Our one night stay was nice

The location because of the convenience to several shopping locations and restaurants. I didn't like the shut in smell of the room, the bed linen, top cover had several stains on it. The mattress itself was badly stained, and the room had dead bugs on the ceiling and wall. The lounge chair was dirty and felt damp entire visit. Also, the activities going on in the parking lot.

I only had a few hours to be able to get to sleep so I left after only three hours slept in my car by the airport instead, it was terrible! Although I had a smoking room that was not smell. I'm speaking of the room smelled old and mildew and so did the sheets.

The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.

Neglected. We needed an extra towel since a room that sleeps 4 only had 3. We was met with a nasty no by the female that checks in. She gave us hand towels to dry off with. Her demeanor was not good to say the least. The room wasn’t tidy but you get what you pay for.

Was not able to connect to WiFi. I needed the internet to complete some work but was unable to connect to Wifi.

Location was good The room was outdated. The sheets were dirty. The door lock worked but didn’t work. Questionable characters hanging around outside. I did not feel safe so I asked for a refund so that I could find somewhere else but they would not grant it to me. I was only there for ten minutes.

Nothing the property was not representative of the pictures online The facility was dirty. They were constantly doing repairs, so there was constant banging all through the night. The walls were paper to thin it. It was mold coming out of the walls. I have burn marks on my bedding, and it was just overall dirty there was no gym like they said in the continental breakfast was barely a breakfast

Rooms need to be upgraded. The furniture looked bad and the room smelled bad. The website said there was a pool and it wasn’t. That’s the only reason I booked. I made the best of it but will never book there again.

I locked my key in the room with my purse if I wouldn’t have had a picture of my ID in my phone I would’ve been out of my thing

We got checked into the wrong room, went back to front desk, they fixed it. Its a pretty old property, i definitely wouldn’t pay anymore money for it

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar closes at 9:00 am, and if you're a little late, it's too bad. The room was somewhat dated. There was a hole in the bedroom curtain, and the shower curtain didn't cover the tub, which had paint chips in it.

The purpose of my trip was amazing. My method of stay was terrible. The rooms wasn’t clean, The sheets was full of holes, no blankets on the bed, nor did they have towels. I had to go to Walmart to buy towels to take a bath. The facility didn’t even offer soap and toothpaste. The hotel was just disastrous and I didn’t enjoy my stay there at all

The property is very conveniently located off the freeway. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the cleanliness of the room and other facilities, and the convenient parking options. Thank you. However, the telephone in my room was non-functioning due to an apparent previous damage to its wiring. Also the remote control for the television was missing the cover for the battery area. Staff should be carefully expecting rooms after each guest departs--looking for damages or missing items--BEFORE the room is rented out/made available to other guests. Also, the lighting in the elevator is unreasonably dim; a brighter bulb is needed. Other than that, all is else went well.

The room that was advertise online was not the room that I walked into granted I did choose smoking due to pricing. But the room was so ran down that I didn’t even sleep there, I’ve been in other smoking rooms, and they didn’t look as ran down. When you walk in the room the wall near the bathroom had smeared dark dirt marks all over it and it’s not the one the bed is attached too. The bed closest to the door has stains on the sheet as if someone had previously slept in the bed. The radiator shield was cracked and missing pieces over the vent area. The second bed had would appeared to be cigarette burn stains on the comforter, I was so upset and displeased with the condition of this room, I went to the front desk the following morning and asked to change my room. Yes, I said the following morning no, I did not spend the night at this room. I actually left, but when I left, I went to work so I could not stop at the front desk when I went to the front desk the girl reassured me that she would change my room and she gave me two queen beds on the non-smoking side of the facility now when I walked in the room appeared very clean and fat they had just what looks like mopped the floor cause the floor was wet so I was very happy with the appearance of the room, the cleanliness the way this floor smelled all of the above. I left for a few hours and returned back to the room, there was a very strong mold and mildew smell, I immediately checked out & went some where else.

I would definitely stay here again. It’s definitely like a lower range spot, but it’s clean no bugs no real issues. It can get a little full in the parking lot, but they have overflow spots.

We had car trouble and had to find a room quickly to stay thr night. We requested a non smoking room. Apparently that only applies to cigerettes. The room smelled so stronly of weed we had to buy air freshners to stay in it. Also the in room coffee was awful. Otherwise it was clean on the surfaces.

