This hotel was old and looks like it hadnt been updated in 20 years. Immediately noticed a weed smell in corridors mixed with adamp smell. Supposed to be nonsmoking but tobaccom smell was throughout., furnishings carpet (sticky) eqpt very dated, AC worked but very beaten up, wallpaper had chunks missing. dark bathroom with an uncaulked, old, stained tub, no bath soap or body wash (though there were holsters for bottles to go in, just 2 small shampoos. We didn't want to use the shower after looking at it anyway. The toilet blocked so it barely flushed & overflowed but it was too late at night to get maintainance. In the morning the breakfast was in a fast large area only 6 small tables. Very limited b/fast, no fruit or yogurt, all that was in the (dirty) fridge was a gallon of milk. The juice machine had an Out Of Order sign, waffle Iron only half cooked it. The area had cardboard boxes stored & a random couch. My daughter planned on using the pool but looking at the rest of the place didn't want to try it. We are starting her at college and need a hotel for overnight stays for the next 4 years but this is this not it. It looks like it was an old red roof inn, overall like an old cheap motel and should charge accordingly, not charge for mid budget. Didn't bother to complain there was too much to complain about and front desk couldn't do anything about it anyway. We just left never to return. One positive- no bed bugs.

not a thing this place was aweful but we had no choice do to getting in so late at night. everything the smell, the sticky floor, the leakign water from the fridge, ac was not turned on in either rooms even after they changed our romms ( still nasty just one had carpet so you could not hear the sticky floor).

Location to destination. Rooms need much work! I can forget about bad bathroom ceilings or shower curtain rod ready to fall off, but there is no reason why the refrigerator should have food from previous person inside or hair on bed sheets! Cleaning is critical if people are going to come back!

This place is gross! We pulled up, checked in and went to our room. The smell in the hallways and room was awful. It smelled like smoke and marijuana everywhere we went. The garbage cans outside were overflowing and there was random people just hanging out around the hotel. Everything was very outdated and dirty. The lady at the front desk was nice but she’s about the only good thing about this hotel. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 children and we were absolutely not staying there. We checked out and went to a different hotel about 2 exits away. We checked out as fast as we could. If you care for your family at all, avoid this hotel.

Friendly staff and made check in easy This place smells horrible.....very out of date, musty and smokey smelling on the entire floor. The staircases are awful and they do not have an elevator. Room service cleaned my room once my entire stay, and I ran out of toilet paper for the last two days I was there and it was never replenished.

Older hotel. Funky smell in halls & room. Beds were clean & comfortable. Water pressure good in the shower. The toilet was missing a bolt connecting it to the floor, when flushed it rocked. Parking convenient to room. Felt secure while there. Probably wouldn't stay there again, mainly due to the smell.

There’s not enough good things I can say about this property ,,,the STAFF IS SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL!!!! Clean!! The breakfast AMAZING!!!!! THE BEDS are OMG SO COMFORTING AND AMAZING!!!! Your price here is WELL WORTH IT AND WELL BE STAYING AGAIN FOR SURE!!! Thank you so very much!!

Just avoid!!! Everywhere you went the hotel smelled of marijuana. There are people residing in the “hotel.” The pool was dirty and the entry gate broken. The exhaust Fan in the bad room was squeling and could not be used. The tub floor had been badly patched and one wrong step you would fall thorough. There was one person that “appeared” everywhere we went. Very unsafe feeling! I can’t believe this hotel is open!

Nicely appointed room 7 bathroom. Upon our arrival to room 129, 2 things needed to be addressed in the bathroom. 1) The sink had debris in it, due to poor drainage. After twisting (counter-clockwise) the sink stopper into a more raised-up position, the water drained properly. 2) the (massage-style) shower head was sitting on top of the toilet tank. While showering without the shower head installed, we noticed a threaded nut to attach the shower head onto the pipe arm. Once the head was attached using that threaded nut, we had a better shower!

Exterior Door Handles were falling apart. Inside the room was clean but the hotel itself was in rough shape. Breakfast was sad with overcooked eggs and sausage gravy. Juice machine was broken. But the Layali Dubai restaurant next door was wonderful and highly recommended.

The breakfast menu was fine, but not the best quality. The halls and room smelled like cigarettes and there were stains on the sheets. It was cheap, though, which slightly made up for the proportional status of amenities.

I went based off of the pictures since most of the hotels are sold out in the area and this was one of the only few available. The hotel is old and run down but the room smelled really bad and there were all kinds of things on the sheets as well as gunk on the bed headboard. TV also had Gunk on the TV and bathrooms were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel

The pictures are definitely deceiving. The main lobby looks nice, but once you go past it, it looks like a rundown motel. The room looked dirty and outdated. One set of bed linens was dirty, and several towels were also dirty. The staff said breakfast was available, but honestly, considering the condition of the room, I would be scared to eat anything from there. We booked a room on the 2nd floor, and we were fine going up the stairs; however, there was an older couple that didn't know that there were no elevators and struggled to get up to their room. Unless this hotel gets renovated, I would not come back.

