Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Morrow

Before booking, ask if the elevators are working. A guest was stuck in one, and my family and I was stuck on the ground floor for an hour. We got tired of waiting and had to walk 7 flights of stairs. I am a disabled veteran and my room was on the 7th floor. Other than that, my stay was good. If I book again, I would request a room closer to the ground level.

This place for the price was very nice and the rooms were brand new!

I stayed here for the first time 6/5-6/10 I usually stay elsewhere but my brother recommended this place after staying there himself. This is my new spot, all the staff were cool, good energy, helpful, and sense of humor. I would name a staff but it was all of them combined that made the stay great, raises for everyone lol.

Everything they treated us with love and care as always Loved the room how spacious and clean the room was Pool closes at 10 and use to close at 11 i feel that they should have it close between 11:30 pm and 12am. So we were not able to enjoy it.

The location was perfect for the family wedding that we were attending. The room was clean & modern. We truly enjoyed the Free buffet breakfast & the unexpected Free dinner & cocktails , that kept us under budget during our vacation. The walls were thin & I had to contact the front desk & security on the first night because of extremely loud & ongoing noise in front of our room. Also, the inconvenience of the out of order elevators.

This hotel stay was 5 out of 5 stars. Plus 5 extra stars. This was only the third time I have stayed at The Drury and each stay was better than the last. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and is the definition of great customer service and hospitality. The room was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The best part of our stay was the breakfast and the kick back was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

We always LOVE a Drury Inn! They staff was so nice and welcoming . They offer a happy hour with yummy items and 3 drinks! For free! How can you beat that? The breakfast was so good too. The rooms were nice and clean. We loved this hotel!

This is one hotel to not skip on. Everything was 5 star. The cleanliness of the property, the inside of the hotel and even the elevators. The staff takes pride in their hotel and it shows. The room was spacious and clean which enabled a worry free good night sleep. The dinner, snack and breakfast were all top notch 5 star. Not only was there a variety of choices, the food was delicious too. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful to their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or long stay it is truly worth the price.

1st Staff was s sweet as pie, this goes beyond them, our room was suppose to be an ADA unit where you have a walk in shower, Oh I got that, But now I have a toilet designed for a child sitting on the ground HOW does a person with a bad back sit on that? to enjoy my weekend, I had to an purchase a raised seat. Oh I went down to ask f this was their ADA unit, and I was told if you wanted a walk in shower No,thier ADA unit has a tub, WHAT? You are kidding me, Right? Now both breakfast and dinner was COLD, Im not crazy about cold eggs, or cold tacos. Please discuss what ADA guidelines are because this place DOES NOT know what they are. Mary Watts

Our overnight stay was fine. The room was clean, however there are no knockout shades on the window which causes unwanted light to come through. Also a train track is nearby, which contributes to some noise. Additionally, they are undergoing repairs to one of the elevators so there were extended wait times. Because we only required the one night visit, it was annoying but not unbearable. The positive feedback is the staff members are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the dining rooms were clean.

It was very handy from Atlanta Airport after a long travel day. The room was huge and spotless. Bathroom was great and had enough toiletries provided to keep us going for 1 night. Staff were fabulous. It was very noisy from the traffic, but honestly, we picked it due to being close to the road and never thought about the noise. So I guess it’s to be expected. Just bring earplugs.

I am verying upset with Booking.com. I requested a handicap room. They had no such request. They said that you said I request the 7th floor. I would have never asked for that! Same as above. A handicap room

Also, only one elevator was working so waiting for one took a lot of time. We didn't mind walking up and down the stairs. It was a big inconvenience for elderly people. Location was next to a busy road so a good amount of traffic noise but didn't mind it. Overall, positives outweighed the negative. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The bathroom was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest I have seen in a hotel in a long time. The room was of adequate size. I would recommend insisting on an odd-numbered room (for example, 413), as the even-numbered rooms face the interstate and there is constant noise from the traffic. The odd-numbered rooms are on the side facing away from the interstate, so in theory they will be quieter. We arrived around 9pm, and unfortunately learned that the snacks and drinks stop being served at 7pm. This was not mentioned anywhere I could see on the hotel listing. Breakfast was ample and overall decent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Finally, I suggest bringing your own pillow. The pillows in our room were extremely uncomfortable.

