Everything was great the staff was great it was so quiet that you could have slept all day the bed was soooooo soft and comfortable thank you. Almost forgot. It was close to restaurants where you want to eat There was nothing bad about the place

This place is a total junk. As soon as we walked in it didn't seem right, but didn't want to judge. We were taken up to our room and were there for 5 minutes and walked out. It was horrible. The room was a dump. Fixtures on the wall hanging, mold on the carpet and walls, towel were brown dirty. Rooms across from ours were taped up all around the door. They had bug sprays laying on the floor outside the doors. It was multiple rooms in our floor. Should’ve looked at the first sign driving in. Only had about 4 cars in the entire parking lot. All other hotels in the area were full. We found Hampton Inn a few minutes away. If you read this and you book a room here. You WILL remember this review. Maybe it be too late. I didn't get a refund. Apparently its my fault this place is a junk.

Check in around September 11 the evening manager she was very polite and friendly. The overnight manager didn't see him until the next day. My husband was asking him about breakfast he acted as if he didn't understand English. The shower was slippery, the grab bar was in the wrong place, and I had to reach behind my back to hold on to the grab bar in the shower. Outside the shower around the bottom was not clean, long straight hair was on the bathroom floor. The toilets were too low. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. Killed about two roaches. Booking . Com listed $64 dollars but I paid $79.04 other than this it was ok. No continental breakfast as was told between 7a.m and 9.a.m check out 8a.m still no breakfast.

Tanisha and the other elderly lady was so sweet The owner the Indian lady was so rude and disrespectful the rooms had rodents and the hall smelled like fish and sweat all the time

The receptionist at the front Dess I did not like the property at all. It was very, very, very, very, very nasty.

If there was two people to a bed, one person was halfway off the bed. There was a big glob of who knows what on the bed skirt of one of the beds. The staff was nice Very dirty, all the towels, sheets, shower & everything was EXTREMELY dirty. Roaches smashed on the walls and table. Bathroom looked like a dirty horror scene with mold on the ceiling and there were baby roaches everywhere. No microwave and an old cream cheese in the fridge… room smelled badly as well. I would not recommend staying here

The staff was nice. The room had roaches. The breakfast did not any standards. I had to ask for butter for the toast. There was only milk, coffee, one choice of cereal, had to ask for fruit, and bread There was not a protein choice.

I checked into the hotel around 1 am after along drive from Tampa to GA. I checked out as soon as I found another hotel later that day. The toilet and bathtub was dirty. The bed was hard as a rock and I saw a roach on the wall.

I was given a room @ first that was extremely hot and smelled horrible and roaches were all over the place. They changed my room and the beds in th next room would flop to one side if u sit on the side of the bed. Me and my family had to lay across the bed to keep it from falling over. Ridiculous!

It was a nightmare just to be there and I'm so glad it's over. Never again.

Bathroom toilet was not cleaned. TV remote was missing. Refrig made noises all night. Bed was clean and comfy. Card key did not work from entry outside front door after hours. Shower water supply was weirdest one I have ever seen, took a while to figure out how to get hot water. It was very quiet overall and room was set up nicely.

Room and halls had an odor. The bed was lumpy. The sheets were stained. The room had several drop extension cords showing. And the shower curtains were soiled. I could go on and on. The hotel does not reflect the price for it.

This hotel was very comfy! The only downfall for me was that the bathroom is a little small , the shower is a mini walk in, the bed was very relaxing and we were happy to have a smoking room bc it was pretty cold outside so that was a plus!! I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a decent place to crash after a fun night on the south side!!

Room was nice size, but the bathroom was super small. I am 6ft 240Lb and I could not open my arms in the shower. Comforter was dirty and look like it has not been washed, food and other things where still on it. They were bugs/cockroaches in the building. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Everything was fine until the room that was checked in to have an in operable television. After transfer to a second room with an in operable television, we were accommodated with a room that had a larger bed and an operable television. Although we stay two nights, we had to switch back to the smaller room the next day.

We were created at the front desk by a very pleasant man. Lobby and room were clean. Ran out of hot water while trying to take a shower. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the room above and in the hallway.

The experience in the hotel was bad. I have booked the hotel to stay over night. When i have reached the hotel they didnt receive my confirmation for the hotel room booked. I have booked for a King Bed , with Smoking, but the hotel management has provided us the Double Queen room with non smoking room. Once we entered the room , the room was quite smelly. The odor of the room was not pleasant and we had uncomfortable night as we found out few bed bugs in the bed. The hotel staff has informed as the breakfast timings were from 6.30 to 9.30 AM. We reached the breakfast room by 9.00 AM and there was no food available to eat except some coffee and just few bread slices without any Jam , or spread. We had to check out immediately and had to have breakfast outside. Over all experience was very bad. I would like to have a refund of my amount which i paid. The room is not worth of 100$

The experience in the hotel was bad. I have booked the hotel to stay over night. When i have reached the hotel they didnt receive my confirmation for the hotel room booked. I have booked for a King Bed , with Smoking, but the hotel management has provided us the Double Queen room with non smoking room. Once we entered the room , the room was quite smelly. The odor of the room was not pleasant and we had uncomfortable night as we found out few bed bugs in the bed. The hotel staff has informed as the breakfast timings were from 6.30 to 9.30 AM. First I want to say, the staff was very nice. The room was under average. Found a couple roaches in bathroom. Pillows were too small. Furniture was falling apart, The lighting was not adequate. Continental breakfast was lacking (cereal, toast, juice, coffee)

Facility was in terrible condition. Only smoking room was available in a snowstorm and it smelled so bad it was sickening.

Took forever to check in due to the freak storm, but felt they should have pulled in extra staff to cover. The room was dirty. I swear there was a small smear of bloody mucus on the bathroom wall. Not visually appealing or comfortable. Felt very forced and old.

We got a good nights sleep at this basic motel. We stayed during a snowstorm and were happy and lucky they had a room. I honestly might not have picked it otherwise, but now that I have been there, I would return. Front desk staff was kind and helpful with us. Mattresses were comfy, coffee in morning was great. Thank you especially to the staff on 12/9 morning.

The good: Reception was very friendly and accomodating. Price was reasonable. The bad: the hotel looks as though it hasn't been updated since the early 90s. The cleaning staff go through the area like a bull in a chine shop, slamming doors and making enough noise to ensure that you are awake. The hotel was okay in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend to someone looking for a pleasant stay.

Filthy room, nasty bedding, stairwells smelled like weed. Only postive is pet friendly--if you can call $25 per pet per night positive. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Won't be going back. Was our only option evacuating from Irma.

Need a major renovation. Ice machine broken on our floor. Towel and linens dingy. Not allowed to sit in lobby---only for waiting on transportation. Furniture OUTDATED! Overall cleanliness was poor> Also, did not realize it's a pet friendly hotel. No iron in room, called to obtain one, was told the two loaners were being used. Stayed as an evacuee with no place to go. The 3 staff I encountered was pleasant. It was the most expensive, unclean Hotel I ever stayed. Thankfully it was for ONLY 1 night.

There was grass on the sheet. A black guy knocked the door at night. No sure who he was.
