They had no record of my confirmed reservation. Due to a glitch with Expedia and their system. It took nearly 2 hours to get into a room. But the Manager and the woman at the counter worked hard for us. The bed was too high to sit on, and the mattress was so lightweight it slid when trying to get up onto it. So I had to have my daughter hold the mattress in place while I attempted to get partially onto it then run around and help me finish climbing on to the slipping mattress. I couldn’t sit on the side either as it dumped me onto the hard edge of the frame. In all I got 45 mins of sleep. Ut wasn’t ideal. Also the night table was too narrow to hold a cpap and the remote let alone a phone amd drink. Glad it was only a short 5 hr stay.

It was very close to the airport. The check in process was done quickly. It was a perfect place to stay for 1 night. The first shuttle ( holds 6) at 4:00 am was full when I checked into the hotel.We had to use Lyft and it cost $30. for a 5 min ride.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Breakfast was hot and fresh. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. The pool table and games in the lobby are super fun. They just need to buy a few new pool ques. I would absolutely stay there again!

Stayed here because we had a super early flight in the morning. This is exactly what we were looking for. Very clean hotel, great amenities- they give you bottles of water, 24/7 coffee and tea, breakfast included. Great service as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast could have been better. Parking after a certain time was terrible. It appeared that there were more guests than parking spaces. Overall, it was a good stay and I will tell others about the TRU brand for their next hotel stay!

The hotel was just fine, breakfast pretty good and coffee drinkable. Only complaint is that we reserved the room because it was handicap accessible, with a picture of the tub with a bench in it. Unfortunately there was no bench so was unable to shower.

We only stayed 1 night for a quick birthday staycation. Everything was great, the girl who checks us in was very friendly, the room was very clean but the only complaint I have was the pillows were God awful. They had no support to them whatsoever. Your head completely sinks into them. If you like super plush soft pillows, that wouldn’t be an issue. Not really a deal breaker for a one night stay, but that was the only thing that my fiance and I disliked. Otherwise, great hotel and convenient location.

Only stayed one night. Really like this property. Perfect stay if you have an event at the Lenovo Center - it is super close. The staff was friendly. The only issue was, I found several hairs in the shower and also in the washcloths. Parking was easy and the complementary breakfast was good.

We only had a one night stay as we were just in town for a concert, but it was the perfect little place! The room was basic (bed, tv, desk, bathroom) but it was spotless and the bed was cozy. The overall hotel was quiet and conveniently located literally up the road from the RDU airport. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby area had a nice area for lounging and even had a pool table you could use! Overall it was a fantastic stay, we'd definitely consider staying again for our future adventures around Raleigh.

Our Tru hotel stay was truly a pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and cleanliness of the room and common areas is to be commended. I especially love their pops of color everywhere and the lounge area with the pool table etc was a nice touch. The hotel was modern as well with more than ample parking. They had a white board with suggestions for food and things to do which was appreciated as well. Keep it light and bright Tru!!!

Close to the airport, clean, comfortable. Shuttle driver was informed and very pleasant, and Janay at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We liked that we were able to keep our vehicle in a safe place during our trip, as we stayed at Tru before AND after flying out of the country. Breakfast on both occasions was fresh and plentiful. We appreciate things like this. N/A. This hotel will be our new go-to when traveling from RDU

The breakfast was good. It is the typical hotel spread and as all it is not exceptional, but, there was enough of options that I put together something that worked. The staff was always there to keep it neat and clean as well as stocked. Overall, the front desk staff (they were the staff that I interacted with most) were amazing and could not have been more attentive and were very kind to me while I was there. They get the highest rating from me! I also noted they treated every customer the same - kudos to them!!!! The selection of stations on the TV was not special and I struggled to find something to watch. The GFI outlet for the refrigerator kept tripping leaving items in it to get warm. This happened 3+ times and since I know how they work, I reset it myself, but I did also let the front desk know it needed attention.

Nothing There wasn’t any water pressure , people were noisey and wasn’t what I expected bed was uncomfortable left my trip early bc I couldn’t stay there any longer

I left a wake up call for 6a because I can’t hear my phone alarm. I woke up at 8 in a panic and missed my flight to Spain. They said the computer was done and I should have set an alarm on phone. They gaslighted me and never apologized. It cost me hundreds of dollars to fix everything.

