When I first got to the property, I was unaware of a $50 miscellaneous fee that I was going to be charged that was not a part of my booking. Then I got booked into the wrong room after I was telling the lady that was checking me in that was not my room. She then told me that my room was paid for it was not so after she gave me the room key and I went to look at the room that she said was mine. I had to go back downstairs and let her know that that was not my room. Showed her the booking and she had the last name wrong. She booked me into somebody else’s room. All of this could been avoided if she would’ve just listened to me. I wasn’t compensated for the trouble. I tried to express that she was giving me the wrong room for over 30 minutes. And I have yet to get my $50 back that they said it was refundable.

Ac worked with some effort. Beds were comfortable. Faced a busy street . Staircase by room was being fixed. Had to walk around property to find other stairs.

We were traveling from Florida back home to Kansas and this was our halfway stop. The clerk that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. The places we stayed during our trip were not very great and this was the nicest, cleanest place we stayed. Our last place didn’t have hot water so we were happy to shower here and get some rest before hitting the road. Hopefully all Econo Lodges are like this that way in the future we know where to stay!

Rickey assisted me with my check-in. He actually upgraded my room at no additional charge. Which was greatly appreciated. The lighting in the room could have been better. I also had a small issue with the TV not working at first until someone came and fixed the problem.

They charge me a $50 security fee after I paid through Expedia. They said I’ll be back in three days so by tomorrow it has to be back also I was put on the second floor and I’m handicapped. I ordered one king size bed and they gave me two queen beds and the heater did not work.

Staff checking us in was excellent. Property was very run down and needed maintenance. The room was clean. Sheets soft and floor clean. Outside was very dirty. Metal stairs were rusted badly.
- 1/5
There were bugs in the lit out couch that my kids slept on we had to leave in the middle of the night

People on balcony most if night loud and drinking smelled marajuana all the time. Not a kid friendly place at all. Had no hot water in shower when they came they adjusted knob and got hot water. They adjust knobs so hot water is not there just warn so people will not use a lot of water. Even the lady at desk knew to mive knob for water. There us other hotels in area use them stay away from here Drug smell went on constant manager just walked past them.

I can't remember her name, but the lady who checked me in was the most warm, caring and thoughtful human I have met in a long time! And friendly. Give her a raise! She earned one!

Very nice experience.

There was a large group of people smoking pot and being very loud near the door of our room which occurred multiple nights. The hotel was very run down and in need of repair. Breakfast consisted of just very small stale danishes and coffee. The hotel attracted clientele that made us question our safety. The first set of keys didn’t work and then we were given another set but only one worked.
- 3/5
There were roaches in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Clean and in good condition

Talk about you get what you pay for. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was there for a festival with my sister. First night we had two towels that were filthy and had black stuff in it like someone tan it over with their car. There was also hair the towels. My bed also had a stain on the sheet god knows from what so i took that cover off. Then the last three days of my stay my toilet was non stop getting clogged from literally nothing. someone came each time i called but still so frustrating in the middle of the night you cannot use it without being scared it's not going to work to its fullest potential. a single sheet of toilet paper would break this toilet down. Also it's advertised for longer stays after 3 days they automatically will provide housekeeping and i saw no one. i had to ask front desk for more towels in which also had tire marks on it so what a bummer.
- 2/5
Couch looked like someone had used it for a pleasure session. Floor had sticky rings all over it. Glad we only stayed to sleep.
- 1/5
Not clean, the toilet would not flush, the shower was so nasty!! The room smell so bad! Would not recommend this place at all.
- 2/5
They told us we didn’t have a reservation and to call you for a refund.

