    The air conditioning in the room did not work. The toilet valve was not operational. The toilet would not fill up so you had to fill it up with the ice bucket to make it flush. The carpet was stained the tile in the floor was cracked mold on the ceiling and there were no bulbs, except the one in the lamps in the room try to get a new room was told they do not have any until 1130 at night. Also very questionable people hang around the hotel.

    The breakfast was minimal. Cream machine didn’t work. TV was satellite only, but WiFi not strong enough to watch anything w/o interruption. Shower pressure was minimal.

    Had an issue which should have been easy to fix but they needed a manager who apparently is almost never there. Breakfast was almost nonexistent as juice broken no cream cheese for bagels no butter for waffles cereal was in Kellogg dispenser but loaded with generic brand. Nothing other than waffle bagels toast and cereal. Done going here it looks like.

    Room needed an upgrade. All 3 lamp shades were damaged, toilet ran all night, tub dripped all the time. TV did not work and front desk worker said she did not know how to fix and we had to wait til 11pm for help. Asked for another room and she said she could not do that for us. Dresser handle broke and air conditioner frame broke. Front desk no where to help check out. Heard all other guests, walls very thin. I do have photos

    Breakfast was a joke. Room was on the first floor and the window did not lock. Furnishings in room are worn. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more and stay down the block at a different hotel.

    Date property. As an Expedia user I was disappointed that I was assigned a room nearest the noisy front lobby. The room as cool and the heater was very noisy and did not work very well. This stay was much different from my one a couple of years ago.

    Incredibly limited continental breakfast. I have never had this subpar before at any Super 8. We didn't even bother with breakfast the 2nd morning and went to a restaurant 2 miles away.

    Twice these people called the police on me for existing this lady saw a wet black and mild tip I brought in from outside and accused me of smoking in the room, I'm confused I tell her you can see on the camera I smoked outside my whole stay she tells me I need to pay i tell her flat I'm not doing that cause I didn't smoke in the room. She then calls her manager or brother who knows and I leave, didn't go far cause I was waiting on a ride she then comes out and tell me I need to pay , I said no she went back in came back out and said I was trespassing and needed to leave I told her I am leavening she then calls the police then stopped my Uber from leaving tells me I need to stay in leave the Uber and walk all cause I'm sick of the games next thing I know her and two other guest are following me with their phone out I started recording them if you want the videos I have 3 this whole situation was pretty sickening I'm never spending my money there again

    Staff member at front desk chased a man out the door for bring a grub hub order in. Shortly after that, got into another argument with a guest about a ups delivery. Food sat out for hours. Front door was never closed, propped open. Smell was horrendous. Bugs all over my room. Tv didnt work. Stains in all of my bedding. Permanent residents everywhere. Smoking in front of door. Congregating around my truck. More than 10 people staying in 2 of the rooms across the hall from me. An absolute nightmare to stay at!

    Truly disappointed. We arrived around 1 am after a long travel day and from the moment I opened the door to the room there was an odor. The room was dirty, stains on the furniture and curtains. The tub had mold and was dirty, the sink paint cracked and dirty and the place was just gross. My allergies immediately acted up, I was sniffling, sneezing, my skin and eyes itched terribly and I had to double up on my allergy meds and inhaler and use allergy eye drops constantly. We were there until morning when I found a different hotel. Still haven’t received an answer from Expedia or the hotel regarding a refund. Staff was friendly but that didn’t help the physical problems within the hotel. Terrible experience.

    It was in a nice area. The building was run down. There was mold around the corners of the ceiling and the bathroom. The furniture was chipping and the room smelled like mildew. I dropped something behind the bed and had to move it and i found old garbage from previous guests along with socks and food. Makes me wonder if instead of cleaning the room they just brush everything under the bed. They offer free breakfast but nothing was ever available. no juice, no fruit, no creamer for coffee, no milk, no water. Only waffles and even then those were subpar.

    I was shown three rooms: the first one had a very musty smell, the second one had ice covering the AC air intake area, the third one had powerful smell of room freshener to disguise the musty smell. The carpet in the hallway had stains. The elevator was out of order. The free breakfast was extremely minimalistic and did not feel fresh. The linen looked old and in need of replacement. This is not a property operated by Wyndham but by a licensee, and it is clear that Wyndham has not performed any proper inspections.

    I just needed a room for a week and it did the job. I did not expect anything extravagant so just to have a place to lay my head and a cool enough room with no Super benefits. This was adequate. What was amazing was that I had to dispute a second charge on the room That was more than the time that I had agreed to rent the room for. And now I am in dispute of what seems like an additional day. I don’t understand how these things happen, but the service is lackadaisical on that end.

    Showed up for late check got charged and then told room I reserved wasn’t available - said that wasn’t acceptable - clerk took 5 - got room agreed upon but the beds were sunk in and room quality was weepin. Usually don’t mind motel 8s but this one was kinda beat. At least my experience.

    It was close to our event we were going to. The price was decent! Or box spring on our bed was broken. He tried to fix it but didn’t really work too well. Screaming kids in the floor above us and jumping n acting crazy.