No frills and nothing special. Rooms have been updated with hard surface flooring since last time I stayed here. It's an older place and has some "old hotel" smells throughout the place but the great free breakfast in the mornings helps make up for it.

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location for what I need. The breakfast isn’t much, but I don’t eat breakfast anyway.

There was blood on the bathroom wall behind the towels. The place is pretty dirty. The pictures on Expeia are either not of this hotel or are incredibly touched up. We were there for a soccer tournament and couldn't find another place. The staff were nice and gave us a 20% discount.

Jim was great and very friendly but didnt realy care for the other staff seemed like we were bugging them. And the buffee was good but kept running out and they wouldnt refill

Was so nice to get away for a night and relax and loved that I got to take my dog and kids! Love the location cause it’s close to everything you could need and made me feel safer by having to use the key to even get to the halls not just the room so I felt secure taking my family there and breakfast was good!

We always appreciate indoor corridors for safety. The decor reminded us of a bordello, but the property was fairly well kept.

I’d never recommend to anyone to go to this hotel and we would never go back to this hotel ourselves ever!!!!! The room they put us in was not anything like the pictures showed. It was not the best. But tolerable. We were traveling with our service dogs. the stench in the entire hallway was absolutely disgusting !!! It stunk of dog urine. It was definitely obvious this hotel was a section 8 hotel!!!! I asked to be moved to a different area of the hotel and I was told they would not move us. That’s the hallway they put anyone who dogs!!!! The hotel manager came down to see what we were smelling and he stated all he smelled was a hint of skunk. I said you mean marajuana? Because that’s all I smell It’s filthy here. Thank goodness we had only one night at this dump. Very disappointed in Ramada allowing this kind of filth in one of their facilities!!!! Do not stay here!!!! Oh and they claim. They offer a breakfast…. No they don’t. Coffee that was it!!!!

Not very clean. Breakfast area was left unattended and was nasty. Heath department would have a field day here. Stay away if you can.

Bugs , noisey air conditioning systems, bathtub were nasty, beds smell old , halls smelled of pot . Not safe for little kids . Had to be moved 4 times in 3 nights cause of nasty conditions

The rooms are outdated and dark with very few electrical outlets and no USB/USB-C plugs. The reasonable rate made up for that. The hot breakfast was good and served until 10:00 AM. That was a plus for us!

So as I walked in the room there was only one light that come on. The tables were filthy, floors look like they was not cleaned. The bathroom was nasty it had hair in the tub black ring in the toilet was not cleaned it all and on top of that the jacuzzi that was in there had black in the bottom of the tub as of it was not cleaned. The bed look like it had been slept on was not made it was just very nasty.

Made reservations for 5. They had roll away bed in room and ready for use without having to ask.

This was an older hotel, but the upkeep in cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were a little dated but very comfortable. Excellent breakfast set out the next day and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend even got a story from the staff that Elvis stayed there in 1975. Cool.

The property wasn't dirty, but felt old and neglected in many subtle ways. Areas smelled like smoke and hallways felt muggy. First room had no working AC, but hotel staff was kind and gave us another room. Breakfast was okay. Wasn't a horrible stay, but family complained and so wouldn't be back. But would work if on a budget and did not have very high expectations.

Roach Motel it was. We were killing roaches the whole night. Bathroom was disgusting. Room was old, needs updating. Hallways smelled musty. Should I go on? Don't stay there.

The entrances and surrounding areas smell strongly of cigarettes, the carpets in the hall and bedroom are very dirty and the bathroom curtain had a lot of germs.

The hotel needs to exterminate

BED BUG ALERT!!! The man at the front desk was neither welcoming nor friendly. The refrigerator did not work, so we got a new room, When I checked the mattress for bed bugs in the second room there were three bed bugs running around. It is hard to get pics w/one hand while holding up a mattress, but I have attached a photo. We told the front desk and he started a refund and we found a new place to stay.

They were able to accommodate us on a 1st floor room. Because my wife can’t do stairs. This room was near our extended family members in two other rooms. Unfortunately there was garbage left over in the drawers in the dresser. They discounted the room rate for the trash. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

The laminate flooring was very dirty. Someone spilled something in the corner by the window and it was left there, sticky. The floors in the whole place were so dirty I wore my shoes unless I was in bed. Also, there was a big glob of dark hair hanging from the tub faucet opening.

The other thing that happened was we got locked out of our room due to low batteries on the lock. Thankfully it didn't result in too long of a delay so I would say that was more minor, but I hope regular maintenance checks might pick up on that kind of thing before it becomes that much of a problem. On the positives the hot breakfast was quite good even if the juice was questionable.

Was told it was a non smoking room but whole first floor and room reeked of smoke and there was cigarette butts and ashes in a drawer. The hot tub was cool and then noticed roaches, cigarette burns in sheets, horrible stay, worst hotel experience ever.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. Room was nice. Weird smell on the hallway, but that could be caused by anything. Inside the room smelled very nice. We used the pool. It was very nice also.

