This was our 3rd time staying at this property. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. It’s very clean, we love it here!!!

Holiday inn & suites express in Sunnyvale, Ca was very nice. This hotel very clean, beds are super comfy, parking included and hot breakfast is great bonus. Conveniently located about 20 min to Standford Stadium for concert

I stayed at this hotel on my way to San Francisco. The room was very clean, staff was very freidnly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. parking is available and free. We will definitely stay at the same place at next time I am in the area.

Rooms were very clean AND staff cleans room and replaces towels everyday. It was perfect for our needs during our stay.

The room we got into was not cleaned when we arrived. I told them to clean it while we went out and arrived back at midnight and it was still dirty. Sheets, towels, trash, etc. pathetic display by a hotel.

Nice breakfast, convenient location to shoreline

I booked a 4 person room (1 kings & 1 sofa bed) and was only given enough pillows for 2 people, called front desk for extra pillows and blankets and was told they will send some up. No one came but we had to leave, I called the front desk after we came back around 11pm and was told they dont have anymore pillows available. Went downstairs to grab my suber thin blanket and ask them how is that I book a 4 person room and given only enough supplies to accommodate 2 people? I was told sorry we are fully booked. It was too late to pack up and book elsewhere at this point.

Better signage when you enter street level parking lot directing you to underground parking for lobby entrance.

Parking can be tight in garage but there’s parking outside of garage if rather park there. Only recommendation is have a better sign on where the Lobby is(either in garage or outside of garage) and which floor it’s on if park in garage.

Other then Our reservation getting canceled upon arrival it was fantastic

This is our 2nd time staying here. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Also, can’t beat the free parking and free breakfast

The smell of black mold permeated my room. Had a nightmare for the first time in a long time due to having to inhale it. Was fairly clean but that smell was a bad experience. Staff could have been more attentive. Overall was an okay hotel.

Met my needs

The main reason we stayed here was because it was close to where we needed to be. To our delight, it was newly remodeled (at least it looked like it), super clean, and the staff was really nice. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay here. Highly recommended!

Hotel was under renovation breakfast area closed and no vending machines. None at the desk at 5 pm. Desk person came out of a nearby room from a nap after I called the hotel multiple times and rang the bell for a half hour. The sleepy lady checking us in offered no apologies and no direction towards our room location. Terrible hotel experience.

This hotel where we stay every time we go to a concert at Shoreline. Excellent hotel and super clean. The staff is always very professional and super friendly. The hotel is located in a good area. Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have security cameras in the parking lot other than that everything is always fantastic.

The hotel under construction no breakfast available the shoreline seemed farther to walk then told 45 mins lizard in stairwell fire alarm went off at around 12:30 at night no call from front desk that we were all ok false alarm

A comp would have been nice. Quiet. Convenient. Uber accessibility was great. Front desk guy was cool with conversation.

Property and rooms were clean.

Hotel is under a remodel but that only affected us a small amount as the breakfast area was not in use. The room was very nice with many ammenties. Very clean. The halls and lobby are not air conditioned so a bit warm (outside temp was high 90's). Overall, we had a great experience.

The hotel is under renovations and will be a very nice and comfortable place in the future. All extras like breakfast, laundry and business center are closed currently. Another guest set off the fire alarm at 1 am which was disturbing (could not be helped by staff...just dumb guest not following the no vaping/smoking policy). Our room also lacked readily available hot water and we wasted a lot of water waiting for water to be hot enough to shower.

The renovations to the rooms are Great! The beds feel like your on a cloud. The hotel is still doing renovations I believe in the lobby so no Breakfast, Vending machines are empty But! There is a solution ☺️. A taqueria next door.

I loved my stay here. They were under renovations but it was still nice because I’m big on customer service. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless. There were no amenities because of the renovations but thats ok. I look forward to staying here again when I’m visiting Cali.

Still remodeling. Beautiful new rooms, but no breakfast available. Very quiet and comfortable.

