Near freeway onramp We were told the room was one that had been renovated. There was new flooring and pictures but furniture, walls and countertop were worn. Hotel looks like it is in process of changing from a small independent brand to Days Inn

The staff was not very welcoming nor helpful. I also got a suite which was the most basic room ever and wish I would’ve just gone with a regular room for $100 cheaper. Not worth it at all

The location was good for our work, and the costs for the nigh/person was resoanable. The rooms are not well equiped, old and to some exptend not clean. The breakfast was very simple and to my opionion too simple. The people onsite were not really friendly. Next time, I will not go there with my colleagues and I do not recommend this location.

I loved staying here. Quiet, cheap, comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and understanding! I'd stay there again.:)

Property needs work the room was not good at all. Smelly, wires hanging out, old chair with peeling pleather

They have a waffle machine, which I love. Then apples, cereal, bread, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs.

We didn't see any breakfast offered. The lobby was stack with flooring to be installed. Anyway, it wasn't an inviting place to eat. a chair in the room had a huge piece of the upholstery torn away. The floors were very shiny, having just been replaced but the trim and bathroom still could have used a lot of upgrade. Just not up to snuff.

There were bed bugs. We got to the hotel after a concert close to midnight and just as I was going to lay down, there was a bug crawling on the pillow. Had to book another hotel because they had no other room. Because I booked through hotels.com, I had to try to get refund through it and do far, I'm unable to.

Location, free parking, and breakfast being included was greatly appreciated. The building is older and the fixtures could use updating (rust on the shower head and towel hanger)

The room is huge and that's great, and the bed is very very very comfortable :-) I always ask for the same room The shower curtain rail is loose, almost falling off. I have mentioned this a few times and it's still the same.

The room was dingy (even though relatively large), the furniture and the bathroom were quite old and worn down. One of the days that I stayed there, the hot water did not work. Overall, the entire ambience did not not feel safe. I had booked this place based on the photos on this website, but as a solo woman traveler, I will not stay here again.

The breakfast was pretty meager; no orange juice, limited cereal and yogurt selection. The shower control was somewhat broken making it hard to find a spot where there was hot water. The general condition of the property was somewhat shabby though it was clean.

Paint was peeling from the wall. You could see that extra layers of paint in the bathroom. Am #MIN decent. We’re not up-to-date. The TV was broken channels not being able to always get a clear picture.

The light in the very dark wash basin area was broken - did not work. Extremely difficult to prep for the morning broken light over bathroom sink

Ok place to stay. It's a motel. I'm use to staying at hotels. Place is abit rundown. Price per night is good. Outside lot seemed abit worry some. Meaning not sure if someone will mess with your car overnight.

Overall this was a very disappointing stay. It was presented as 3-star, but the rooms are very old and bare. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way, windows were near impossible to close and lock, one of the 2 window curtains was missing, the only outlet by the bed didn't work (plug just falls right out), and the worst part, there were so many spiders.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, it is my first choice for business travel to the area. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Microsoft and Google. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for solo travel.

The motel location is next to Ames Research/Moffet Field. The beds are clean and soft. The parking is free. I was informed the breakfast hrs started 630am, however there was a sign that read "Be back in 1/2hr" The thin wall lets you hear the neighbors who can be inconsiderately loud and drunk. The doors have an insect gap

The breakfast was decent The rooms. Ripped curtains, bathroom without a vent, bathtub had a curtain that didn’t close so water would drip out. Hangers for clothes felt like they came from World War II. Furniture outside, boxes in the parking stall for a moment I thought I had booked motel 6.

Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Grounds are well kept and the pool area is nice. Room floors were very clean. A/C worked well and the bed was comfortable. Front office is run down and outdated. Upon walking into the room there was major water damage on the ceiling. The bathroom needed to be gutted. There is NO charging station/USB outlets. I no longer pack a cube when traveling as I have yet to encounter a hotel that does not have it. Someone left a big wad of tissue in the peep hole and I left it as I did not want to touch it and there must be a reason for it.

Friendly staff The sheets and bed was very itchy, I went home with bug bites to my toes, back and shoulders. We have 2 queen size bed, and both are itchy, my bf had bug bites to his back and neck. I told the front desk but he denies it and was not really helpful, he doesn’t believe us.

The big bed The house cleaner repeatedly kept opening our door even with the do not disturb sign there and after knocking and me answering not to open the door still did. Also there were people outside the hotel playing music late at night and it wasn’t dealt with, we were also not informed that to stay you needed to be 19 or older, not 18, I I had to bother my busy mother for her to send an email just so I could stay there when in any other hotel I’ve been at 18 had been just fine, mind you they said all this after we had payed.

