Takes weeks to get deposit back, may be a review stream for them and it’s got ether bugs or heavy chemicals because I itched the hole time I was there and a few days after, but staff was nice

Staff were great Tv remote wasn’t programmed and no blankets on the beds but otherwise good

Love the kitchen facilities. Quiet location.

Update: I called to debate an issue and the lady manager I finally got to speak to was very abrasive and combative. Not once did I argue with anyone while I as there let alone say bad word,so the lady said ‘you better watch what you call me and what you say from here on out’ I was like what? Did it sound like I was going to call names’ she said “yeah I dealt with you before” that is absolutely false, I told her I’ve never argued before let alone anything like that, she said ‘yes you did’ a bold lie I tried to debate it was useless so I did what she lied about and she hung up. I don’t do that. I’m cool as a bean pie and already know some people will bait your anger so I don’t fall for it I stay polite and calm. It dumbfounds them, it works majority of the time. So when all this was said and done and there was nothing I could do to stop her from saying what they want. That’s a foul person for acting like that and outright bold faced shameless lying. Thanks for listening

Whole area smells like an ashtray, room below us had a crack pipe on the ledge outside their room. Stayed with a toddler probably my fault for being cheap but don’t recommend spend the extra dollars. Didn’t even get a clean room

Bad experience
- 1/5
I don’t a few days there. My check in was bad, staff was rude and condescending like if I was a dirtbag at first untill I politely asked her not to be rude and mean, the next day she apologized and was great the rest of the time. So that was good. I was treated rudely by the room cleaner, and mixed by the rest of the staff was polite and some rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. The deposit system seems smart I just don’t like how we can’t pay cash and get it back fast as the refunds take forever which I couldn’t afford, the reply’s to my inquiries were treated rudely. They took last nights deposit because of a stain from my dog which understand but they said the days prior deposit was good and on the way yesterday, so when I asked about it today they said they’re taking that days deposit for ruined towers which I don’t believe. If I was sure I would blame the maid lady or one of them for lying because I don’t appreciate their rudeness I’m upset and feel completely taken and disrespected. That’s all.

We were suprised to find it and all was good. The desk clerk even walked over to our room to help us find a small light switch. This is an upgrade from Motel 6. Just the basics plus small kitchen. Worked for one night for us.
- 5/5
The place is getting more upgraded, things should getting better n future . Overall , price are right , the location is convenient

cute setup. Didn't realize it had so many amenities- fridge, microwave, toaster, iron, heater/AC. Really good for the price

There were very noisy people next to my room playing extraordinarily loud music from 2 am to 6 am. Very very loud. And many people in that room having a party. Room 172 was the room. And I guess they don’t have 24 hour service at the front desk or security to deal with that nonsense. Horrible.

The single worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my travels over the world came at the hands of Morgan, the most surly, and lying front desk attendant I’ve ever dealt with, and Steff, the unimaginably incompetent property manager. I am on a consulting contract, and the complexity of the project forced me to remain in Washington longer than I had expected. I arrived 2 weeks ago, after booking, and paying for a week’s stay. Upon checking in, I was informed that my room would be serviced by housekeeping every three days, and by mandate on Saturday’s if the cleaning schedule was declined. My room had been cleaned once in 7 days, and I had extended my stay for another 5. During this time, the scheduled 3 day cleaning never occurred, and when I went to make a complaint, it was then that I had my first nasty encounter with Morgan. While explaining that my room had not been cleaned in 9 days, her response was, in the most surprisingly angry tone, “do you want to check out tonight?” I was completely shocked, and taken aback by this, given the fact that it was the hotel’s shortcoming in not cleaning my room, restocking clean towels, changing the bed linen, restocking my coffee, even cleaning the bathroom, that had led me to complain. The following day I called the property manager Steff, to let her know that my room hadn’t been serviced, and relate to her the distressing experience with her employee Morgan. After much back and forth, she herself apologized and admitted I was right,

I was given room 203. After wandering all over, I finally found my room on the first floor, under some stairs, next to the custodial room. I opened the door to a dark, dank, run down, very smelly (like stinky shoes and mold) room with a very loud air conditioner. It was a sunny day too. Looked NOTHING like the photos on Hotels.com. Set my things in the tub in case of bed bugs and left. Around 9 pm I returned and just couldn't face sleeping there it was so loud, smelly, dark and depressing. So I found a new hotel, went to the lobby to check out and was told to just leave the keys in a basket - no questions asked as to why I was checking out just a few hours after checking in. Found a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel elsewhere. Total waste of money since it was a pre-paid. I am shocked and angry this received 10/10 reviews.
- 1/5
In all of my travels all over the world this has got to be the single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Quite regrettably I rebooked because I had to stay longer in Seattle. HUGE mistake. In 11 days, my room has had housekeeping in only once, no clean towels, no change of bed linen, and the absolute WORST member of staff Morgan, whose solution was to shout at me, demanding to know if I want to check out tonight, and mind you, it’s 9:00 pm. If you can avoid Studio 6, Mount Lake Terrace, by all means, STAY AWAY!
- 1/5
The room was filthy look at the review under the name Fuggoog. They also kept my deposit and I wasn’t the one who caused the mess, I reported it .