We arrived at hotel early, check in was at 3pm, however, accommodations were made for us to check in early. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the pleasant experience. It means a lot to know that customer service is still important to some companies. Again, Thank you & I look forward to visiting again.

Room was very clean. Hallways as well. Elevators and entrance were in need of cleaning and entrance smelled very strongly of smoke. Good breakfast and staff was friendly.

The size of the room The interstate noise, it was so loud it was like a freight train coming right through the room. It went on all night nonstop. My husband and I were very tired after a 13 hour car trip, and unfortunately we're up most of the night. Also, the shower door was broken and wouldn't stay closed, therefore the floor gets soaked.

I chose this hotel a second time and I was not disappointed. They are consistent. The breakfast was hot and good every morning and the evening kickback was a bonus.

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything about it met or exceeded our expectations. The walk in shower was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than normal! Great location just off the interstate. The room was a bit "narrow" but nothing that would be considered "BAD" or anything. This hotel is exceptional.

Our room was on the main floor and there was a small coming from the bathroom that smelled like sewer. We reported it and all they did was bring some spray that did not help. It was almost like the pipes were dried out and the smell was coming back up. Very unpleasant.

Not up to the usual Drury standards, but a nice place to stay. I was surprised the building was noisy. I could hear voices from my room, and I am not sure if they were coming from a nearby room or outside. Also could here hallway noises unusually loud. The place was not clean and is somewhat worn.

Request a room not facing freeway if you are sensitive to noise/vibrations. Pool was closed when we went. Staff were so friendly and nice. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast with nice hot options.

Everything was great except the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub. We were not informed until we arrived that the pool and hot tub would be closed until the following week. That put a bummer on our whole trip and we were not offered any kind of compensation for it. Other than that, everything else was great and I have no complaints. :)

Check in took forever, rooms were not cleaned and ready for check in at 9:30 at night? Staff was calling housekeeping and checking rooms to see if they were clean. When I did get my room it was not overly clean, hairs all over the place -yuck. Pool and hot tub not operating.

The pool was nice. Breakfast had many great options! The check-in process was the worst I’ve experienced. Gates were all closed so car were lined up, mine sticking halfway into the main road. Walked through the front door to be trapped clueless waiting for the front desk to buzz me in. This process made no sense and is extremely frustrating after a long drive when you just want to check in. During checkout, I saw another guest trapped and confused in the sliding doors. I tried signaling him the lady will open it eventually. The elevators are being replaced; only one was working. The working elevator was slowwww. This was annoying.

The front desk employee was very kind to come and get the fridge working. Not sure why the guest needs to pull out the fridge and turn a knob? No one would even know to do that. But the front desk was very helpful. The device at the parking lot gates where you waive your room key to enter is not close enough to access without leaving your vehicle to waive the key resulting in the gate closing before you can enter after jumping back into my car. I had to drive thru the other side since that gate was open. Either move the key entry or keep the gate up longer. LOVE that you are pet friendly!

Kick back was ok but opened late. Breakfast was also ok but they ran out of coffee and eggs. Never had the food service be an issue at any Drury.

The facility was clean and breakfast one of the better I’ve experienced. I had reservations for an “accessible room” but none were available when we got there. I thought that was the purpose of reservations.

Every staff I encountered was extremely friendly from check in to check out and everything in between. It was a wonderful hotel. My only "complaint" was the indoor pool was a little cooler than id prefer. But thats just personal preference.

Everything was great other than the noise of the highway. Our room was facing it, so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad on the back side of the property. Clean, pretty, friendly staff, gated parking, and awesome pool area.

The hotel itself is nice but I did have a problem getting my room cleaned. Then a wonderful housekeeper named Rosa came in and did a fabulous job!! Also Ms.Angela at the front desk was exceptional!!