Saw several roaches crawling through my room.

Looked down to find my shoes one evening and there was at least 3 roaches crawling on them. Needs serious remodel. Breakfast area says no carry out food smh

Just stopped in for 1 night on the way to Florida. All the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was alright.

NICE STAY

Check in was easy. Our room was not real clean and It smelled funny. I had cleaning supplies with, so i made it smell better. The fridge didnt work. I told the front desk and was told to make sure it was plugged on and flip a switch on the back. That didnt fix the issue. I asked about a different room and I was asked if we had messed the room up yet. I told them we turned down the bed and had already taken showers and wanted to put our drinks in the fridge to get cold. I was told that since we already messed the room up that he couldnt move us, even though the fridge didnt work and the room smelled. The toilet also wouldnt flush. We had to hold the handle down until it was done and then flush a 2nd time for each use. When we stayed here in December of 2023 it was a nice stay, with no problems...

I’m not from Tennessee I enjoyed the employees being helpful and polite but my ac in my room wasn’t working correctly and spent 3 nights in a room that was not cool enough for this hot weather

My mother, daughter and I only stayed the night because when we checked in it was late and we didn’t know where else to go at that time of night. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. The whole place smelled of stale smoke. The curtains weren’t hung properly and had a rip in them. There was a hole in the ceiling above the curtains. The bed wasn’t made neatly. There were only two pillows on each bed. The toilet fixtures were rusty. The carpet in the hallways were stained and nasty. It was like walking into the Shining. We then found out afterwards that neighbourhood is known for drugs and is not a good part of town.

The staff was pleasant but the room was dated. It was in need of some good overal maintenance. Toilet leak was present, the refrigerator was broken and smelled badly. The room had an odor to it.

Very clean room and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back again next year. Easy parking , free breakfast and great pool. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was just okay. My son saw a cockroach & that made me uneasy. It was late, so we just stayed for the night.

Homeless people sleeping in parking lot. Empty narcan top outside of bedroom window. People smoke at the door entrance. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to where I needed to be.

These people are not very friendly. We were in a non smoking room and our blanket had cigarette burns in it overall it was pretty clean.

A really bad place to stay. The plaster/wallboard was falling off around the window and pieces had fallen into the air conditioner. The carpet was stained. The walls were dirty, had holes, and had streaks. The was a big hole in the bath towel. The shower stall looked as if it had been cut and bashed. The entire room needs a complete renovation. Way overpriced for what I got.

It was not a very good experience , i have stayed in other ramada before they were much cleaner , sheets were dirty same as towels, hallways were dirty and smell horrible.

First Impressions hit me the most. The front doors and inside doorswere so fingerprinted and need refreshed. Rugs in hall need replacing ( stains, worn out, upleasing to sight. Rooms are drab (need updated lamps and shades Bed linens are worn out and thin (very poor quality) Bath room towels and wash cloths had stains on them and very thin and worn. Commode leaked on the floor and needed to be bolted to the floor…this is a great safety hazard. The shower curtain SMELLED RANCID! Breakfast was poorly serviced. No hot water…no yougart…no fresh fruit…one sausage patty left…only one scoop of eggs left… no biscuits…no sausage gravy. Trash can over flowing. The service kitchen was dark with no one in attendance. Several guest came in looked at the food availability and left. 👎

This place is in a really sketchy neighborhood . The door for our room was very hard to open. You had to use your shoulder or body to get it open. It appeared to be warped. The room itself was not clean, especially the bathroom. I would not recommend this place.

Room smelled. Door kept getting jammed we had to always slam ourselves to open. Remote battery kept dying even when got replaced. No weights and mats in weight room definitely sucked very limited

The place is just run down and not super clean. Went for complimentary breakfast 40 minutes before they said it would close and no meat, no eggs, no biscuits. Waffles and cereal only, very little syrup left. Lady in the back saw people there but closed anyway. Overall, not impressive, would not stay again.

The only real issue I had was the room had not been swept and the floors were pretty filthy. The hotel was also non smoking but I could always smell smoke when out in the halls.

I’ve already done this once before

The staff wasn’t helpful, someone smoked in a nonsmoking room. The shower drain was stopped up, with hair still in the shower. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

It had been used to wipe instead of toilet paper, found a dead bug in the sheets, sheets and towels dirty as well, cigarette burns on comforter, found hair from someone else in the shower. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My husband and I didn’t even stay there for the night because we were so disgusted. Talked to front desk about our unhappiness and he did not even offer an apology even after I showed him the live bugs crawling on my dog in person. Awful experience.

It needs some more updating

Our stay was somewhat of a challenge, found glass in the carpet, we have a small dog, so went to office and got a vacuum cleaner. It was a holiday so the staffing was stretched.

Location was ok, but room was not kept up especially for lighting and the bathroom areas.