Quiet. Clean space. Lighting in the room is pretty poor.
- 5/5
You rooms are spotless and the amenities are second to none
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, great location close to restaurants, parks, walking trails, grocery stores, Seattle. The rooms are contemporary without feeling extra tacky they have a decent TV selection, the bed was super comfy with comfortable pillows, full fridge and freezer, big wash sink with stove top, microwave and coffee makers I have stayed at Hiltons without these amenities , id rather not pay for all the bells and whistles in my opinion studio 6 " gets it" they understand what people need. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to this hotel is underrated in my opinion. Amazing value!

The staff are super nice, courteous and worked with me on choice of room. I have a dog and always asked for a top floor. The room was clean and comfortable as always. The stairs and aisles need cleaning. Otherwise, it's a nice stay.

Our room was a little shopworn but clean, comfortable and quiet. The many trees around the property were beautiful in the spring and we heard birds singing. No hot water the morning we checked out. It was working the night before. We will stay again for sure.

Yes

There was no hot water, and there was a trip hazard in front of the closet: an angle bracket bolted to the floor that served no obvious purpose.

Room was clean but did not have shampoo or blow dryer. When checking out and asking they said they had blow dryer at desk but did not provide shampoo.

We have stayed here several times. The staff has always been helpful. Our housekeeper was very pleasant and the room was clean. Perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back.
- 4.5/5
The room was comfortable. I was frustrated by the recurring $50 deposit required for every extension. Furthermore, the refund process is incredibly slow, which is quite inconvenient.

Probably the best motel 6 I’ve been too.

Staff was helpful. No WiFi or attempt to fix. Barf in parking lot. Key cards kept needing to be reprogrammed. Thin pillows. No shampoo or conditioner. Stovetop didn't work. Sink plugged up.

The room itself was decently clean but the amount of serious rust and wear on the closet door frame was pretty bad. There were outside lights that were very bright and the room wasnt that dark at all so the sleep was just okay (thankfully the bed was comfortable enough) The shower head was unusually low but provided good pressure so that was nice. Also.. my room key deactivated THREE times for an unknown reason and I had to head back to the office three times.. luckily room 118 was close to the office. Parking was never an issue. Even though I'll probably visit this area again soon for work, I definitely will NOT be returning to this location
- 0.5/5
Location was ok I was not aware of the card policy and I didn’t make it to the motel until 11pm and they wouldn’t give me my room that was already paid for. I had to sleep in my car because they are so inconsiderate

Disappointing
- 4/5
When I made the reservation, I wasn’t aware that this was an extended stay location. It did not cause any problems, but set up some circumstances that you would want to expect to fully enjoy your stay.
- 1/5
The staff was absolutely horrible. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

My room was clean and quiet, Alwasy look forward to my stays when I am here for work.

I like the price it’s a decent place if your in a pickle the rooms are clean but dated and cracks in I don’t know how many some of the flooring it’s not perfect but it’s clean and comfortable it’s a old building but it adds character the kitchen is a big help the apartment size fridge is so helpful the pots pans per request washer and dryer on site with decent quarter vending prices. WiFi it sucks