    The hotel is a PADS homless shelter. People hanging around entrances smoking tobacco and pot. I had a trailer and car loaded with guitars , sport memorabilia and other valuable items I couldn't sleep because I was afraid it was going to get broken. Don't believe the website it makes a hotel look decent. As for breakfast it was non-existent if you could get in there you got cold cereal they have families living there with children going to school. I should have just went to another place but the wife didn't want me to lose the money I had paid to stay there it was non-refundable.

    we arrived at the hotel between 730 and 8:00 PM and took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and help us after we repeatedly rang the bell. Elevator was broken forced us to take the stairs and person at front desk actually laughed when we asked for directions to the elevator room was OK at best bathroom was terribly dirty holes in the wall, large gaping hole around insect Kleenex box, toilet would not flush and was refilling with water about every 45 minutes to an hour. In general hotel looked very dirty and unkept. towels and bathroom that should’ve been freshly cleaned had dark hair strands embedded on the towel. also around 10 to 10:30 PM there seemed to be construction noise going on in the hallway or in an adjacent room.

    The front desk person was very nice and offered me another room since mine smelled terrible and was very noisy with people around. The second room was just as bad if not smelled worse. I ended up canceling my stay and going elsewhere.

    The room was dirty and smelled like mold. Told the front desk staff that’s it’s unsafe to stay there. He told me not to worry and that he would help us get a refund from Orbitz. Then he told Orbitz that they offered us a new room and inspected ours for cleanliness and determined it was fine. Dirty establishment and liars. Don’t stay here!

    The property had a good location for our family Our room had broken furniture ( see photo of TV stand) horribly uncomfortable mattresses, air conditioning didn’t cool. The TV did not work on arrival and when the front desk gal came she told me that it would be fixed the next day. Only after I lost it did it get fixed that evening. I found a bug in the toilet the second morning we stayed, see photo. The breakfast was awful. It was from 6a-9a but they didn’t put most of it out until after 8a. They locked the juice machine before 9am and that is where the filtered water was. When I asked about that I was told I could purchase a bottle,of water. Overall a very bad experience.

    Dirty elevator problems people live there noisy people I hallways water in building was being shut off so we couldn't shower to get ready no coffee machines in room u had to go down and up to get it and we have disability outside old gut screaming all hours a lot of people hanging around outside was just horrible id want my money back charge to much for nasty conditions and nothing was good about it couldn't sleep

    Stong smell of mold! Despite the air conditioner running for over an hour, the room smells strongly of dampness. The carpet near the bathroom is wet, and there is visible black mold in the bathroom. The overall condition of the room is unacceptable and feels unsafe to stay in. Unfortunately, this was the last available room when we arrived, otherwise we would have requested a different one so we had to leave because it was impossible to stay there.

    The only problem was outside. Guests stood and smoked within about 10 feet of the front entrance, clearly in violation of the posted sign forbidding smoking within 25 feet. The area was littered with cigarette butts, and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the lobby at one point.

    Never got to stay The lobby smelled like cleaner. I came to check in twice after the room was said to be available and it wasn’t. This was hours after it should have been. 8pm and still not available. Staff was not helpful and could not tell me when the room would be ready. I gave up and stayed somewhere else.     While the room was clean, the building was older and tired.They offered a variety of breakfast items, but when we asked for butter for our waffles we were told they don't ever have butter (don't carry it?). They had a kleenex box out in place of napkins! That was not helpful. They had a fancy creamer machine but there was nothing in it, and they had nothing to refill it with. The coffee was not good at all.

    That we had 2 rooms next to each other. Complained to staff about man across from our room was yelling after 1 AM and continued for about 2 hours, then so during the day. I thought someone was having domestic violence the way it sounded. The excuse was the gentleman just lost his house in a fire…, I’m not sure why that excuse is okay for not only us but we had 2 rooms next to each other and the other people to suffer through al the yelling. No accommodations to move or refund money for rest of the stays so we could leave. Also many people living in the hotel, children waiting in lobby during breakfast for Ubers to school. We stayed there for our son’s Navy graduation. Not very comfortable, smelled liked mildew all around. Was told also it was a hot breakfast with eggs and stuff..that was a lie, 2 days no creamer in machine just milk.

    The location was the only thing we liked. Toilet wobbled big time, bathroom door had damage around knob which prevented it from closing and locking, one of the beds sagged which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. The room had a musty smell. The carpet felt dirty.

    My family did not end up staying at this hotel for our weekend trip. After check-in and I found that the room was too cluttered to use an air mattress for my special needs sister. I asked for a chair to be removed from the room to make space. Front desk and manager were extraordinarily unreasonable, to the extent that they ended up taking my key and would not allow my special needs sister to leave the room. The police had to be called, and I completed a report. A total nightmare destination. Not accommodating at all, especially for anyone with special needs. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

    Very disappointed! Rooms were very old and needed a lot of work to bring them up to just par. Carpets were filthy. The phone in the room did not work, the internet disconnected us at least twice an hour - no exaggeration! And they routinely shut off all the lights on us at least twice a day - early morning and again in the evening. Not late, but evening, when people should be up and in the rooms. The TV would stay on, as would the microwave, but all of the lights and power would go out and our phones and computer would die. They said it was because the electrical was installed on a timer and they could have someone look at it. Don't look at it - fix it! Don't allow it to happen, but it did all 3 days and night...ridiculous! Walls and floors were paper thin and could easily hear everything adjoining and above. A LOT of weird characters hanging around outside all day and night to the point where we were afraid to leave our vehicle unattended. WE booked this because of the rating, but I have no idea how they had the rating they did. The staff was nice enough, but few spoke English so no matter what you said, or asked, they just smiled and said thank you. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good, but there was no sink space for placing anything. And the TV was a good size, but old and did not have a good picture. All in all, I do not recommend this place.

