    It was a hotel in a decent area We had no trash can for two days we had to buy our own wash clothes and towels I know we only get 1 set but we had none to start with. The couple next door fought everyday and night we asked to move rooms I was told they had none but people continued to check in

    Check in was ok got to the room it had no chair, got switched to another room it had a chair. The room was good size, but there is no coffee maker, no shampoo, no amenities at all, and no coffee available and no people at the front desk. Would not recommend it to one night traveler 's

    I liked that this hotel hade a mini kitchen and they didn’t charge a fee for incidentals Our room smelled like mold and mildew.Staff wasn’t at the front desk when I needed help .They shut the desk area down at a certain time that was very frustrating.The bath tub was disgusting.

    My boyfriend got locked out of his room one night and had to sleep in his truck because there was no one available to fix his key card until the mext day. That is horrible. Plus he told them he has to leave a couple days before the week we paid for was up. They didn't refund any of the days he wasn't there. Or compensate for the night he was locked out. Not good customer service.

    As a single woman coming in at midnight there was no night attendant. Had to telephone and wait for someone to come down. Candy wrappers in the elevator and hallways. The bed was simply an elevated floor. It was so hard.

    Nothing. We ended up walking out of our room and drove 20 minutes to another hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were dark hair strands all in the bed. The computer chair was dirty. The floors had sticky residue on them. The kitchen area had a missing drawer. The top of the fridge was disgusting. It was all around filthy. The staff leaves at 10 pm and then you’re on your own as a patron. Unacceptable.

    Nothing. Everything. It was so disgusting. I literally had to shower with my crocs on because there was so much dirt in the tub. Towels smelled like straight bleach .. I wouldnt Recommend this place to ANYONE. the staff lady was rude , didn’t say hi or welcome, literally just asked for my card and gave me a key. The bed was decent, but the sheets were filthy. Had to Lysol EVERYTHING! Wore socks and shoes the entire stay because the floors felt like dirt . 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! For the amount of money I paid, definitely felt like a motel. Just thinking about it gives me the ICK!!!! I normally don’t do reviews but this was necessary! We only stayed because of our drive 3 hour drive, NEVER AGAIN!

    The hallways smell terrible. I’m assuming it’s because the rugs look like they haven’t been cleaned since they got them. Now I was on the 3rd floor and I’m not sure about the other floors but it was absolutely nasty. I wouldn’t dare walk on that floor bare footed even with socks on. The customer service was a 10 out of 10. Makayla was amazing and very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathtub needs to be upgraded but clean. Overall I rate this stay a 6/10

When he came to my room about the air, I told him I was fine, and I wasn't comfortable with a strange man coming in my room while alone. He gave the "I'm the GM" excuse as a mark of safety.     The young lady at the desk kept a positive attitude. We ended having to change rooms twice. The first room the bathtub was dirty. It looked like someone shaved their whole body in there. The second room was really nice and the toilet stopped working. We talk to the young lady at the front again and she tried to get the toilet to work but she said she had no choice to move us again. We moved to room 132. We went to our event and came in about midnight. I woke up about 10:00 and tried to call the front desk to get an extension and te recording came on that the front desk personnel was unavailable. I called back and received the same message. I then called the phone number listed on the phone in the room and received a live lady. I asked her if I could get a late checkout and she said the latest checkout she could give me was noon. I thanked her and we hung up. We were in the process of getting ready to leave the room anyway but just wanted some cushion time. The phone rings in the room and I answered it, the young lady simply wanted to know when we were leaving and I told her I had called and received a noon late checkout. She tells that I couldn’t have called and spoke to anyone because she was the only one on duty. I saw well my husband heard me call and speak to someone. She was persistent that I couldn’t have spoken to anyone and we would need to be out the room by 11:30. When we get everything packed up and I get the desk I asked immediately for the manager number to repor

    This place charged me $100 for deposit and received the room and is smelled like cigarettes. As soon as I checked out they refused to refund me back my $100 deposit and say that we have to charge you $100 for smoking fee. I don’t even smoke. This place is scamming you for your money. I advise everyone to please stay away from this place. Horrible service and they blaming you to still $100 from you.

Locals live here as their house so they are walking around all night. Very sketchy! I would not recommend. Don’t be cheap like we were. Pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere with amenities and staff.

    Horrible smells as soon as you walk through front door. We stayed out the room at day Saturday just so we didn’t have to smell the odor. No shower curtain. No towels, no housekeeping. Locals live here as their house so they are walking around all night. Very sketchy! I would not recommend. Don’t be cheap like we were. Pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere with amenities and staff.

    To start off, the elevator is broken. The look in my eyes convinced her to put me on the ground floor. I get in my room and sit on the bed to take my shoes off and I immediately slide into the middle. The bed was broke. After 6 hours on the road, I was too tired to go back to the front desk. The fan in the bathroom did not have a cover, there wasn't a chair for the computer desk. If you park in the back, you have to walk around to the front to gain entry. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it has totally fallen in disrepair. I use the Extended Stay often and this was by far my worse experience. Totally disappointed

    The room was clean, but there was no shower curtain. The front desk was closed and had a bodega type metal gate. There was no place to leave the room key. Room was gloomy with no art work on walls (nothing-plain). Look very old and seems like there's people living there. Strange. The front desk person was very nice although he was having a telephone conversation on his cell.