Great location , quiet environment good price

Small rooms but excellent layout, with desk, table, chairs, kitchenette. Great value for a studio room.
- 5/5
Good place to stay for the price
- 4/5
Plenty of restaurants and groceries all around within easy walking distance Also a theater
- 5/5
Cons: No elevator, so if you're on a higher floor with lots of gear, be prepared for the stairs. Overall: It’s a clean, safe, and budget-friendly option in the North Lynnwood/Mountlake Terrace area. Great value for the price."
- 4/5
Friendly staffs ,we were happy for three nights stay .
- 3/5
There wasn’t anyone in the office at check-in. After sitting in my car, I called their office and they were back from a “property walk through”. A sign would be helpful, like back in 15 min or something. Overall, the room was average. Still had some crumbs and hairs left behind. There was a microwave and hot plates but no dishes or glasses. There were paper cups. No toiletries other than soap. The walls are thin, I was unlucky to be next to a group who were yelling most of the night with a screaming child. I had to stay here in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
The wifi went off the entire week of this reservation due to a power surge, and there's a leak in the kitchen sink. Otherwise, very clean, and the staff is respectable and watches out for guests which I greatly appreciate. The area is a bit far from the city but it's safe and accessible via Link.
- 3/5
No WiFi at all. When i asked about it, she said that they hadn't had Wi-Fi for over a month. The shower and the disabled unit was wonky. That means you really couldn't get in the water properly.Without getting the whole bathroom wet. The bed was comfortable, and it may have been new, but it kept sliding off the frame.Because it needs velcro or something on it to keep it in place. I myself took a pair of tennis shoes and crammed them between the mattress and the frame. So that they wouldn't slip off any more. It had a little kitchen at which was great. It was clean, almost a 100% clean. But the biggest disappointment was no wifi, no internet.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the bed linens and bath towels were clean. The beds were comfortable.. .will definitely stay here again...Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Overall cleaning list was there. The bed was definitely comfortable. The only thing I need to work is tub as I'm wear and tear that was clean.. and the stuff was great.
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional. I was thankful it wasn't like some of the motel 6's out there

I arrived to check in for my reservation, which I had made AND prepaid, more than 1 month prior to arrival. When I arrived at 9 p.m. on my intended date, the front desk person TIna advised that I had no reservation. I assured her that I did, but I went to pull it up on my phone but the hotel had no Wi-Fi. I drove to the nearest Starbucks for Wi-Fi, screenshotted my reservation and drove back. It still did not matter, she said I had no reservation, even though clearly, I did. She called the Assistant Manager, Steff, who then advised she had cancelled my reservation that morning because....she said that the rate was too low!! I'm sorry, but I booked online, I am not responsible for the rate that the hotel provides to Expedia to put in their system. The hotel absolutely REFUSED to honour my reservation (which, by the way is a legal binding contract), and offered me a room at nearly double the price that I had already prepaid! They also never tried to call me to advise that they cancelled. (Steff said she did, but when Tina and I looked at the in house flip phone, my phone number was nowhere to be found). This is without a doubt the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. There is so much more to the outrageous lack of assistance from Studio 6 that night, but ultimately, we left the property because I was not paying again for a room I had already paid for, and never will I ever book another Studio 6 Hotel. Well done Steff and Tina!

- 5/5
The room was great.
- 1/5
Horrible horrible horrible do not rent here and please look at my views I judge properties regularly and honestly and this place is shady and shifty
- 5/5
The room was spacious and we had or were offered everything we needed.
- 1/5
Shady hotel has been trying to charge me over and over and over again without any explanation without any contact as to why they’re doing this. They continue to try to run my card frequently other than that it’s a ok hotel in a questionable area cheap that it staff is not All in on success that’s for sure
- 5/5
Was involved with cable and other activities I had planned that I didn’t use laundry or internet; can't comment.
- 5/5
Internet was spotty, but may have been due to rain. The room was clean overall but the bed mattress cover was filthy. There may have been dust mites as I had bites on my legs which is how I discovered the dirty cover. There was also evidence of human skin flakes in the bed.
- 2/5
The room had clearly been smoked in a lot despite it being a nonsmoking room, the bathroom had mold, and the whole place felt like it wasn’t supposed to be a hotel. The bathroom looked like one from a hospital. Also the air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a plane taking off.
- 1/5
Good amenities but staff need to be trained on basic hospitality skills.
- 5/5
Clean room. We could be happier if there were another layer of blankets or something.
- 2/5
No free wi-fi, had to unplug the desk lamp to get it off, the sink in the bathroom looked like a 3-year old installed and caulked it.
- 1/5
$$$$BEWARE$$$$$$They have been rude as hell to may registered guest gf even though she was on the room. And for the last few weeks I've been getting fandom attempts for this hotel to charge my credit card , I have no messages from the hotel just attempt after Attempt and partial success in taking money. I've left messages that have not been returned for explanation. You figure a heads up if there was or is a problem. Seems completely suspect to me like they are charging or better yet "skimming". from people !!!
- 4/5
Room was clean...it is nice that there is a fridge and lil kitchenette to use. Heater was a lil loud...but worked well. It was nice we were able to check in a lil early since our room was ready and we were on our bike so we could get inside and warm up awhile before we go anywhere else. We stay here usually when we take a quick trip to Seattle.
- 4/5
Pleasant staff, clean room, covered all the basics. And I really liked having a full size coffee maker rather than one of those four cup jobs you usually get!
- 1/5
No internet. Mold in the bathroom. Hair in the bed and bathroom.
- 1/5
Dangerous!! watch yourself and your stuff including your vehicles at night, dont trust the staff they do shady dealings, didnt feel safe, they have no working cameras anywhere on the property, nobody monitors and secures the property and parking lot at night or day.
- 1/5
The laundry service truck backed into my truck and completley wrecked the front end ripping a huge hole in the fender and tearing the entire headlight and bumper off the maids that work there cleaned it up the entire staff lied about it and tried to hide it and cover the whole thing up. They claimed they didnt have any cameras that work in the entire parking lot which is very unfortunate for any of thier guests staying there and thier vehicles at night. Super dangerous didnt feel safe nobody to monitor vehicles or guests at night.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and very large! Guest service was great. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
room was satisfactory. close to groceries outlet. still have not received safety deposit from them.

