Very clean. Breakfast was very good, good variety.

The front desk attendant was very friendly plus they were so nice and accommodated an early check-in without additional fees. The room was spacious, beds comfortable but the floor could use a steam cleaning. Internet/wi-fi was unavailable all night so tv was not useable. Breakfast was lackluster, waffles were frozen not batter. For the price I would chance another short stay there.

The breakfast was sausage, frozen waffles, bread, cereal and oatmeal packets. But it's very close to Crackel Barrel.

Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise.

Part of this is on me for not knowing this was an outside entry motel. They have remodeled the breakfast and entry area. We were put on the backside of the hotel. There was multiple people standing outside of their rooms as well as the neighboring property. We felt unsafe. We decided to give it a try and the room lights didn’t work. The room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold. We left without staying.

Noise from Interstate was horrible. AC unit was very loud and cycled on/off. No on position for the fan. The coffee was barely warm. The waffles (premade) were cold. Yogurt dispenser barely supplied yogurt. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

We had 2 queen beds that were so comfortable!! The room also has a refrigerator and a microwave. Lots of great nearby restaurants. The free breakfast served its purpose. Exactly as advertised. Pups stayed for $15.00. We will stay here again and again. We also felt very safe.

Clean room. Big, new TV. All renovated. Lots of hot water. Soft bed. I didn't have breakfast as they were renovating the area, but the new look was really sharp.

Very very clean room and front desk area. Was cleaned in bleach. You could smell it when you walked in but it was not obnoxious with the smell.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely be my first choice next time of motels in greater Nashville.

It is in the process of remodeling, our room was ok. It is not as nice as some new BW we have stayed at. When I checked in the clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was just ok, we were the only ones in there and no clerk ever came out, kind of freaky!

Staff & cleanliness of room, breakfast

Very nice staff at checkin. I did motice that the ceiling in our room was dirty and dusty. Although it was a non-smoking room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned from smoke. Also the bed was very soft.

Front desk ok, however coffee & breakfast a :"train wreck". Husband able to grab the last 2 coffees (approx 6:15 AM) with only a couple sausages & NO French Toast. Went back 40 min later, no coffee or other. There were bagels, bread & aged fruit howevet

The room smelled as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were burns in the sheets and chair. I had to clean the toilet seat before I could use it, as there appeared to be dried urine on it.

The beds were very soft and it uses those small pillows. We were just traveling through so it served its purpose.

We reserved a nonsmoking room but ended up with a room that smelled badly of smoke. They changed our room immediately after we alerted the front desk. The room was pet-friendly, so tile floors, but that was fine as we have a dog. The motel is older, and updating with paint only does so much, but it was clean and priced right. The breakfat was subpar. There were sausages that were really fatty and biscuits with no gravy or eggs. Other than the sausages and a yogurt machine, there was no other protein offered, just not what we've gotten accustomed to at a Best Western. The breakfast area was clean and tidy, just not very inviting. The orange juice was watered down, and the coffee was warm and very weak. The highway outside is noisy all night long, but they could make this place more enticing by making up for that with a breakfast you look forward to sitting down to.

I felt safe taking the dogs out at night, but no poop bags and people did not bother cleaning up after their dogs. I realized the next morning I had poop on my shoes and was walking in the room with it. Yuck! I did have my own bags and cleaned up after my pups. There was also a cart full of garbage in the lot next door and litter all over the grounds that I had to keep pulling out of my puppy's mouth. The staff was really nice though.

Drug dealling going on. Very unsafe for a single woman ,miles from home. Hotel falsely advertised. Many more hotels nearby clearly safer. Should be awarded a partial refund.. After traveling from florida for 11 hours heading to Michigan, I couldnt handle dealing with your customer service. I use you frequently. I also have a current trip planned in October. If I do not hear from you with some kind of grievence I will be cancelling and re- routing that trip and any of those to follow through another agency. I wish Expedia would pay more attention to the properties they represent, and the consumers they potentially could be placing in harms way.woman's

By accident I thought the motel six was the best western. When I went into the lobby of the Motel six it look like a drug house and the best Western is right next-door so it doesn't look like A very good area

Not really the type to leave reviews but I’m really confused to why this place had so many good reviews. That’s why I booked a room here. Place was literally disgusting. I guess for the price I paid that’s what you get. I booked a non smoking room but it still reeked of cigarettes. Literally reeked. Not “oh someone smoked in here once” it was more like someone smoked in that room every single day for the past 20 years. Room was also so hot…guess the air conditioner didn’t work. Now for my favorite part. WHAT IS SPLATTERED ON THE CURTAINS. SERIOUSLY!!! LOOKS LIKE BLOOD TO ME!!! looks like someone tried to clean it in the past but gave up. IF ANYTHING!! Why not just replace the curtains. Literally so gross. Don’t really care about a refund or complaining to staff that makes minimum wage. Just wanted to leave a review to let others know…

This location is easily accessible and the staf are friendly.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. I use the “Book a room tonight” feature on the Expedia app only to realize that tonight was actually tomorrow night because it was slightly after midnight. This resulted in a nonrefundable hotel purchase that the clerk at the hotel said would be refunded without any problem at all, but they would have to hear from Expedia. Expedia claims they’ve contacted the hotel. I personally contacted the hotel twice who says they have not either way both parties are wrong. I should’ve been issue a refund. I made an algorithm error using their application and there’s no doubt in my mind. it was set up that way to take advantage of people traveling at night. Abhorrent service seems to be the norm and Expedia is no exception. I’ll never go to the crappy hotel again ever wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for the app anyway and I’ll never use the app again. These thieves can kiss my A55.