No cutlery, mugs, etc only 2 very small very thin plastic cups. Only one side of bed has a reading lamp. Not what I was expecting.

    This wouldn't be a choice if I had known what i know now! No towels no nothing that is expected with a normal stay. 1st room wasnt safe the door didnt lock. Then the 2nd room i got not a clean towel to save my life wouldn't recommend.

    This was the worse stay I have ever experienced. I will be calling to report all of the issues I encountered because it’s too much to type in this small space. Although I will say the lady at the front desk was very friendly and very apologetic for all of the issues this hotel has.

    Not worth the money. Broken and missing furniture. No amenities, key card system requires me to rekey the card everytime i left my room. I was very disappointed. I used to love extended stay but it definitely is not what it used to be.

    Upon check in, received keys to a room where lights did not work, swapped out for another room where bed was not made and unfinished. Third and final room had a broken chair and remote to tv was taped and battery was leaking acid. To make this more an unpleasant stay, you cannot get in after hours, the key swiper was broken. You had to call and request entrance. I felt like a child with a curfew. Locked out after 10pm.

And they was willing to sell less pots pans dishes with none available so that had me confused so I had to go to Walmart.....     My room had no chairs and the dresser and Tv was leaning forward the hotel had nothing it advertised the microwave was dirty and rusted inside I am outside of the hotel. There was cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere.

    Area was safe, property well lit. Staff very friendly and courteous. 2nd floor hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Our room had a residual cigarette odor that didn't go away.     Property manager is a liar and has a bad attitude. I wonder why the staff has no manners and treat guest the way they do. Don’t waste your money booking staying here. Once you walk into the lobby you smell marijuana. It is the Dumps ran by the Dumps. My opinion

    Receptionist was very friendly. She was doing laundry and waiting on the desk at the same time. A police car with flashing lights was parked outside hotel all night. Property inside and out were extremely filthy dirty. Carpet was dirty and worn. Bathtub was dirty and stopper from sink was laying on counter with dirt and hair in it. It gagged me. Bedding looked clean and that is the only reason I stayed as I was exhausted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    This place was a negative 5 at best, MOLD in the shower, pubic hair in the shower, bad smell in the room, kids were stomping all over the 2nd floor with no help from management. Had to track down towels from the front desk because no one left any in the room like in 99% of hotels. The entire hall smelled of marijuana daily, drug deals were taking place in the stairwell bc management disabled the door alarm. Over all it was a bad experience and they didn't live up to their own standards (posted on the bathroom mirror). My wife would not leave the room due to being scared so the reviews don’t really show this place in its true light

    On July 3rd I prepaid for a room for 3 nights. At the time I was at the airport waiting for my flight, my flight was supposed to land in ATL a little after 10 pm coming from Houston but my flight got delayed an hour so I didn’t arrive until 11:20 when I got to the airport I had to call an Uber to take me to the hotel, I got to the hotel around midnight and when I got there the guy at front desk told me that my room was sold and no longer available!! There were no rooms available after I already paid $243 for 3 nights through Expedia. Now after a long day at the airport dealing with delayed flights I get to the hotel to find out I no longer had a room even after I paid for the room! I had to walk with my luggage to another hotel😡 the next day I came back to this hotel to find out if I could get my money back and they told me there was nothing they could do about that and to call Expedia to get a refund! I don’t know if I called the wrong customer service number but I never received a refund

    I wish that hotels will contact guest in the near future and inform them they are renovating their hotel. I never got the chance to check in because they had no rooms ready for guests. I had to sit in my rental car in the rain on a busy weekend to find a place to lay my head for three nights. Majority of the hotels were sold out or charging expensive rates. I had to spend more money on a hotel that was not in my budget. So overall this hotel gets a negative zero for not communicating with their guests.

    The staff was outstanding. Due to the conditions of the building the customer service skipped no beat. They make you feel at home. They make workout look easy.. they where very patient and professional running everybody to they're rooms. I love they Customer Service.. Everybody had a smile on from the time they clock in. Maintenance also with a smile and move fast, it's the energy in the building of family...

    Great location, besides the occasional racing rackety noise from cars near the bar across the street it was a great room. The key card machine was down when I got here and it was causing a lot of frustration for the front desk staff and guests but overall the stay was good.

    The hotel was actually really clean and I had no problems except the key card machine wasn't working and you had to wait for the front desk person to let you in your room.

    Cannot believe there was NO ICE MAKER in this motel!! Also, no hair dryer and only 2 little plastic cups in the bathroom!! Needs a total make over. Only positive was a comfortable bed.

    Hotel met needs for the trip. Sean was awesome with my check in. Interesting that there was a false fire alarm each night of stay. Could have done without a 1am first night false fire alarm and 4 am second night false fire alarm.

    The Staff here are sooo nice, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and cozy. I must say, right now i am going through hard times. But the way the two ladies at tge front desk makes yoh feel comfortable and the willingness to help makes you feel so much better. I appreciate that so much. So far I've been here for a couple days and plan on extending my stay longer or up until i can move into my new place. But im sure no matter how long my stay is, i will be well satisfied.

    The place smelled of piss, dog and marijuana. The room was not fully cleaned. There was left over hair in the bathroom from, God knows, how long ago and the tub was dirty. The fridge barely stayed cold to get food as an acceptable temperature. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I usually don’t mind extended stays but, after this I will never come back again!