Very nice last-minute booking. It was extremely cost-effective. Everything is new and updated and very comfortable. The only thing that was horrifying was that there was a rat trap visible by the bed. I did not see any evidence of rodents or experience any rodent issues while there, but that was extremely off-putting. Other than that, we had a great stay.

I was very disappointed that the hotel was under construction. If there is construction happening it should be the norm that they tell Hotels.vom so that we guests can expect what is being sold to us. I will most certainly not book through your service again.

Clean and friendly

We had a quick one night stay. There is renovation in progress so no amenities were available. It was very quiet. Bed is a bit lumpy. Price was more than reasonable.

Fairchild Hotel is where we stay with other friends every time we go to a concert at the shoreline. We never had any issues with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Super clean hotel

Our room had been recently renovated and was very nice. The lobbying was still being updated. Was very quiet even though very close to the freeway.

Paid for all the extra amenities however due to remodel there were none. They do not yell u this upon booking the room but do charge you for them. No breakfast, no maid service, no vending or ice machine. So if u book, bring your own

Property was being remodeled and was not disclosed - contractors was in front on my room at 7:30 AM and using drills and hammers.

Amazing booking at this hotel. Remodeled. Clean and comfortable beds. Four pillows. Nice sink and counter. Bathroom is clean and new. Very spacious. Drawers and closet and bench to keep stuff. Plenty of towels in bathroom and sink. AC works.

Location was fine. Toilet was backed and needed fix. Staff was good. It was done while I was gone. Dead bolt did not work. Do not know if it was fixed.

It’s very close to the highway, but the rooms are quiet. There’s very little right next door, but if you’re willing to go a half mile there are many places to eat on Castro. Clean and comfortable.

I went down to at 7 am to have breakfast the coffee was ice cold. No one was at the front desk. I finally found someone 10 minutes later still no coffee. I finally walked away with out even an apology.

Although pleasant, clean and quiet, the bathroom design was very institutional and reminded me of a hospital room bathroom.

Need a room for concert at Shoreline. Its very outdated and 1 bed of the 2 was tilted. But clean. Breakfast is decent. I would stay here again but my friends would not.

Hotels.com screwed up our reservation. The hotel manager suggest that we ALWAYS make reservations directly with the hotel. We might also get a cheaper rate.

Its was clean and nice, comfortable, needs a little updating, but everything was good.

I was happy staying this place because it was quite and spacious. However, I found out extra charge in my credit card and my good experience with Quality was ruined. When I checked out next morning, there was no one in the front desk except a note. I waited for 10 min and one person came out and took my room key without any excuse for a waiting. The staff didn't checked out properly and charged me $175 for another day. They took care of it when I called but my experience is ending up bad.

I was on the ground floor. When the guest upstairs got up at 5am, that was the end of my night's sleep: very poor sound insulation.

Great location but needs a face lift. Smelled musty. Not terribly clean and there was a homeless person sleeping in their car in the garage. Clean it up, new carpet, paint, etc and put in some security.

The elevator was not working. The climate control system was ancient and did not work well.

This hotel is you get what you pay for in MTV area. Not a horrible hotel, not bad either. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

Hotel was ok. Nothing special. Very basic. When checking in, the person at the front desk was extremely short and not friendly at all. He came out of the back room wearing headphones and wore them the entire time he was checking me in. His behavior was like I was interrupting him. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Very quiet. Staff was great. The rooms were really clean and they offered shampoo, lotion and stuff like that. It made it very convenient. Options at continental breakfast were really good.

The hotel smelled like it's been filled with smokers for the last few decades. The food for breakfast was minimal and not good, and the breakfast room was over heated. I felt unsafe in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a primarily commercial area with few dining or entertainment options.

They were plumbing problems in my bathroom and I needed to change rooms unless I wanted for them to give me a plunger for me to plunge my toilet myself as there was no one to come to the room to help with that. Unacceptable!

Hotel was very close to my early morning meeting. Hotel needs updating, but it was not a bad stay. Bed was comfortable. Safe, Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not notice much noise. Breakfast not so good. Better to grab something at Starbucks. For the money, good stay for early meetings one or two days.
