This is exactly what you paid for. Basically clean room (something slippery on part of the entry floor but no visible dirt or trash and no smell), nice enough breakfast and lobby with ice water dispenser. The hot breakfast buffet (eggs, sausage, potatoes) was fully ready about 10 minutes late, but the coffee (low quality tasteless) and waffle and pancake machines and bread items were ready on time. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate.

The layout of the room. The bed was comfortable, very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom fan was not working.

The hotel is clean, but it needs to be remodeled. It is very old and needs to be upgraded. The bathroom sink leaked the iron that was given to me was leaking. I had to get it replaced. The front of the hotel was not kept. There was old food in the driveway and needed to be swept up, but I must say there were no roaches.

Aweful pool was dirty I went inside w daughter and notice how bad stuff was No filter was running staff didn’t do anything about it And I ddrove 5 hrs just to stay there and swim w my daughter !!!!!

The room was not very clean. It smelled like old perfume. There was hair left in the bathroom and the bathroom tub had a piece of plastic on the bottom that was clearly covering a hole and it felt like you were going to fall through. The pool was littered with trash and didn’t look well maintained. Overall I was not impressed.

Chose this location for the SOLE purpose of an indoor pool. Found out once there that the heater was broken and has been broken and was too frigid to enter. Previous guests had complained I was told, yet nothing was done to fix it. I would never have paid more for this location if the website would have made it known. Was also charged by Booking.com for "free" breakfast but hotel did not have any checks to get breakfast so I don't think I should have been charged extra for it. Smelled like weed and people were screaming profanities in the hall. Nothing done about it.

I checked in and around 3 AM. I woke up to what looked like roaches crawling on me. After my panic died down, I went to the reception desk and notified them about the roaches. She came and checked the room and immediately gave us a room on the third floor. A few hours later when it was time to get ready for the wedding. The towels in the room were dirty, the complementary shampoo was completely empty. Luckily, I bought an extra towel from home which was supposed to be a pool towel. The room had a stale smell. This was a horrible experience. The receptionist made the experience a little better. But coming from a 13hr drive just to be woken by bugs set the tone for the weekend.

The windows needs better curtains, it was hard to sleep because to much light comes in at night from the hotel lights on the building. The room was dirty and the mattresses need to be replaced. They had a mattress topper on the bed but it was too small. Would not recommend.

Staff was Very friendly. We checked in at 1:30AM after a long 13hr drive from Chicago. They wanted to get us in quickly and get settled. I had asked for a PlayPen/crib set up since we were coming in late. This was done and was communicated to us via email before we arrived. The rooms and hotel are mediocre. They had a water leak during the nite,so there was water everywhere, in the rooms and in the halls. Breakfast was good enough. Automatic Pancake maker. Waffle maker. Cereal for kids. We just needed a place to crash, so it was good. Outside of Atlanta. Free parking.

The breakfast was good. The pool was horrible a strong smell of Clorox plus poor conditions. The room was dirty there was empty chips bags and soda cans begin the curtains. There in the parking lot and there inside in some areas was marihuana smell. It supposed to be a smoke free environment but it’s not. The staff was kind but the hotel in general is not good. We stay there for 4 nights and definitely not going back.

Our family went to breakfast at 8:30 and everything was gone!! My poor kids were so hungry. Our rooms door had a huge gap at the bottom so a large amount of light came in. The pull out couch mattress was DISGUSTING!! Plus no sheets, blanket or pillows for that bed. Never again!! Room looked like it hasnt been clean in months. Thank goodness we were staying just 1 quick night!

Our room was not very clean. We found fries on floor by the tables. Bathroom door was hard to close and open. There was barely anything for breakfast. Food ran out by 9 and breakfast was supposed to be done at 10. Hotel was in a good area though.

The staff was outstanding. The room was just okay. Breakfast was fine. The pool was literally one step above swimming in a frozen pond. And the amount of chlorine in the pool was enough to burn your lungs and melt your eyes without even stepping foot in it.

Our first room smelled heavily of urine. Kim immediately put us in a different room which was better but smelled very musty. The AC unit didn’t work very well either so the night was quite warm. The fold out bed mattress was worse than they normally are. It was fine for a night but we most likely won’t go back.

Convenient location Room had flooded. Pull out sofa broken into metal pieces. Room smelled like something had died in there. Sold out of rooms. This was 1am. Was told sorry you can have a refund. Finally “found” an avail room an hour later. Got up for breakfast at 7:10 am. Out of all food. Downstairs breakfast area completely flooded.

The staff was great. The room was nice, furniture and fixtures were nice as well. Great setup for charging devices. My only complaint was no stopper in bathroom sink and while everything looked new, except for the stopper, the carpet looked old and stained. It needs to be replaced. For the price, it was nice so I guess i can put up with dirty carpet.

