    Good enough if you just need to sleep and go. The couch in the room was stained and filthy. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The gym had no working AC and only a treadmill, elliptical and an ab machine. The breakfast was underwhelming.

    Staff is not helpful and seemed put out that I complained about TV remote not working to change channel in room. Breakfast was awful except for self made waffle and cold cereal. Hockey puck hard biscuits and pasty gravy inedible. Eggs were lukewarm and hard flavorless link sausages. Orange juice separated in dispenser gave only orange water in tiny cups. Luckily milk was provided in cooler and could make your own tea. Not up to Days Inn standards.

    Clean room and adequate check in. Loud neighbors and staff in hallways. Breakfast was okay but ran out of several things before 9 and staff started cleaning and restocking before 9 am. Also turned off TV and basically closed dining at 9 promptly. Rude when people still eating.

    The "free breakfast" was mostly non-existent. The juice machine was out of order. There wasn't a hot entree (eggs, bacon, sausage.) There was no milk or yogurt. They did have a waffle maker and batter.

    The bed, water pressure, and air conditioner is the only reason I chose the middle rating. They balanced out the lack of breakfast, strong chemical smell (Cleaner??) in the room, and lack of preparedness in the room (one towel, wash cloth, no mat) for a reservation for two.

    The front desk clerk couldn't be bothered to check me in because he was too concerned with something else going on in the hotel. Kept walking away to look at camera. The shudders in the room were broken so we had to put something on top of them to keep them closed. Not something you want on the ground floor with work crews coming and going.

    The outside looks grungy. You walk in and get hit with a terrible smell throughout the entire hotel. Can’t understand the staff members. Room was not all that clean. Didn’t stay and ended up leaving and booking something closer to downtown Nashville. Not worth the stay.

    I had to get two rooms because the first room’s door lock latch was missing and the TV didn’t work. In the second room the TV worked, but it was more of the same, very dingy couch and had a stench in the room. As far as the breakfast. The OJ machine was down in the morning. Their breakfast options was horrible. They also didn’t have stirrers for the coffee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

    The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed and disgusted. Staff was ok and not very helpful in the situation. The hotel also had a strange smell to it. Parking was good and close to front door.

    Kids were allowed to be unsupervised in all areas, dancing on tables and running the halls banging on doors. Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk. Never got the linens requested for pull out bed. Pictures must have been taken of a different hotel.

    I reserved a king size bedroom with a garden tub shown in Days Inn website (also shown in the website a pool and a hot tub). When I arrived I asked was the pool and hot tub operational? The staff member said, "No, it's under renovation". I asked to see the king size room to make sure it at least had the garden tub. After being shown the room, there was No Garden tub only a regular shower. I asked to cancel my reservation. Employee said she would. Days Inn continued to charge my credit card on file. Dispute ongoing to try to recover the charge to my credit card while I Never Stayed in the room. Didn't like the fact they charged my credit card when I canceled my reservation in person. No rooms available that were shown on website as reserved. There is No indoor pool or hot tub available. ( supposed under renovation).

    Location The faucet on the sink was falling off, beds were very lumpy, pool and hot tub closed and had been for a while, the waffle maker was messed up leaving the waffle doughy water leak in the hallway from the ceiling and my granddaughter slipped in the water, debris/trash all over the common areas and parking lot, none of the staff were in uniform. Horrible experience coming from someone who managed hotels for 20 years as a GM.

    Room smelled odd, things need updating like curtains and lamp shades (dirty), pool closed and had no idea-no discounts either. Close to lots of food and shopping but i would prefer to book elsewhere, lots of other hotels literally on the same street. Could hear people running around all night and early morning, floor upstairs cracked while they did. Staff was nice but shouldve done something for the inconvenience.

    Room was decent, could have been cleaner in places. There was sticky stuff all over the floor when you first walked in. The indoor pool; don’t book your stay just for it like we did for our kids. The hot tub was shut down by the state and the actual pool its self was freezing cold, like doing a polar plunge.

    The property was not well kept. There was a sign by the elevator that stated the elevator was slow and to watch our step. The door opened and the elevator was lower than the floor level which could cause a fall. The room lights were ineffective and very yellow. The bathroom had brown areas all over the ceiling and was disgusting.

    More amenities like coffee maker in the room. Hit tub was closed by health department and pool needed some maintenance from appearance so we didn’t swim either. Breakfast was lacking. Remote to tv would not work unless stand about a foot away from tv. Poor lighting in all rooms.Tub drained really slow.     There was a weird cherry smell throughout the hotel that made me feel sick. Hair was on the bed, and our room smelled like smoke. We left instead of spending the night because the whole place just felt dirty. Currently in the process of trying to get a refund for our stay.

    The room and access areas were clean throughout. I was also pleased with the fresh sent in the room. The bed was a bit too firm for me to get a good uninterrupted nights sleep. Ample pillows were provided for the bed and the towels were clean and changed after they were used. Staff were very willing to be helpful and friendly to speak with. It would be a plus if a snack food vending machine were present to help with the late night munchies.

