I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire.

I liked the self check-in. Self-parking was convenient. Room was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only negative was the mini refrigerator never got cold.

The hotel has no staff in site. Our door didn't recognize the provided access codes, probably because the lock was broken. But with nobody on site and nobody responding to emails / calls we were stuck and couldn't enter the room. An exceptionally bad experience. Also, the gym has multiple fitness machines but only on treadmill was working.

There's no fan in the bathroom, so it remained steamy after showers. A light switch was broken, the tp holder wasn't properly attached to the wall, so tp slipped to the floor when used. Stairwell was full of trash the whole weekend. Overall, the stay was fine, despite these annoyances.

Check in was online, room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Plenty of parking and extremely convenient location on El Camino with close access to 85.

This is a perfect place for me. Just clean and comfortable stay. There a workout area that I did not use. Business center which is closed due to Covid. But just simple in/out a place to sleep and rest. Comfortable beds, roomy with frig and microwave. Don't need fancy lobbies, meals onsite, etc. A good value stay. Easy walk to a number of local eateries. I would stay again since I'll be visiting this area regularly.

This a great place to stay, check is was easy and fast. Your given your check in instructions through email and or text. The hotel was accommodating to my request for early check in. Pretty much checked in with my phone through message with a virtual -not so virtual employee. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel is great, clean quiet and very spacious. Guest laundry available, free parking and wifi… is okay . Great location near near freeway Hyw’s 280,101,85,237 are all very close by. Plenty of shopping and eating near by. I wish I had the option of giving this comfortable boutique hotel a 9.0 rating! It exceeded my expectations by far. I wound up staying for 4 nights and found it really pleasant. The room was very spacious and modern at 300 SF. The location on El Camino was perfect between Stanford and San Jose, near many great restaurants. Easy freeway access. The price was far below what you'd pay elsewhere in that area, even when I added an extra night at the last minute. I asked for a quiet 3rd floor room, which request was honored. The bed was very comfy. There's plenty of free parking. The keyless entry with a code worked flawlessly. You have to realize that this is not a full-service hotel. If you want housekeeping, there's an extra charge. There's no front desk, but one very helpful person in an office from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. The rooms could use a few more "frills" like more than one bar of soap, extra coffee, or a disposable plastic lining for the ice bucket. I had to make creative use of the shower cap instead! You can get extra supplies from the office, however, when it's open. One concern is that the front door is left open until 11:00 p.m., which allows anyone to walk in unchecked. Since a code is needed for the room or late entry anyway, why not just keep the doors locked at all times? Overall, I highly recommend this comfortable and affordable hotel in the heart of everything. It would be my first choice in the area for my next stay!

This hotel does not come with housekeeping. You need to request it 24h in advance & costs an extra $20. Not very convenient & this wasn't clear while making the reservation. The ironing board was broken and one of the light bulbs was out. The room was very clean.

This place was beautiful! Very clean and modern. Wish there were a front desk with an employee present, anyone could walk in off the street and take an elevator up to the rooms. Employee presence would make a guest feel more secure.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel for a near-by concert I was attending and I cannot say enough great things about it!! Excellent service! Great location! VERY clean! I’m definitely a repeat customer and I always recommend this hotel to anyone I know that it looking for a place to stay in the area

Didn’t read all the fine print and didn’t realize there was no one to check you in. I was lost and confused at first but then a customer rep popped out of a secret door and asked if I needed help. She asked if I received an email with door code and instructions, I had not, that’s why I was kind of lost. After all of that I finally checked into my room and was happy with it. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would stay again for sure, I really liked the USB ports that were placed through out the room.

We stayed 2 nights we enjoyed the fact that they had memory foam beds! The room was clean and liked having a coffee maker in the room. It was close to our family and would stay again!