We were not able to have breakfast since it opened at 7:00 am and we had to be somewhere else at the time. The only complaint I have is the Air conditioning unit in room 239 made noises every time the air cut on and off.

While the bed and sleep itself was comfortable, there must’ve been some sort of water problem. At times the water coming out of the sink faucet and the shower was very very light, and then sometimes the pressure was normal. There was also water that kept accumulating behind the toilet on the floor. In the morning, there was water all over on the floor in the continental breakfast area also, that I almost slipped.

Room 119 - Someone has installed the wrong faucet on the whirlpool (a regular bathroom sink faucet is wrong on a large whirlpool). After one hour of filling at a trickle the whirlpool was still below the top of the jets. The bathroom faucet on the tub there is correct. Just compare that water flow to the whirlpool faucet. If a licensed plumber installed that incorrect whirlpool faucet he should refund all costs. Who has over an hour to wait for a tub to fill as designed?

Convenient location immediately off the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff at check in, very accommodating. All of breakfast should be ready at 7:00. Many travelers, including myself, are anxious to get on the road. People had to wait or go without eggs, sausage, and pancakes.

This hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve encountered. The room smelled horrible when we got there, The room smelled like fish, the stuff beef had what look like urine stains on the mattress, there was a used unwrapped pad in the bathroom laying in the bottom counter. I brought this attention to the front desk at 9:20. I go downstairs again to address it and she’s chatting with another worker in the breakfast area and eating. By this time I had an Expedia rep on the line trying to speak with them regarding the matter. She tells me to let the rep know to call them back, so the rep does and still gets no answer. I decided to get my things and just checkout. Upon checking out she tells me I am good to go after giving her my keys. I had to request to get my $100 refundable security hold back back and get simmering seeing that I checked out at 10:26 that following morning. I’m fighting to get my money back at this time. Just rude, unprofessional, and a disgusting hotel. Beyond disappointed with this hotel

Welcoming environment! Welcoming for our dog but limited area for dog to pee. Elevator was broken.

When we arrived there were several men standing outside entrance drinking and smoking pot. Was not told about pet fee until checkin. WiFi did not work. Breakfast was not available until an hour and a half later than advertised…was supposed to start at 6am. At 8:30, they started bringing some food out and turning on machines. Juice machine out of order. Only fruit available was small, soft apples. When asked about delays, staff were rude. No tea bags for tea, only hot water. Cold water dispenser only had ice in it. Pillows in room were old and lumpy.

It was ok. We found a few hairs in our sheets and the headboards were dusty at the base. The breakfast was not good. Not many options, the juice machine wasn't working, no hot tea. The stairwells smelled like weed. I would not stay again.

Took a little while for me to check in because Travelocity listed my last name as Sr. This also almost made me miss an important Zoom call because I could not log on to WiFi with my real last name. The staff was patient, courteous, and figured out the problem. The only problem I had with the hotel itself was that the phone in the room did not work. Taking a shower in that tiny tub was an adventure.

There was no Kleenex in the dispenser in the room; The exhaust fan in the bathroom was inop; The sink stopper in the bath was inop; There was no coffee maker in the room; The bed was lumpy, mis-shapened, and uncomfortable; More than half of the USB phone-charging outlets were inop.

I actually didn't even try the breakfast but it looked great. The only thing, they put me directly beside the pool and I was by myself, so it could have been a little quieter. The room was wonderful and clean and everything was great otherwise. I will definitely stay there again when I come back.

We were driving down to Florida and wanted to stay at a hotel for one night. We reviewed options south of Atlanta, and found they had decent reviews. My biggest concerns are always comfy beds and cleanliness. When we got into our room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, hair on the shower wall, mold on the caulk in the tub, carpets were stained, etc. Also, we found so many things broken: broken bathroom door handle, broken toilet seat, cracked toilet, marks and cracks on the walls. We were so exhausted and it was just one night so we just went with it. Then when we were getting in bed, the beds were not comfy at all, I could feel the springs (pillows were decent), we turn on the AC to go to sleep and while it runs it had a high pitched beeping noise. I was so exhausted and frustrated I had to keep telling myself it was just one night, but I would never stay there again. The front desk staff were really nice and kind when we arrived, however, you could tell management did not care about keeping the rooms up to date.

The young woman at the front desk did everything within her power to give us a better room. However, management/ owner needs to hire a reputable pest control company to get rid of the pest/ bed bugs. The mattresses should be covered with mattress covers. The mattresses were all stained and had either live bugs crawling on them or dead bugs on them. Comfort suites was not comfortable and I made a bad CHOICE in choosing a Choice hotel. In the end we had to leave after finding dead bugs in the second room.

