The size of the room is decent. Air con is very loud, like when you in construction site kind of loud. I never experience sleep problem before and very tolerable to noise/ light. At this place, i have to take med to help me sleep.

I loved the atmosphere. The man at the front was very nice and accommodating. The room was amazing looking over the pool and it was close to the parking lot which was easy enough to load and unload. The bed was pristine and too comfortable to ever forget. All in all great. Nothing really trends out.

Everything was good other than when I showed up at 3am. I was told I was late and my room was cancelled for no show, then was told I should have called during my 8 hours of driving. They reinstated my stay after all that. Room was clean and neat. Pool was heated, spa was hot but very dirty. Overall 7.0 would have been a lot higher if it wasn’t for the spa being dirty and the rudeness at 3am.

The hotel was very clean with helpful staff. Elevator was broken our first night so we ended up taking the stairs the 2 days we were there. The air conditioning in the home needs to be updated as even in the cooler temperature the room was stuffy.

our room was clean and comfortable, although the beds are very high- I had to turn the waste basket upside down and use it as a stool. I loved the staff and it was a very convenient small hotel with a pool and hot tub, tiny fitness room , coffee and juice and fruit in the morning, breakfast is available but very marginal and there is a fee for that. I thought the location was great, midway between the airport and Stanford University.

location was convenient strong smell of air fresheners trying to mask old odors like smoke and musty smells. carpet was old and worn and not vacuumed well. there were hairs on my bedding and towels, the room had a lounge chair in the picture online as well as described as having a seating area but there was none. the desk chair was very worn with faux leather pieces missing. the charger side table had such little power it barely charged my phone completely overnight, and plugging it in for an hour or 2 gave me like 10%. the bathroom showerhead was not a rain shower, it was a very old showerhead with low pressure and the water kept going cold despite turning it up almost completely. the bathroom light kept turning on and off and the fan was so loud. the ac worked fine but the room smelled when air wasnt moving, so i tried turning the fan on and the smell was so sour I ended up turning off the unit completely and leaving the window open for my whole stay.

The room was cleaned and I had plenty of towels. The toiletries were great, great scents and full size bottles. The room was spacious and the rocking chair was a huge bonus in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The pool was cleaned and there were plenty of towels to use. The water in the pool was very warm which it was perfect since it was a cold day.

There was no breakfast except the continental breakfast which coffee, fruits and water on the counter.

Dated property, musty atmosphere, creaky elevator, old oranges, and front desk staff called guest room before check out time to inquire about vacating the room.

Wonderful stay! Everything was seamless. Parking was easy and free. Staff was extremely hospitable. Loved the shabby chic decor of the hotel. It was cozy and welcoming.

Lack of free breakfast options is a let down when most hotels offer it in the same price range. Also, the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work well. Made the room feel stuffy at times.

In town for a Niners football game and they let us check in early, friendly staff. Awesome stay

Small hotel but very clean and pleasant

There was a lot of cleaning and construction going on so it was very noisy. Could not rest at all. There were also some very loud dogs that at the apartments next door. Not the greatest property, probably will not return.

Everything was fine, nice and clean. The only negative is the pool and hot tub should be open til midnight.

The stay was lovely but the room was a little tired looking. The office chair was pretty poor. The leather was coming off it in bits which took the look of room completely. Needs to be replaced ASAP.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Elevator had issues and we had to use the stairs. Coffee maker didn’t work and the lobby was out of coffe.

Great customer service. The young lady at the front desk on Saturday that checked us in was very friendly, she was also the one that checked us out! Very sweet! Hotel was very nice and we felt safe and relaxed.

The walls are too thin and can hear others showering. On my last stay, other customers were so loud and can hear into the rooms. I had a 6am flight, so I wasn't able to get enough sleep with all the loud noises going on in the hallway.

