From the moment we arrived, Uncle Leroy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay. It's rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in providing outstanding customer service, and Uncle Leroy truly made our trip memorable. Thanks to his kindness and dedication, our stay was phenomenal. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality.

There may have been like 2 hairs in the bathroom but the excellent staff made up for my experience. The staff was excellent and I felt safe in this neighborhood which was pretty important for a solo traveller.

I love that the parking didn't cost and the staff was super friendly and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The area was awesome as well with a lot of amenities around it within walking distance.

Very clean room Staff was grate. Breakfast was grate other then getting charge 2 time for one Breakfast told this staff that I calt it that night . He was very nice he gave me a coffee I told him it was the girl that worked the day before. He told me to call my bank and they will take care of it. Me and my husband in joyed every thing. Grate place love it.

They had a private event and th music was so pound at. Midnight it was rattling the rooms. We had to ask them to turn it down bc we had to get up on morning. No turn down service or new towels. They told us (guests in the hotel) that we couldn’t use bar only th private event it was nuts.

It’s a great location and the rooms were clean There was nothing I could eat for the continental breakfast. I had to go buy breakfast somewhere outside of the hotel, which was disappointing.

Our room was very nice and the shower was amazing!! We were traveling with a toddler, two teenagers, and a dog and everything went well! I was very impressed with the staff and the hotel in general. Will definitely be back!

This Courtyard is my go to hotel when visiting friends and relatives in Tennessee! The location is excellent with easy access to I-40. The hotel staff are always warm and engaging with the facilities spotless!

Front desk clerk was very helpful. Was staying with my mom who is on oxygen 24/7 and asked for an early check-in if possible and the clerk was very attentive to our needs.

Very nice at check in, friendly and helpful I requested a later check out for 1:00 and they obliged. Very safe nice part of town. Everything closes early here, so it's really quiet after 10. Hotel Clean, nice beds. Close to everything you need. This is our second stay here. Will stay again next year if able. No complaints. Maybe have tge elevator checked out, it's kinda squeaky but never had a problem.

I arrived early and staff were able to check me in early. That was very appreciated after driving almost 7 hours! Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I really the layout of the property - it’s modern and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here overnight on our way to North Carolina. The hotel was conveniently located near I-40. The bathroom in our room had a great layout with a big walk-in shower. The room was comfy and quiet.

Convenient location Lights did not work in the room, shower was dirty, and carpet in the room was dirty. You could visually see dust bunnies.
