Jackson motel

We reserved a room for Bonnaroo and ended up pleasantly surprised! The rooms were newly renovated and smelled lovely. The patrons were friendly and so was the staff. Other than ants and some spiders in the room everything was perfect. We stay in Murfreesboro every year and this was one of the cheapest options! Will definitely be making this out Roo motel every year!

We were in town for a high school graduation and wanted a place to close to both, the graduation location and our family that live in Murfreesboro. We will definitely be back when visiting in the future.

Room was acceptable although wifi was very laggy, floors were dirty and parking was extremely cramped later in the evening.

The motel was clean and the rooms were spacious. It was definitely a good deal and we’ll return in the future.

The room needed to be cleaned better there were stains on the comforters. The floor in front of the bathroom vanity was sticky. I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. But for the price, it was a nice bed to sleep in.

Room was not clean pillows had hair on them TV only one channel fig had food in it they was not giving are money back . This was very bad.

It was quiet. The remodel is fading but it is an old place. Staff was super helpful, room was not as clean as I like but the only have one housekeeper currently with a now hiring sign on their Marquis.

Yes the air worked fine. The staff I was very unhappy with. They charged me two extra days even though my reservation with you says i was paid from Friday the 14th through the 17th at checkout. I’m not happy at all

I had a great experience with the spot it was nicer than I expected for the price to be honest it was a steel.

It was good service and it was very comfortable and nice, until day two I was moved to the other side which was smaller

There were bugs in my room and when I politely ask to be moved I got moved to a even worse room that had bed bugs and a door that was broken

I checked in and started see roaches and I wasn't going to say anything but I saw one on the bed so I was moved to a worse room with bed bugs and a broken door

Nice rooms good air conditioning

The outlets next to the beds did not work, as they were all capped off. only three outlets in the whole room that weren't capped off. Restroom is super small. There was dirty hand prints all over the head board of the bed when we walked in for the 1st time into the room. Mini fridge was one large ice cube and wasn't able to be used until the day after checking in.

Terrible, smell like cigarettes even though I requested non smoking, roaches and beg bug everywhere, I was supposed to stay for 3 night, I check out the next morning very early, when I told the receptionist she was like everything was normal.

Where my room was at, is a little loud from the traffic. Only thing I have a complaint about is w hen the day for you to check out? The front office staff will band on your door like you're a criminal.

Very dirty, lots of cockroaches, the sizes are very ugly and dirty. They gave me the room they wanted, not the one I asked for.

Me & my girlfriend just wanted to get away for a night so we decided to get a room to spend some time together. The night girl working was very friendly and extremely accommodating. It was nice and quiet and there's tons to do around there if you get bored. We can't wait to go back for another nightly get away!!

Paid online, when I checked in I was required to pay more money for rooms that aren’t even worth it. Spiders and mosquitoes were in room.

When my partner and I walked in & looked around there ended up being stains & black hair all over the sheets, the bathroom had a hole in the door, no soap and shower necessities around anywhere, there was pee all over the toilet seat with almost no toilet paper & roaches EVERYWHERE. I didn’t feel safe & ended up not even staying the night there. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I am beyond DISGUSTED. Also a non-refundable pay, I can tell why.

We were in Murfreesboro for medical appointments. We've stayed there before & while it's not a fancy place we loved it. This time around in our 1st room the tv wasn't working & Crash the maintenance guy couldn't fix it so he got us switched to a much bigger room (with a working tv). It was clean, comfortable and the shower was great! Also it was close to many restaurants (esp. the Checkers which is literally maybe 50 ft. from the front office). We were lazy and DoorDashed trashy food and had a great time!

The cleaning staff left dirty towels in the room and didn’t put clean towels in the room. It’s very dangerous trying to get into and out of the parking lot because of the location with traffic.

