I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t aware of.

This hotel was so clean, fun to be at with various things like a pool table and a speaker playing music and great places to sit and enjoy the vibe with family and friends! The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, good size with great amenities and staff were so nice and willing to help! I highly recommend this hotel it is an A+ in my opinion!

There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

You had to pay for breakfast $18.50 per person. Plus charged me $15 for parking overnight

Two of the three shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles had come off of the shower wall and were left on the shower floor.

A recent misunderstanding led to me being denied a stay, which was frustrating given my positive history there. Clearer communication would have helped, but overall I have nothing negative to say based on my past stays.

Never again! It was my first time at this hotel. Needed a place to rest. The bathroom sink was not draining at all. The phone was disconnected and couldn’t get through to the front desk. The water that came with the room was tampered with by previous reservation. The room was inadequate and not in good condition. Why set me up with a hotel room like this and expect me to pay for it?

The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Only one type of pillow. Would be nice to have a choice of soft/firm pillows. Coffee in the Keurig cups was rather tasteless.

Great place for business travel, clean comfortable beds with good sheets. Everything very clean and convenient. Minimum fuzz, nice relaxed communal areas.

The reception staff were not very wecoming-no smile, poor eye contact. The room (353) was extremely noisy! The walls are thin and we could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms. Every time someone closed their room door or the stairwell door, it made a very loud noise. The pillows were too thick and did not conform well. The bed was okay.

I am a big fan of Aloft hotels and have likely had 40+ stays at various locations. This Mountain View location is a DUMP! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Let's go thru the issues: hotel is very beat up, tiles coming off the floor in the elevator, in-room fridge not working, ice machine not working, shower leaks and turned bathroom into a swamp, restaurant 'closed' for some reason, my $18.50 buffet breakfast served ice-cold omelettes (and was a very limited and disappointing offering for that price), both shower and sink drain backing up....in short, not what I am used to or expect from Aloft! The only positive was the staff was polite and professional.

The pool table could use some maintenance and is not level. $19 for a buffet breakfast is kind of steep. Our room could have used another chair in an empty corner.

Room was clean TV remote needs to be replace so much issues with it replace batteries and it’s not that the buttons have to be press supper hard and still don’t work a it should only when it feels like it so it’s the remote that is not working period.

Bed very comfy, pillows a bit small and hard. Radio did not work. Coffee and tea was good. Staff friendly. Shower the best.

The only complaints were the shower was pretty scummy and can be addressed with deep cleaning. And you can hear everything in the hallway The parking lot is pretty difficult to get out of due to traffic and a bus stop right after the hotel (nothing the hotel can do about this but it’s a worthy call out)

Staff were very friendly, did not try the breakfast. However the bathroom was dusty and sink clogged.

The property was clean and located close to the hospital, which was nice. However the rooms are quite the walk for those staying for the medical services. Causing difficulties for elderly people heading in to surgery the morning after their stay or the day of surgery.

It was great overall, the only exception was the pillows. They were so thick and firm - meaning my head was at least at a 45deg angle it more, and uncomfortable.

Property was not up to par in many places. We had to be careful not to trip over planks, etc, walking to our room. The rooms were too stuffy, no ventilation. 3 towels for 4 people.

The staffs are nice but no daily cleaning service. We stayed for 3 nights with two rooms. One room never get cleaned during the stay one upon our request changed towels only.

I have stayed in several Alofts & I would say this was the most disappointing. Rooms were mediocre, could hear next door. Pillows were horrible. It just reminded me of an old place that was upgraded decor to fit the Aloft theme.

I really love Alofts! They are consistently clean and have great rooms. The customer services was great and it was wonderful to have complimentary hot beverages in the morning along with the option for breakfast. The outside patio was a nice place to relax and the gym was very well equipped. I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay with my husband and two young kids. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took the kids for a swim in the afternoon and were the only people in the pool, which was nice. The breakfast was good, but would love more protein options.

I enjoyed the stay, staff is great only thing i would say it the game department for kids alot of the games had stuff missing an not playable maybe a new process to check out games ,then bringing them back in and getting checked,so the next could play. Other then that was great! Maybe the family jenga and the big connect 4 could come back really enjoyed those games but people tend to mess things up for the rest of us. Maybe another process to let other families use the games like that would be appreciated.

Location was great! Clean, safe, upgraded and friendly staff. One critique and this is preference, I would have rather had a clothes iron versus a steamer (didn’t work well). Overall, great stay and close to Levi Stadium.

Our stay was good, but couldve been better. Had some areas in the room that need upgrades.

The pool is closed indefinitely which was one of the things i required. The room was missing the sofa sleeper and seemed cold.

The staff was very friendly, easy going and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the room darkening capababilities of the window treatments. Slept better than I do at my own house. The lobby games were fun. The fresh popcorn was a nice touch.

Nice and clean room. Minimal amenities and inattentive staff. Room service was every other day. So I requested a new set of towels and coffee replenishment but they were not fulfilled. When I came back late in the day and called front desk, I was told it would be sent up. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to use old towels and went to bed. No one came.

Sunday morning, I could not sleep in; there was a fire alarm blaring, and everyone had to be evacuated out of the building for almost an hour until the fire trucks got there. very inconvenient

You can't go wrong with Aloft. King size bed, soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in shower. 75 inch TV. Very clean rooms.

However, the walls are quite thin—you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and from upstairs, which can be disruptive. Check-in is at 3 PM and checkout is at 12 PM. One recurring issue during my last two stays is that housekeeping knocks on the door around 10 AM and seems surprised to find guests still inside. They even ask what time you plan to leave, which feels a bit early considering checkout isn’t until noon. Overall, this particular stay was the least enjoyable out of all my visits. While the hotel does have some good qualities, I’m uncertain if I’ll be coming back.

Bring earplugs! Despite having both earplugs and a white noise app, I could hear the entire party next door until 2am… and since the phone in the room was disconnected, couldn’t call the front desk. And before you tell me to call on my cell, I did, and the navigating the automated system to get to a person was just added frustration. 😖 Aloft fail.

It is a good value. Typical ALoft energetic vibe--the lobby bar was busy at 10:30pm on Thursday night. But the room is quiet and I slept well.

Well maintenance service was really bad. The locker in our room was not working and despite multiple complaints it was never fixed and neither we were offered any other room. While there is a big quote in hotels saying ‘Dont leaves your valuables open in the room’. Breakfast was also pretty basic and not included with booking.

You can tell this was remodel makeover but the wall paper had pocket holes and the ac stunk like smoke
