Everything on property was amazing. The room is clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super helpful.

We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area close to the rear entrance.

Join The property was super clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed from the phone interaction to check in! I used the pool area and it was well maintained and very relaxing. The rooms had toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash). I would say that breakfast could have had more options but otherwise it was great stay.

This place literally has everything. It’s like a small resort all in one. We will 100% stay here again. * maybe it’s just because I’m too much of a nice person, but I did not think the staff was friendly at all.

They ran out of regular coffee for the included breakfast and the sausage could be cooked a little more for my liking, and the boiled eggs could not be peeled without wasting a lot of the egg. Everything else was acceptable.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't have gotten a better rate for the few hours we stayed. We were literally only there 5 hours . We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, or enjoy the room. Because we had to leave at 530am and didn't check in until after midnight. We arrived later than planned because of a road closure on our travel. So the price for a 5 hour stay could have been better.

Very clean facility, nice up to date building, The shower was absolutely amazing. And the little market in the lobby was very nice and convenient. We had to leave very early in the morning, so we didn't get to have breakfast. If I'm back in the area again, i will definitely stay again. Stayed here a few times a couple years ago and had a great experience. Last Tuesday it was the total opposite. The bar was not open, the staff that answered the phone to check on the hours of the bar was very rude and so was the receptionist. It is too bad because it was one of my fav hotels in TN!

Hotel staff was extremely helpful especially when my booking sight was down. They took care of the situation and I am absolutely appreciative.

Room had hair in it and was pretty dirty I saw some yellow stuff in my shower when i got in. I ended up missing my brunch because the shower wouldn’t heat up for almost half an hour in the morning. Motel experience for a hotel price.

Room was spotless, staff was courteous and friendly, pet policy is valid. There is a restaurant and bar. Very accommodating, provided extra towels and toiletries. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Will be staying here again, if weather forces us out of our home. We may just go for a nice staycation! It was fabulous!

Small property in good condition, cute room nothing extravagant or extra. Breakfast did not offer much options. Being told based on my tier level I was only able to have one bottle of water was a huge disappointment. Usually hotels will already have water in the room. Last, the pillows were not comfortable, cheap and the mattress was horrible. The price was cheap however it wasn’t free so I so expect a comfortable bed and access to water without being on a certain level!!!

We really liked the hotel. It was brand new and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t care for the breakfast. It would be nice to have muffins and yogurt you can take with you. Also a different variety each day would be better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The TRU side of the property is subpar to the Hilton Garden Inn side. There were gashes in the walls, marks and dirty, there was a hole in the screen on the window shade. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was trickling. The day of checkout it was 9 AM and the housekeeper just barged into my room while I was in there did not even knock on the door before entering checkout time was at 11 o’clock.

Love this property. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the top golf suite and pool table. Will stay again!

MY BEST STAY EVER AT A HOTEL..

Food ? not much VARIETY for a gluten free OR normal diet. Good coffee. Not good access for breakfast as needed to use room key tap for access to food. Had only 1 key card at the time so had to wait until the other person came to breakfast to enter food area. Stay was disappointing; our first and most likely our last. No, I would not use tru again. Too limited for my stay. Didn't find cups for drink until next day as they were hidden under sink with towels. Difficult to take meds without something to put liquid. Place cups in visible area. Bathroom was frustrating. Lack of common courtesy.

Absolutely wonderful, had a beautiful view of trees from the room. Had a restaurant and bar on location as well as a snack corner and free breakfast. Room was a tad small but was clean and comfortable with calming colors so it was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Lovely experience.

I’m really big on cleanliness and the hotel, room, and property was kept up really well. I felt very comfortable during my stay. If you are looking for a clean hotel I would recommend this one for sure!

It’s a lovely hotel in a nice part of the city. Everything was very clean and breakfast was nice too.

The room was very clean, but tiny, not much bigger than the bed. There was a nice television, and a mini fridge, but no coffee maker, no microwave, no dresser and no closet. We stayed for a week so it was rough living out of a suitcase for a full week, and we had to door dash Starbucks every morning. (We were here for a family event, and I wasn’t going to go down to the lobby and face everyone with no coffee!) The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly, but for these reasons, I would not stay again.