My most horrible experience was the bathroom, ants all over, the walls have cracks, I did not and would have not taken a shower there at all. This was my last resort and thankfully only had to stay 1 night.

The Staff was very helpful. Balaji is a gem of a person and very courteous since we had kids with us and he made sure that we get the 1st floor which is convenient for the family. Also gave us additional information which was helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights as part of college check in. Overall it was quiet, beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. The hotel is run down and in need of repair and cleaning especially the pool but still was a good stay for us and we would likely stay again. The breakfast is also an added plus.

Had an unexpected delay and needed a room for one night. The room was OK... Nothing special. TV remote only partially worked which was annoying, no electrical outlet near the bed - well, there was but it was so worn out my charger wouldn't stay in, it just kept falling on the floor. The little freezer compartment in the fridge was so frosted over I couldn't fit the ice packs for my cooler in it... And the shower curtain rod was literally about to fall off the wall. So, no major issues, but several annoying ones. Thankfully it was inexpensive and I was only there for about 8 hours total. Had I booked multiple nights I would've been bummed out.

The shower curtain rod was the curved type and was so loose that it hung down causing the curtain to gather in the middle and could not be closed for use. We went out for dinner and a show and came back to an ant invasion coming through the wall and all over the counters and tables. We had a box of donuts sitting on the counter and it was completely covered in ants. See picture after we placed it in the tub.The desk clerk did give us another room which was a little better but had the same broken shower curtain rod issue. The staff was friendly but the overall Motel was run down on the interior. The grounds looked to be kept up. We didn't expect much from a budget Motel but this one was sub par even for that. We felt like they should have offered us a refund or discount but they did not. I can't recommend staying here.

We went to the Creed concert and wanted a room for the night and didnt want to pay alot. We were able to check in early (just a half hour) the area is nice and quiet the bed was super comfy. The room was very clean had a fridge and microwave. Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience at the County Inn. First, our bathroom door wouldn't close and the smoke alarm in our room kept going off. The front desk provided little to no help. However, it is a convenient location from Shoreline Amphitheater, California Great America, and Stanford University.

Absolutely happy with our stay! Other reviews said it needed to be updated but honestly everything is there and everything works- I think the few outdated things (phone, blow dryer, etc) are cute anyways! It was clean, quiet, in a decent part of town, it was cheap, and overall a good experience. We will be staying here again!

Hotels maintenance isn't great. It took for ever to get hot water for a shower. However the place was clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave in your room which is appreciated. Convienently located for my business trip. Clean but dated. Only limited channels on TV/cable, not a smart tv. Shower curtin didn't fit space needed. Friendly, and helpful staff.

I had to take a luke warm shower because the water wasn't hot. Rooms need to be updated, floor planks had big gaps by the bathroom area. I won't stay here again, also not food close by, they had a menu you could scan, everything was closed when I stayed.

My room was super clean and comfortable. Got excellent rest and enjoyed my stay. It’s not the fanciest spot in the valley but seems pretty solid.

The empty parking lot and cheaper rate made sense once I got into the room. The tub is smaller than expected-there was caulk to fill up 2 holes. After filling up the tub-halfway-the hot water ran out. Even after 1.5 hrs of waiting, the hot water did not come back. bed was comfortable but due to the fact that the bath could not be used, I did not stay the night and booked somewhere else:

very basic motel type, but value for money for the area. the aircon is very old and noisy, thin blankets, you do need heater to keep warm.

The room was semi clean there was blood stains on 1 bed I booked for 2 nights but only stayed one and went back home they charged me an extra 120.00 for a deposit that they didn’t return to my card and have yet to respond to my messages as far as I’m concerned I would never stay here again it’s no deal they got 276.00 from me for 1night in a run down hotel

The maid service was excellent. Ice machine was nice. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was delicious, go for the waffle maker! Enjoy your stay.

The staff was friendly and the property was quite clean. The room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay because of that.

Lovely friendly front desk and breakfast staff

The room itself looked nice. The mattresses were terrible and the bed wasn't really big enough for two adults. The bathroom was small and you could see water damage on the wall and ceiling of the shower. There was no electrical plate cover on the outlet by the sink. The air conditioner and heater is outdated and made the room humid. On the plus side, the area seemed safe and it's somewhere to stay in a pinch.

Reasonable for the price. Office has limited hours, so you will want to make sure the office is open during hours you want to check in and out. Older property, bathroom looked worn, and outdated, but everything worked OK.

Outside of hotel was decent. Customer service was good but the room on the other hand was average. There was definitely old items in the room such as the phone and the chair. The chair looked dirty and unsanitary. The bed was comfortable but pillows were not, i took my own for that matter. There were a few ants and a bug in the bathroom. It was good for one night to lay our head down but definitely not more than an overnighter. You get what you pay for.