Good staff

The room smelled of mold and raid. It was disgusting.
- 5/5
It was clean nice staff
- 4/5
The room was clean and warm when I arrived. Great having a larger fridge and freezer. Staff very friendly.
- 1/5
Smells bad
- 2/5
Third time staying here and last time. Staff was nice but they never gave me my depot back and could never explain why or what was damaged
- 2/5
Overpowering nasty room spray. Yuck. Pets don’t stay there free. If I had known they charge fees for pets I would have stayed at the other place that provides breakfast. Safety deposit of $50 still not refunded back to my account. Stove/burner doesn’t work. Water is not hot enough for shower. You can hear what people watching on tv next door or hear foot steps of people above you. Ummmm what else…..let me think.
- 3/5
The room service was so expensive and the free WiFi was awful
- 3/5
No bathroom door, free wifi has the caveat of being paid for in order to be high speed, staff was abrupt, and the deposit fee took me by surprise.
- 1/5
The staff denied entry to my disabled son and his wife. I had pre-paid for 3 nights. Then they refused to refund my full payment and kept the payment for the first night even thought they were the ones who refused admittance. They had to spend the night in the freezing cold we experienced at the end of January. He is now in the hospital. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me. When I talked to the manager the next day, she was worse than rude and hung up on me. Upper management needs to do some employee training in customer service! Very poor customer relations!
- 1/5
I was severely inconvenienced by your front desk lady. She sent me on a wild goose chase, knowing i wasn't going to be able to do what she said. This was the poorest example over "Great customer service" i have evr experienced. I give it 0*s!!
- 3/5
We stayed in room 127. There was a hole in the bathroom door and an exposed sprikler system part in the wall in between the entrance and window. These were just very minor issues but unappealing. The staff was great and property is very clean!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. As an extended stay the rooms aren't cleaned everyday which was fine. They offered towels and were accommodating. A good place to stay!
- 5/5
always a good time

yes it was very clean and pleasant
- 5/5
The staff was efficient and quite pleasant to talk to.

The staff were very nice, and the room was clean.
- 5/5
great staff
- 2/5
Not good storage for clothes. No drawers. Closet door missing. Terrible kitchenette. Cheap toaster wouldnt even hold a normal size piece of bread. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable though.
- 4/5
Parking and getting to the location was easy, good neighborhood and quiet. Staff was amazingly friendly and good for conversation.
- 5/5
It was okay but needed better pillows
- 5/5
Kitchenette was great to have for Christmas.
- 3/5
Very quiet and isolated area, there isn’t too much to do or eat around there. I noticed the people staying there are more like permanent residents and not tourists. This can make you feel a bit unsafe. Staff aren’t friendly, you need to return your two towels before getting new ones. Stayed for three nights and didn’t get any cleaning services. When I asked for toilet paper I was only given one.
- 4/5
Very convenient
- 3/5
Exterior was attractive. No large chair. Bed very uncomfortable. No room service
- 1/5
Unit beside me had it's occupants arrested and a search warrant completed in the middle of the night for 4 hours.
- 2/5
Room not serviced daily, bed uncomfortable with minimal back support, too much outdoor lighting went into room
- 1/5
Rude staff, door with cold air coming through , unable to shower spout broken, would not move to another room, dirty, damaged heater unit
- 3/5
I specifically mentioned to the check
- 3/5
Reliable wifi would be nice.
- 3/5
I had issues with people in the front desk specifically with the lady with and old chihuahua. She was not helpful at all. Oh and for the record the took my deposit because they need new towels.
- 3/5
Loud Parking lot with cars starting and and left Running for a long time , I won’t stay there again
- 2/5
Did not clean the room
- 5/5
When you arrive, the you will see a small parking lot in the main entrance, however in front there is another building with a bigger parking lot with so many free space. The miss on duty is very sweet and kind, very happy to pick this hotel.

