The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. Problems: the coffee maker was broken. Worse yet, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and some in the bathtub. It’s pretty disgusting to look down and see Brown long and some curly hairs on the floor. Also walking around in my socks caused them to be quite black on the bottom. I have blonde hair so, those hairs were not mine. I took pictures, and am trying to upload them.

Room was clean and the bed and pillows were actually really comfortable. Decent spot to stay when you’re going to a show at Shoreline. Parking was a little tight though .

Everything was just wonderful! Ron at the reception was incredibly friendly - he answered all my questions and even helped me charge my phone since I had forgotten my adapter. The place is very compact and cozy. I was also delighted with the breakfasts; having an omelet every single day was super important for my dietary needs.

Everything would have been perfect but there was what it looks like cupcake paper on the floor, dirty paper, looks like somebody just how in the floor after eating a cupcake or muffin. Not sure how it got missed from housekeeping. Otherwise our stay was great, reception staff was very friendly.

The chair in the room was filthy (I did mention this) - and I'd rather just not of had a chair in the room (I also mentioned that). The bedding and towels appeared clean, which was at least a positive. I left two days earlier than planned.

It was right next to the highway so there was noise but it became white noise. Would've been nice to have more hot foods for breakfast and we found one cockroach.

Place was comfy

Loved the breakfast they had available. Came down for the BTS concert and was able to charge my car since the hey onsite charging and they relatively close to the Caltran station. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating!!

Our only complaint, but it's a big one, was our rooms cleanliness. There were varying kinds of hair in the bathtub. There was hair across bathroom sink area. The bathroom wall had "something" on wall. We couldn't go barefoot because there was sticky spots on carpet. This room was not cleaned properly. It felt like the housekeeper stocked towels and made beds. Thankfully the beds felt like the sheets had been changed and beds made. Maybe the housekeeper was sick or they were super understaffed? If they can get the room cleaned it's a great place to stay, friendly staff, good beds and nicely stocked breakfast foods.

I am handicapped and asked for a room cleaning. This didn't happen. The next day, no housekeeper on site at all. I had a handicap room with a short toilet. Handicap rooms should have the taller toilets.

It is very good location to stay in mountain view as it is close to all nearby attractions. You get a free car park in front of your room. The breakfast is just add on with zero value. It was so bad as it is very basic with bread and juice. So don't expect a good breakfast.

Some of the best rest I have had in a hotel and a long time. Everything I needed was right there everything was super comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room was dirty even after house keeping. Dirt and leaves on ground, sheets had stains, and bugs on floor.

Paid for a room upgrade for a jetted bathtub and larger room and there was no jetted tub and square footage of room was standard at 314 sq ft. I mentioned this to staff, and no action was taken and was not offered a resolution. (No reimbursement or an apology or acknowlegement of their mistake) Was mistakenly given a room which previous person checked out, then had to go back to office to be given a clean room. Room was noisy due to traffic from the freeway. Heater was loud and noisy. Bathroom light for vanity did not work. This was challenging for me to see due to my vision impairment. Breakfast options were limited and a great disappointment. No bacon, potatoes, waffles, or pancakes were available. Check-in and check-out was a hassle. I did not receive a estimate of my charge when checking in, and I asked multiple times for a receipt upon check-out to see my charges. (I get reimbursed for my lodging) Positives: The hotel representatives were friendly and the room was clean. Overall, my stay wasn't pleasant and disappointing. When I come back in 9 months, I will pay more for a better hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for many years. The room was nothing like the pictures. Cheesy 1980’s feel. Also mold in the bathroom, the tub was worn out, and to top it off, there was no hot water. Do yourself a favor: avoid this hotel.

Room was like a Motel 6 in the 70s, very loud road noise, but what can you expect when the freeway is across the street. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but it gave me everything I needed. I would stay here again

We were only there one night. The man at the front desk was quite friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean and spacious; breakfast was good. No complaints except that you advertised laundry facilities, which we were counting on, and we were told they were not working. We ended up driving to a laundomat to wash clothes.

It was good for our one night stay for a concert. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The nearby road was a little loud in the morning but I get up early so it wasn't a problem for me. The breakfast was decent. The only thing that was a problem was that the ice machine was broken.

BIG ISSUES: There was only 1 chair for someone to sit on (my wife was also a guest) The Telephone did not work if there had been an emergency we could not have called the front desk for help MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION.. The bed is way to high off the ground and is almost impossible to see the TV because its to low unless you sit upright in the bed.(NO CHAIRS)!! When going to the office to report the chairs & phone the Desk person said she would address the issues but could not get the phone fixed. I had to go out to the Patio to get a second chair. As I mentioned no table for such a large room only a desk in the corner. VERY POOR DESIGN LAYOUT FOR GUESTS. Flooring is way to slippery for anyone wearing socks. Needs an area rug for safety issues. The buffett breakfast was also dissappointing little selection and on short supply. No onsite worker to get more eggs / meat and bread products. OJ was also out. Overall Very dissappointing for a Ramada. Would not recomend.

Loved the location of the property. A bit of wear and tear in the rooms and the bathroom would get a bit stuffy when showering but other than that it was a good place to sleep for 2 nights.

Tub water hard to control

Don’t bother doing this self check in because when you get there, you have to do it all over again. And request a room in the back because if you are in the front, there is a lot of freeway noise. The beds were comfortable and the lady at the front desk was polite.

