I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn express Morton/Peoria for your next business or travel stay. The staff was very polite, the facilities clean, and check-in was a breeze.

Great location for quick in and out stay. Quiet and clean. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.

Toilet ran all night, lights in main room did not work, staff did not make people follow the 10:00 quiet time, milk was spoiled in fridge, a/c blew hot air. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn

Room was clean. The sleeper couch was broken but it worked for the night. Everything else was great though.

This was just a quick overnight stay for a weekend volleyball tournament. Front desk staff was incredibly personable and accommodating upon checkin. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, but perhaps needed to be prepared with more coffee for the weekend rush. Would stay here again for either an overnight need or a longer duration. My only minor complaint was the shower head either sprayed everywhere but at you, or was a steady stream 3” away from the wall. It served its purpose but made hair washing a bit difficult.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed for my son’s birthday and had a couple people come for dinner and cake. Hotel was pretty quiet. It was nice. Hot tub wasn’t very warm, which was a bummer, but overall, nice place to stay!

Wonderful bed with clean white linens was much appreciated after a long day.

Find a used washcloth in the shower but overall the room was clean. It was humid in the room but nothing too severe that impacted our stay.

The hotel was clean and updated well. The staff was very friendly also. The room didn’t have a microwave but there was one conveniently placed on each floor. Overall a great place to stay!

I reserved this place last minute, but thought I reserved a king room. I was very dismayed at check in to find that we were placed in a double bed room..Not what a married couple wants...Anyway...

Great hotel and vaiue. This was our second stay a year apart. Will do it again. Breakfast is the best I’ve had at medium end hotel. Good selection hot and good flavor.

Was a great experience my room wasn’t ready so I went to meet up with people and they called me to let me know it was ready. That said a lot about customer service. And the room was very clean and very comfortable. I did not eat breakfast but it did smell amazing.

It was close to Peoria without being in Peoria.

Convenient, useful lodging.

We were in town on a house hunting trip because my husband was transferred to the area for work. Every employee was amazing. We had a terrible situation come up during our stay. We brought our 14 year old dog with us (she was used to traveling with us). Unfortunately, she had a seizure and died during our trip. The employees on duty that night (Maddie and Ava) were phenomenal. They helped calm our daughter down, and handled the situation with compassion and respect that went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly. Our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Our children enjoyed the pool. My husband and I wished the hot tub was a little warmer but that's okay.

The beds were ok but not super comfortable

Stayed as a couple for one night in a standard king room. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I don't typically sleep through the night but I did this night. Lobby, breakfast area, hallway and room were clean and updated. Plenty of good choices for breakfast including gluten free oatmeal. Server was pleasant and courteous. Overall a very nice stay. We travel often and have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one definitely is on the top of our list.

I liked the cleanliness of the whole facility. My room was very spacious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is there was no mini fridge or microwave in my room.

My phone initially used the street address from the Expedia email which took us to the Best Western on other side of road, but it was easy enough to see where we were supposed to be. The person checking me in was friendly and helpful, explained the no-smoking, no-pet rules. Upon getting to the room with my 12 year olds, it smelled pretty strongly of weed. I mentioned it to another person at the desk when I went back out to the car, only because I didn’t want to pay a smoking fee for someone else and he assured me they were aware. It wasn’t bothersome beyond that. Kids enjoyed the pool, it was easy enough to pick up decent pizza, and it was quiet during the night. Hotel staff called the next day after finding our little lost bag of laundry and a phone charger. They had it shipped to our house and it arrived very quickly. The shipping cost much less than replacing the outfits, my kid was relieved. Great of them to take the trouble!

This is a pet friendly hotel and the first room we were assigned smellwd very much like dog so I asked for a different room and the night deak clerk got us taken care of quickly! The second room smewled like citrus and was fresh and clean. Temperature was perfect and beds were super comfortable!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and close to many restaurants and stores. I would happily stay again.

Booked with Fridge and Microwave in the room. Did not have them. They brought the fridge upon asking. Microwave was in the common area, not convenient. Breakfast options had nothing hot for vegetarian diet (they had burritos with meat or meat products and labeled “prison burrito”).

I was pleased with my stay. I was still surprised they had the to go breakfasts but maybe it's the decision of the manager or company. I forgot to ask. It was still nice cause you get to pick what you wanted. Tgey also had the express bar and warm cinnamon rolls in the morning. All the staff were really friendly especially to the girls. I was with their father, his gf and their dog. It wss nice they charge a one time $50 fee for the whole stay not by the day. I took advantage of the hot tub while the girls swam. I got a suite and didnt realize until the night I left that it comes with extra paper plates, bowls and cups. I had a problem with my key but they fixed it right away.

The lobby and dining area are exceptionally designed and decorated for a motel in this price and location.

Hotel was very nice. They did not change towels or clean for our two day stay. Most every person on the staff was excellent except for one lady on sat mid day was very impolite about the mud on our boots. We had cleaned them off with a hose when our project unexpectedly had to leave the payment to access a part of our jobsite that was muddy. Normally we bring clean shoes; however, we were not expecting to leave the vehicle. In a very thick and condensing Russian tone repeated to scold me for our boots. Our work requires us to travel extensively for work and I have never been treated with such disrespect for a hotel. I changed to clean shoes and immediately retraced our steps to clean any potential mess; however, I found one area with a dime size piece of dried dirt I cleaned up with a Kleenex. Hopefully some staffing changes occur in the near future!!