The real problem? I needed to extend my stay, so i went to the office to do so, and was informed that since I'd used Expedia to reserve my 9 day stay, i could not extend it. End of story. I was given NO options that would not involve having to pack my things and vacate the room. If I wanted to stay, i could make a completely new reservation, but despite the room having just been cleaned the day before, the room would have to be emptied and clean to ensure it was 'suitable to rent', meaning I'd have to pack and move to a different room. There was no reservation assigned to my room, it was just 'policy' that I would have to vacate the room... So, I'm writing this from a completely different motel, one that actually wanted my money...since I HAD to vacate the room, I figured why go to all that trouble just to move to a different room? So packed up and left, taking all my things to work with me...

The only Motel 6 place I was charged for security money. It took a fraction of a second to charge me, but the refund takes 10 Days. We need AI fast!
- 1/5
Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had!!!! There were prostitutes coming in and out all night and the cleaning staff was as noisy as a frat party. When we called the office to ask them to have their employees keep their voices down in front of our window because they were talking very loudly in Spanish we were told we were racist and asked to leave. We didn’t care what language was spoken, it was the volume of their voices that made our stay terrible. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR AND SAVE $$. You’ll enjoy the stay better
- 1/5
I was traveling all day and just wanted a shower. The shower didn’t work so I started a bath. I did notice rust and paint missing but I thought maybe it was sealed. However after I got into the water there was paint chips floating in the water. The room was also freezing because the air wouldn’t shut off so I had to unplug it. When I called the front desk they advised me they will let Maintence know in the morning but they can’t get me a new room. When telling the manager she just said sorry. Soooooo disappointed! I went to work without a shower and looking like I def woke up in a bun hotel.

They canceled my reservation and took my money
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean but a little run down (scratches on doors, bathroom sink and tub were old and well worn, heater was loud, etc). Location is fantastic and is in a quieter neighborhood but some of the guests staying there were noisy and rude. I have stayed here before and will do so again so overall a decent place for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel staff are professional and courteous, but the room is in need of renovation. The towel rack is coming off the wall, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly, the mattresses are quite worn, and the bedside lamp bulb is burnt out, among other issues. I booked 2 queen beds, and received 2 full
- 4/5
The rooms should have pots and pans since it has burners

Upon arrival at the desk the first thing we saw was a sign that their WiFi was out. This sign looked like it had been there for some time. Our room, #64, looked like the furniture was sourced from Goodwill, the black kitchenette counter had a crack in it that was filled in with white caulk. The back of the bathroom door looked like it was eaten by a dog, there were numerous holes in the walls where it appeared pictures once hung, and the light switch by the door didn't work which made fumbling for a light at night fun. Outside our door there was dog poo in the rocked landscaping. Basically this place is a dive. No wonder it was so cheap.

It’s a budget hotel, but does the trick. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner though

Check in is ridiculously slow and a big process, got to room and smelled bad like human puke. Called front desk they told me cleaning staff went home at 5pm (it was 445pm) so just open a window. Tried to talk to manager but he he only works 10-3 I was told. Checked out before 10 so I called but he was not available, left message but no return call. Avoid this dump

I asked for cooking equipment, and they quickly provided that.

This was a convenient stop over for us. Easy to find, friendly staff, clean room, safe parking area. What more could we want? Thanks!

I liked the room it was good and clean

It was nice ,but the first room smelled like dog & mold so I had them move me rooms..they were good at it..

I was arriving close to 1:30am because of a flight issue. I did call to let the hotel know I would be arriving later than my originally anticipated 9:30pm arrival, and they were helpful. Because of my late check in, I was only staying for 7 hours, and I pre-paid for the room when I booked, but I was charged a $50 deposit at check-in, which was not indicated on the booking website. I was also not aware that there was no elevator, and I have bad knees, so it was difficult to carry my belongings up to my room on the third floor. However, the room was clean, and the location was a nice area, and it was convenient to get in/out of for getting back on the road quickly.
- 3/5
Police presence and druggies nearby gave me a slightly unsafe feel. Front desk person said there was always something going on.
- 4/5
Bathroom was sub par cleaned before my use.
- 5/5
Quiet and safe. Great for pet owners.
- 5/5
The internet was fine. Everything worked well and it made for a good stay.
- 1/5
There was a customer satisfaction email left in both the room and sitting in the office, asking guests to reach out with any concerns, and they would make it right. Well, I wrote a well-composed, detailed email about these issues after my stay, and they offered me a refund on ONE night -- I had to stay in that filthy room for 10 days!! Would NOT recommend staying here to anyone, and I have narcolepsy, so I can literally sleep anywhere.
- 5/5
So cute and such friendly staff. The link station is so close and walkable. I wish there were more late night food places open but we just doordashed.

Shower was leaking, shower curtain not hung properly

They will STEAL your Deposit!!! They won’t tell you why and it’s a scam for more cash!!! Kitchenette is not worth the bedbugs and deposit!