There was no way to make coffee in the room because the tray was missing to the coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was really weak. Room looked clean but there was only one blanket for two beds.

We had room 329 the mattress was over used, a spring was poking me in the ribs all night. Andre the staff , called me in the middle of a funeral and insisted i come back to hotel to pay for another night that i already paid for thru hotel.com.

I won't be back. The first room we had no tv and had to be moved. The elevator was old small and creepy. My kids used the stairs rather then the elevator. There were someones eye lashes on the floor under/beside the bed. There was a stain behind the toilet, the faucet dripped,and the door wasnt secure.

I booked the room for my you daughter's birthday and 2 friends that I chaperoned. They called it their apartment. Breakfast and and pool hours were great.My only was that they didn't have extra bath towels on hand when I asked for them. I liked that there wasn't an extra fee for late check-out.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the iced water in the lobby. I was immediately greeted by staff and checked in. My room was comfortable and met all my expectations. I woke in the morning to a wonderful breakfast to get my day off to a good start.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The workout area and lobby were clean and updated. I would've liked the pool area to be cleaner, but it was still clean enough to swim in. The room was spacious and quiet, though when we arrived, there were sounds of construction happening. And, there was as dumpster in the parking lot blocking part of the lot.

The room was overall dirty. Carpets were filthy, walls were dirty, wood panel behind the beds clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. Our AC unit didn’t work well and our entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. When speaking to desk clerk another guest came to complain about a cockroach in their room. Checked out after one night but was denied refund for second night. Had to speak with 3 different people at Expedia just to be offered a decent “gesture of goodwill.”

This was a fairly small hotel conveniently located off I-75, just a few miles from downtown Atlanta. I reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights as our family was in town for a wedding. Three of the 4 rooms were on the first floor, and the last on the 3rd floor. At check in, my elderly parents were given a room on the third floor. As they entered the room, they quickly realized that it was already occupied, as it was full of belongings. Lucky for my parents, the room occupants were not there at the time, as that could have caused them harm. They went back to the desk, and the employee crossed out 323 from their card envelope, and wrote 328. They went back to the third floor again, only to discover there is no 328. Apparently he meant to write 338. Finally after three tries, they had an empty room. The third floor room was hot, and constantly smelled like marijuana. They also rarely had hot water. I wish my parents had told me immediately about their room issues, but didn’t want to be any trouble, so they kept it to themselves. We paid $1000 for this stay. Their troubles made this a disappointing experience.

We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Florida with family due to previous comments and ratings and to make sure my grandson could swim after a long day’s drive. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with the front sliding glass door not working and someone had to actually come and open it. We were then told, as we checked in, that the pool was closed! The beds were comfortable and the room overall was fairly clean, but there appeared to be some mold on the back of the bathroom door and a hole was cut in the wall behind the commode… And the drain did not work in the sink as half of it was broken off. The air conditioner did not seem to take out the musty/humid feel of the room.

This property was very dirty i checked out a day early and was told i could not get a refund because i booked through expedia. so i will never use this site or this property again i do have pictures also. the staff was very rude when i checked out and would not give me a receipt. i use to work for a hotel and i know that was because he wanted the property to get paid for the full reservation. There was a broken window with wood nailed to it near our room and the floor was dirty and i had to have them come re clean my room twice and we did not have any hot water. The pool water looked grey so we didnt even try it. This was a very bad experience especially since i did not even get refunded for leaving a day early after all the issues with the property. Do not stay here you will regret it

This Comfort Inn was not up to what I expect from this chain from past experience. Cleaning of room and hallways was poor and halls smelled like smoke or had a smoke like odor. Front desk staff not very friendly.

It was a chill environment. They offered complimentary breakfast. It was ok not the best, eggs, was sometimes soggy, sausage was sometimes hard, they had muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, waffle maker, coffee, apple or orange juice machine. It was pretty quiet when I was there. People pretty much stayed to themselves. I personally don't drink coffee so I can't say how it was. My room personally wasn't dirty but it wasn't super clean. I would suggest bringing cleaning wipes. I forgot mine upon arrival. Pool was empty and clean water, they also provided towels. The walking area however all around the pool was very dirty. I had the ick bad and put a towel on the floor for my children. More so the guest fault. Overall I'll stay again but with these things in mind and come more prepared.

