, so I feel really bad for those 4 rooms near it because they definitely heard that all night too. Reminds me of a cheap room in Atlantic City

We had booked this stay last minute as we are traveling cross country. It was a decent deal and was rated very good. However, it was gross. I would never intentionally book a stay here. Sheets were dirty. Shower was dirty. What was offered for a breakfast wasn’t anything worthwhile so we ate elsewhere. We literally got sleep and left. My wife didn’t even shower because the shower wasn’t clean. We also had to move the tv stand over to actually plug the tv in because the cord had been ripped out if the wall and the grounding prong was stuck in the wall. Very disappointed in how bad this stay was.

Room seemed to be decent. Some cleaning was alittle lacking however. The breakfast was frozen waffles. The overall continental breakfast was disappointing. My tv didnt work and i didnt know till the morning and when i mentioned it to the desk attendant they told me i shouodve called so they could've come in the room to fix it or moved me to another room the morning i was leaving. I checked in for one night.

My stay was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was only at the hotel for a few hours, I was in town for my niece's graduation so I only got dressed at the hotel and took a nap but for the most part it was good.

Killed a roach, bathroom was showing age in the caulk, air conditioner was rattling/noisy. Over all for the price we were satisfied.

There was a spring broken in the bed that made a huge racket whenever my daughter moved. The smell of weed was so strong that it WOKE ME FROM SLEEP several times. The door didn't latch properly.

Just stopped for the night and it was everything I needed. Clean hotel and friendly staff. What more could you ask for!!!

Very close to the interstate. My pet was free to stay and I really appreciate that. Seems safe when I took my dog out to go to the bathroom. Staff was very friendly.

It was not a good stay because the room next to us people were fighting in the room banging on the walls tearing up the room and yelling up and down the hallway making to much noise . The cops had been out to the hotel three times before the people were actually kicked out of the room. There was also trash outside of our friends window.

Cleanliness ok. Someone’s car alarm blasting during the night but otherwise quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough.

it was a used napkin on the floor when i first walked in and kept finding strands of random hair everywhere on the bathtub and the covers etc i just feel like it should a been a walk through after “cleaning” but staff is nice but had a issue trying to get a new comforter he kept bringing sheets did that like five times.

We were happy with this hotel. Great staff. Right next to interstate easy on and off.

Overall it’s a good place to get cleaned up and sleep. The bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor and could hear walking around above us but it was quiet when we went to bed. There was also a little chemical smell like bleach on pillows and sheets but because we have allergies bring our own pillow cases and understand they are trying sanitize. Just wish there was a better solution. We use fragrance free Lysol laundry sanitizer.

This was a decent budget hotel option. Staff was friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean. Outside around the hotel was messy because other guests were not cleaning up after their pets. Additionally, it is in an odd spot where accessing it is complicated because the intersection is a very busy one.

The front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was generally quiet except it is so close to the freeway that you hear traffic all the time. I bring my sound machine to drown it out. Well-lit parking lot so I felt safe walking my dog around the perimeter. Breakfast was sparse but as advertised, so I wasn’t expecting much.

After staying two rooms, the Rooms were not super clean, or couldve been better. Edges around tub in bathroom were pretty bad but couldve been worse. but it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is some frozen waffles and basic cereal, with tiny coffee. But again, its quiet, peaceful, and the front staff has been great, and no bugs thankfully.

We always book here when in Murfreesboro. It is pet friendly and the property is well kept.

Do not stay here. When we left are room the staff came in to “clean” and went through our bags used are tooth brush’s. Then cloths in the suit case that were dry when we left were now wet with a mystery liquid we did not feel safe after this and left the hotel and the manager was not willing to refund us the money for that night stay or do anything to try to fix this situation.
