    The room smelt really bad and did not look like the pictures. I asked for another room thinking it would be better it was even worse. I asked for a refund I was told no refunds. I felt so nauseous I couldn’t stand the smell. I gave the door key back to front desk and left. Wasted Money.

    Only one employee was apologetic Everything!!! Door handle came off the door when I opened it . Plugs not working. Seems like a lot of “ hook ups “ come there. My room got change 3 times . 3 times I had to change rooms . Janitor was unprofessional and ghetto. I was so scared to stay there that night . I was up all night. But they won’t give you refunds. Did try blankets in the bed. All that. Worse experience at a red roof ever. And I stayed at a red roof before. Never had an issue. They have dam roaches too .

    The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. They helped me when my key wasn’t working but it was mainly my fault. I think they’d be even better if they had like some sort of stovetop. My air went out and they were very professional and wasted no time to accommodate me. I was told that I had spoke with the owner and didn’t even realize it, but she was very polite and helpful. I’d recommend a stay there for anyone.

    The room was very dated but clean didn't like the towels too thin didn't absorb water but the shower was good and hot and it was clean for the most part you get what you pay for but this was a little pricey for that I think but overall it worked out breakfast would have been nice if they offered it

    We checked in about 10:30pm that night after being on the road for 8 hours. We was sent to a double room when our reservation was for a superior king non smoking room. We were changed to a king room and was told all king rooms were the same there is not difference in deluxe and superior but one has a higher cost. We got in the room and notice there has been not renovations done on this hotel. The bathroom door would not closed . The floor and all of the furniture was dusty and missing handles. Because I had cleaning stuff I was going to try and stay. The bed was so hard and the sheets felt like gritty like something was growing on them. My husband was saying lets just go to sleep. Well we couldn't, the AC was loud. That morning we got up to take a shower and tried to dry off with the towels in the room and felt dirtier than we were before taking a shower. Lint from the towel was all over me and my clothes that was on the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if we could check out and get a refund for the remaining two days. She call the manger and he said that he would. I went back later to get a receipt to show and confirm the refund. I was told $177.04 would be refunded and only received $103.28. No one will answer the phone. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. This should not be advertised on this website . I hate I Didn't get picture as we were rushing to get to the event we came for.

    you can easily tell that this motel had a flood as the front door was bowed and you can see the outside when door is shut & locked. The floors shrunk and separated the planks. The chair was ripped and falling apart.

    the price that I got through either bookings, triago or hotels .com. The motel is not worth the $85 per night, but $60 per night cuz of the condition of the rooms. The lady who checked me in was sitting on very dirty couch chairs in lobby. Only got up when I had a reservation. Asked if I had a reservation, no hello, or welcoming greating. The room door was not closing properly. It looks like the bottom of the door was kicked in as you can see it was open to the outside when you're inside. Could be from a flood, too. The room looks like it had a quick but cheap make oveŕ with just paint and cheap linens. Beds were on some metal base that made noise when moving on or off the bed. Turning over made lots of noise too. The floors look like there was water damage/flooded at one point as each floor panel was separated on the floor. Have to be careful not to walk bare footed. The table and sofa chair were severely damaged. The laminate on table coming off and chair all ripped up!! There was a bad fight between a male & female with lots of yelling. I have photos of our room.

Called the hotel to let them know about the item I left and asked if they could hold in the office for me. Was told yes, sent my friend who lives in the area to pick it up. When she got there she was told the item was not there, so I guess it was stolen by staff. So this will be my last time booking with them based off honesty and principle.

    The experiment turned out to be a complete disappointment. When we arrived, the room was far from prepared for our needs. The bathroom was particularly unkempt, with hair scattered across the floor and on the sink, giving an impression of neglect. It was clear that the space lacked proper cleaning and organization, which significantly impacted our overall experience. While I was taking a shower, the plastic nub that controls the water flow unexpectedly broke off, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature and pressure. It was quite frustrating, as I was already soaked and had to figure out a way to deal with the situation.

    Property was in a shady area. Lots of people just strolling through the parking lot. Empty beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot. The man working the front desk was shocked that he booked this room online. He said “white people like you don’t usually stay here”. Then he also said “we will give you the good room, we put whites on the front side of the building and then all the others on the back side”. Then we asked him if it was safe here and his response was “eh, haven’t had anything in the last couple weeks so you should be okay”. Got a non smoking room but it still stunk of cigarettes and febreeze. We checked into the room, saw it, changed clothes, and immediately went and got a different hotel.

    It was okay for the price. Only issue I had was the bathroom being nasty. The toilet seat was nasty even the tub. The tub had this iron colored stain that’s probably a size of a man’s shoe. There was stains on the sheets. So me and my boyfriend went home to get sheets and pillows because I wasn’t sleeping in that.

Room smelled and I had a fear of bed bugs with everything we saw. The sheets had hairs on them. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out. We asked about a refund and were denied. They reply to every review like they care and want to make it right, do it right the first time! Just do better! Check the google reviews too, just as bad. I could have posted 50 pictures showing the nasty room, more than disappointed.

    Upon arrival after the bell was rung I stood in the front lobby and watched the hostess on her cell phone and watching tv until she was “startled” by me claiming not to see me, the room I reserved was not available so I had to not only pay extra but also had to pay a $30 deposit that was not mentioned when reservations were made. The male front desk worker with the long hair was rude and very unprofessional and the hounding for a review was uncalled for, this is my second time at this location and by far the worst and that’s just from the staff alone. Atleast the room was decent!

    I told myself it was good only one night so that I can rest before my flight the following day. I was checked in, but the last at the front didn't write my name in for that room as occupied. Key didn't work the first time, did the second. Doodoo paper on the toilet seat, dirty towel, cockroach on the floor, stains on the sheets, so I slept on the cover using the inside of my dress shirt as a cover to that my face didn't touch the bed. A couple hours later, the lady from the front desk barges in and says that she forgot to put my name down for that room as occupied. I asked her if housekeeping even cleaned the room and she said, yes, it was on their list. You get what you pay for, but next time around, I'm just going to spend more to get a better room.

    As i arrived at red roof there was alot of foot traffic going on not from house keeping. A ski masked man was watching me the entire time as i was trying to reach the office.     Needs to be remodel and tub was dirty

    The clerk was rude and unfriendly. I felt unsafe because there was riff raff occupying the parking lot without security to remove them. Trash was sporadically thrown throughout the halls. The wall in my room was being banged on from the neighbor's headboard.

    The pictures makes this place look like a decent stay. There were roaches, pubic hair in the toilet and sink. The bathroom tub has not been cleaned and thick of mock. I ended up sleeping in my car.
