The staff did well under the circumstances. The Breakfast was so so. The property has significant deferred maintenance. As an example, the gutters had plants growing out of them. The property and the rooms are overdue for a remodel. The room was clean enough, given the worn carpet and furnishings.

I recommend this hotel for out-of-towners that wanna have their own getaway cozy comfortable affordable. The sites are amazing. The staff are excellent. I gave it a five star.

This place is like being in an apartment. You get the privacy the quietness. I guess the only cons would be some some of the units. You don't see the parking lot at all which is no big deal to me. Also you have to hike to the main building for the breakfast which wasn't a big deal to me but if the weather is bad might be. I would totally stay here again.

A good run of the mill place to stay, with the normal facilities. Breakfast was okay, room clean, internet not a problem, location was acceptable. They took a large deposit on credit card, and then did not refund promptly - this caused work based administration issues. They were then un responsive to questions on the subject - totally and utterly unacceptable for a professional hotel.

Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. Other than those issues, the room was clean (there was an over powering scent of cleaner though). There was also a $10/day fee for parking which was not apparent while reserving. Overall, not sure I'd recommend this location.

The hotel was nice and perfect to sleep and spend time with our family. The staff was accommodating and took care of us. The breakfast was okay.

There was a little noise from the upstairs occupant walking about in the late evening heard in our ground level unit but we will return here again. Ours a far rear unit totally shielded from street traffic noise and the location is great. We lived in Mukilteo for eleven years and knew aboutthis location.

I stayed for five nights. During my stay, towels were changed or rearranged on three occasions; however, the room itself was not cleaned. As the room was on the ground floor, dirt and fallen leaves were tracked inside and left untouched. The bedspread/comforter was never adjusted and the bed was not made at any point. Additionally, the trash can was never emptied during the entire stay.

The hotel is old and kinda gross. We walked into our room and all the cupboard doors, microwave door, etc were open. Even the windows to outside were open.. made us wonder if there was mildew to air out or what. When I called the front desk I was put on hold so long that I eventually hung up. Our TV wouldn’t work and front desk was no help. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The TV didn’t work and the staff offered no solutions or concessions. The kitchen was missing essentials to be able to cook and it the closet was missing a door. For the price it’s not unexpected just for the area we were surprised.

Frenchie was an amazing hostess!! All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub area were very clean (the hot tub jets were out of order and it didn’t look like there were plans to fix it).

I was very disappointed with my stay. When we walked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away — I could smell it all night and into the morning. The carpets were wet, the bedding had stains, and the shower was unclean, with no tub, just a floor shower. After just a few minutes of being in the hotel my son’s hands were covered in noticeable dirt and grime. After reading other reviews it seems the uncleanliness in the rooms has been ongoing for several months to years, I don’t know how they are still in business. The wifi was the worst hotel wifi i’ve ever had to experience out of every hotel i’ve been too in my life. Overall, the room felt dirty and possibly moldy, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

This was an apartment-style property where every room had an outside door, many with a shared stairway and landing. The property was very clean and well kept. The room, especially the bathroom sink, smelled mildewy. I think the sink overflow needed cleaned out. It was overwhelming. Good bed and pillows. Out telephone had a horrible loud alarm sound at midnight, scaring us to death. I called the front desk and they didn't know why.

Only one large shower towel No body soap in the shower Sofa bed and mattress was too thin and springs stuck out, horrible to sleep on, for the back Room smelled bad! Unsafe neighborhood Air conditioner did not cool Called room service for pillows, blanket, and sheets, she said there is only her at front desk and that i had to walk up there in the middle of night in an unsafe neighborhood to get them myself! After a horrible first night, I called them to cancel the second night, and again they could not process it because there was only one person at front desk and she did not have the authority! When I asked to cancel the next morning and confirm by 8 am, she said management doesn't start until 10 am! They charged for $50 extra, designated as room incidentals and even though I used no room incidentals and they confirmed it, they have not refunded me after two weeks. When I call them, they say it shouldn't be charged to you, but it is right there on my credit card!