When we arrived it was shady. The receptionist barely spoke. We got to the room and it was so gross. We pulled the covers back and there were yellow spots everywhere. They sent new bedding. The girl that brought it was nice. The bathtub had a line of mildew around the whole thing. The ac was a wall unit and too high almost to reach and change the temp. The mini fridge had standing water in the door handle at the top. We used a rag to clean it out. It was grimy. We showed it to housekeeping and they said the other cleaner doesnt do a good job. The floor was sticky and when it got wet was super black. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone ever.

Horrible, No customer service at all, refused to give any refund after walking in and instantly leaving due to seeing bed bugs, mold on the walls and piss all over the bathroom. Door had no lock and I’m very sure there was a “hidden camera” within the bolted mirror in the room. I highly recommend no one goes there. This place shouldn’t be offered on this app. The owners as well were horrible. No customer service skills or hospitality at all.

All i can say is the bed was comfortable. The drains were super slow. Towels were either stained or dirty, just filthiness all over. Would love to share the photos i took but for some reason it wont let me upload them

The property attracts an "element" that may not be suitable for a family on vacation or a couple just needing a rest stop. Nothing against who I saw, just the price point keep longer staying people around that are struggling right now. I had no issue with them - but I am not naive to what could be opportunities to be trouble for the Mgmt.

The room is very big and spacious. The area where the toilet and shower are are a bit on the small side. The front desk lady / receptionist is super sweet and understanding.

Very dirty. Toilet did not work, shower was nasty. Bed was ok but everything else is falling apart.

Didn’t end up staying …checked in and when we got to our room the door wouldn’t lock…ask the front desk to move us but they were sold out and wouldn’t refund our money….terrible and unsafe

It was very dirty and unclean. There was oped soap left from last customer. The mirror very dirty. Looked like the room was not cleaned at allllllllllllllllll!

I would not recommend this property at all. My husband and I left after an hour because the room was not clean, linens were dirty, floor and lamps were dirty. There was a moldy smell that was making us sick. The staff moved us from the original room that had three ashtrays stacked in the windowsill to one of their best rooms, still disgusting. I don't believe the owner is engaged in making this property decent for guests and Expedia should not have them listed on their site as an option,

Towels needed better cleaning, air conditioner controls could have been better location to adjust, floors needed a Swiffer to pick up dirt

The bathroom was dirty the tub the toilet the refrigerator bottom of the refrigerator I cleaned it all with a washcloth and my cleaner took the washcloth to the lady and told her how dirty this was look how dirty your washcloth is from me cleaning so I cleaned the bathtub which had pink stuff all over the shower the mirror was dirty the sink was dirty look like they had taken everything they were going to clean the bathroom and then they totally spaced the bathroom the door was unlocked when I went out went in it the door was open noise noise and noise so I have pictures of the nasty bathroom

Floors in the room had not been swept AT ALL. Surfaces not wiped down. One thing they DID do was provide fresh sheets and towels, which was confusing. When I went to the office to complain, which I *never* do, I was told that it was cleaned and inspected, that no one was available to clean it and that there were no other rooms that I could move to. I left. No refunds either. I'm usually fine with staying at motels for 1 or 2 night stays. I don't really mind if they're run down, as long as they're maintained and clean enough...but THIS??? Dang. I'd give Zero stars if I could.

roach feces on the lamps, ice machine, fridge, bathroom doorknob and any other crack or crevice you can find. Dead roaches in the cracks of the nightstand. No refunds available either, after 10 hours of driving being greeted by roaches is exactly what someone wants. Think twice before choosing this hotel, if the price is too good to be true it usually is. Only positive is that the front desk lady offered to “ask” to refund my money as i spent less than 5 minutes in the room. if there was a zero star rating it was made for facilities such as this.

Clean rooms, well maintained property, excellent customer service and the parking lot was not only well lit, but plenty of camera coverage!

I had to change my room when I got there. My room had a tub full of water that wasn’t draining out. The tub wouldn’t stop running. None of the lights worked. I went back to the office and requested another room. I got another room after arguing with the front desk. I will not stay there anymore.