Had to wait for a front desk person to be available, there wasn't anyone around near check in time. Also no one at the front desk at check out. I was in a room right by the elevator it was loud, walls were thin.

I wasn’t impressed with how other guests were allowed to be loud and obnoxious while drunk at the bar and the bartender was having a great time with them. I love it when people enjoy their job, but these people were cussing loudly and we couldn’t enjoy our time at the bar or even across the lobby playing pool.

This is a new hotel with new staff. The restaurant is under staffed with one person doing the wait and buss staff duties. The new cook has not settled into a routine. It took 30 minutes to get 2 eggs easy in an empty restaurant. The gym, public areas were clean and cared for. Both a pool table and a foosball table are available just off the lobby.

Breakfast was sparse and paled in comparison to other Hiltons we’ve stayed at. Wasn’t as relaxing as we expected. Was in a good area , mall and other Eateries were close.

Check-in was awesome was greeted after that it went downhill had two channels on the TV. They couldn’t get it to work. We’re having problems with the service and had had problems with the service prior to me booking. They didn’t mention it breakfast. The next morning was absolutely horrible. The two girls, that was running it were more worried about what was going on outside with a friend. Let me rephrase that it was probably pre-cooked and it was cold. It looked horrible. I stay in a lot of Hilton’s. I was extremely disappointing in this stay when I went to check out, I asked are y’all going to compensate me with some points due to no Tv and the breakfast I was told no that the situation with the TV was not their fault and that I was the only one that was complaining about the breakfast where I failed, I should’ve took pictures

First time with TRU brand. Felt like staying in a college dorm. Walls were paper-thin, could hear the family in the next room as clearly as if we shared a room.

Nice newer hotel, convenient to the interstate in a good area. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Pictures make the pool area look bigger than it is, but it was big enough to keep our kids entertained and let us relax. Short staffed, had some issues with our television, but staff attempted to do their best to remedy the situation.

The property is new and very nice. There were alot of kids at the pool and they were running down our hall fairly late at night. We left early. So really can’t make any comments on the breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and quiet

I’m going to talk to the manager in the AM. The toilet in my bathroom had stool all over the bowl after 2 flushes it was still there, the previous guest’s key card and a mostly drank coffee was sitting on the bedside table, no trash bags in the garbage cans. I asked the front desk if there was someone already booked in my room because it wasn’t clean. The desk said the hotel was fully booked, she couldn’t move me to a clean room, and housekeeping was gone for the day. $200 for a diarrhea toilet, I could have saved some money and stayed at the Motel 6. Come on man!

Our rooms at Tru were really nice and also clean. The beds were comfy and seemed clean. The area was nice with lots of options for food. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The only thing that wasn't great was the check in person. She was very crabby and not helpful. She acted like she was teed off because she was there. We thought oh oh, this is not going to be a good stay. Thank goodness she was the only disappointment.

Property was very Nice and clean. Biggest issue was check in was at 3pm, got there and waited in line for 30 minutes just to find out the room was not ready. Had to leave and didn’t get to check in until 8:30. Other than the that minor inconvenience it was an overall great place.

Good location, plenty of resteraunts. Rooms were comfortable. Tv was unusually quiet and you could not hear it unless you are right by it. The eggs and sausage were cold for breakfast and one morning everything at the breakfast was gone. Also the hotel was down to one elevator and one night that elevator was broken. Overall id stay there again, i would plan on alternate plans for breakfast.

My room was not ready at 3pm, did not enter my room until 4:30. Which made me late to the meeting i was there for. Because the pet fee was not on the web site i call the corporate offices to find out the fee at the main corporate offices it $50.00 when i went for checkout it was $75.00 on top for the $50.00 the hotel ran for god knows what but it was not the pet fee. Will not stay with Hilton hotels ever again.

We have always loved staying at Tru by Hilton hotels. They are usually clean, comfortable, and provide sufficient shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. It is usually very easy for us. This particular location, however, wasn’t quite as clean, the rooms were damp if the A/C wasn’t running at a cold temperature, and the breakfast offered was not like other Tru hotels we have stayed at - very minimal options and seemed understaffed. We will continue to stay at Tru hotels, but maybe not this one until some of those issues are addressed.

This hotel has only 1 working elevator. The TV remote in our room did not work.