Reliable internet. Clean laundry room.
- 4/5
Good place for the price

Treated customers like they were ICE agents. I cancelled my reservation here instead of checking in and went to a much nicer hotel that was very friendly and accommodating. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here.
- 1/5
When we walked into our room, we were immediately slapped in the face with a “dirty old sock” odor! The little piece of carpet in the entryway was soiled with who knows what type of liquids. To top it off, I found a live roach inside the refrigerator!!!!!

Clean, average for price, no shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer
- 5/5
Great value!
- 4/5
There didn’t seem to be any hot water available, and the Wi-Fi did not work. The staff did not tell us of these problems. The heater/cooler unit was hard to manage because the controls were confusing. The grounds and the local were excellent.
- 5/5
nice and accomadate hotel

Over all nice place to stay beds need to be upgraded but clean room at the end of the day will stay again

Room dirty and smelled terrible. Couldn’t stay. Checked out. Went to another motel. They gave me a full refund. Which was unexpected.

Excellent service support from the front desk. Steff was quick and so kind. Ever
- 5/5
Really appreciate that that rooms have kitchens. This location is very close to a large grocery store and close to the highway.
- 4/5
Older unit. Overall in good shape. Better WiFi would be a wonderful upgrade. Basic cleaning done. Deep cleaning would probably be a good idea. I’ve staying in amazing places and some pretty terrible ones. I’d stay here again and most likely will be at the beginning of November. Good people at the front desk.

I had a very short stay (2 days) at Studio 6 even though it is a long stay location. The staff was courteous, helpful, and kind. It is a budget location so your expectations should mirror this. With that said, I think it deserves well above its current rating. I expected a 2 star hotel but I would rate it 3 1/2 to 4 stars. It was a great value and I enjoyed my time there.
- 3/5
Check in was a nightmare and the room has mold
- 4/5
It was what I expected, a bit higher priced for the typical Motel 6 level accommodations. But it was in a much better part of town than most Motel 6’s, so that was a plus. I would say it’s more like a $80 value vs the $105 I paid. There also was an overwhelming ammonia smell in and permeating from the bathroom. Extremely overwhelming. I suggest you switch to a milder cleaning product.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 4/5
The bathroom needed an upgrade badly, smelled of slight mold. Beware the kitchenette is not stocked with anything and is very tiny. Two stove top on a timer that you have to watch. They are sticklers on the check out time policy. They do not recognize if your a benefited hotels.com member.
- 4/5
Strange rules that they are strict about. Won’t tell you what you did if you get put on the list. No other hotel acts this way. Maybe it’s all the prostitution on the other side of the building. Either way you’re paying the cheapest rate in the area, worth it even with that really.
- 4/5
Parking was great
- 3/5
We just needed a room for the night and this was affordable. The area had a lot of bugs so they were getting into the room just by quickly opening the door. The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were flat. The fridge was a good size as well as the freezer. There was a toaster in the room as well but when we tried to use it, it started smoking. Not sure we would stay there again.
- 3/5
Poor wifi on property and washroom can be improved.
- 1/5
I was unable to check in even though the room was paid for
- 3/5
Moldy smells from the bathroom, stained ceiling. Need better maintenance person.
- 2/5
Room had bad odors, AC is not cooling the room.
- 4/5
It was ckean, but there wasn't any shampoo and these stuff like that.
- 3/5
They advertise newly renovated but there are holes in every door moldings and baseboards are rotted and falling apart. The police were there for a tenant issue when I was there checking in. It just happens to be so close to the current job site so I deal with sub par rooming instead of traffic
- 5/5
Really nice area. Quiet
- 5/5
Great place for the price. Slow WiFi but everything else working well.
- 5/5
Great hotel

Don't do it
- 2/5
The check-in & desk staff member was absolutely wonderful, but the property itself leaves much to be desired even for a cheap stay. We were assigned an accessible room on the first floor, and the sink was separating from the wall and the shower tile & caulking were cracked & in need of replacement. I can’t imagine there isn’t mold that’s growing all over the bathroom with all that moisture. We also found hair in our sheets & our refrigerator was leaking into the floor. They were completely sold out, and they couldn’t move us into another room. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Otherwise, the property is conveniently located if you’re visiting North of Seattle.
- 3/5
The bathroom didn’t have any outlets which is inconvenient. The property was recently renovated, so it was nice. A kitchen if you need it with a good size fridge. No hair dryer but an iron & board. Close to light rail that is why we selected this property.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Was in a nice area about a 10 minute walk to the train station and had a cute coffee shop about five minutes away walking which was also on the way to the train station
- 2/5
Same rude girl Wednesday night so I just said it still didn’t work. Thursday rolls around and we go out again same thing I put something behind the door to check and again nothing moved when we got back. So this time I called the number to the general manager. He wasn’t in so I left a message to call me back.
- 4/5
Everything was great but room 150 had mold on the ceiling and wall by the front window. Room smelled musty.
- 4/5
Everything for nice. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs.
- 3/5
Would stay again
- 2/5
Then I got my room and the light switch wouldn't turn on the lights. I just lived with it, because I didn't care. Went to bed and left early the next morning. Cheap hotel that's hit or miss, but certainly not even 2 star.