We noticed right away that one of the queen beds made a clunking noise when we sat on it and it seemed broken - it had a crater in the center and we rolled into it. We are not large people so it wasn't our size. We traded with our teenage son since he was sleeping alone. The other bed wasn't broken, but it wasn't comfortable and the sheets were so worn they had horrible pilling and nubs that rubbed against my legs all night. There also were no blankets! Just a top sheet and another very thin coverlet that my son described as "a shower curtain." No blankets in the closet, either. I realize it gets hot in the Atlanta area, but blankets on a bed are a must. I'm usually satisfied with the comfort in Comfort Suites, so this was surprisingly disappointing. The air conditioner worked fine, but it had a strange hum that sounded like Chewbacca all night long. Unique to our room, I'm sure. The breakfast was ok; the eggs were runny and the coffee not great. I would only stay here again if the beds were upgraded.

We traveled from Florida for a quick weekend get away March 21-23 2025. WE BURNED UP IN THE ROOM 203. We dealt with the air conditioner not working the first night while sweating due to being tired. The next morning I went to the front desk and spoke with a young lady about the situation. She told me they did not have any clean rooms available but as soon as they were she would put me one to side. I went back up stairs to get dress and came back down to ensure I was getting another room. OH I FORGOT TO TELL YOU THE PHONE DID NOT WORK SO I HAD TO WALK DOWN STARIS EACH TIME. So, my family and I got dress and came back down a third time just ensure we are definitely getting another room and the young lady said yes. I advised the young lady that we were leaving to visit family and we will be back later that night around 8pm and again she ensure us we will have another room. WELL, WHEN WE GOT BACK ANOTHER LADY TOLD US SHE WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT A ROOM SWITCH AND/OR ANOTHER ROOM. I explained to the lady that the air condition was not working and it’s hot. SHE BASICALLY TOLD US THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT AND THAT SHE WAS NOT TOLD. MY FAMILY AND I TOOK MULTIPLE SHOWERS TO COOL OFF. FIRST AND LAST TIME STAYING HERE.

Later, when I returned from an event, my key card once again failed to work. When I approached the front desk, I was informed that I was in the wrong room, & all of my belongings had been removed. I showed the clerk my key card & the room number written by the previous staff member, but the night shift clerk was confused, stating she found a booking under my name but not for that room. My belongings were retrieved, and I was reassigned to what was supposedly my correct room. However, upon entering this new room, I encountered multiple issues: • The pull-out bed was broken. • There were visible stains, hair, & food remnants on the bed. • The bathroom sink had a severe leak around the seal Given these condition, of the room . I reached out to Expedia to express my concerns, but I was informed that the hotel declined any form of compensation, citing a strict no-refund policy. This is entirely unacceptable This experience reflects poor management, a lack of proper communication among staff, & a disregard for guest satisfaction.

Complementary hot breakfast was pretty good, although the scrambled eggs were fake.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, even with a late night arrival. The lobby was clean. Our room was nice, beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Our bathroom was nice and roomy. Cleanliness 9/10 overall. A few minor things in disrepair like a couple of the outlets in the room. Would stay here again.

Great location and property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the grand staircase!! We didn't use the indoor pool but looked over it and it was in great shape. I select hotels on price to value and this Comfort Suites was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent hot buffet meats, eggs, pancakes, waffles and Columbian coffee!

First all i got there Friday afternoon. When i got there check in. And the card to the door wasn’t working. So the young lady told us she have somebody work the next day. I stayed there 3 days. So the next day the door to my room still wasn’t working and i had ask the front desk like hey what’s going on i thought they have fix it. Young lady very apologetic but still i will like to get in my room with no problems. And my day of check out i ask can they can accommodate me because my door hasn’t been working. She was on the phone with her manager saying he will put the money back. Bathroom was nasty bugs just horrible

One night stay for a quick in and out to Atlanta. Hotel accommodated our early (noon) check in. Staff was most friendly. Propert is older but in good shape. Left before breakfast, but was able to get coffee.

Staff was very friendly and professional, accomodations were great, breakfast was more than I expected. Very smooth hassle free check-in and check-out. Parking was a bit congested and small for the location but would definitely stay again.

This is an old comfort suits, it needs to be updated, and I believe that it is going to be in the next couple of years.

There was a homeless guy with a truck and 2 dogs in the parking lot all night. He was (drunk/high?) playing a guitar. Later he was joined by 2 other guys. Didn't feel safe.

The hotel was nice and clean and the perfect place to rest after a long weekend at Nascar. We will definitely be back for our trips to Nascar.

This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I paid over $200. It was old. It was not clean. The carpet was stained. The coffee maker was gross. The hair dryer did not even turn on. The view out the ground level was littered with garbage. I honestly did not want to touch anything. I sanitized, and slept in my clothes because the sheets didn't even look clean. Never again.

Hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and let us check in early due to the snow storm. The only complaint we had was that the room smelled like cigarettes and one of the couches had a burnt mark even tho it was a non smoking facility but we just went out and bought some air freshener and it was better after that. Besides that we enjoyed our stay very much
