Didn't realize it was a hotel with external doors until we arrived. We had reserved a king-size bed smoking room instead 2 queens and a non-smoking room. Staff were pleasant, not overly friendly. After traveling 17 hours in a rainstorm, arriving 3 hours late, not in the mood to go back to the office to correct the matters. That it's advertised as a hotel, when it is a motel.

I favored this property whenever I visited my daughter. I liked it then, but after the upgrades and renovations, I love them. I'm a smoker (yes, we still matter) lol, but they section off the smoking units and there's not an overwhelming scent of stale smoke lingering in the rooms. For the price, it truly makes this property a hidden gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and property.

This motel looked so shady and I see they are. I’m in town for a funeral and didn’t realize u needed to check in by a certain time and before midnight or check-in they charged my credit card for the entire stay. I could see maybe one night charge but the entire stay and I should have been able to check in when I wanted.

Hotel is hard to find. The entire hotel smelled of pot and individuals were casually walking around at night intoxicated and smoking pot. Woke up and went to leave in the morning and individuals were standing outside on the stairs smoking pot at 7am. Rooms are not well kept at all and the property is pretty run down. The pictures online are no where near an accurate description of the hotel.

The rooms are dated and the area around the hotel does not feel entirely safe at night, even though it probably is. No restaurants in walking distance that we could see, but major mall is nearby on the other side of the freeway.Really is more of a motel than a hotel, all rooms are accessed from outdoors. The beds were clean and comfortable, and location is excellent if you need on and off the I75 quickly. Breakfast was below average.

The staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast selection was fresh and was better than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located off I-75. Beds were comfortable. The blower in the heating system was out of balance and squeaked terribly while it ran. We had to shut it off during the night to sleep but then the room was cold. The property is near train tracks and the train went by in the middle of the night, horn blaring. The lobby had a foul odor that was not welcoming.

I was put in a back building that had very minimal lighting .and there was hair in my tub...I won't stay there again and it's not worth the price..bad quality..

Decent room, nice and cozy. Asked staff about the gym but wasn’t informed of hours. I went to the location but was locked. Tried to connect video game console to tv but couldn’t get tv on correct input to use, remote only worked on cable box.

As usual, it is a nice place to rest your head after a long drive. We thought our room was a bit dirtier than the past. Behind the side table were a couple of cigarettes butts in a non smoking room and an old sock was behind the chair. The breakfast needs some eggs and more fruit. Sausage and biscuits and gravy is not the greatest breakfast choice. We will come back, good for the price

The location of the hotel is awesome bc it's in the middle of alot of restaurants and 5mins away from the mall..FYI used to be the best Western. Staff was friendly at front desk and checking in was easy. I didn't like that they built a gate around the property I chose this location bc it was walking distance to IHOP and Cracker Barrel..you were able to walk across the parking lot but not anymore which made it difficult bc I didn't have a car and had to walk the long way by the street which is dangerous.

We stayed here last year on the way south and liked it. The sheets, pillows and mattress were comfy and provided a good nights sleep. The second we opened the door the smell of smoke was so strong; when we arrived in FL the next evening and opened our luggage everything still smelled smoky and had to be washed. Although the bedding was comfortable, the floors and walls were extremely dirty. The bathroom walls were soiled, and near the outlets the dirt was apparent. We were too tired to complain that night and we slept well. But if we stay again I will certainly check the room more carefully before moving in

The bathroom was small and the grouting on the floor was stained and looked grimy in places. The shower was excellent with good pressure and loads of hot water. The beds were very comfortable with newer mattresses and the floor was finished in vinyl which was modern and clean. The local area was quiet despite there being construction work going on nearby. It seemed safe so we walked to the IHOP for supper which was also very good. I would recommend this hotel and I'm going back again soon.

I liked that the hotel is so close to absolutely everything in Morrow. The bed is okay and they do offer smoking rooms which is nice. They were always very polite and would straighten up my room each day while I was out. It's kind of hard to get in and out of, but thats not something they can necessarily control. The rooms could use a deep clean for sure and some of the furniture is worn.

We have stayed here many times over the years as it is convenient for before or after flights. I was pleased to see it under new ownership and that it had undergone some refurbishment. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean. Noise levels can be an issue depending on traffic, other guests, and the train schedule. We were most disappointed in the down graded breakfast. Eggs and grits were no longer available. The biscuits and sausage were good. But having mustard available would be a small addition that I would alleviate the breakfast experience.

This property was as expected for the price. It does have long term stays which can be a red flag sometimes however the extended stay rooms are at the back of the complex so the room we stayed in was in the front close to the office and quiet. The only issue we had was someone kept calling our room, when I answered there was static and faint noises in the background. Not sure how long it would have continued because I disconnected the phone at 12:30am. Overall good stay for the money.