There is no front desk at this boutique but there is someone in the front office that came out and greeted me she was very nice Tell me that there was a luggage cart if I needed one. I had a really nice room soon as I opened the door the room is big and bright with windows that opens what's nice wooden blinds. Actually they were the shutter style. I had the executive king suit with the separate bedroom from the living room. Too big TVs good Wi-Fi good cable with Cinemax channels nice microwave and refrigerator very clean. The bed was super comfy pillows were nice and clean and pillowcases were soft. The bathroom was super clean nice shower with a rain head style. The shower and the toilet area is separate from the seat and mirror above the sink with great lighting women will love it when they're doing their makeup or men. An AC unit in the living room and one also in the bedroom kept everything nice and cool. I have the third floor room 327 nice and big and comfy. Plenty of places to eat on El Camino and coffee not there's a Starbucks that go one block past that to a better coffee place Pete's coffee. One downside the man that works when the lady is not working he is rude he will need a knowledge you he goes into the office and closes the door behind him and locks it pretty much saying don't bother me he smells of cigarettes because every 10 to 20 minutes he's out front of the hotel having a cigarette which blows all the smoke inside so the place smells like cigarettes .

Nothing to complain about. Excellent place to stay if you need a clean, comfortable place to stay. It's definitely suited towards the working crowd and I would recommend this place.

i have stayed here before and it was ok nothing bad easy to get in and out rooms are adequate. but this time the access code worked on the hotel entrance but when i used it on my room door it took 4 to 5 times before it would work .then i was on second floor and the people above me on the third floor were making so much noise it was ridiculous . everytime they walked in there room it sounded like someone was dribbling a basketball and they were dropping there luggage or something continually for 2 hrs straight till i started hitting my ceiling with my shoe then they would stop and then within 30 minutes it would start again and it got louder about 12:30 am it stopped then i fell asleep and around 3:30 am it started again for a good hour .i left a message to hotel but apparently they have no on site security to deal with a situation like this because nothing was done period except a email the next day saying they would move me to the top floor that way no one was above me ... but that was to little to late i will really have to be desperate to stay there again especially because the noise monster above me was bad but the worst thing was finding that when i took ice bucket to fill with ice someone had spit something into it which was sick unsanitary and pretty much raised the fact that how well are these rooms cleaned and how did they miss a ice bucket that was used as a spitoon . never got a reply on that thing at all ...

i like the no contact check in .you are given a code to enter the bldg and your room .it was quiet and the room was modern and confortable. i also like hotels with in room safe even though there isnt any staff everything worked good and you dont have to worry about demagnifing or loseing your room key .

everything was super good and clean but the entrance instructions aren't clear to enter the first code and then your room code,no reps are around. They never replied to my email and I needed to rest at 10pm :( I guessed the entrance and then got to my room. Thank you, Alma

The vending machines were out of snacks and beverages and ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor. I hope this is taken care of when I make my next visit

Room was nice and staff was friendly. Location convenient. Only thing I didn’t like was I could every persons conversation outside our room in the hallways and the people in the room above us had heavy feet so we were wide awake by 8:30am after a long night.

Stole my money basically. Wouldn't allow me to canel a mistaken reservation less than 1 hour after making. Will never reserve at a best Western again.

We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment! This room was amazing and perfect for a large family! 2 full bedrooms and a huge kitchen and dining area. Truly a positive experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

1. The coffee machine in the room did not work properly. The matter was reported. They tried to fix it (or, so they said). But it did not work properly during any of the three days we stayed there. 2. The iron did not work the first night; but it was fixed the following day. 3. Water from the shower splashed and wetted most of the bathroom. At the time of check out I mentioned this to the front desk. They said it was because I had asked for a room for the handicapped, where a solid barrier could not be erected between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. The interesting thing is I DID NOT ASK FOR A ROOM FOR THE DISALED! I am nit disabled, at least not yet! I really don't know how they got that wrong information into their system! Other than these relatively simple discomforts, the stay was OK.

This hotel is great! The rooms are clean and spacious,the shower is amazing ,breakfast in the morning is wonderful,just a great Hotel! Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint is that Room 221 is located right outside of the back entrances for the businesses next door/ patio area for the hotel and their lights are on all night so the room never got fully dark. The black out curtains they advertise are shutters and the light still sweeps through. With the light shining through it looks like 7AM all night long.

