Location was perfect. Welcome was great. Very Efficient staff. The toilet height was great. The shower was great! The breakfast was repeated everyday - same items, no change. Limited selection. The bathroom was quite small.

My room was infested with ticks, no one who works there seemed surprised & the manager has not reached out to rectify the situation. I had to have my car & luggage chemically sprayed so I didn't bring any ticks home with me, replace all my groceries & hygiene products & transfer to a new hotel at 5am so I could make it to work on time. I noticed the pool wasn't particularly usable & the hotel was kind of what I expected. The room looked clean, my only guess is that the cleaning staff does there best but there's not much they can do if management doesn't pay pest control. After I left, I checked google reviews & they've had this problem for the past year. It's notable the manager didn't reach out to me, but took the time to respond to my google review essentially saying my experience wasn't possible. Disgusting way to run a business.

One of the staff, Asanti is great. She always carries a smiling face and was willing to help as soon as a problem came up. We were very disappointed when we were put in a room with heavy moldy smell and an unclean bathtub the first night. We were planning to move out the next day. Asanti helped us find another room. It was clean and no moldy smell. We ended up staying for another 4 nights.

Breakfast was less than other Best Western hotels. Property had garbage and leaves blown against a few doorways at end. I was there 4 nights and garbage and dirt and leaves were never taken care of. Carpet was old and dirty. Tub had old dirty anti slip stickers. Walls were thin people talking and all water pipes were loud.

The breakfast items were “just ok”. Same thing every morning, no variety, only old apples & oranges that nobody wants. Coffee is great. My Microwave didn’t have a wall socket to plug in (WEIRD). The mirror was not over the sink ALSO WEIRD. I have to give a great compliment to Andres who works for housekeeping since he was very attentive and we spoke briefly everyday.

Always accommodating. Friendly staff, Front Desk, Cleaners, Breakfast Room. This is a repeat stay because I was impressed previously. I’ll be back I am sure!

Filthy bathroom floors our shoes were sticking to the floor I used a hand towel to clean and it turned black the floor was disgusting, holes in walls, dirty stained carpet, curtains broken and not attached to rails, AC unit stoped working no plug for microwave behind it so you had to move it to plug in somewhere else and the hairdryer was broken. The hot breakfast was not hot. The outside walkways looked like they never clean them. Definitely do not recommend can’t believe this was a AAA recommended hotel.

Room and property were old and dirty. The breakfast was the same thing every day.

The room was clean, but the place feels a bit shady. There was a man smoking outside on the walkway next to my room. As a female traveling alone, this is not what I want to approach after walking up two flights of stairs at night time. Also, the man who checked me in would not stop asking me questions to try and figure out if he knew me. This felt uncomfortable.

The carpet was stained, there was a boot print on the wall, the pillow case had stains, I also found a bug inside of the sheets which freaked me out. I had taken pictures just incase because they charged a deposit fee and showed night staff. He had informed me they had no more available rooms with two beds and asked if I can come back tomorrow instead. Ummm no I made reservations for this night because I was in town for only this night. He ended up being able to accommodate us which I was thankful for but he was arguing over the bug until I showed him the picture and finally told him to go look for himself at the room if he didn’t believe me. He told me no that it was housekeeping/maintenance job. Once I checked out in the morning the lady at the front desk said as very nice definitely way better then the night staff.

Long story short, the owner charged me twice, lied about it then told the police I was banned. I never got refunded and will never stay at a hotel that scams people.

The room had ants when we arrived, our heater did not work, and the front door had a crack in it. very upsetting because the hotel could not give us a discount since we used Expedia to book

The representative at the front desk was very nice. The drain in the shower needs to be unclogged. It went down VERY slowly.

Clean comfortable room. Easy check-in and check-out. Good parking. We did not feel safe, though. On two occasions (one at 2 PM and one at 9 PM) someone kept trying to insert a key into our door as if trying to get in. That was very unsettling. At about 11 PM there were loud banging noises either on the door of the room next to ours. We reported all of these incidents to the front desk but there is, obviously, little they can do about this given the 2-story, open walkway design of the hotel. A gated entry to the parking lot and entrance would be the only reasonable solution.

Not very clean at all. It had broken tiles in the bathroom. When I stepped out of the shower, pieces of the broken tile stuck to the bottom of my foot.

A roll-in shower with a bench AND a shower chair, grab bars, doors the proper width, and a toilet that wasn't too low. There was a gap under the outside door. It would be good to install a door sill sweep to keep dirt and insects out.

The stay was ok. Just a few things. Cobb webs near the window. Like it has not be cleaned in years. Shower curtain had mold, same as well, like it had not been changed in years. The lock for the door was broken.

I stayed 2 weeks for family business reasons, and I really appreciate the staff's friendliness and the cleanliness of the facility.