    Daytime manager was great. Front desk personnel Drew was courteous and provided instructions on Wi-Fi and helpful as he offered local eatery and places to visit. Room was clean, smelled very nice. Soap and fresh towels were topped off. TV was down but hotel provided notice prior to checking in. Will definitely return.

    When I walked in and saw the rugs in front of the check in were dirty (filthy), I was skeptical. All the glass doors and windows hadn’t been cleaned in a quite a while. The room was big and the bed was newer, clean and comfy, but the room needed a good dusting. Not sure if they aren’t a really busy hotel so there isn’t a daily cleaning or if the cleaning staff isn’t very good, but it could definitely be cleaner. However, for the price, it okay.

    The hotel has a stale, dusty odor throughout the building. The room was dusty. My husband complained about the smell. They vacuumed the hallway and sprayed some air freshner. We didn't stay the entire time of our reservation due to a family emergency and allergy issues. Communication was also an issue with the staff.

    I don’t know why this place has decent reviews unless they’re getting their friends and family to leave them. When we checked in, we followed the employee and she ended up going into the hotel room which was right next to ours, like she lived there. Then, there was dried pee/other dirty spots on the toilet seat, a bug next to the ice bucket, and the couch looked like someone had wiped their fingers all over it after eating. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in, we would have left and found another hotel. They definitely seem to have multiple people living there even though it is not listed as an extended stay.

    The tub would not drain . Breakfast was terrible, waffle maker was not clean , after spraying the non stick spray. Waffle was stuck to the waffle maker, no coffee , no waffle batter. The attendant was to busy on his phone. I WILL NOT STAY at a Days Inn by Whydam again .

    I did not stay. The front desk person cancelled my reservation. I had reserved an accessible room and when I got there, his first word was "unfortunately" and followed with telling me there was a problem with the sink and "would I wait in another room while they worked on it; should only take 10 or 15 minutes". What? He knew I needed hand rails and showed me another room (awful; not fit for guests) with a walk in shower and no rails. Didn't listen. I don't understand based on what I saw how these rooms can be rented to the public.

    Rooms weren’t clean- just wiped down- with evidence of past guests all over. Towels were stained, we requested more and they were stained. Fridge didn’t keep items cold, A/C wasn’t great. The mildew smell is so heavy with attempts to mask it with heavily scented cinnamon spray. We had a non smoking room but it reeked of tobacco and the fire alarm was disabled. We reported the concern to the front desk but no response. The elevator stops short before level with the floor- doors open and it still moves. Overall, we did not have a comfortable and safe experience.

    My family has stayed at this hotel many times. This is the first time that the room was below standard for cleanliness. Additionally, the shower leaked and the floor was wet all around the AC. We reported this to the front desk on check out.

    Do not believe the pictures or postive reviews for this place. We were passing through and looking for a reasonable hotel to get a few hours of sleep. For the price and what we saw online thought it would be reasonable.We walked into the hotel to immediately see about 5 stained mattresses leaned up against the windows in the front vestibule.Check in went well with the girl working the front desk, she was nice. We got to our room and immediately smelled a mildew, damp smell. The carpet felt damp, the room was musty, lock was broken on the door, and there was mold in the bathroom. We asked to switch to another room thinking it would be better and we were wrong. The pillow sheets, bed sheets both had stains on them. The couch in the room was horribly stained. The mildew smell got worse when we turned the air on to the point where my husbands allergies were flaring up. Carpet still felt damp.We were absolutely disgusted and checked out immediately. We were in the hotel for all of maybe an hour to where when we left had the lingering mildew smell on our clothes and hair. Booked another hotel in the area to where we all had to immediately shower.

    Check-in was easy was an issue with her AC unit but they were quick to repair. It took a while for the room to cool down accommodations weren’t the best but I have definitely stayed in much worse. The staff and service was excellent though very polite and attentive.

    We stayed at this property for a week. The entire place smelled and it was obvious they were try to cover up the smell with incense or other fragrance. The room smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a sheet to cover the filthy love seat. Jacuzzi was not working. Did not make beds/replenish towels on a daily basis. Parking lot was trashy. As a Wyndham property I expected more. Highly disappointed and will not be back on our quarterly trips to Murfreesboro.

    The condition was okay, clean enough. Check in was a problem. I had booked through hotels.com and charged to my credit card. Later I received a text from the hotel asking me to check in online so I would not have to do it again upon arrival. But then I got a notification from my credit card company saying the hotel had charged me again. It took much explaining and arguing with the young lady desk clerk, who did not speak very clear English, to convince her that I had been charged twice.

    We’ve stayed here quite a few times over the last 3 years. For a budget priced hotel, it’s amazingly clean and nice! You can not beat what you get for the price. I don’t even look around. I just keep going back. Fairly well lit small parking lot. Feels safe.

    Pretty average hotel. Nicer than a motel but not as nice as other hotels. Breakfast was offered and the selection was okay. Don’t expect a filling meal. The hot tub was broken but the pool was open. The rooms could use a deep clean and there were still some very obvious uncleaned spots within the room. Again, very average hotel.