This is the second time I stay here. My wife and I LOVE your place.

When looking for our room over heard to maids discussing the rat they just saw We did not stay and checked out after 30 minutes and went to the Hilton!! Ask for a refund and were charged away I will to stay at a Marriott again!!!

The unit was not very clean with stains on the sofa. The four-night stay required that we called for clean towels each time. Disappointing for a Marriott.

There was a loud rumbling noise coming from upstairs, for about 2 hours at 12am. The pool water was green and dirty. The hot tub wasnt working, cold, and dirty. The carpet/room had a very strong 'deoderizer perfume smell, (like over powering, maybe trying to cover up another smell) carpet and bathroom floors had a stickiness to them. Not great. Breakfast was gross. Dried up sausage pucks.

Very nice hotel. But so many stairs!! And the pool looked yellow in the deep like it was not cleaned in a while. Needed a pool after walking to the little lighthouse and back in 80 degrees. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Front desk people were all super nice and helpful.

Enjoy having the kitchenette, like most hotels, the windows don’t open and it’s difficult to get the correct temperature in the room.

Property was a bit further from where I wanted to be, not much in the area. Shortage of places to walk to for eating. Hot tub was just warm and jets did not work. The room was excellent, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was excellent and well tended to.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we had a “don’t knock” sign on the door the morning of checking out but the housekeeping staff completely ignored it. Knocked on the door and proceeded to open it without waiting for a response. This was at 9:30am and it wasn’t checkout time yet. I talked to management about it of course and she assured me that she was going to talk to the staff assigned to our room.

Front desk person, Lou, super friendly and helpful. He gets all the kuddos. However, the room smelled like animal urine, mildew and heavy cleaner. There was no soap in the bathroom, no bedding for the pull out couch and paint chips all over the bathroom floor. I’m a frequent Marriot property user and this was surprisingly sub-par. It’s a visually nice property overall but the room was disappointing.

When arrived about 9 PM, we were being dropped off and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. At this point, if we hadn’t booked through Expedia we would have canceled. There was random stuff sitting around the lobby and the check in desk area was messy and unkept. There was a sticky note at the counter saying they would be back. The lady was not friendly and didn’t apologize when she finally got back. Since we had people dropping us off they’ve been waiting all this time, she shows us how to get back to where the room is, which is way around the building. There were a lot of questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Inside the room itself, the walls were dirty, the carpet felt wet when you put your feet on it and looked dirty. The room smelled odd. There are doors connecting to other rooms and the locks were loose. When someone knocked on our door the lock fell open. Overall, it was just a bad experience. One positive I will say when we were leaving about 4 am for a flight, the person who checked us out was very kind and helpful.

The room was dirty, we found an earing in the pull out couch and the sofa had stains. When I checked in the receptionist was rude no welcome or how can I help you. They didnt even ask for my credit card just stuck their hand out waiting for me to just give it to them. Overall a 1 out 5 for me.

When I went to the counter to check in they said they had no studios available, I said Expedia shows at least 4 (and continued to show available all night), they said they were oversold and Expedia always does that). I had to book a higher category at an additional $50. USD a night, (King suite that was not great) (upsell???). Couldn't log onto the the Wi-Fi unless you are a Marriott Bonvoy member so no free internet and I was out of data so I could not even sign up (I tried with no success). Toilet seat was broken, only place open on a Friday night at 9pm for food was a bar close by. Toilet seat broken and a fowl smell in the room, limited toiletries in the room. Car alarms going off all night, and breakfast was VERY minimal. Walked past the pool....it was GREEN, Won't go back.

Positives, the shower had great pressure, the main bed was comfortable, and there was a half basketball court next to the not-working pool. Overall we would not stay again. For how poor it was, we could have spent the $150 a night to stay right down the street, somewhere much nicer. Which we will do next time.

The staff were very professional. When we asked about the pool and hot tub, they were unsure the hours. The next morning, we see that both the pool and hot tub had not been cleaned all year long. It was green and brown and we never got to use them. The person parked next to us, was smoking marijuana the whole time in their car. The only hot breakfast was only eggs and sausage.