It was dingy and had an off smell to the room. One of the beds had a leaf in the sheets. The exterior door didn't feel very secure, so we didn't feel safe. I didn't see that it had exterior doors or i wouldn't have booked there. The outside walkway lights are so bright coming in the window that is like trying to sleep in the middle of the afternoon. We heard all the movement above us and had a family letting kids run around on the landing being loud. Then, there was train tracks right across the street. A train came through late and had to blow is horn through all the crossings. The horn blew at least 5 or 6 times.

Needed a place to sleep for 1 night. booked it and it was non refundable so I stayed but Eww never again. Walls were filthy. The sheets had stains so I slept in my own blanket I purchased.

There should be safety bars in ALL Bathtubs not just the handicap. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were also very comfortable. The room temperature was very good too. The room was nice sized, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The girl at checkin told us it is quiet at night, a lie! The room was unkept, walls at sink needed to be cleaned, I cleaned for my stay, the tub has old damage, and stains. The chair in the room needs a shampoo, what a disaster! The evening brought on the very active, and very loud night life! Prostitution, and drug deals in the parking lots of the hotel! We called the desk to complain about the loud activity above us, sounded like someone knocking on the walls, or bouncing on a trampoline! The walls are very thin, the door doesnt close tightly, bugs come in. AC works sporatically, what a mess!! This building should be condemned + renovated! The floors are tiled, with the old carpet still on the walls as baseboards??? A MESSY MESS!!

It was a great place for me and my family.

I had a smoking room but it already smelled like stale smoke. The tub was dirty with obvious water stains on the ceiling. The ice broken literally had dirt on it and the bed was king size but did not fit the frame. Not to mention the sound of a train going by twice a day. 9 am and 2 am. The convience is that the mall was across the street and every restaurant imaginable was within walking distance.

The pictures posted online were different in person. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom had hair from previous visitor everywhere. The hotel was very accommodating to my request to have first level room for my elderly parent and very welcoming when greeted at check in.

Stayed 2 nights and no issues. Parking was great and no issues or concerns with safety. Staff was excellent.

Check in/out was fast. Excellent customer service. Walking distance to food and shopping. Close to airport. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommended

The room was not very clean looking. Some of the bed linens werent very clean. Not sure if it was just because its an older build. Although, it was not necessarily in a bad area I just didnt feel very safe. I will not be staying again.

It was a perfect room close to airport for a late night arrival into Atlanta. Check-in was easy and host was friendly. Breakfast was on point for the hotel price point.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The other clientele were rather loud with revving the motorcycle engines. Loud voices outside our door late at night.

All rooms I think were outside access; breakfast was very limited. It was an ok place but very much a budget motel.

I couldn't sleep for the little time i had to sleep, the ceiling lamps in the hallway was making too much noise abnormally for a lamp. They should check their electrical system for shortages or overvoltage.

The Ground/First Floor doors entry door faced the parking lot and NOT SECURED. When I entered my room at 2:30 AM, I was not able to switch my room nor did the night/graveyard attendant would answer the internal hotel phone. The room was clean but previous occupants had smoked in the room. I was so damn tired from the delayed flights to ATL that I had several incense candles in my checked luggage and had to light these candles to off set the smell smoke. The provided free breakfast is below par of a Continental COLD Breakfast as the selections for Gluten-Free was not available nor was the hotel accommodating.

I requested a non smoking room and the room stunk! The front desk person and I went to 3 different rooms and they all smelled horrible. I finally stayed in room 132 which smelled horrible but was the better one. However, it was dusty and filthy everywhere. You could smell smoke even in the air coming out of the AC.

The A/c in the room didn't work. The sheets hadn't been changed and had hair on the sheets. We had to request new sheets for our bed. The microwave had a terrible smell inside of it. The refrigerator had a left over drink left in it from a previous customer. It was very noisy being it was close by the highway. We were charged for three nights total. We only stayed one night! And was only refunded for one night when we were supposed to refunded for two nights that we didn't stay there.

This property list as having a pool. And it doesn’t. False advertisement. We were pretty disappointed and board. We drove for 15 hours and was looking forward to swimming and relaxing only to be told that pool is and had been permanently closed. So disappointed