    It is really hard to leave this review because the staff is so friendly but the hotel needs a lot of work. The room felt dated and dirty the hallways do not look in great condition and the breakfast is very limited and very unappealing. The hotel itself could be a nice place to stay if they put the work into it. But it looks like there's much deferred maintenance. I would not stay here again.

    It is a nice hotel, but occupied rooms are not cleaned daily. If you want your trashcans emptied you have to tell them. We ran out of toilet paper one evening and I had to go to the front desk to get another roll. The staff are very friendly.

    Unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. The rooms were terrible. We felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. Even with a noice machine, we could still hear the cars outside. Very hard to sleep at this hotel. I would not recommend.

    The hotel isn't nearly as nice looking as shown in the photos, not sure if there is a renovation ongoing but was a little surprising. Rooms were great and very spacious, although the pillows are tiny. The hot tub was currently closed by the State of Tennessee, which was a little concerning, especially since there was still water in the hot tub and just some tape wrapped around with the state notice.

    Hotel was dirty and smelled bad. Staff couldn't speak English well so hard to communicate. Neighbors noisy. Pictures on line listed with all the top hotels showed a fancy room with full size refrig. clean of course. nice breakfast, clean pool. all false. we cked in late very tired and did not sleep because the room smelled so bad and the carpet on the floor was filithy, the shower was hot or cold. the toliet would not flush right. the hall from the elevator was very hot no air. our room was hot the air was not on. the whole experience i would not wish on my dog.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not as good as I'd expected, less selection than some. It is 5 minutes from a Starbucks, 15 minutes from MTSU and 10 minutes from the Greenway trails and downtown Murfreesboro.

    This was a terrible property. It smelled terrible in the whole building. It seemed like people were maybe living in there and cooking food in their rooms. There was a very sketchy mobile home in the parking lot as well. The room was very dirty and we actually left.

    The floor leading from the main lobby to the elevator was extremely sticky like something had spilled on it. Our shoes would almost get stuck to the floor. It was that way on arrival and remained very sticky when we left the next day.

    This is one of the nicest Days Inns I have stayed at of the dozen or so I stayed at over the years. Everything was great; cleanliness, convenient location, friendly staff, bathrooms, beds and towels. The only thing that was lacking was the pre-packaged breakfast items was not what I like. I prefer eggs and breakfast meats and breads that are made in house. Other than that, it was great.

    The location is excellent. The room was on the dirty side; The toilet ran all night, TV remote broken and no TV. We were told they would send someone to fix it, but no one came. We asked for an extra 30 minutes for check out (11:30) and we were told it was no problem. But, at 11:02 someone was banging on our door telling us we were late.

    Smoke alarm was disconnected and laying under the bed! Overall room was clean. Half was tile and half was carpet, wish all was tile, carpet needed cleaning. Property was walkable to places to eat, which was nice. Didn't eat breakfast, only coffee, which we had to go get our own cups from the room. Lady said "they were out!"

    As I was turned away, I am awaiting a refund. The attendant refused to answer the phone when hotels.com called, and I was personally observing this attendant standing outside, unwilling or unable to do her job. I am still awaiting the refund. I did purchase insurance for this booking.

    Couldn't get out room keys working so they just unlocked the door And told us to latch it locked. So the door from the outside was unlocked all the time with or without a key. And the only way we could secure our door was by using the deadbolt latch. They didn't give us a new room. They gave us a pathetic solution so now we can't even leave our room with anything in it together. What a joke!

    The hotel was pretty clean overall. The room was very dim. Although there were olenty od lamps in the room, wven with all of them on there still wasnt much lighting. The hallways had a very strong curry seasoning smell all weekend. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was pretty basic. Just a waffle maker, cereal dispenser, coffee, yogurt and juice, nothing amazing. Nice place to stay for a few days in Tennessee.

    So apon checking in, we left immediately to go out and didn't go to our room! When we arrived back at the hotel at 11pm at night, our room looked to have been used, slept in, got ready to order. what ever it may have been my room WAS DIRTY. Apon trying to get it corrected, we were moved to a new room. It also seemed like the three staff members that I had spoke didn't care to try and doing anything past moving our room. I was told when checking out the next time I stay here I would get a big discount by a work not a manager. When I asked for a manger I was told he wasn't there yet and when I wanted a phone I wasn't given one. I understand that people make mistakes but this hotel was sold out why was it only our room no cleaned. As of right now I give less then a one star.

    Room was clean & plenty of room. Towels where soft & plenty! Comfy bed too. A/C good. Fairly quiet. Could see the owner tried to make everyone welcomed. Breakfast was included. But not a huge Breakfast person. What I saw was muffins, juice., cereal, bagels, cofee, tea. Very clean. Only things not a fan was should be one good liht. Possible over the desk. But most of us, just want to sleep with no bright light. So, understandable. I didn't care for the coffee. Not a huge deal breaker. If you been on the road for hours. An you want a shower & to sleep, perfect hotel for you!! There are other hotel in the area. I have tried a few. This one is my favorite!