Living approximately 45 miles from this property, my daughter and I made reservations for this two-night stay to ensure being on time for two successive days of early morning out-patient surgery appointments at a nearby medical facility. On check-in, desk staff said I would get no discount as a Best Western Rewards member since reservations were made through Hotels.com. The swimming pool was extremely cold. The Jacuzzi pool was empty and roped off with yellow tape (especially disappointing). We had to kill two spiders, one of which was hanging from the ceiling about four feet above my daughter's bed. Two bath towels were stained with wide black streaks and another had a large splotch of dried, cream-colored matter. The shower head was unreachable--so high above one's head it was difficult to get adequate coverage below the waist and the stream so strong it hurt top of the head.The TV had no screen guide nor name of program currently being viewed. There was no night light; had to use cell phone flashlight for night-time trip to bathroom. There was no printed literature on amenities--hours of operation for complimentary breakfast, for example. And the price paid through hotels.com was much higher than prices advertised on property’s web site. SureStay Plus in Mountain View, CA gets a D-minus from us.

The location is great for public transit along the El Camino. The property itself needs updating, it’s quite shabby and there was mould around the bathtub. The breakfast is limited and the hot options are almost inedible. A good choice if you need to be close to this location (as we did) otherwise I’d avoid it.

Since the moment we entered we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist, the cleaners were great too and the staff in charge of breakfast was also helpful and efficient. We had a wonderful time there and will highly recommend to anyone who would like to spend time in a convenient and friendly place.

We only stayed one night but it was good. Check in process was super quick and grounds were quiet during our stay. Location was good as well. Walmart and target were down the block in case you needed to get anything.

This hotel is a good location in Mountain View. A lot of shopping and eating options. Front lobby is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Street noise was not great but other than than it is a nice place to stay

The reason I gave 4 stars to some items: my room was clearly smoked in, so an ozone machine might help; also the carpet needs to be replaced and a few corners need a bit more attention. Overall, I had a very nice experience.

The check in staff was great. Very friendly. Room was older, but not bad. Felt as if room was not cleaned well as you could feel stuff under your feet and a blonde hair in the sheets. Hopefully they had been washed or changed out. Breakfast was good. Room was warm and cozy.

The check in staff was great. Very friendly. Room was older, but not bad. Felt as if room was not cleaned well as you could feel stuff under your feet and a blonde hair in the sheets. Hopefully they had been washed or changed out. Breakfast was good. Room was warm and cozy.

When we checked in the guy at the front desk said it was ok to use the pool late, but when the kids tried to, we were told no. Don’t promise something and then not deliver. I wasn’t overly impressed, but it was sufficient

With it being cold/flu season and the threat of Covid still around you think the rooms would be cleaner but there was dead bugs in ice bucket, floor sticky/dirty, had not cleaned behind toilet in some time, tub did not drain, bathroom fan came on but did not work. There was no paper/pen or any information about the breakfast or surrounding area. Breakfast okay but no fruit.

Probably the most inclusive motel I’ve ever stayed at for the money. I was very pleased and would return again to the chain.

The hotel room was very dusty and dirty. Not cleaned thoroughly at all. Everything was old and not updated. There were old broken down cars sitting in the parking lot that had spider webs and had obviously been there awhile. Plus we were charged an extra $50 without being told what it was for.

Would definitely stay here again. In an area where hotels are ridiculously expensive this is a great find. The staff are lovely. They texted me after my first night to check on how everything was. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I was not expecting that. Location is great and the rooms are set back from the street so it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet is included and adequate. Microwave and good size fridge that actually kept things cold and refroze my ice packs in the room.

This a great place to stay. It's our second time staying here. Very comfortable, convenient. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Thank you. We will definitely stay there again when we visit San Jose.

Clean and secure room. Very helpful to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. Near a main road, but not loud at all.

Decent for the price of the area. The hot tub was broke. The free breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage went in the trash. I tried a few things (none of which was satisfying) and then went to get a real breakfast at crepevine. Also 1 street up there are ppl living in their RV. So, although i did not have an issue, i question the safety of the area.

I'm not picky about food and usually eat what I take. But the extent of hot breakfast items was lukewarm cardboard sausage patties and nothing else. The pastries were stale. I took a bite of each and had to toss the rest. Only low-fat milk offered. Plastic-wrapped cups that they use in the rooms for drinks.

Cons: Assigned room w/broken dead lock, door siding seems to have fallen off previously now nailed back into the wall (seems like the door may have been kicked down at one point in time), not much parking in the front (more on the side or back), poor faucet drainage, water tastes full of chemicals

The staff could not do better, they were friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms were a little older but the bed was amazingly comfortable. Checkout was very easy and they let us stay a few hours late with no issues or charges.

Close to Stanford university

I always stay at Best Western for the price and convenience. I dont expect anything fancy, but this stay was not the greatest. The property itself is nice, as was the staff. However, the toilet in my bathroom was broken and I had to use the lobby bathroom during my stay. In addition, the cabinets under the sink and behind the toilet were really dirty. Since this was a quick trip I didn't complain (and it was a cheap rate), but I most likely will stay at another hotel in the future.

Excellent service all around. All staff (office, room service, supervisor) amazing costemer service and more. place was safe, clean and feels like home. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

this is not normal at any hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Group of four and only two towels in the room with one having shaved hair on it. Had to go down to replace towels. Room phone did not work. Stayed 3 nights and no one came to collect trash or replace towels. The beds were comfortable.

Facilities very clean and lobby area very well done. Breakfast could do with a little more choice.