Its a great place to stay walmart right behind there and food places walking distance. Im a repeat customer and most of them know me by name great people always a pleasure to stay there

We had a nice time. The property is well maintained and there is an area for dogs which is amazing
- 1/5
Inexpensive, but noisy and smells bad
- 2/5
Awful
- 2/5
Room smelled of marijuana. It was so bad my clothes smelled of it.
- 1/5
The room we were in tv didn’t work I informed the front desk and they said they would send someone he showed up at 9pm after we checked in at 3:30pm and then informed us that he would be back tomorrow to change our room. We stayed for 3 days and that was never done even after me repeatedly going to the front desk. There were roaches and terrible odors at times. 10/10 would NEVER stay again.
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The alarm clock didn't work and the TV was difficult to use. There was a microwave and a nice refrigerator. There was pretty much no breakfast at all (a few very small muffins and coffee)! I would rate this property higher if it really served a breakfast as advertised!!
- 4/5
Everything was very clean the only issue was a slow drain in the sink and tub
- 2/5
Clean and friendly service. TV did not work and could not adjust water temperature from hot.
- 3/5
I still haven’t got my deposit back. It’s been almost 3 weeks.
- 2/5
The didn’t have the tv set up so we had no tv the whole first day and a half they lied and said no one in the hotel had tv but the people next to us did they said we had to take to take our sheets to the office ourselves and get new ones even tho the housekeeper was right next door to our room there was something black on the towels and breakfast was only a hostess cupcake nothing else!! Worst stay ever and will not be going back
- 1/5
Rude staff that tried to keep our $150 cash deposit for 3 rooms. They acted like they didn’t have it. Filthy rooms with mold in the bathrooms. Non-smoking but somehow almost every bed had cigarette burns in the bedding. Very sketchy place all around. Please spend the extra money and stay anywhere but here.
- 2/5
mediocre front desk service and attitude
- 2/5
We have small dogs. They were not up front about the $35 per animal. And the place is pretty dumpy.
- 2/5
When checking out they won't give back deposit and are very rude about it never stay there again
- 5/5
I have stayed here serveral times and will return

I was unable to lodge in this hotel, the smell was horrible, dirty, fake pictures on the internet

Disliked satellite not working, not getting first floor room, had to change due to heater not working, then the service desk wanted me to run up and down the stairs to get the key! Poor service. The pictures online look better than the actual site. No hair dryer, No iron board or iron, broke lamp in first room,

The juice machine was out of order. The couch in the room was looked dirty. Needs to be replaced.

