The location had plenty stores and restaurants near by. The rooms were dirty, hallways dirty. The beds and stains on the cover and sheets. Bathroom floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned. After looking at the beds of course the towels and washed cloths were no better.

There were used towels hanging up in the bathroom. The door to the connecting room didn’t go all the way to the floor. We could see light, smell cigarette smoke, and hear a loud tv all night long. Worse night!!

Location The 1st room had a small child above us, continued to run in the room. I have kids and know how it can be, but you do have to attempt to redirect them at some point. After about 30 minutes my husband bang on the ceiling to try to get them to stop, no help. Finally I went to the front and she gave us another room, without hesitation. Towels were stained and a very poor repair job on the shower.

The staff was pretty chill and it was decently clean, at least our room was. The utilities were pretty outdated, our microwave was so old it didn’t even have a timer, the room was very small it felt very cramped, the tv was very outdated, it didn’t even give us the option to hook up our Xbox, the WiFi was so bad our phones didn’t even want to connect, and there was paint chips coming off of the ceiling and poor patch jobs on the walls. You can get better quality at a different hotel for the same if not less than what you get here.

The floors were dirty the bathroom was dirty there was blood in the doorway of the bathroom that was dirty q-tips in the bathroom they was boogers wiped on the wall in the bathroom they was dirty sheets as we pulled the blankets off to go lay down and to check in at 5:30 in the afternoon and get told you have to stay quiet at 5:30 p.m. I have children

It is in a good location. It was dirty. The bathroom was a nightmare. The water didn’t drain properly. It hadn’t been cleaned. Obviously. There was mold. The toilet shook. The sheets and towels had stains. The floors literally had some kind of stick goop that you could see in the light.

We have stayed here before and really liked it. This time however, the floors were sticky, the tub didn't drain well, linens were stained and the smoke detector was falling apart. Breakfast was a joke and the property has roaches. It wasn't in our room per se but rather crawling the wall in the hallway. We won't be returning to this property.

The a/c was cold. The deadbolt on my room didn't work. The toilet was loose from the floor and would move whenever you sat down. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was clogged so I showered in standing water. It didnt actually drain fully until after i had fully gotten ready to leave. The front desk staff on both shifts were very nice.

The room looked nothing like the pictures offered. homeless people outside the hotel. very loud yelling in the hallway all hours of the night.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The physical conditions of the hotel was appalling. Our was in desperate need of updating and a deep cleaning. The bathroom door was broken and was unable to close. The WALLS were dirty. I was not comfortable in the room it felt uncleaned and dingy. I should have picked better.

It was solid. Better than what I expected for the price, but, there were a few issues. All things considered? Def worth it at that price point!

Courteous staff it seems

For the price it was a safe place to stay. I was concerned about the questionable homeless in the parking lot that was adjacent to the hotel. There was a lack of AC in the common areas. The room itself was clean and nice enough for an overnight stay.

It was very dirty and the sheets smelt really bad. Every rag, towel, sheet, blanket, everything had stains everywhere. The walls and floorboards where disgusting. The breakfast was a 3/10, but free to those who stay there.

The bed linens were stained. The towels were stain. Didn’t look like any service has been washed in a week. The floor looks clean, but when you walked across it at bare feet, your feet turn black. Overall, the hotel is very disgusting.

We unexpectedly needed to stay in town an extra night. I was able to get a last minute reservation at a very good rate. The room and the facility in general was very small but clean and cozy. There was no closet which was odd but there was a large tv, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was large and well stocked. There was also a small desk area and window seat. Plenty of USB outlets and plenty of light. Excellent value.

Desk clerk was nice but I was tempted to leave when I saw the condition of the property. I probably would have if I hadn’t been so exhausted from driving so long.probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was fairly clean except the floor was filthy. I had to wear my shoes or my socks and feet became black. The lobby ceiling has mold growing on it behind the desk. Needs some basic maintenance. .