A newly painted old building, elevator is really old and scary, makes you feel like you’re in a horror movie. They also charged me for no reason after I checked out, when called, they said I purchased a body wash which I never did. When I clarie

It is strategically located between Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Etc which is great as you can get to all the major areas within 15 to 20 minutes. I like this hotel, and I have stayed here quite some times now and I will stay again.

So impressed! Cannot believe the value of this stay. So reasonably priced. Decorated beautifully, and the staff was all amazing. So kind and helpful. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. Pool is also heated, added bonus. Rooms were very well appointed. Super comfortable bed and bedding. Complimentary water, tea, juice and fruit in the lobby were also a nice touch. Will definitely be my go to when in the area.

Pool area was spotless. Facility was well kept and clean. All the staff we interacted with were friendly.

Easy check in welcoming staff

This was our first stay at this hotel. Overall condition were good. Its an older hotel that has been remodeled. Our only compaint is that we didnt get our depsit refunded. We habe had to call multiple time and have still not had it returned. Keep in mind the room was paid for in advance.

Fast and easy check in

Property needs a major overhaul though. Old, dingy carpets, and the doors to the rooms look tired and worn. Hallways are small and dimly lit. Elevator rattles a bit, but it is not scary (in my opinion). The elevator to the right people are mentioning in other reviews is not in service right now. Overall, we got a good deal for the area and only stayed for one night, so we were satisfied with what we received for our money. If they make some upgrades, this would be a really nice hotel!

It was a decent property.

I was honestly pretty surprised at this property after seeing all the positive reviews. Everything was super dated and felt a little dingy. I heard the housekeeping team rolling cart at 3am, and generally a lot of sound transfer. The sheets were so itchy - not sure if it was something they used or just over starching. The room was also sweltering even though I had the AC turned on. Ultimately I took a loss and booked another hotel for the last 2 nights of a 3 night stay.

The staff was exceptional and provided outstanding assistance. Our check-in process was quick, with staff readily available to address all our inquiries. The room was clean. The only drawback during our stay was the noise pollution. There was significant stomping from the upstairs guests and our adjacent neighbors. Nevertheless, our stay was generally pleasant.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Upon check in the staff member recommend a few restaurants near by before our show.

I liked the healthy choices for coming in late, skipping dinner and wanting a bite b4 bed.

The man who helped us check in was absolutely the sweetest human ever and u can tell he truly enjoy conversating and gettinv people where they need to be.

We had a pleasant stay and the best part was there was a car rental right opposite to the hotel.

Although this hotel is a bit removed from the Stanford campus, it is clean, relatively quiet, and conveniently located near freeway access. We have stayed here many times, and will probably return on a future trip to the area.

The rooms were a little tight and the tv was small and pixelated. The fruit offered during the day needs to be changed regularly. The in room cups, coffees, etc. replenished daily, and the refrigerator was colder than most hotels.

The staff were very nice. Beds were so comfortable the upgrades are nice here. The only thing is the shower needs upgrading but the linens were so nice!

The property is nice and so is the reception area. When we first walked in we imagined our rooms were going to be as nice as the reception are. The rooms, we had to get 2 rooms due to 4 children and 2 parents, were on the same floor but apart from each other. So, if you are planning to travel with the same number of people or more i would say this is not the place unless you dont mind being apart. The first room smelled like humidity until the AC was on but of it turned off it would bring the smell back. The other room was good, other than the bathroom was a bit unclean. Bed were very comfortable and the place is very quiet. Overall, its an ok place for an overnight trip and with a small number of people. Also, our first receptionist was amazing very welcoming.

The best part of our whole stay was how welcoming RJ was at the front desk! Made us feel welcome and appreciated :) definitely will be coming back!

This was a fantastic property to stay at. Lovely staff-with a special call out to JR! Dedicated personnel to make your stay comfortable, great room size, quiet rooms, wonderful location to a lot of sights. I was there for an extended stay and this is a place no one should miss if you’re looking for great service. I worked in my room, exercised, and drove to what I needed. They owned the parking area and it was always clean and safe. The housekeeping staff was awesome.