To be honest the staff that checked us in was kind of rude and the lady tried to double charge me for a room.i had to tell her the payment was taken out of my account already the pool was nice the pool man was very greeting and tried to tell us about local attractions the rooms were clean but the outside trash cans by the doors smelled terrible like they hadnt been changed in a week but everything else was great.

This hotel is in a location near the highway that is Very loud. Breakfast buffet was empty and guests had to wait for replenishment. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is as close to the I75 freeway that a hotel could be. The noise was unbearable. Also you could hear the people next door talking, and a dog barking from another room. They need a fan or something in the room that would create a steady low-key noise to help drown out the freeway noise. I requested another room, but the desk staff just said no, without providing a reason.

Staff was very friendly. Loved the kickback in the evening. Didn’t make it to the breakfast but it’s great that you have free breakfast. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. However, people came in with big speakers and played the music loud and was having a big party (with large bottles of alcohol). I understand that they are on vacation but they should respect other people as well, as we are on vacation too. An employee even came in and didn’t say anything to them.

While we appreciate the availability of breakfast and dinner, the dinner snacks are not healthy food. The room was very expensive—$350 for a small stinky room. We will not stay at a Drury Inn again.

The upgrade is beautiful and the buffet for breakfast is better than most hotels. It was extremely quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the first floor. Pool is always clean and ready for Guest.

It was our first time at a Drury Inn and I can't wait to stay at one again! We loved the "kick-back" which is like a small dinner buffet, there were plenty of options and plenty of food kept in stock for all guests. This location had a pool and a hot tub, which we really enjoyed! Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast has lots of options as well. Also loved the popcorn and drinks made available in the afternoon. Such a wonderful place to stay and not much more expensive than other hotels in the same area. Definitely worth it!

Make the whole establishment smoke free. The original room smelled like smoke as it was next to where employees go outside to smoke. The manager was greatt and moved us to a suite on the 7th floor. The next room was much better.

This is an extremely clean hotel and the rooms are extra large. It was cool in the room just the way we liked it and of course having supper there is a welcoming addition after being so tired from traveling.

Our shower had hair in it and so did the cover on the bed.There were piles of dirty dishes near the garbage can in the main lobby. Overall the hotel was noisy, dirty and outdated. The area outside of the hotel was very noisy and it was not in a safe area of town. No dining in the area for a family.

Great place to stay right outside Atlanta on way to Savannah. I like Drury Inn for the dinner and drink options. In this economy it’s so very nice to have this included! We were amused by the cute robot security guard in the parking lot. Thank you for keeping my daughter’s bike safe overnight.

It was very clean. The staff was nice if you needed anything they brought it right away. They have breakfast and a nice dinner snack and free alcohol drinks.

It was great not to far from downtown easy getting around. The room was great.

Love the evening meals they are nice when you’ve been driving all day and you don’t have to leave the hotel again. The beds are always really comfortable in the room is dark so you can sleep in.

The staff was friendly, but I did see a roach in my room.. crawling on the bed.

Bed was very comfortable, I rested so well. Internet access was as promised.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff was great. My only complaint is the children nose diving in the jacuzzi, and running in and out of it while adults were trying to relax and talk, but thats not the hotel's fault. That was poor parenting.

Drury Inn and Suites is one of the cleanest Hotels that I've stayed in. Good option for those who enjoy Hotel breakfasts. Good variety. Coffee all day.

We always stop at the Drury Inn in Morrow when we’re driving between FL to MI. We’re always greeted by Angela at the front desk and the rest of the staff is also great. We love the “kick back” and their breakfast. The food is more than enough for dinner and never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. It’s a real value.

Great people working there and all of the amenities were so nice to have

Staff were professional, polite, extremely helpful. Enjoyed my stay, shopping options mearby, and offer of evening meals with different options every night. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again.

For the rate Drury charges the property and service is not up to par. When I checked in I asked the front desk person about coin operated laundry. I was told it was on the 7th floor. After looking around aimlessly I finally found a person who told me that the laundry was located on the basement level! The hotel was dumpy and dirty - definitely not what I am used to experiencing at Drury. I paid a high Drury rate for a Motel 6 experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel had the nicest bathroom and a surprise dinner bar that included up to 3 drinks. We got there as it was concluding. II’ve never seen a hotel offer a free dinner buffet! The bathroom was the nicest one I’ve ever seen in a hotel, with a thick heavy shower door. The gym and pool were great and the staff was very friendly. The king suite was plenty of room! There were lots of options at the complimentary breakfast bar.