    It should be mandatory for hotels housing people on a semi-permanent basis to divulge that, it made for an unpleasant experience. The police were there every day sometimes multiple times a day. You could not get near the breakfast buffet, they were often out of items.

    Don’t stay here. Floors so dirty your feet will turn black within minutes. Socks are ruined. My daughter crawled on the carpet before we noticed & had dirty black hands & knees. Booked a pet friendly room, didn’t get asked about my dogs & upon checkout get told I’ll have pet fees for a non pet friendly room. Didn’t they see that I booked that room & be sure to ask? Or stopped me when they saw us coming & going through the front door or on cameras? I truly don’t think I should have been charged for the pet fees since it wasn’t our fault. When we told her about the condition of the floor she said we didn’t complain last night so it’s our fault but all they’d do is move us to another dirty room. I didn’t want to repack up my kids for that. Just feel like I paid way way too much for what we got.

    The floors were absolutely disgusting in both rooms that we booked. Socks turned black and we did not dare walking barefoot. One bed was obviously not clean and the sheets had something on them as well as a very noticeable hair between the fitted sheet and top sheets. We got back to our room very late after a concert and there was nobody at the front desk to help us so we didn’t even bother waiting around. They also do not have cribs or pack’n’plays even though both hotels.com and their own website says that they do. One room smelled incredibly musty and almost like mold, the other room was hot and humid even with the a/c fan kicked on. I absolutely wouldn’t book here again.

    Looking at the pictures on the website compared to the actual place is like night and day. The lady who greeted us could be warmer and just being at the reception area, my family did not like the place immediately. I asked for a cancellation but she said no. Ok, so we decided to stay, upon reaching our room, there was this smell so we ran the ac until at least it was tolerable. As we tried to get comfortable, the suite we were in felt like we went into a time warp. The furnishings, carpet and linens were old! My family just sucked it up basically and tried to ride it out and when morning came, we couldn't wait to leave. How much they charged for the place compared to what we received was totally not worth it. The place was dirty and my son found bugs. This place is in the extremely low side and totally would not recomment staying here and even staying at any Super 8 places. In fact I should ask for a refund and felt rob for the amount of money we paid. Totally not acceptable. Sad.

    Worst stay. Rented a king suite. 5 outlets in room didn’t work. It was on the third floor. Next morning e woke up and elevator was out. My husband is handicapped. Asked when it would be fixed. They had no idea. Told them my husband couldn’t do stairs. They said they could move us to first floor but room was smaller. We reluctantly agreed. They moved us to a handicap room with a double bed. Very uncomfortable. Woke up next morning to the fire alarm going off. Had to evacuate. Went to check out and asked if they were going to comp us for the difference in room size. They told us no. Paid for a king suit for three days. Ended up in handicap with double bed for two of those days. Management is horrible. Will never stay there again.

    The staff at this location, was very nice and accommodating, although it is not the nicest and most modern, I would stay for a short stay again beds were comfortable.

    The carpet was like a coat of something , it felt moist, and the bathroom floor was sticky , not sure if or what product being used to wash the tiled floor, and the mattress felt broke down on each side of it , needs some better products.

    Very basic accomodations ..... all hotels too expensive these days including this one but it was the best price for an ok rated place in the area .... got me thru the night and the shower had good water pressure, bed was ok

    I was confounded that I could not find tea in my room or in the breakfast nook and I had requested some from the front desk after I checked in and only found 3 types of coffee. Considering what I was charged for the room, I do not think my request was out of line. I also could not figure out how to get the listed TV channels on the TV with a placard right next to the TV, but no instructions on how turn on the correct App to view those channels.

    We got there at 12:30 since the hotel told us the room was ready. When getting there we walked into a dirty room. Our room wasn’t ready till 4:30 pm and by that time check in was past 2 hours and 30 mins. First time and last time I never have an issue with super 8 until this last experience

    Excellent hotel except for a few minor flaws: (1) Starting about 10 pm and lasting until about 3 am every single night, someone was smoking in another room nearby. The cigarette smoke emanated into my room and I had to close the bathroom door. If I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it was disgusting like walking into a nightclub in the 1980s. I suspect someone is living in the other room semi-permanently and has disabled their smoke alarm or found a way to smoke every night without repercussions. (2) Half of one outlet near the desk, the entry light, and two lamps didn't work. At least on the bright side, the in-lamp sockets were not wiggly like they usually are at hotels. (3) The table is ridiculously small which made it difficult to do my work. Barely enough room for a laptop and mouse pad.