What I like is the kitchen. What I don’t like is cleanliness of the carpet. The towels smell bad. There are molds on the ceiling. Bedsheets are dirty. Looks like they were not changed for a long time.

Stay booked for 3/25 to 3/27/25. I paid the rate for the hotel which I read should have included taxes and fees. When I checked out of the hotel on 3/27 I was charged an addition parking fee (should have been included with original hotels.com charge) of $21. I believe I should be refunded the $21 parking fee. If instead the parking fee is separate than an explanation should have been offered or the price should not have indicated that it was our total including taxes and fees.

The property is great. Excellent amenities and restaurants near by. Mini market and convenience stores near by as well.

Great location for a stay before or after a plane flight at Paine field. Property is nicely laid out and there are places within walking distance to eat or grab a drink.

The hotel was nice, staff great. The location of our room wasn't great, it was loud, and we had a hard time sleeping with the noise. Would recommend, just request a room further back.

I stayed one day and it was perfect for me. price was great, really quiet and next to an awesome pizza place.

Was told they had a shuttle service to the airport. Front desk said they did not so took Uber. My choice for this hotel was to use a shuttle so mark them down for that.

Then they charged us $11 for parking without saying anything. The lobby breakfast was decent. We liked the property, but staff needs more training.

Only there one night but it seemed like a longer stay there would not have been uncomfortable. The room came with a kitchen and they have appliances you can borrow to cook with. Water took a while to get warm in the shower. Bring an HDMI cable if you want to hook something to the TV. Very quiet, forgot we even had neighbors

The only thing I liked about this property was the staff. Krissy was awesome! The people staying on the property were questionable though and felt unsafe just walking to the car. The worst part was the bed. By far the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had. Woke up with a sore back all while the people below us blasted music till 2 am.

I really like this hotel, but I accidentally booked a handicapable room (214) and it really, really smelled like mildew or something like it. I actually checked out early because the smell gets stronger the longer youre in the room and I didnt know if id be able to switch rooms. Otherwise it was fine ans quiet which is great.

I found that the layout of the room was convoluted and there were many times where the TV had to be moved as it was in the way of the closet or access to the desk. The toilet kept getting stuck and we had to remove the lid to push it to refill and I noticed that the outlet next to the bed was not able to charge my phone properly. I also found that the lighting in the room was very poor. I was not able to see properly in the room to begin with and when I dropped the backing to my earring, I was not able to find it again. The lighting was so poor with the dark carpet. I knew I would never find it again and I didn't wear earrings to the wedding I was there for because of it. It was hard to see my color options and do my make up properly. I also was very upset to see a bill for parking, I was not told that there would be a parking fee at all let alone per day. I also do not understand why you would have a parking fee as it is not an area where there is easy access to public transport, so obviously people will have a car. I was there for 3 nights and there was not one visit by the housekeeping staff.

Was unjustly charged a pet cleaning fee because our aunt came inside our room witch her service dog for about 15 minutes, She held the dog the entire time. Staff was rude to her at the front desk about the dog as well. She was not charged a fee for having the dog in her room with her however but we were. Beds were rock hard with very insufficient bedding. Room service never even attempted to clean our room even though we were there from Sunday-Tuesday. Management was more concerned with making an extra $100 than keeping customers. Go figure

The hotel was very nice and roomie. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 was because no one cleaned the room. We got back to the room and the towels were still there. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

I called the front desk and a different person helped me and said yeah you were not supposed to get put there. You have to move to a different room. Needless to say I had to packup and move rooms. Not the worst thing but the whole issue made me late for my meeting. Other than that, it was an average stay at a hotel.

This hotel is one of our all-time favorites. The staff has always been superb. The rooms are spotless, and the kitchens are complete. They make extra effort to make a pleasant experience each time.

This is my go-to place to stay in the area (4th stay). The suite layout and comfortable beds are fantastic. There's no restaurant on premises, but plenty in the immediate area. They have a breakfast bar in the AM with cereals, bfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. I'm sure I'll be staying here at my next trip to the area.