This hotel is extremely run down. Do NOT pay attention to the pictures they have posted. The hallway carpet smells very gross and is stained. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and tiny. Not worth the money saved…

Dirty Brocken shower announced with pool and there is no pool very dirty old bed sheets and smells real bad dirty carpets as well it was very bad experience

Our first night we were stuck in a room with no working air conditioning in the middle of June. The air conditioning kept making noises in the middle of the night, waking me and my girlfriend up constantly. We did get moved to another room and the quality of the stay did get better. But I would still rate the stay as a whole negatively.

I had no drain in my tub.

The aircondotioner dod not cool as it supposed to be. It appears to run fan only without refrigeration. It either does t have any aircon conpressor or doesn't work at all. It keeps running all the time without refrigeration. The breakfast bar was not prepared to serve the guest. The apple juice and oramge juice did not have any and they just pour water.

Disgusting room. Stains on the bed sheets, walls, and floors. One of the pillows on the bed had what appears to be dried blood stains, the book by the window looked like it was covered in dried semen. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. TV Channels were worthless, only about 4 channels that were actual TV, rest of them were sports or liberal news.

Room had a smell that flared my asthma up

It was okay. The staff was friendly and it felt safe. It also seemed like the best option out of all the nearby hotels. There was a lot of wear and tear to the room that made it feel a little dirty even though it was clean otherwise.

I stayed here while running the half-marathon in Nashville. It was an easy drive to the event, and much more affordable than staying in the city.

This was an absolute worst state I’ve had with Windham. There’s a lot of traffic in the hallway all night. Alarm went off in the middle of the night stayed on for a few minutes. There were drug deals happening in the stairway or stairwell. Whatever you call it outlet in the room did not work, the towels were stained. None of the employees spoke fluent English very little English. A lot of foot traffic of people who were not even staying there at the hotel. The room was small, but doable. Didn’t really look like what was advertised. Disappointed I will not stay at this hotel again , and I know within the next 2 to 3 years, I will be frequenting the area, but I will not stay at this hotel

This Microtel served its purpose for us as we only needed an inexpensive place to sleep and shower. The room was clean upon our arrival, but it was very small and larger individuals would find it tricky to navigate. There was about a two-foot opening between the wall corner and the furniture corner to get into the room. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and chipping plaster. We stayed three nights and no one ever cleaned our room. We had to ask for new towels each evening and on one of those times the desk clerk could only find one towel for me. It was folded, but damp and when I unfolded it, it was clearly still dirty. However, he delivered two more dry clean towels to our room. One morning two staff members knocked on our door and asked if we were smoking. We were not, but they continued to stand there peeking into the room until I restated that we don't smoke and closed the door. The hall did smell of smoke, but the back door to the hotel did not close properly and the smoking container stood right outside that door, so the smell was probably from someone who had just smoked while standing outside the back door. We would not choose that particular motel again.

Got in room and both tables were dirty had chip crumbs and sticky all over. No coffee maker and no iron. The place was noisy and seemed like people lived there not just overnight. Very loud was woken up at 2 am with slamming door. Loud music played half night in parking lot. Will not ever stay again. Just dirty and nasty. Did not feel safe as a single women.

Room looked nice, just to find out that it had roaches crawling from i have no clue where - didn't feel comfortable sleeping in my room. I asked for 2 extra towels and they had a problem and only gave me 1 (I should get all I can since I'm paying to stay here) , also don't expect milk to be out for the cereal

There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area that or only marginally more expense. I HIGHLY recommend that you explore those options before looking here.

Little bit older property but staff is very courteous

Good location otherwise is the worst place I have stayed at. The carpet dirty beyond comprehension. The room was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned and there was dental paste in the sink. The room was not cleaned after my first night there. the police was in the hallway with several guests that reported missing items from their rooms. I took all my stuff with me when I left the hotel after the first night. There was a truck parked outside with the trailer cooler motor running on and off all night. I believe this hotel needs to be remodeled.

This is my second stay at this hotel and the ease of check in, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the establishment was my reason for returning. Definitely will stay again.

