i didn’t like anything about there where homeless people squatting they are ran down bad it was spider crawling everywhere they bed wasn’t comfortable shower had black mold worst ever

Not a singular thing. The room was not cleaned, hair and debris all over the floors. Sheets smelt like urine, had holes and stains covered in them. Found multiple lumps of hair in the sheets. You sat on the bed and the bed frame sounded like gun shots. The fridge was dirty. I also paid for a $50 “refundable” deposit but since I paid with card I was told I cannot be refunded. The housekeeper kept making my family and I uncomfortable, would NOT stop watching us and staring at my 5 year old. Like seriously she would STOP what she was doing to watch her. I told her to not enter my room during our stay and not once, not twice, but THREE times she kept opening my door trying to enter the room. We had the door cracked at one point and she put her hand in my room trying to enter our room, mind you I asked for a “do not disturb” sign that she failed to read clearly. The area was terrible. Constant sirens all night long. That actually not the hotels fault, however there was police in the hotel property both nights we were there. I asked about the breakfast and before the front desk even answered my question he stated “you’re not missing much” which obviously makes you not even want to go try anything. Hands down the worst stay of my entire life. Not safe for my child whatsoever, not safe for us. I felt uneasy leaving my property in the room, especially being overcharged for such a crappy room.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. The hotel was near restaurants and had great parking

Front desk was nice It was really really dirty. The remote was sticky the furniture was stained badly it was filthy looked black on a red couch.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, great location and a nice hot shower with actual water pressure. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the highway and a good value. We could not stay there because the boiler was being repaired and they did not have hot water.

There is nothing at this location worth liking. High crime/drug dealing area. Staff interrogated one of my visitors and ran him off the property. Sheets and bed covers had cigarette burn holes in them. Had to change rooms due to no hot water in shower. Floors were filthy. Refrigerator was iced over and door wouldn't shut. Woman at front desk kept addressing me as "dude." Vending machines were empty. When I tried to complain, the foreign owners acted like they didn't speak English. A lot of cops driving through parking lot constantly. Very few TV channels actually available. Hotel is outdated and needed refurbished about ten years ago. Paint was peeling off doors and walls. Towels and washcloths were threadbare and also should have been replaced a long time ago.

Just a huge fyi to everyone! This is a CASH ONLY PLACE FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. They will not take a card. So be sure you have cash. Nothing noted on Expedia about it. Staff are terrible. Don’t want to work or do anything. Asking for the bare minimum is an inconvenience for them. There are other hotels close by for the same money. Go there

The property overall is good, but it would be better with a remodel since it is in between two nice restaurants. Local customers will see a remodeled hotel that would improve overall sales.

Dirty sheets. Front desk clerk told me she won’t change the sheets personally. Gave me the option to change rooms or get my money back. TV was never on in breakfast area. I marked the sheets and they didn’t change the sheets or pillow cases. They just make the bed. Last night there were 7 cops in the parking lot at 12:30am. Asked front desk what’s going on is it safe here? He responded he’s not obligated to answer that. I checked out immediately.

Check in was quick efficient and friendly. Room was clean and beds clean. Towels definitely need to be upgraded. Towels very worn and need to be replaced. Grounds clean, well maintained. Appears safe and quiet.

Made reservation online. This is the perfect example on why you should get the insurance. I wish I would have been able to cancel. Dirty. Felt unsafe. Roaches. No thank you.

Hotels.com should clearly state there is a deposit also not buried in the fine print. I never stayed there, got there and they wanted a $50.00 cash deposit because it was an internet order. When I walked in to the office the lady out asked it I wanted a companion for the night. That and the extra $$$ said it's not a good place to stay. Now I'm out my $50.00 as they won't refund it. What a scam!!!!!!!!

QUIET AND SAFE TO STAY

After booking online, the front desk was able to verify payment an a available room. Sat in the lobby for hours. Waiting on whatever so went to the Red Roof down the highway.

Had to ask for a chair, room DID NOT initially have one, Had a table but no chair. Had to ask front desk for a wash cloth & hand towel. Maid did not leave either. Pillow cases & towels were all stained, needed bleaching.

The room was more up to date than the pictures showed. Had to go out and get cleaning supplies for the bathroom and tub before using it,we found two bugs in the room they were dead but just right next to the tub and one by the bed. There aren’t really any toiletries. We had people talking in the outside hallways really loud until around 10pm. Lots of people coming and going from the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming

Cheap, clean place to spend the night.

The room was dirty. If I had the option to find something else I would have. The AC didnt cool off the room. The morning staff was rude when we asked to replenish the coffee for the complimentary breakfast. They had 1 bannana and a few apples. No juice or even water. I wasted $100. But we were traveling and needed a place to sleep. Never again will stay there or find a hotel through Expedia.

When we were checking in there were police arresting someone and there was also 2 people getting kicked out of the hotel for a separate reason. Like the room was fine but the people staying there just seemed sketchy. Police were coming through the parking lot regularly

The girl at check in wa super friendly and shea the only part of the experience that was good. In all my years I have never left a review of a hotel room but this one needa mentioning. The room, especially the bathroom, is GROSS! A long PURPLE hair on the shower wall, cruddy, scum covered tub, the shower water disnt get hot at all until I realized that the handle was on wrong, so the actually hot water was somewhere in between the hot and cold settings. Dirty smears on the shower curtain which looks like it hasnt been washed since it was hung years ago, dirt smears on the walls, dirt smudges on the pillow cases. If I hadn't already paid and was exhausted from driving over 600 miles today I'd have gone somewhere else. If I could attach pictures I would. Worst experience ever at a motel. Do better folks.