I loved the breakfast they offered and I love how they included a lot of little things that you may need in the hotel room such as make up wipes. I also really liked the fact that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion dispensers!! The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The customer service was better than any hotel I have ever stayed. Everyone from the front desk and housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I booked through Hotels.com so I can find this Hotel and again and make sure to use them. Everything was perfect and I couldn't ask for anything better.

I stayed in a 2 queen bed room and it was Very spacious.the rooms are nice and clean. Claudia was great help over the phone. The breakfast staff was very nice. It was late in the morning and the staff did not hesitate to bring out fresh food. I wish i remembered her name because she made a Huge difference in our stay. Now...... BEWARE OF BELINDA. SHE IS AT THE FRONT DESK AND DELIVERS THE WORST SERVICE. When we got there to check in she looked at her watch first, before even asking my name, then laughed and said "it's not check in time yet This is checkout time" i explained why i was early she asked my name checked the notes and saw i had requested an early check in. She looked at her watch again AND laughed AGAIN and said "well it's not 12p yet you should have paid an early check in fee" i asked can we take care of the paperwork at least and she said "no come back" we arrived at 11:40a. We walked out of the lobby, waited 20 minutes, went back in at 12p and WOW the room is Now ready for check in. We asked about parking her reply was "park any where" my husband asked what is closer to the room she replied "it doesnt make a difference". Oh and by the way this was my birthday trip. It gets better, i ordered uber eats the next day and my delivery guy calls me to tell me "Belinda says you have checked out and i cannot deliver your food"so i go to the lobby she sees me and laughs. What is her problem?

I stayed in a 2 queen bed room and it was Very spacious.the rooms are nice and clean. Claudia was great help over the phone. The breakfast staff was very nice. It was late in the morning and the staff did not hesitate to bring out fresh food. I wish i remembered her name because she made a Huge difference in our stay. Now...... BEWARE OF BELINDA. The desk clerk at check in Kirsten was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. She helped us with the Uber app and made sure we knew to let her know if we needed anything during our stay!

Room was nice and clean. Convenient location, though downtown Mountain View would have been just a tad bit more fun. Otherwise stay was flawless. Thumbs up for the coffee!!

Were woken up regularly by people above us and the gym was out of order. Also really weird room layout with the bathroom sink in the main room, which makes it hard not to wake your bed partner up in the night unless you don’t want to wash your hands! On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The property was clean and the staff was great, the rooms had been remodeled however, the attention to the details was not there! The furnishings were good enough but the people they hired to do the physical building upgrade were sub par. The staff and the breakfast was very good and above par in my opinion.

Nevertheless, it's now a stylish European-look hotel, breakfast included, microwave and fridge in room, all nice. LOTS of eating places all around, even in walking distance. Easy to find, easy to park. I'd go back.

There are 'ear plugs and eye shades' placed on a side table to make you feel 'home'. I got to know the reason for these is very loud street (on local highway) + a loud old heater + bright outside cannot be masked with full window blind shut down completely. I have never seen these and treated like this at the hotel me paying $424.72/night. 4. There are dispensers for soap/lotion/shower gel/shampoo/conditioner to replace individual ones for "Green Environment" which I agree with. However, there were barely shower gel left so I had to use shampoo to cleanse my body. Lotion smelled rotten and stinky so I had to take a shower again to wash them out. 5. TV did not work. 6. There were plenty of rooms left but somehow the front desk lady assigned me the worst room even if I had checked in at 4 PM. I am wondering why she decided to give this room to me. Of course I was nice to her (who wants to be rude at the front desk when checking in with you knowing she is the one who can give you a good room or not) in a professional attire (I was visiting silicone valley for business). Next morning, the night shift front desk guy slipped from his mouth that there were many more nicer rooms available.)

Very good and well managed place, clean, great wifi, decent breakfast (included). The area however does not offer a lot of interest. If you a re looking for a nice place to eat or drink, you'll probably have to drive a few miles.