I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi.

The hotel is being remodeled and we were lucky to stay in a newly remodeled room. Only issues was each day we were there and the starts to make breakfast the fire alarms would go off from 6-645am each day. The first day it was twice and the second night it happened 3 times

Very convenient right off I 75, the room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Had their breakfast, they had a nice variety and everything tasted wonderful. I cannot say enough about the staff all very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I love this ‘in-town’ stay that I’m gonna make this my STAYcation hotel from now on! From the service to the complementary dinner to the very comfortable bed!!!! Only thing I would change is the tv channel options. Would love to be able to link Netflix from my cell phone to the tv. That way I could watch whatever I wanted. Other then that, I was totally SATISFIED!!

We usually like staying at Dreary Inn. This time our room smelled. I should've had them switch us right away, but I thought we would get used to it. We didn't. I should've known when they gave us room 420.

Check-in was a breeze. Only 1 elevator for 6 floors :(. Meals were teriffic. Staff exceptional, as always. A bit light on water pressure.

I love it

To be honest, the room was in fair condition. The AC in the area with the bed was kind of loud and I was charged a $50 deposit, even though I did not smoke in the room. But overall, I’ve been going to the hotel since I was a kid and other than that I enjoyed the room.

Grea stay

Good breakfast, good wine and the hot food offered nightly was very good. Restaurants, nearby and convenient access to highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome cookies and popcorn!

We were not pleased that renovations were not told to us when we booked. At 5 in the morning a train ran through our room . No gym limited dinner and messy dining room area .. We usually like stopping here but would not have this time

They were doing some remodeling , and one elevator was out , besides that everything else was great !

Renovation

The property is under renovations and it was not well organized , The food was down to minimum we got there at 6:20 and I asked the girl if they had any more hotdogs , she said yes but it would be about 15 or 20 min . The noise from i 75 was unbearable I did not sleep after a 10 hour drive . My sugestion would be install sound deadening blinds . I would stay again but in a back room . When I asked to be moved at 11pm she took 2 secondslooking at the computer and said oh we are full . she never touched a key. I think you have to ???

Good hotel, but under construction

We knew the property was under construction when we booked. There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel so you can imagine the wait time to get an elevator. Drinks were a treat but we arrived late and i The gal was putting items away but would not give us a drink as bar closed at 7:00 pm. Dinner was nice but with the hotel full, food ran out quickly but replenishment was very slow. IHot dogs were cold and buns were cold and stale. Garden salad bowl was empty and when I asked if there was more salad and the fellow said he would get more, I waited for 15 minutes but he never returned. He was not very pleasant and really women do a much better job serving in a self service buffet more than men do. I have stayed at Drury Hotels and Suites in the past which have been excellent, this one was far from that. In the room there was not even a pen or pad of paper. I have stayed in numerous hotels and I always use the pen or paper for something but none in this facility. Very disappointed….

Trip for the girls turned out to be such a great vacation. Our hotel stay was superb. The hotel was so clean and comfy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Drury hotels are consistently clean and well cared for. Food is available in the hotel in the evening and morning.

I was most impressed with Alexandra, Angela, and Kathy. These ladies made our stay most enjoyable. They were all very polite, professional and attentive to our every need.

A lot of remodeling so it doesn’t have the cozy feel of some of the other Drury ends

This hotel is not up to par with Drury Inn status. The food was mediocre and at dinner and breakfast we had to wait for them to refill and it was not hot. The price was up $50 because it was a weekend and definitely not work the price. We will stay at other Drury Inns but not this one again.

Well at the time we were there was renovation going on so 8:30 am sharp was no sleep due to work going on made my wife very uncomfortable for the 2 days we were there but great front desk clerk and everyone was great. just very aggravated by the noise and the water was cut off at a certain time.

This is a decent hotel undergoing renovations.