The rooms looked modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath tubs are stained which makes them look dirty. I transferred to 2 other rooms and the tubs looked the same. However, they were clean and thebwater pressure was great. The room overall could have been cleaner as there were dust and spider webs near the curtains. The overall experience and the price was good. I would stay again. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special basically just cereal, waffles, sausage patties and biscuits.

Half of the lights weren't working in room and inaccurate breakfast hours listed in Expedia.

Overall it was a good stay for the price. I had to book it like an hr before I checked in due to a mishap on my part. It looks like it’s been renovated but some small details of the old place still remained but it was good enough. It was clean and quiet which was all I needed. The only 2 downsides was the staff was kinda rude, very careless and a big thing is you have to walk across a big parking lot to get to the rooms. It was 11pm when I checked in with my baby and I was scared. Thank God a nice couple was checking in at the same time and they walked us to our door but I probably would have ran it it was just us, seemed like the perfect place to wait to rob someone. Other than that everything else was fine.

Unexpected $50 fee. The environment in the area around my room had a lot of traffic coming through. Wasps in the room. The room was not aesthetically pleasing at all, with quit a bit of rust on metal appliances and brown residue over the walls. It was extremely loud outside of the room at times during the night and in the morning.

Overall it wasn't bad, maybe a little noise outside. But they kept the outside clean. My room was good maybe a little dusty. The parking area was a little jacked up with holes. But in all I thought it was a little gem hidden in the back off the street.

Not bad for what you need it for we checked in at 1 AM and we checked out at 8 AM. It was clean and the breakfast was decent and the little breakfast lady was lovely.

Our stay at Clarion Pointe Atlanta South was good. Room was clean, it had a refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot, iron, blow dryer. This particular stay, i searched for a hotel with complimentary breakfast and a pool. Breakfast was very nice. It had yogurts, instant oatmeal packets, asstd cereal, breakfast sandwiches and best of all belgium waffle makers. Very pleased with breakfast. Pictures featured a pool. I assumed it had a pool. I was going to spend the weekend taking grandson to Momocon a video gaming convention in downtown Atlanta and spending my down time around the pool. But....to my surprise the pool area was closed. I guess for remodeling. I was so disappointed. My fault for not asking if a pool was avaliable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It wasn't that clean and it was outdated. Needs a makeover and somebody was making a movie outside my door and it was noisy.

It is an outdoor access to room kind of hotel. I don’t know if they have an elevator or not to get to second floor because I used stairs to get up to my room. The free breakfast is the continental kind. Girl at desk very friendly. She had a package toothpaste and toothbrush luckily since I left mine at last hotel. Very dated building but room was clean.

There was no hot breakfast as advertised. Room was freezing cold when we checked in and took several hours for it to be comfortable. Desk attendent in my opinion was rude.

We usually sign on to places that offer free breakfast, so when they said there wasn’t one and wouldn’t give a discount, we scored lower. Room was older and needed to be refreshed. Clean. Office is across parking lot from motel rooms in a separate building.

I booked thinking that there would be breakfast to only get there and there is no breakfast due to renovations. I expressed to the attendant that I honestly didn’t like the place since it changed from Beat Western, instead of asking what I didn’t like, he proceeds to say “Well your stay is only one night you can leave in the morning. The washcloths were dirty as if someone killed a bug with it. The stay was just terrible!!!

It is an "Inn" but more like a motel with exterior doors. Had to walk outside to the room from check in but if you drive you could pull up to the room. Cold snap in Atlanta revealed freezing gaps in that exterior door. Heat unit worked well though. Thin ceiling as we heard heavy feet and luggage rolling above us. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was decent for the price. We just needed an overnight for a canceled flight. Breakfast is grab and go - they are remodeling and available only from 6-9am so we didnt go. Staff said it included yogurt, sandwiches, and coffee. Overall for the value it is great, but it is not fancy.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! Bed sheets dirty and had little blood stains on them. The shampoo and conditioner were used! The lights and heater kept turning on and off by them selves it was very scary and creepy felt like something was going to happen. I would never stay or tell anyone to stay in that hotel again! Please stay far away from this hotel!

The pictures that are on expedia of the rooms are not what the room looks like at all. Also the towels that were left in the room had stains on them. None of the toilet paper or tissues in the room had been filled either so it makes me think they never cleaned or just didn’t clean the room properly before my arrival.

We stayed 6 days and generally were pleased. Some minor confusion but management addressed and was cleared up immediatley.

We rented two rooms on our back home from Florida. We arrived around 9 p.m. in one of the the T.V. didn't work and the refrigerator made so much noise. In the morning when we woke to take a shower neither room had hot water. They moved us to another room I only asked for 1 room because all we needed to do was take a shower. Well this room smelled a lot like smoke even though it said it was a non smoking room. It was also not very clean. Overall it was not a good experience. We also didn't even get a discount for the inconvenience all that was said was "I'm sorry".
