    I stayed here for a week for my internship. This place was very clean. The room is very well appointed with everything you need. The bear was comfortable. There was a full-size refrigerator a microwave and stove top. I have no complaints. There’s room was nice in the property. Felt safe during my stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

    Also with my room specifically, the nightstand that was mounted to the wall showed signs it was partially detached from the wall. I showed this to the employee at the check-in desk and she put in a work-order to have it fixed. The nightstand held up for all 3 of my nights that I stayed.

    booked the whole week for a working trip, was very satisfied with this place. internet speed is very good for 2 computers. room is clean and like the whole kitchen. big refrigerator and dish washer. located near airport but didn't hear any noise when in room. only one surprise was being charged extra daily bath towel fee even not use room cleaning service.

    I love that you have kitchens in the rooms. For some reason though this year the room had an unpleasant smell so we used a little of our own scented oil to make it more pleasant. This year compared to last year, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I do my race again next year I will be back.

    We had a great stay. I wasn't in love with the virtual front desk kiosk since they did have to have an actual person finally open the front desk to check us in after about 15 minutes of waiting, but the lady who came out was nice and apoligetic and took care of getting us checked in quickly. We were in town for a horse show so it was clean, quiet, and affordable for what we needed and easy to find.

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was very clean . The floors in the rooms were simulated wood which does not absorb noise. My room on the second floor was very noisy. People coming and going at all hours. Music was played loudly at night. No one to call to complain. The front desk is not manned during the night. Not much of a gym and vending was very limited. I really didn’t feel secure.

    I was able to get a spare room key early in the morning from the kiosk when I locked myself out of my room. Stayed on the second floor. The people in the room directly above me had kids and they were running around all day and it was extremely loud in my room. I know this is something out of your control, but it really makes staying at the hotel difficult. The check in kiosk is between the outside front door and the lobby and people were coming in and out making it very hard to hear the employee on the telecall. There were two people at the front desk so I wish I could've just checked in with them rather than having to use a virtual call.

    Nothing Was given room at first that was under remediation, plastic was covering the door as I approached, I tried the key card to enter a room covered in black mold and plastic. The entire hotel smelled poorly, no breakfast, vending machines were not operational at times. Waited 25 minutes at front desk before an employee approached to check me in.

    The facility is clean from the laundry. Area to the hallways to the room itself. Clean what I can say is this is the first wood Springs that I've stayed at that. I've ever wanted to actually unpack my clothes and put them in the drawer, hands down 10 out of 10. They even have the convenient option of you being able to check-in via kiosk. Even the front desk at the kiosk machine is very sweet, very kind and very helpful. Especially if you have to check-in late night. I think that it's a wonderful option. Especially for those who work and want to be at home with their family between the hours of 11pm -7PM even the cleaning crew is very nice, very sweet, very accommodating. I can say that I've stayed at 2 other wood Springs. The one in Apex, North Carolina, disgusting, the one-off of wait forest road. In Raleigh disgusting, but this one here off of airport boulevard, I would choose every time hands down, they're amazing here, and I honestly don't think they're owned by the same people. Because they are definitely clean and they are standard above standard. I love it here, so anyone who's planning to travel in and out and you're near the airport and you want somewhere to stay and you want to be comfortable and you want your family to feel safe come here

    This is a very utilitarian residential facility with the look and feel of a college dorm or military barracks. The desk is open minimal hours and there are literally no services available. The room was bare. Though there was a serviceable kitchen there was nothing else, not even utensils. The bed was a queen size cot frame with a mattress on it (though it was surprisingly comfortable, though it seemed to list a bit to the right). I booked because of location and price. The best thing was that I could access Netflix on the TV but the remote was finicky. Would only recommend if all you need is a place to lay your head.

    Room was dirty and I had to switch rooms twice due to unsanitary conditions in both rooms after being switched, the third room was better than rest but I had my cleaning supplies in my car and sanitized the room. Being that the other rooms were dirty ,I didn’t trust to sleep on the bed without my own blankets, coverings as well I used towels on pillows to be safe due to it being after hours that I arrived and . Staff was okay .For the inconvenience

    The room was as shown in pictures and very Unfortunately we had a bowel movement and the toilet clogged. It took over 1 1/2 hours for someone to get to us and that was after 3 or 4 calls. I was super upset because itwas after 10pm and we had to be at airport by 7:30 and we were extremely tired Needless to say we had to change rooms because they couldn’t fix the toilet oh when we got settled in there was no shower curtain I feel I should be refunded the entire cost of the stay. The place was nice but the service was not there at all The only thing I can say is at least we didn’t have to stay in the car all night

    The hotel was very clean, spotless clean, loved the room set up and small kitchenette. I appreciated the hotel meeting my expectations. I know we are living in the age of AI, thought it was interesting the hotel had no staff after 5pm. Rather you are instructed to use a virtual assistant. I had no issues with the virtual assistant however human interaction is always my first choice! The gym was perfect and the hotel was very peaceful.