This motel was the cheapest option in the area for a quick overnight stay. I was traveling back to Michigan from South Carolina and was really just looking for a place to lay our head for the night. Considering it was the cheapest in the area I wasn't holding it to a high standard. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. However, there was a few concerning issues we experienced in our short stay. I rented two rooms for the night, my 18 year old son and 17 year old daughter stayed in one room while myself, my 9 year old, and twin 1 year olds stayed in the other. In both rooms the bathtub would not retain water- despite the drain being down, it continued the drain, making it difficult to give my twins a bath. Second, my twins are not walking yet, just crawling, from the moment we entered the room and they crawled on the floor their feet, knees, hands, and legs were covered in black dirt from the floor. I cleaned it off them multiple times, but they continued to be covered. Judging by the amount of dirt on my children it looks like they never clean the floor. It was really gross. During the night and morning a group of what appeared to be homeless guys drank and were loud just outside my door. Then to top it off at 5am some type of alarm went off multiple times throughout the hotel. They would turn it off- then it would go back on- this happened a few times. Needless to say I wish I would have just paid the extra at one of the other hotels nearby.
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom/ sink were clean. Somehow the cold water came out warm. Not expected. Breakfast was not much. A few pastries some fruit and granola bars. Would have been good to have a nice warm breakfast, but as the receptionist stated, there are many local restaurants in the area.
- 3/5
We had a confirmed reservation for a room with a king sized bed, but none was available when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hair dryer only blew cold air, the bedspread had two holes, and one of the wash cloths had holes and was unraveling. The juice machine was not working so breakfast was coffee and packaged pastries.
- 5/5
It was great for our overnight stop. Has a nice outdoor pool. Is close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
It was convenient and close to everything
- 2/5
The room looks way different than what in pictures it’s not bad 4/10
- 3/5
The room was fine if a little outdated. The area around the hotel is noisy at all hours of the night. The cleanest outdoor pool I have ever seen.
- 3/5
Would not recommend
- 3/5
There was no coffee and breakfast in the morning. I won't stay this hotel any more.
- 4/5
Our room was clean the only issue we had was the shower curtain they had it hung way too high and water would get all over the floor
- 3/5
Fairly clean and suited our needs for an overnight stay on our trip. Wouldn’t want to be there for an extended time. Breakfast was a few packages muffins and granola bars.
- 2/5
Bathroom towels - bath floor towel, and shower towels were dirty with black streaks and/or brown soiled spots. We had ONE clean towel. Breakfast - HUGE thumbs down. Freezer compartment in the refrigerator - none freezer!
- 3/5
Cons: no breakfast, hard beds, the bathroom door barely shut, microwave wasn't plugged up, had to place it on the sink to use (cause couldn't reach plug in)
- 3/5
Stay was alright except for the paint that got on the front of our 2021 Durango from the remodeling of the room next door. Not at all happy about that. White paint on black lower grill
- 4/5
Decent place to stay for an affordable rate. The room was clean and fairly updated. My only complaint in the room is the blankets aren’t comfortable. The outside of the building is clean and the owners take great care of their landscaping. There were guests sitting outside smoking (as if it were their front porch) and some laundry hanging over the railing when we first arrived that didn’t look great. But we had no issues whatsoever. The parking lot is very well lit and the location is great; so many dining and shopping options surrounding the motel.
- 1/5
It was a no tell motel. If I had known this before I booked a room I would not. The place needs to be bull dozed.
- 4/5
Stopped just to get a little sleep while passing through. Place was comfortable and clean and a great place to stay with our dog (had ample green space next to parking lot). Neighborhood was a little sketchy (got to witness a police arrest when we arrived!) and somewhat loud late at night with traffic and guests arguing outside, but overall it comfortably served it's purpose.
- 1/5
False
- 4/5
No elevator for upstairs rooms but friendly staff and room had fridge and stove. We selected room with 2 beds and pull out couch
- 3/5
Pool was unavailable for use.
- 3/5
No coffee, No breakfast. The are redoing their office. Should let you know this before you book!
- 5/5
GOOD EXCEPT FOR INTERNET
- 1/5
The pool was closed and that was the primary reason we booked it. There was construction onsite that was noisy and smoke everywhere from workers drilling the pool. The front desk was closed so no breakfast as advertised not even coffee
- 1/5
My stay at this hotel was terrible. Upon check-in I received my room key from the male receptionist, which was room 205, after i arrived to the room I slide the room key, opened the door to see a man lying in the bed asleep. I hollered. I was scared out of my mind. I ran back to the receptionist to tell him i want a refund this minute because how are you gonna give me a room that is already occupied. He didnt want to give me a refund he just offered another and brushed the issue off. He didnt attempt to go check it out or anything. It was like he didnt care. He could have offered some of my money back. I will never stay at another econo lodge anywhere.
- 5/5
Was very convenient to the interstate. Staff was friendly, quick to check in and out of.
- 5/5
Great stop good rest
- 3/5
Paid for room 3 months in advance and when I arrived they tried to put me in different room. I got the problem fixed but had to argue with them about it.
- 5/5
It was good