We will be back. Inexpensive and safe. Close to amphetheater and has scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast along with toast, different cereals, bagels, cream cheese, yogurts, grilled cheese sandwiches, apples, bananas, juices, coffee...we were impressed by the breakfast spread.

Decent budget hotel in an expensive area. Room is clean & bed is comfortable. Hot breakfast is a pleasant surprise with the amount of selections. Hotel rooms facing the freeway can be noisy. Safety light in the parking lot is very bright at night , a good feature ! The ice machine has been out for months and the dryer is out of order.

The clerks are check in were to friendly and the layout of the room was a little weird. Other than that the room was clean, quiet, and affordable.

Room is decent even though the property is a bit run down. Only have one ice machine and was broken. Breakfast is decent. Power in breakfast room keeps tripping due to overload. Out of food frequent with no attendant to keep an eye replacing. Right next to the freeway and can be very noisy. Otherwise, a decent stay.

The room was most likely the oldest room on the property, nothing like the newly remodeled pictures shown. Toilet rocked, the shower water kept going from hot to cold while in use. Our key card deactivated twice during our stay and the fridge had a loud humming noise at night. Overall the stay was not pleasant, however we stayed because we had planned our trip for months because of my daughters Stanford graduation. I believe our stay would have been better if we would have stayed in a remodeled room.

Very dirty , run down, people that were clearly living there were on something . Thank god we brought our own sheets . Everything about the room made my skin crawl . To scared to even try their breakfast . Girl that checked us in was clearly not happy being there …. Girl me either. Wayyyyyyyyy to over priced for what we had to stay in

The personnel at the hotel were all very helpful. However, the room was only average condition. The toilet was loose to the floor, and during the night, would frequently run water. The room I stayed in faced the 101 freeway and was a but loud as a result.

You can hear the traffic, but its more of a white noise and did not disturb our sleep. We felt very safe. Lots of good lighting around rooms and cars. The staff was friendly and it was easy check in and out.

This is a great business hotel at a great price convenient to all of Silicon Valley. It is an older hotel and could use an update but you can’t beat the price

I didn't like the breakfast meal choices. Everything was made with cheese. I had to remove the cheese from everything. I don't remember any fresh fruit, either. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room so I couldn't keep dairy free milk products to use. Powdered creamer does do anything for me.

We stayed there for a week and we were very comfortable in the room they gave us. The room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. So we rested and slept very comfortably. I liked that in the mornings at dawn the room was very bright because the daylight came in through the bathroom as well since they have a small window and I like that, so that during the day you can appreciate and enjoy the daylight that comes in through the windows of the rooms. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no hot water to take a shower, I waited a while for the hot water to come out, it came out lukewarm, not hot, but it quickly became cold and so with everything and the cold we had to take a shower like that. I hope you could check that part of the water and verify well that you have hot water too please... If it hadn't been for that water thing... everything would have been perfect. Because in reality for my part of course we would return to stay again.

I stayed 2 nights in room 122. Bed sheets were unclean. There were dirty sticky stuff with hair on night table. Overall room was very unclean. There was notice on the mirror stating that room service will be done every day except guest put donot disturb sign on door. But room service didn’t show up. When I asked reception the guy said they do not do room service every day. When I showed him the picture of the notice he apologized. On the first night when I tried to use the microwave it was sparking and smoke was coming out. Immediately I reported to the reception as it is a safety issue. The receptionist said he will take care of it but unfortunately they didn’t fix the issue in my 2 nights of stay. Breakfast items were poor and not fresh, had bad smell in jam. I was so embarrassed to my family as I booked this hotel by looking at pictures online and told them it’s a good hotel.

The property was tucked behind a chevron. Cute, cozy, tiny, warm littoe cottage style placr. Perfect! I think its one of the best whole in the walls i had ever found, my best friend and i came out that way for a night for work, it rained the entire time. The showers were great, the relaxation shampoo and conditioner, and HUGE BED WAS A PLUS. I COULDNT FIND OUT HOW TO ADD DISNEY as an extra app, but maybe next time. Thank you for having us! Hopefully well do it again!

Pretty unkepmt, gym consisted of a treadmill and a dumbbell, breakfast was basically bananas and a grilled cheese.

The room was clean but the wood furniture finish was sticky, probably from using the wrong kind of cleaner on it.

It was filthy. The 'hot' breakfast was a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich you microwave. We asked for more towels and were given the stink eye and an attitude.

We were there for medical appointments. The hotel was fully booked and when we went to our room, we noticed the carpet was soaked (later confirmed it was pee and they attempted to clean it prior to us checking in), it was approximately 6’x 3’- the front office staff came and tried their best to spray Lysol. We were supposed to stay three nights and found other accommodations for the remainder of our stay. We will definitely not be returning.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and room was very clean. I enjoyed the fact that they have an EV charging station, made my stay much easier.

Perfect for a quick overnight after a concert!

I chose this property because it is close to MEPS. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that parking seemed limited and there is some noise from the freeway and apartments that are located behind the hotel but that will really only affect you if you're a very light sleeper. I would recommend this property.

Quick & friendly check in. Comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and iron. Good brand soaps & lotion. AC worked great. Towels looked dirty but other wise, good stay for the price and appreciated the noon check out time!

None of the electric outlets worked. Could charge my phone or computer. Even the outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. The freeway noise is super loud.

This property was what I needed for my one night stay near the shoreline. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was out dated but I also knew I wasn’t paying for a 5 star resort. I would stay again whenever I’m in town for a concert.