Rude morning shift.
- 1/5
Me and my wife both got a disgusting skin rash. Place is disgusting and this is from the new clean bedding we got because the old one had nasty stains. Its almost 3 weeks and the skin rash is slowly healing. Pictures are from the day we checked out. Gross scabs now all over my body 3 weeks out. We made a prepaid reservation at 10:50 am. At 11:10 am we were asked to checkout because we complained to the desk clerk about the rash. They are now refusing to refund the unused reservation. I am disputing the charges with my bank. To the hotel owner, I am fellow hotel owner in Spokane, WA . The lady who worked the morning shift on 7/17 & 7/21 is making you lose money. She is rude for no reason and makes people like me want to leave bad reviews. Check your cameras and see how she interacts with me at check in and checkout. We're the couple driving the brand new $90k Jeep with the 2 purebred dogs. She does not belong in the hospitality industry.
- 1/5
I had a terrible experience here: they charged me extra $150 after I checked out. I called back to ask why, and the manager said I smoked in the room, but I am not and have never been a smoker. I did not smoke in that room at all. When I asked for evidence of smoking, the manager said they had no evidence, he just thought I smoked in the room and wouldn’t refund the $150 to me, and then he just hung up the phone without giving me any time to speak. So ridiculous! So rude! Be cautious, you may be charged extra money for something you never did.