    Pets were allowed which is fine but constant barking. The towels were incredibly soft and i should’ve looked for a brand because now i want a set in my home. The kitchenette was well placed and the entire room was cleaned to my expectations. Up to date and clean appliances and fixtures all worked in my room. I thought it was just going to be a one and done visit given i was in town for two days but this hotel is definitely on my radar for the next time i’m in need of accommodations .

    I usually love staying at this hotel. However, the last 2 or 3 times I’ve stayed recently I was very disappointed. The rooms weren’t clean as they should been. Bed wasn’t made it, curtains laying on the bed instead of on the window. Stains on the sheets. Tv wasn’t working. Highly disappointed.

The initial check-in took about 15 minutes but from the rip my key card didn't work. Took almost 50 minutes after that while 2 other guests arrived with their cards not working either. After all of that the Kitchenette room I booked had no kitchenware in the room (it said it was included.) If you're going to do the kiosk then there need to be more than 1 person.     1) the parking lot and hotel smelled of weed when we first arrived 2) check in and check out is done through kiosk. Getting hold of an actual person was extremely difficult. On our second day, my husband attempted to get new towels for us. There werent enough in our room so the family had to share (they also only gave us a bar of handsoap and a shampoo, so dont cound on them having hody wash). When he used the kiosk to speak to someone, they informed him that housekeeping wouldnt be available until 10am. When he went back and asked, they said only one person was working the entire hotel (doing laundry, housekeeping, and front desk duty). We never received new towels. 3) the floor was extremely dirty!!!! I pulled a new pair of socks out of my bag. After wearing them for 20 mins, the bottom was nasty. We kept shoes on the entire time. 4) yes, the room has a kitchenette. But with no dishes, pots, or anything. The kitchenette was the main reason we booked this hotel because we wanted to cook instead of eating out. It isnt mentioned upfront, but if you want a coffe maker, pots, pans, utensils, or anything that would normally come with a kitchenette, you have to buy it from the hotel. But good luck finding a staff member for that. 10/10 would not stay again. And you shouldnt either. Thank you for attending my ted talk.

    It also needs to be made very clear that if you want things to use in your kitchen like a silverware plates, etc. You have to ask at the front desk and check them out. Additionally, it needs to be made clear that housekeeping is done every other week for your room. So if you want more than that lack of frequency, you have to put in a request and pay a fee of $25. Finally, the doors getting in and out are so heavy and nothing is handicap compliant. There needs to be automatic doors that open. Put in a handicap button, let the exterior and the interior open and the interior can only open if you put your card in and it scanned you as legit guest. But something needs to be done and, actually, one on the laundry room.

    The hotel cancelled my reservation the day of and did not call me. Still waiting for a return call from anyone in management. I had talked to them two days prior to my reservation saying I was driving 15 hours there and they confirmed that I was able to check in at any time of night. When I got there at 11:30pm the front desk person was borderline making a joke of the fact that her supervisor forgot to call me and let me know they cancelled my stay. I had other friends who booked after me and arrived later and got their room still but they said the rooms were dirty, room door handles were falling off, toilets broken, etc. They also took a $200 deposit the day of and have not refunded.

    Website lists airpot shuttle. Tried to call but forwarded to national office who could not reach front desk for shuttle so got Lyft. I show up with 2 sheriff vehicles outside. Front desk has metal door shutting it off. Kiosk did not work however there was a phone that said to dial 500 for help. Phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. After 1 hour an employee appears stating she had back to back phone calls and had to have someone escorted out of hotel by sheriff. Room is what you pay for (.5 oz shampoo/conditioner bottle). You have to pay to get new towels or to get room serviced. This is my first review I have left of a hotel because of how bad my stay was. Front desk lady said she was a diligent worker but somehow could not answer my calls for an hour. I have no more words but I do not recommend staying here.

    I did not like .they have a kitchen that had no pans or dishes no plates sliver ware .no coffee pot.i had to go out and buy. It all if i wanted to cook. And i brought food to cook. They had ROACHES. As i was cooking they were crawling. I had to watch my food so one would not end up in it.and i did no want to turn out the lights.     We stayed a few days but it was clear that it predominantly residential occupants. We were paying a higher hotel rate than residents but we're subjected to less accomodations than hotels. Housekeeping is every two weeks and we were told to take garbage out back to the dumpster. That was a first. Limited toiletries and towels and pillows smelled which is clearly because they aren't washed regularly. I would say the staff was helpful but limited in ability to assist. No overnight concierge. It is well equipped with kitchen and fairly updated.