It was clean in the room and friendly service. But the outside building was very dirty and old looking. I felt it was not the safest place to stay.

Nice clean room, convenient to the interstate!

No breakfast even though breakfast was advertised from 6-9am they said since they were “remodeling” no breakfast and no refund. We had to call the front desk at 9pm due to their “remodeling” noise below our room. Our room had recently been “renovated “ but the bathtub was surrounded with black mold and the toilet seat was broke and very weak water pressure and little hot water.

They appear to be upgrading or under new management. There was no clock, no hair dryer, no chair other than a broken wooden one. No breakfast, but there appeared to be new tables and chairs in an area for a small dining area. I just was expecting more for the price I paid. We only stayed one night. I slept well and didn't hear any noise.

This room sucks. It’s awful. Should be like 25$ at most. It’s the worst room ever in the history of the world. Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere. And I can put up with quite a bit.

This hotel would have been fine IF we didn’t find drug paraphernalia in our room, the hotel told people they were under construction, and the rooms were trash.

This is a disgusting run hotel, rooms filthy, sheets threadbare as are towels. Chair in room dirty and stained. Tub and toliet had not been cleaned, opened shampoo and soap from prior time. Very noisy, felt very unsafe on the property.

Worst night of my life. When you moved on the bed it sounded like a metal explosion of some sorts. This made it impossible to sleep.The room itself was in dire need of repair. No coffee maker or blow dryer. Web site said breakfast but they didnt have any. So very disappointing.

The property is very aged and needs new bedding, bathroom updates, all lights and fans in working condition, and better light and sound proofing around the doors and windows. This property was convienient for location and pricing.

The refrigerator had so much ice build up we couldn’t use the freezer section. The hair dryer did not work and was dirty. There was mildew in the shower. Water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable. We asked for more towels and had them promptly delivered to our room. We were on the bottom floor and could park directly across from the room. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Not great. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, cigarette burn on bed cover, shower curtain had mold stains. No fridge or microwave (I didn't even look for that when I booked, though). Couldn't call the office from the room phone.

The photos look alot better than it does in person. Loby was closed so no breakfast.the folks at the window didnt want to help. The room was absolutly filthy and smelled awful. The furniture felt discustingly filthy with except the bed. When i complained i didnt get so much as an appology, no refund, and no one ever came to clean the room. So we went and bought our own towles,soap, and stuff to clean the rooms our selves. We only used their towles and rags to clean the bathroom and kitchenet and those white rags turned black real fast after cleaning the tub and again after cleaning the bathroom floor. I wish i had taken pictures befor and after we cleaned. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was only $25 Night.

Absolutely nothing like photos, marginally better than a flop house. There's a significant difference between mine and your versions of a 2-star establishment.

I have low standards for a one night passing through hotel. This was below even my standards. Lobby is closed. You check in through a window outside. If you need a restroom as soon as you arrive after being on the rode…forget it. Check in first through the window. No breakfast because the lobby is closed. The room is in a rundown condition of curbside furniture.

I should have looked at the reviews first. I checked in at 3:00pm and the room was not ready. The pictures that represent the property and room was not as it really was. I did not even want to try the hot tub. The tv remote didn’t work. They did replace the batteries, though. When looking for something dropped under the bed, we found someone’s shirt, not ours, so we looked behind the the dresser and found more garbage. We waking up to use the restroom and coming back to bed, there was a bug on the bed. I killed it and then found another dead bug after inspection. Needless to stay we could not sleep any further. Checked out at 11:00pm. No refund as it said was not available for one. I will never go back there again. We could not find another place to stay and ended our little getaway plans. 😡

It was extremely loud because of the fighting upstairs above us. It was 1:10 am when we were woke up to screaming and yelling! It sounded like 5 people where up there screaming and throwing glass everywhere!!! We were there for all of 3 1/2 hours before we had to get up and grab our things to sleep in my truck for the night, which was $137 for 1 night. It was the most disgusting, dirtiest, and just plain filthy hotel suite I have ever been in. They literally only made the bed in the room.

Was just me and my 2 month old daughter. We were safe and comfortable. Building was quiet, hot water was fantastic and we both slept very well.

Need to Focus On: Wifi! wifi password did not work/ cannot connect. Out of the 4 devices that tried to connect, only 1 work and it shows 1 bar ....very slow wifi connection. Youtube can't even load.

The place definitely needs some TLC and deep cleaning. Spend a few more bucks and get a room that has rigorous cleaning procedures. On the up side, the bed comfortable. Would not stay at this property again.

Very nice hotel to stay at

Everything about this place was exactly what you would expect for the price. The desk clerk was pleasant. The bed was comfy. And there is a good restaurant right next door for diner. And a Waffle house on the other side for breakfast. It was very convenient.

Not sure why they called the room a deluxe room. There was nothing nice about it. Typical 2 bed room with a tv & frig that partially worked. The place was dirty w/mold in the bathroom & paint missing on the doors. Felt like I was staying in a hotel where you pay by the hour. Did not feel safe at the hotel or in the area.