Property pictures online did not match the rooms. Breakfast was very minimal but overall good stay

AC worked. Location was great but that’s about it. Multiple guest complaining upon arrival at check in or just afterwards. Rooms had very dirty tile floors, shower curtains loaded with mold at bottom due to drains being clogged and water draining really slow. Just needs some draino! One hook to hang all your clothes on. Wall mirror just sitting against the wall broken like that’s normal! Breakfast absolutely horrible. Bread for toast stays in the uncovered position and therefore the bread is hard as a rock. Almost no need to toast it! I was afraid ti try the cereal and milk. Stay somewhere else and drive a little further in. Not worth the 100/night they are charging .

Room was nice, just enough

AC/heater needs a good cleaning as it was stained. Bathroom shower (between head and pipe) was spraying the wall during my shower. Told the front desk person who didn’t seem to care. Bed frame was metal and stuck out beyond mattress and I hit my shin on it a couple of times. Low cost of the room made up for it.

They are affordable, willing to work with you on an early check in for a few extra dollars in cash. Checking in was a fast and easy process and the staff was very kind, always greeted you as you passed thru the lobby area.

Tight parking lot. Clerk unfriendly. She confirmed lots of thefts from vehicles. Directed to take stairs to my 2nd floor room. Room showed some signs of updating but bathroom had mildew and dirty grout. A far cry from other Microtel properties I have stayed at.

1. Breakfast was VERY limited 2. Room was too small and cramped. 3. Lighting in bathroom was dim. 4. Staff did not dress professionally. Leggings and flip flops; blue Jean shorts and flip flops. 5. Could not get TV remote to change channels. 6. Other locations of this brand are much better.

The motel itself was quiet and comfortable. There was mold in the shower and on the ac unit. There also appeared to be small blood stains on the bedspread.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel appears due for a good deep clean. The rugs in the hallway are somewhat stained and the room was generally cleanish, smelled good and also needed a good deep clean. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been carefully cleaned in weeks and oddly there was no toilet paper in the dispensers just a half used roll on the counter. I felt safe, slept well, breakfast was adequate and the location is great. Seemed a bit overpriced and in need of a deepclean.

First thing to note is this is a privately owned Microtel Inn. I paid $20 cash only to check-in early. We were the only ones there and were placed on the 2nd floor where it was actively under construction. Loud drilling noises, vacuums, etc. The hotel is old, dirty, and rooms are really small. The shower didn’t work, the faucet and handle were barely attached to the wall. We requested another room with a working shower but it only had cold water, no hot water. We cancelled our stay. What a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place.

The public restroom was out of order. Other areas looked like maintenance was a low priority. We did not eat breakfast there because of the lack of cleanliness.

This place should be shut down and renovated. Floors and surfaces were dirty and sticky. Bugs were flying around the bathroom because the drains were all clogged. Walls were stained, and tv did not work. Breakfast was barely a few muffins and the milk was curdled. Juice machine was out of juice. Someone told the desk person it needed filling and no one ever filled it. Trash bags were sitting by the entry to the breakfast room. Hallway window screens torn. Terrible place.

Low water pressure…clogged shower drain. Charged twice for room and when I called could hardly understand him.

The only positive was they had direct tv. I would not stay at another property from this group.

I didnt like the smell of the hotel nor that there were no elevators so we had to walk up flights of stairs with our luggage. The tub and sink were clogged. We had to park near the back of the hotel and the back door didn't work so we had to walk around to the front.

Room was okay. Some of the lights didn’t work. The room was kinda clean. There was spills on the floor and garbage in the bathroom.

The stairwell was filthy, and with no elevator, it was the only way up. It was overpriced. Parking was difficult with a large vehicle and full lot. No coffee in the room.

The rooms were not cleaned well. When we requested new clean sheets, they were just dropped off instead of being changed. Also, we requested a room cleaning for one of our rooms and that never ever happened.

This property was way below basic expevtstions. Room had left over personal hygiene items and food in refrigerator. The shower curtain needs to be replaced other items could use to special touch of cleanliness.
