The property and rooms were very clean, and they are very nice. I had a very enjoyable stay here.

The continental breakfast they were charging $12 for! No water to drink or make coffee with. What???? Goodness these hotel rooms are not cheap. Establishments that are this expensive should always have water for their customers to drink in the rooms. This is crazy.

The bloke behind reception was lovely & helpful, even addressed me by name whihc was a nice touch. The girl behind the bar was also helpful & friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed as comfortable. We left to early to try the breakfast I did use the shower the night before though & the water pressure was great and the temp was nice and hot. We have stayed there before & would again.

digital key card didn't work

The iron in the room had some sort of debris and ruined my outfit. I informed the front desk and they replaced the iron but didnt do anything else. I will need to now try my luck with the dry cleaners to see if my new outfit can be salvaged. The hotel is nice but the guest support and housekeeping could be better.

The Location There was very limited access to a small coffee shop menu and bar. That was when the staff were actually there and not closing down and leaving 1 hour before nominated close time - which was 9pm. Room amenities were certainly not up to Hilton standard.

Hotel is very close to Boeing field where I was planning to visit and all installations are very clean and silent. There’re plenty of available parking spaces. Reception staff were very kind with us and the price of the breakfast, which is apart, is fair and with reasonable food options.

The staff were sweet and inviting. We ended up getting there late and was still able to have a meal, that was convenient. But for The room, it had a horrible smell to it. It may be just the room it self, because the building itself didn’t have an odor.

Room was nice. Fotted sheets barley fit the bed amd kept coming off while sleeping. Complimentary coffee in room was not restocked upon our arrival. The pay for breakfast was very expensive and subpar at best.

We stayed in room 202. Very big room. Separate living area with pull-out couch, kitchenette and half bathroom. King size bed and huge shower. Will stay here again!!!

Front desk manager, Celisse Speed was excellent. We had four families traveling together, and she did an excellent job coordinating and addressing our concerns. The facility was clean. Everything worked well and well laid out.

The only food that was offered was the snack food that was available next to the front staff. I didn't like anything. If I wanted costco snacks, I would have gone to costco myself. When I checked in I was offered to purchase a dinner as well as breakfast served by the kitchen and I was told the kitchen would open up at five p m. When I went down at 4:55pm to find out how I could order food, I was told the kitchen was closed and they had a small selection of snack food from costco, next to the front staff. I explained to the staff that my husband was diabetic and I needed something that he could eat that wasn't packed full of sugar and I was told that there was a kitchen inside the hotel that served dinner starting at five p m. I was informed by the front staff that was not an option and if I'm that hungry, I should order uber eats. Very disappointing, since one staff member offered it and then the next person said, no. My husband and I were looking forward to trying the food from their kitchen.

We enjoyed how clean everything was and the window in our room had a blackout shade on it that really helped both our sleep. Will stay again.

One more thing is that the rooms could benefit from double pane or even triple pane windows - or maybe more insulation, as the road noise during the day can be heard in the room. Otherwise, this is a lovely facility!

Very loud, unfortunately - I could hear every time a staff member was near because of the volume of their 2-way radios. Frequently heard yelling kids running up and down the halls for most of my stay. Clean room, friendly staff, just was not a very relaxing weekend for me here.

Property was nice, no typical hotel smell. Staff was friendly. My mom left her rings in the room after we checked out and we went back and they located them for us. Bathroom door made an obnoxious sound when it was opened and the restaurant was closed for Labor Day. 🙄

This was a perfect location for the soccer tournament that we went to. Because it’s so close to the Whidbey Island ferry, I will definitely be staying here a lot more often as a Hilton rewards member.

The made to order omelet was amazing! Aside from the room not being ready at checkin, everything was great!

The shower can be better, and there was less parking but overall it was an okay stay

Location was outstanding, we went on the Boeing tour, literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

We stay her for the convenience to Paine Field. Often times we take early morning flights and this is very convenient.

Excellent welcome the day I checked in. Nice, clean amenities and the hotel is conveniently located to nearby businesses. There is a small park in front of the hotel where one can jog a few laps, walk or simply sit on a bench. Would also like to recognize the lady working at the restaurant the morning of our breakfast for her sunny presence. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Everett for a wonderful experience.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is near Boeing Flight of Future. Be aware that even though it is very close to the airport, but it is not walkable to the airport terminal. In fact, all the hotels around seem to be very close to the terminal, but you still need to drive there because they are all in the back of terminal so you need to drive around half circle of the airport to reach the terminal.

Otherwise the location is amazing for the airport.

The bed and pillows were amazing! I slept so well better than ive ever slept in a hotel. It would be nice to have received a military discount since I'm 80% disabled military and complementary breakfast. But the hotel, staff and stsy was really nice

Their staff is stellar around the clock. The only bummer was the restaurant not being open on Saturday when there is nothing around close but not a big deal. The view I had facing the airport was awesome too!! I could watch planes land and takeoff while relaxing. The Future of Flight is a very close walk and well worth it!!