Shabby.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, the bathroom was clean, had walk-in shower. Staff was great ! The bed was super comfortable. The furniture was a little dinged, but overall the stay was great. Had microwave and fridge. I did not eat breakfast, but I think it was a grab & go type, not a hot buffet ,but I cannot be sure. I would stay again.
- 5/5
My partner has mobility issues and office clerk did her best to find the perfect room for us.
- 4/5
Could hear people talking outside late at night, not loud, other wise it was ok. Ricky from Wisconsin, stayed 3/28/24
- 3/5
Free breakfast turned out to be coffee and juice and some packaged pastries. A bit disappointing.
- 1/5
The website said two queen beds and one pull out full bed. Instead our room had two full beds and a pull out twin bed. I ended up having to cram into the twin bed with my 8 year old.
- 1/5
It seemed they were protecting the employee from the guests. We understood later when we were sent to our room with an outside entrance and a number of men standing on the walk way outside smoking. We did not feel secure. We immediately went back to lobby to ask to cancel the reservation. We were told to contact hotels.com This was an equally dissapointing experience when the web site gives you a run around and no way to connect with a live person. I attempted to put comments on your site last night, and the response was, we may not contact you but will read your message. It does not appear your company cares about your customer.
- 3/5
No room service
- 1/5
Advertised as pets stay free but end up charging you $30 a night per pet the only reason I booked this hotel was because it says pets free.
- 5/5
I lost my wallet and the staff contacted me and everything turned out perfect! Thanks for honesty
- 5/5
Always been great
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great room for the price.
- 3/5
Room had a strong chemical smell when I first walked in. Only killed 4 cockroaches and 1 stink bug. Bed was comfy. For $65 a night, you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Watch the doors when you go to shut them sometimes they do not lock and the property person would not fix it until the next night when I was leaving so it's unsafe
- 4/5
my stay was Good but just the bathroom door was bad.
- 5/5
These folks take care of the property and great staff as well. Very pleased
- 4/5
Friendly serice nice rooms close to restaurants. Only thing wrong ac was not working
- 4/5
I really appreciated there were 4 chairs in the room so you didn’t have to sit on the bed all the time. Nice for playing cards & games.
- 4/5
Everything was actually pretty good and nice staff
- 1/5
Rude staff and didn’t get room according to reservation, alarming was going off all morning. Breakfast was a small muffin and coffee or diluted juice.
- 5/5
Clean room, easy checkin
- 1/5
The first room was dirty; torn wall paper, stains on the walls, dirty floors, stains on the towels and sheets, cigarette burns in the sheets and the heat didn’t work. They moved me to a second room due to the heater not functioning. The second room was no different, but it had heat.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Walls are thin and only one way in and out makes it difficult to get around if traffic bagged up in front of the building
- 4/5
Towels isn’t pretty clean.
- 5/5
You need tea bags
- 5/5
Easy check in and great location. Will use same hotel again.
- 5/5
Room by the pool, Everything clean and working
- 1/5
Suggestions... at least paint the walls,so it doesnt look so dirty. Upgrade the furniture, everything in the room was scracthed up and missing paint. The handles on the furniture are really gross. I didn't have to touch them, you could visibly see it. There was pink fingernail polish on the floor. The bed was okay. Warning...there is NO elevator, just stairs.
- 2/5
Check-in was about the only “enjoyable” thing about our stay. The sofa bed mattress, while small, was stained and dirty. There was a full fridge that was leaking on the floor prior to our arrival, and the shelves were lined with drawer liner. There were no towels, hand or bath, which I had to ask for from the front desk. The shower head has a leak and was spraying water all over the shower wall and into the other part of the bathroom. The shower temperature handle had colors that did not match the rotation (far left said red but it was cold). The TV appeared to have a DirecTV box, but it either wasn’t turned on or was malfunctioning when I tried to turn it on. I mean, I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for, but some basic hotel maintenance and room service items were overlooked that cannot and should not be ignored.
- 3/5
It was an okay stay!
- 2/5
When I entered the room it seem clean enough until I noticed the holes in the couch. Then I checked the pillow and someone else's blood was on the pillow. Just a couple drops of blood but it was still pretty gross. When I checked the bed there was ciggerate burn holes in the bed sheets. Other than that the stay was nice easy access to most of the city. But it sucks that the water was shutoff for one of the days
- 1/5
This hotel is not in a great part of town. There were police there several times and we had someone drunk pounding on our door at 3am. The couch had stains all over it and even though it was a pull out there were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows and the front desk would not give us any.
- 5/5
Older well renovated building, very clean, staff super friendly and caring, door locks are pretty cool!! 2 night trip downstairs was super clean beautifully updated and new furnishings.