We could not shut off the heater/ac in our room. We turned it off at the thermostat and it still blew freezing air. I called the front desk but it was permanently busy- I couldn't get through. At this point we were so exhausted after travelling all day we gave up and had a pretty terrible nights sleep

Service was amazing , I frequently have to travel to Raleigh and they had great staff, amazing amenities, and right next to the airport which was very convenient.

Tru by Hilton was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was new, modern and very clean! The staff were excellent and so helpful. I appreciated the airport transport service. Lastly, it had the best breakfast with so many options, including those for the health conscious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel did not live up to the Hilton name for quality. They cheaped out on some important things like bedding (the pillows flattened out so much when you laid on them it was if they were non-existent. The sheets pulled away from the corners easily)

I'm always enjoy Tru Hiltons and it makes picking gotels a lot easier. The only issue I had was my toliet seat in my room was broke, once I got in my room; other than that everything was perfect. Nothing a trip to Home Depo can't fix. 😊

Hotel is pet friendly, reasonably priced, and nice. Breakfast selections were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, you will hear the planes if you are outside, but in the room, they are not noticeable when the heat or air/fan is on. Tru hotels are a go-to for me when I travel. I recommend this hotel brand for good price, cleanliness, service and convenience.

Overall this hotel is very clean. I was worried it was not going to be quiet at night because there is a big lobby with TVs and a pool table with many people hanging out. However, if they were loud, I had no idea. It did appear that there were not enough parking spots for all cars, if that’s an issue for you. But over very pleasant stay.

The shuttle driver was so friendly. We feel bad we don’t have cash to tip him. He is a great introduction to your hotel and he adds a friendly, welcoming air to our travel adventure. The front desk woman was also sweet, and helped us with drinks and how to order pizza after a late flight.

We always love staying at Tru by Hilton hotel. Great pool table and board games to be entertained. Also it comes with great breakfast and complete fitness equipment. Highly recommended!

Loved the hand soap which you squeeze - lemon, along with the conditioner, lotion, shampoo. Then no closet of I had a special room, but space was creatively made. Loved it

The only downside was that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called the hotel as soon as I get my luggage, waited in the designated zone but after 55 minutes no came. I asked a Hilton honors chauffeur if they were me ride, and as soon as told him I was waiting for Tru, he ask me how long I was waking…He wasn’t surprised and give me a ride to the hotel. Seems Tru have a problem with picking up guests at the airport. And the service ends at midnight and my flight arrived at 11:00pm. This is something they have to take care of!

Took several tries to get the phone number for the hotel and not the number for the Tru/Hilton reservation center. If no phone at least leave a card with the number so we could reach the front desk. Lobby very comfortable wile we waited for time to leave for airport.

Convenient to where I needed to go. Rooms are small with wall shelves only, but it's fine for 1 person. The airport shuttle stops at midnight so that's unfortunate when flights are delayed. Coffee was awesome but the rest of the breakfast bar was all carbs and old fruit.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Asked if room met our needs and expectations. Even offered to move us if we wanted. Had questions about shuttle, parking and dining. Al were answered thoroughly with patience.

Cute.clean.comfy beds. But lets talk about the shower situation. Full sized shampoo/cond/body wash that smelled so good! The water pressure was on point. Loved all the little extras under the sink! Also the downstairs store/breakfast area actually had food my kids would eat! Plenty of options & the staff was so helpful! Overall best pre airport stay we have experienced!

We enjoyed our stay. We visited Raleigh for the weekend and had a great time. The facility looks just like the pictures and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Everything went very well with our stay and airport transfer. Reasonable rate and we were very pleased!

Even one or two EV chargers out in the parking lot would be a game changer here.

My stay at Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport was beyond amazing. From the moment I arrived, Taylor at the front desk provided outstanding service, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The food was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and have very friendly staff. The bed and room was comfortable. There is no shops or restaurants in a walking distances from the hotel. The breakfast at hotel was very good.

Definitely for the simpler traveler. They understand that you don’t need to be “luxury” to still be quality. Staff was minimal but good and informative and helpful. Breakfast was good with good variety of options. Lobby was clean inviting and actually fun while still being usable for a business traveler

We had a nice stay for a weekend of fun! The front desk staff were very nice & welcoming! The place was nice & clean. You do hear the planes coming and going but it wasn’t bad to where it kept us up at night or anything. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed overnight and it was a perfect experience. Staff was very courteous, the room was clean and well stocked with toiletries, and there were adorable touches throughout that added warmth to the atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.