I thought this hotel was super cozy! The staff was really nice, it was really clean all around the property and it was super quiet. I only rated it 4 stars cause the shower curtain was hella ripped and the tv doesn’t connect to my devices but overall it was really enjoyable.

It felt like a safe area. The property was clean and looked nice, a little run down, but properly priced for overall condition and stay. The free breakfast was ok...hardboiled eggs, apples, cheerios and frosted flakes, raisen bread, a few different breads for toast, coffee and tea. The waffle maker was out of commission, and although there was a sign to only take one yogurt per person, there were no yogurts. We did see a cockroach in the dinning area, which surpirsed us because it was the only one we saw.

The immediate surroundings felt sketchy. Would have been nice to have more than one dining option nearby.

This was a great value for the price. The breakfast was good; waffles are always a nice touch and smell delicious! The staff was nice and the room was fine. The shower head was too low for tall people but other than that, it was fine.

Upon checking in I noted the parking lot was pretty bare, maybe 3 vehicles. Rep asked if I wanted up or downstairs. I chose down. My feeling is tgey know their property and what might be tge best room for a one night stay. I got a bad room location. It was very, very noisy. I think it's near tge maintenance area. I stay here before, several years ago and do not recall this experience. Also, a clear floor hazard that need to be addressed and the toilet seat needs to be changed. (See photos)

The room (and hotel for that matter) was very old and run down. Sheer curtains had a big rip that was hand sewn rather than replaced. Found a bunch of dead ants stuck to a wall by the bed. Bathroom window did not lock. Bathroom tiles in shower were obviously removed, probably to fix plumbing issue but did not look like they were reinstalled properly or professionally (bulged out). Bedding had a very cheap feel. Carpet worn and old. Nothing really positive to say about the facilities and I’m usually not picky, especially at this price. But I’d have to say this may have been the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. On the positive side, the staff seemed nice.

The owners were exceptionally nice. Very welcoming. The room was a bit dated and run down, but in line with the price paid. I was awakened in the night by the strong smell of sewage.

Honestly for the price, you can't complain. I got what I was looking for. Not too expensive, safe, clean and pretty quiet (except this all night running water semi-fountain!). It is a run down motel. The room is spacious and clean (haven't looked everywhere like under the bed or corners). My bed was very comfortable. The pool is heated but was not enough cleared of bugs for me to swim. The hallways could use attention (a good wash). The shower runs perfectly. The air conditioning woks great (very noisy). There is a free parking. This motel has quick access to the 101 and to Shoreline. It is located in a residential area. At times, the wifi was not strong enough to work efficiently on my laptop. Will stay there again.

Everything is perfect beyond expectation for the price and plus the continental breakfast. It was superb.

A cute little property, a little older as far as the room are concerned only reason for not having more stars, rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. Room stayed cool as well. Very happy with the service and rooms were clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

This place is fairly clean but certainly cozy if that’s what you are looking for. I am comfortable knowing I am in MV.

We needed something close to meps. We checked in and was told WiFi wasn’t working due to maintenance. Room was outdated. We could hear our neighbors next door. Bathroom had blood stains near toilet. Pillows were flat and old. Didn’t sleep well due to the pillows don’t know why they don’t buy new pillows.

I have stayed here many times and it was always a good experience. However the last trip I had my CDL and bank card stolen right before I got there. I was understandably upset and it was getting late. They refused to check me in, I offered to pay cash for the one night, because I was staying a week. It was horrible andi actually slept in the car in the parking lot!!!! Horrible and unacceptable. I won't return

I booked this with 3 other friends because we were gonna share Uber and hang out together. Upon checking in, I was told my room was somewhere else. It is a different Inn and even though it's close, I can't walk there. Paid to get a Uber to get there and then forgot my suitcase in the car. The driver didn't get out of the car either and just drove off. I eventually got it back. This wouldn't happen if my room was with this one. If you are overbooked, you should let me know immediately instead of just sending me to some random place.

Hotel was overbooked and we were to check in with a different hotel. That’s unacceptable!

Nice enough for the night. Room was kind of cold and every time you walked close to the sink (which wasn't in the actual bathroom) the light would come on and stayed on longer than you would think. But it was clean and had everyghinv you might need. BBQ place actoss the street was excellent and close enough to walk. It said thdy had breakfast at the motel but we left shortly aftef 6 A.M. and office was still dark so i cant comment on that. Overall, it was fine and i would stay again, as it was cheaper than most of the places in that area.

I did not like that my bathtub did not drain, and I had to wash standing in 3-4 inches of water.