First thing i noticed when i pulled in the parking lot was alot of people out in their cars at 11:30 pm. Made me a little nervous the room its self was awesome. Comfortable beds. Check out was painless.

Overall it was clean and beds were comfortable. However, there were some patrons who were verbally fighting very loudly using crude language outside at the pool and outside one first floor rooms a party was going on with people inside and outside the room. Felt a little shady there.

The only thing was the bed is too high for an handicap accessible room very hard to get in bed.

The breakfast options weren't too great but we could make it work. However, heavy police presence and lots of vagrant shenanigans. Do not go in the parking lot alone at night. Also, there are residents living there that created a noisy environment and an unsafe feeling. The check-in/out process was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. An upgrade on the pillows would be in order but we are happy with the room.

We checked in at around 6 pm and were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we were assigned a room where the closet would not open and the fridge was wobbly. The hallway where the washer, dryer, and ice maker were at was filthy. There were trash on the floor. There was a motorhome across the parking lot that appeared to be vacant and looked filthy.

Rooms were outdated and bathroom was so tiny you could barely close the door. Outside is dirty. Very little maid service and had trouble getting room cleaned. Dingy and dark. Paint job was awful. Too much stuff to list but definitely would not stay there again.

For a quick overnight stay this place works.

Same level as a Motel 6, old, run down, can hear the cars in the parking lot and its right next to the freeway and very noise. Looks like a kid painted it. Lots of wall/furniture scratch's, scuffs, very unkept. Old small bathroom with mold. The only saving grace was we were able to control the window fan so we ran it all night as white noise to try to muffle the outside noises. We didn't eat at the breakfast. We would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed here for several consecutive years. The rooms are clean. Like that you can park outside your room. Comfy beds. Breakfast fair. Convenient off interstate.

For complimentary breakfast we got potatoes that were half cooked and sausage. There were no eggs or any protein besides oatmeal if you eat oatmeal, which I don't.

Hotels let guests occupy after 3 PM. People stay overnight to sleep. There were up to 6 men working on the floor above my ground unit until 9:30 at night. Sounded like a dance floor! I called the desk and asked for things to stop and was told he’d ask them to be quieter. That didn’t happen. More men showed, passing ladders to the second floor and continued working. I needed to leave by 5 the next morning and needed sleep! Quite frankly I’d like a refund. Please advise.

Where’s the checkin clerk hiding? Sign says we’re helping another guest. (Hang on, I’ll tell you). After waiting about 5 minutes for checkin clerk, I had to go to the potty. I nicked on the the restroom door and guess where I found the clerk? Still had to wait several minutes for her to come out.

Beds made a hollow metal drum sound when you rolled over. That was annoying. Man went on racist rant in the lobby during breakfast and talked the entire time he was t racist, but...

This 2 story old motel with outside room entrances should NOT be a BW hotel. Outdoor entrances mean you will have a noisy night. Breakfast was so so.

There were a ton of restaurants very close by. The water was hot and the pressure was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My room was clean. Breakfast had two hot items, waffle maker and all the usual other things.

Easy to and from the competition we were attending. My only observation was that I don’t think a big hotel like that should at any time have run out of hot water for their guests. (Yes I did get a cold shower, but my husband waited til the next morning and got a hot shower.) otherwise it was great.

Very nice, the woman working the desk was super kind and helpful. The rooms were kept clean, albiet the bathrooms were quite tiny (wasn't expecting it to be the size of a small closet haha) but overall it was a pleasant stay! There are large, roach-like beetles outside the stairways, but they never seemed to be in the actual building.

The laminate flooring had been cleaned with an oily substance that made them slick and hazardous.

They need more variety of breakfast. We stayed for 8 days and all we ate for breakfast was egg and sausage. The water in the pool was green and dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The receptionist was nice and friendly

We got there late that tonight and the first thing I saw outside my rooom were huge roaches. The inside was fairly clean. Didn’t see any bedbugs. But the smell of weed was strong when you opened the door. Or tv didn’t work. And our water only worked some of the time. If you are looking for a quick place to sleep it’s not terrible if you aren’t staying there. Oh also the pool was nasty and green so we couldn’t swim :(

The bathroom was half painted, Closet door glass was broken and the sheets had pink stains on them. It was horrible we were wakened up from the people up above us were fighting all night. I wasn't able to cancel my reservation due to nonrefundable policy.

The parking lot was very well lit. The desk person that came in later in the evening  was very friendly and helpful when I asked about the WiFi.

I will never trust your ratings again. The laminate floor was DISGUSTING! My 2 yo had black feet. There was white animal hair all over the fabric chair& the floor and so much dust and spiders. How is that CLEAN?! GROSS!

Everything! OLD Musty smell. Dirty walls, Dirty bathroom, Stained sheets, OLD bed mattresses - Beds were on “springs” which made every movement squeaky loud! Very very outdated MOTEL! Certainly not a Hotel.