And for the uninitiated, Mountlake Terrace is NOT Seattle. Getting downtown via the rail is easy, but takes over an hour all said ✌️
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious and nicely renovated. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with convenient restaurants and a movie theater nearby.
- 4/5
Didn’t like old facilities
- 5/5
The large refrigerator and spacious freezer are outstanding amenities
- 3/5
Rooms are very old and in need of repair. Air conditioner barely worked and was in extreme need of maintenance. The shower rod was falling off the wall, there were two giant patched holes in the bathroom door and many other obvious patches in the walls. Just did not feel to me like a clean well-kept room.
- 4/5
The room was very musty. The AC was hard to control. It was either super cold or very warm. The tube had a few cracks or chipped paint. The staff was very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Great stay and location. Staff were not friendly and courteous. Received cold shoulder on a few requests, and our last request was simply outright. Felt they were not happy to have people from specific background/ ethnicities visit this location (saw their attitude change very quickly based on their dealings with people). One occasion prompted our young kids to ask about why we were being treated differently and in such a manner - definitely not something you want to have to deal with when on vacation. Overall negative experience just because of some of the front staff attitude.
- 4/5
Clean basic room. Super comfortable beds, check-in was only slow due to volume of people checking in.
- 4/5
Beds were fantastic! The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet was half way clogged when we arrived - completely clogged after 2 flushes.
- 4/5
We stayed for two nights for a concert and using the metro was so easy since it’s so close! The staff was so friendly and as young women we felt super safe!
- 1/5
My room was crawling with roaches
- 3/5
Short staff on housekeeping and laundry did not get towels changed or room cleaned. Decent location
- 4/5
Good price and good location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Obvious signs of previous damage to walls and door but overall well appointed.
- 5/5
I don't want to gush too hard, cuz then everyone will find out about this hidden gem of a hotel! Great price, great location, quiet, clean, SAFE, and just 20 mins north of seattle city. I was weary on expectations for something of this price range since seattle is $$$$$. The room was clean, the sheets are white, towels are white, no bugs in the rooms (unless a mosquito followed you in), fridge is cold, freezer works, shower has great water pressure and towels are fine...what more can you ask for?!?! Cons are slow wifi (can buy faster wifi for $10/week, but you buy the code at the front desk and then plug it in every few hours to tje browser when it disconnects...annoying, but works), and while i was staying there, there were a few unsavory guests whom the hotel staff dealt with VERY quickly and seems to have a zero-tolerancy policy, which made me feel very safe! The other guests were all very quiet and seemed to also be passing through. I hated my stay here so much, i booked 4 additional days LOL!!! :-P
- 4/5
This hotel is right by the transit center but is behind a nice green space which keeps it quiet. My room was clean and they have a sparkling and affordable laundry room. Great value, especially for the Seattle area.
- 5/5
Nice clean room with mini kitchen. Convenient location. Friendly front desk clerk. Dog friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
We stayed 4 days , room has a musty smell. I booked a two bed however the room has a urine smells and aircondition was dirty . I requested to transfer us to one bed but still has a smells.
- 5/5
Staff are very responsive to any concerns and happy to help. Room was simple but had all I needed. About 10-15min walk to link train, also a bus stop very close by. Coffee shop and pizza place within walking distance.
- 5/5
Mountlake Terrace transit centre is nearby, has free daily parking (or you can walk to it), makes it easy to get into downtown Seattle, the stadiums, or the airport, all via the Link light rail. Would consider staying here again the next time I'm in Seattle for a concert.
- 2/5
Clean, and friendly staff BUT there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Like a minimum of 15 SCRAMBLED when I went in and turned on the light. Wouldn’t stay again based on that alone.
- 2/5
Bedding and linens were clean and the room looked to be recently updated with modern furnishings. The room itself though was extremely run down. There were holes in the walls, Stains on the walls around the toilet, missing cupboard doors, cracks in tiles, black grout etc. This place is let down by the maintenance. Pity when the furnishings were updated they couldn't finish off my painting and fixing the rest of the room up, otherwise it might have been ok. Not worth the price at all, way over priced for how rundown it is. Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful though.
- 5/5
Was walking distance from the train. Very nice folks on the staff. Room was simple but nice. Lots of nearby shops and a market within walking distance.
- 3/5
Despite its convenient location and low price, we will not stay here again. Nor can we recommend this place to anyone else.
- 2/5
So I checked in no problem and then the next day when I went to extend it was that big woman that works in the office when he’s not very kind to people. When I went to extend, she tells me that they had kicked me out last year and that she was going to come and do a room check later on. I’m
- 3/5
It was good pricing. The water and bed sheets made me itch
- 1/5
While trying to sleep, someone attempted to enter my room. Fortunately, I had the security latch fastened. They thought it was their room and told me the receptionist assigned them the room. When I called the front desk, he had no clue what I was talking about. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. Perhaps it was an oversight or isolated incident. Either way, you have lost my faith and confidence.
- 3/5
We were happy to be able to switch rooms as the first one we were assigned smelled of wet dog as they are a pet friendly place. Apparently all rooms are pet friendly we were informed.
- 3/5
The property is clearly an old hotel...that some new things were slapped in. It smelled old, and kinda like a dog. It was a the cheapest hotel in seattle, it was fine for what I needed.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, affordable room. I liked the location close to I-5.
- 1/5
I booked a reservation at 5:00 PM and was not put in my room until 6:37 PM after trying to check in at 5 PM. I was told by the front desk, lady that the maintenance ladies was unable to clean the room I requested for two hours after already waiting the hour and a half to check in. I have two rooms. I was turning on being like that for the rest of the week . The general manager Travis Romine cancel my room very hostile called me a liar said we would never let you check out at 12 o’clock. That never happened. We never let you hanging for two hours. Mind you he was not there so I had housekeeping, and the general manager be extremely rude to me. Call me a liar. Call me at my name, housekeeping called my mom. The B word the manager Travis looks like he’s on drugs and that’s not me. Insulting him. He definitely looks like he was under the influence. There was no reason for him to be that hostile. I had just woken up. Welcome to Seattle I guess. The maintenance is lazy and nosy. The general manager clearly doesn’t like his job. They have a roach and attitude problem don’t rent here they will call the police on you for lies they told you. Who lies about a 12 a’clock check out ? I sure didn’t.
- 3/5
It definitely wasn’t the cleanest nor the nicest place to stay, but you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Quiet and clesn
- 5/5
My sons visit was enjoyable and loved that it was near the train
- 4/5
The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the light rail which takes you into the city and the airport for $3 each way - amazing value! The hotel isn’t fancy but the room was well-maintained. Overall, it was a great value as well
- 5/5
Convenient access to freeway. Very nice room.
- 4/5
Room was clean and tidy. It is an extended stay, so there is no breakfast offered. If price is your motivation, then this place is worth the stay. Easy access on and off the freeway. Good parking and a quiet location.
- 2/5
The staff treated me like I was up to no good .... They charged me an extra $100 for smoking in the room which I don't smoke .. when I called they said I was charged without no knowledge to dispute
- 2/5
Hotel doesn’t really provide shampoo or conditioner. Even you only get one day of coffee. After that you are “on your own” Room was made up once in a week. Smelled like greasy hamburger. At approx $120 per night for a hotel room I am expecting more than this. Good: near train, can get around town and even to airport. feels safe Bad: room quality, policies of hotel not commensurate with cost