If you love aviation, this location was awesome! The hotel staff was very accommodating with my request for a runway view. The room was clean, quiet, and stylish. We loved the aviation photographs throughout the hotel. The main problem...the mattresses felt like they were 20 years old. Normally, I'd request a different room, but the airport view was more important for this trip. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room and the buffet was overpriced at $16 for perceived quality. We did not use the pool. During our stay, the hotel restaurant had limited hours of operation. However, there was a small snack shop on site. I loved the fact that we could walk across the parking lot for the Boeing Factory Tour!

First off our stay was good. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Notes - Shampoo container in bathroom of Rm 205 is coming off the wall and door towel hook is coming off the door (both are glued). To serve you, I have to comment that your breakfast staff (2) seemed to be doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed at times. The price for the buffet's available selection was high comparatively. Observations - the coffee decanters and the silverware bins were empty. Order breakfast was about +20 minutes. Coffee was finally made available when we were done with breakfast. This may just been a bad moment but guests did seem frustrated. A lady asked for grapefruit juice with her breakfast seeing a container in the bar area where orders were being taken, she was told by the register they did not have the key for that, it was for drinks for the bar. Summating this - accommodation is a valued service behavior, for the lady that wanted grapefruit juice that did not happen. All that being said, we did have a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and caring. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great bonus! The only downside was the walk-in shower that leaked. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

The place was spacious and well kept. The pool was over run by children but that is no fault of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and I would definitely book again

The property was in close proximity to my meeting location so it was an easy drive. My room was clean and quiet. The back door of the hotel didn't recognize my room key, so I had to walk around to get in.

Great - we had to arrive near midnight and the fellow at the desk greeted us with open arms! Loved every minute of our short stsy.

My room was good and bathroom super clean! The only problem was not enough parking close to the building if you returned late at night. However, the front desk allowed me to park right outside the lobby entrance where I felt safe coming back late from a conference.

Got there about 4 PM Friday super nice staff extremely quite very clean. Very comfortable rooms. Had breakfast Saturday morning. Breakfast was great. Food was great. I would highly recommend this place used at the pool and hot tub. Very clean. Will definitely come back.

I just stayed one night at this hotel after getting in on a late flight at Everett airport. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming when I arrived, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

As a disabled person it is particularly pleasant to have a room that meets every need I and my mobility devices need. The roll in shower has two heads making this the most relaxing shower ever for me. I really love the airline engines as they go on an off every once in a while. It's a comforting rumbling sound and is just cool! It would be lovely to have a comfort topper on the mattress in Room 101~the bed is very firm and I have joint pain without a topper. I suspect it is something that those in mobility devices may have to deal with. I'm also just old so there is that too! Thank you for your excellence and see you again in a few months!

We stayed in a suite and as much as we loved the room one small complaint is the mattress felt uneven, worn down, and old. We did not get a good nights rest. Room number was 202 In case you want to fix it. The positives just to name a few are two separate restrooms, two separate shower heads, great pillow assortment, and automatic window blinds.

Nice touch to have cookies at the lobby as well as lemon water. It would be great if coffee can be served through out the day.

They switched us to a different room because our fridge wasn’t working, the 2nd room didn’t have a working fridge either. But atleast it was bigger. But then one side of the bed broke so… yep. Never going back.

Also the website says cribs are available, but when we asked for one, the guy on the reception desk told us they don’t have any, and that the web site isn’t updated… The pool was cold, and the water in both pool and hot tub was blurry, like the filters don’t work good enough. I was disgust to even try it out… The worst incident that happened was, as we were already in our room for about two hrs, me and my husband, two guys opened our room door with their keys. The receptionist assigned our room to other guests… later when I went down to ask how did that happen? They said that the system showed our room as available so he assigned this room to other people, while we were there…. We were really upset… This was our mini vacation , a get-away time from our kids, just to have some quiet time with my husband, and our stay and vacation was ruined… I would ask for a full refund, to at least make up for this some.. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone and for sure won’t ever return here…. 😥

My kids and I had a great time enjoying the indoor pool and safety, privacy around the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My kids had the best first hotel experience. :)

Check in was not efficient. I had to tell the front desk person I had two rooms reserved, he was just going to check me into one. The rooms were both very noisy, all night. Housekeeping walked into my room prior to check-out time.

The two things that really irritated me was the very low water pressure in the shower. And they dont have a "real resturant."

General manager very rude, talked about my job and my boss and how they weren’t a good boss. Argued and refused to let me go while waiting for a call back. Hotel physically shakes from planes and traffic. You can hear everyone and everything inside and outside, no privacy. No continental breakfast, the breakfast you do get is $16-20 and the same food you get free at other hotels. Room was clean, amenities are severely lacking and staff is rude and confrontational.