    Waited 15 mins to check in because there was no one at the front desk, I had to call the number to let them know there were people in front waiting. There was no tv remote in our room and no one at the front desk to assist because there is no onsite help after maybe 9. We had to borrow a remote from another guest. One towel and one washcloth provided for myself and my guest. There was also loud mystic being played in the next room around 1am. At least the room and property were safe and clean, but it was a very lackluster experience.

    I can’t lie we had an issue that was out of our control and their control when we arrived. Therefore we needed a new room and none was available. HOWEVER the front desk personnel worked endlessly to get us one. And when I say they worked they worked. It was up and down for a while because they honestly did not know if any rooms was available. I had traveled two hours with three children and everyone was tired. I came straight from work and they had gotten out of school. There was no where else for us to go. They did end up refunding us the money put us in a single room (it was 4 of us ) but we made it work. Someone ended up getting exited from the building so they cleaned the room that night and was supposed to come get us. She probably did come knock on the door but it was at the point after two am and we were knocked out sleep. Because they close at 8 I had to speak with someone through the kiosk and she got us settled down. I can honestly say it was a great great great stay with amazing staff. Oh the only other thing but this had nothing to do with me but could have been me a few people did come in and their reservations had been canceled. They said emails were sent from hotel management but who thinks to check their emails once room has been confirmed with a confirmation number. A phone call would have been better.

    This is a terrible place to stay. It felt unsafe, and there was no staff on site. You get your door card from a machine, but the card does not work. The place smelled bad, and the parking lot sign said they were not responsible if the vehicle got broken into, creating a sense of unease. Also, some people around the parking lot smoked pot. I will not stay there ever again.

    Nobody was there for check in. Waited over 2 hours for someone to show up and they NEVER DI. There was about 6 other people waiting too. Never again . Stay away.

    The property itself wasn’t too bad once you leave the lobby the apartment has a strange smell and the room smelled really bad, I had to buy an air freshener. The floors were really sticky and had a reside, along with salt and some powder on the counters. The employees were very unkind and upon the first 2 days you could hear them fighting with a guest and raising their voices back and forth. I had my own experience when I walked down to front desk and asked if a late checkout was possible and was told it was and gave them my room number. Once 11 am hit I was told I have to leave by a housekeeper and upon me informing them I requested a late checkout she told me, “No you didn’t.” I told her to speak to the front desk and that woman proceeded to lie and say we never talked about that, for what reason I’m not sure. Just overall dirty and unprofessional but you get what you pay for it seems.

    We stayed as a family for 3 days. There is no service at all what so ever. The room floors were sticky and corridor smells bad. I could see there is lot of effort made to renovate the hotel and things looks new but due to lack of cleaning and service things are bad. Not going to stay or recommend to for anyone.

    The place was clean, close to airport but service to check-in was terrible. Waited about 2-3 hrs had to check-in with a machine system was down so I couldn't check-in. Was issued a room that was already occupied then it got switched out to another one and for lock latch was taped up and I reported to manager on duty Izzy she said didn't have any other rooms so I had to start there couldn't sleep because I was worried someone would or could walked in I asked to cancel and be refunded and she said ok now they are declining to refund me according to Expedia however Izzy said it's up to Expedia not them.     It was too bad to check in with Kiosk. The key card that it issued first didn't work and the second one also was invalid. I needed a manual operation to enter the room. The door lock was breaking down but the room was clean.

    Had I known the front desk closed at 9pm I would have checked in earlier. I arrived around 9:15. There's a virtual assistant kiosk in the entryway, but touching the screen does nothing. Used the internal line to call and the person who answered told me I should wait a bit. Waited at least 30 minutes to finally get the virtual assistant, but she could not check me in because I had my dog with me. VOILA! The front desk opened because I needed special check in! Both the "virtual" woman and the man who checked me in were very helpful and friendly, so it's not the personal service that is the issue. Waiting so long, in the dark, in an entryway, to check in is just not what I want to do.

    My family and I relocated to Nc from Rochester Mn on 08/12 and this is the third hotel we stayed at, the third but the best!!! The cleanest and the staff is absolutely amazing! We had to check out of the other hotels due to cleanliness issues which is why this one is the third. We learned that we couldn’t check in until after 3pm but by then I was just drained and I broke down in tears! I had my kids and all my things and I needed to go back to work, I just started at a new place so I didn’t want to be late or call off! Brittney the front desk agent immediately told me don’t cry, I’ll take care of you! And long story short that is exactly what she did! She went above and beyond for me and my children that day and I appreciate her and the company did themselves a great service hiring her! Thank you Brittney! We need more people in the world like you!

    This is a solid choice and would stay here again for sure. Queen room with bath/shower. Chill place, new/clean room, good AC, big TV, good kitchenette , easy QR code laundry facilities, parking, and mostly quiet. Not exactly a typical hotel feel but nice for longer stay and staff was helpful.
