Everything was nice. Hot breakfast was yummy.

The room and hallways had a too strong smell of air fresheners. The toilet seat in our room was so loose you could not sit without holding it. The hallway walls were stained

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was down when I got there and was down the whole time. I was there overnight in the next morning. There was also quite a few kids running around in close proximity to my room and it was extremely loud all the way up until around 11 o’clock. The hotel really needs to upgrade it soundproofing of the rooms as I could hear just about everything going on outside of my room. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was not bad, but if you’re looking for a really quiet stay, you may want to ask the staff if that’s possible.

would be nice if the pool had an indoor outdoor functionality because it rains a lot when I visit. I’ll be back though!

Great hotel at a great location. Chose this for the outdoor pool...a nice way to cool off after exploring all day. Great breakfast and staff was knowledgeable, welcoming and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The rooms were clean, and the hotel smelled nice. Ms. Nadia checked us in, and her disposition was very welcoming. We are actually booking a future reservation. The hotel is less than 10 min from the airport, and Walmart is just minutes down the road.

The hotel is in a safe location with easy access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. We love the convenience of having a mini suite with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. We also appreciated having a pool and pool table onsite, although we did not have time to enjoy them. The staff was very friendly. Our only issue was that for some reason our room did not get cleaned once during the three nights that we stayed there even though we requested a daily cleaning and were out of the room at least 10 hours each day. The woman at the front desk apologized and offered a free night stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazing, very clean rooms and located by a really cool place called Hoppys very quiet and there is also a bar and a pool table. It's located near airport and has amazing restuarants near by.

Arrival staff was helpful in the beginning, check in was a smooth process. Room was a decent size with an ok layout. The bathroom needs an upgrade, the shower was not pleasant. The head was old and the water wasn’t draining properly so it would fill up and leave a dirty mess. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very attentive. Overall stay 5/10

Terrible hotel. Took ages to check in because the only person checking guests in was also serving food to guests. The room was old and tired. They didn’t make our room up and by the time we came back to hotel at 3:30 we were told that the room attendants had gone home! The noise from the overhead airplanes was deafening. I’ll NEVER stay at this awful hotel again.

The hallways had smells of different foods. I usually go to the Hyatt House on Chapel Hill Rd because it always smells amazing and very clean. It was very surprising to see trash on the property and the smell of the hallway. I expected that it would be the same at all the Hyatt House hotels.

The location was nice . I was able to go on walks with my dog comfortably. For most part the property was clean. But I did see trash outside the property where people had left their trash from eating. The hallways had smells of different foods. I usually go to the Hyatt House on Chapel Hill Rd because it always smells amazing and very clean. It was very surprising to see trash on the property and the smell of the hallway. I expected that it would be the same at all the Hyatt House hotels.

It stated on the website that it was an 8 minute walk to the Lenovo. Would assume thats the Lenovo center. It's not. And that's the only reason for booking this hotel. The Lenovo center is a 15 minute car drive or almost a 5 hour walk. Not happy about that. The breakfast food is just ok. Had trouble sleeping because the walls do not stop much noise from the rooms beside. The room that buts up to the bed had someone in there that snored. And we could clearly hear it in our room all F-ing night, both nights. I would hit the wall and it would not stop. Horrible stay. Very disappointed, will not stay here again. The staff was nice though.

We have stayed at this hotel many times while our son plays at USA Baseball Training Complex. Staff is super nice. Rooms lack drawer space. Rooms got plenty cold during the days but at night not so much. We received a 'ticket' each day for parking even though we registered our car on the app. Personally I feel that we should not have to register our car on an app & that if we provide a license plate to the hotel upon check-in that should be enough. Just extra steps that really aren't needed.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday. Overall the hotel is nice and most of the staff were friendly. My biggest concern was housekeeping. No one came to clean our room, give us fresh towels, or take out the trash. Maybe because it was Christmas and they were short staffed. I’m not sure. However, we liked the hotel bartender. He was really kind, professional, and friendly.

The thermostat was easy to find and adjust (which has been an issue at a lot of hotels I've stayed in!). Breakfast was robust, with heart attack options, and heart healthy options. LOL. Guys, they had fresh blackberries, which are at least $6.99 a pound right now. A couple of cons: There was a $10 per day parking fee which I had never encountered in a hotel outside of a city. To avoid that, you had to sign up to be a Hyatt member and go through a rather complicated QR code parking validation process. And the hotel is near enough to the airport that it's in the flight path, so you can hear planes coming and going. Fortunately, I brough ear plugs--highly recommend doing that. But overall, it was a great experience. Staff was super helpful and friendly (Dulove was especially charming and proud of this highly-ranked Hyatt property). I think this is the first time I stayed at a Hyatt property, and I would definitely choose a Hyatt again.

The studio king room was amazing and what we needed for our stay.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. However when the room was serviced, dirty dishes were left, and the dirty linens were left in the hall. I had to ask twice (hours apart) to have them removed. I have pics of this issue being repeated down the hall. Staff were nice, engaging and professional, but what was going on with housekeeping?

I really like we could get hotel shuttle to Walmart and the room offers plates cups and a mini stove. It was not fancy but pretty convenient with airport shuttle too on the other hand points downs because we did not got our room clean during our stay

Very pretty. Clean. Lots of grassy areas for the dog. Problem is you cannot find it. GPS says you have arrived and the building is not there. It’s hidden somewhere in the complex of buildings. Need some sort of signage on the curb. I had to go into another hotel and ask where this one was.

We came in for a local event, thought the 12 PM check out was perfect since we knew we’d be getting in late so we were not expecting someone to be so loud and inconsiderate. I would have expected security to walk the floors to minimize noise issues.

This bed was as comfy as previous but still a very nice stay. Bed felt more used/ not as new, as did pillows. Breakfast was very good and complimentary water at front desk was good.

Really nice hotel with modern look. Really impressive breakfast spread with french toast, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, granola, yogurt and fruit.

Convenient hotel

The room is big and good in size for a family of 4. However our whole stay was affected by a foul smell in our room and entire hallway in 3rd floor. We had to change our room twice due to AC issue and bad smell. Even with third room the smell was evident right outside of door and certainly it was disgusting as it percolated to some part of our room when we opened door. Overall we are not happy with this hotel as we had hard time managing our stay. Will never visit and never recommend to any of our friends.

The bed was very comfortable. Room w/ kitchenette was spacious. It was quiet. Decor is a little dark and boring compared to similar hotels. There are some eateries and an Indian grocery market and boutique within walking distance. The area felt safe and the hotel and room were clean. Overall, good for a night if just need a comfortable nights sleep near the airport.

Did not expect to pay $10 a day for parking. I had to sign up for their rewards program to avoid the fee. This isn't NYC or DC where you would expect to pay. And the parking lot was only 10% filled. The free breakfast could use some help. Cold eggs are risky to eat. No cream cheese or butter for your bagel. Will find somewhere else next time.

I checked in smoothly and my credit card was charged. I let them know my parents would be arriving later and left their names. My parents flight was delayed and they ended up arriving at 2am. When they got to the hotel, the lady at reception told them their was a problem wirh my credit card (which had already been charged) and instead of trying to help and let them into the room, called me in the middle of the night while I was asleep and made me come down to pass my card again. She gave me no option of arranging everything the next morning. That isn't good guest service. The system's error isn't her fault, but it indeed was her unwillingness to help.

I would give this hotel a 5 star BUT you have to pay for parking - the only parking in front of this hotel is owned by a 3rd party - it was a nightmare to scan their QR and wait for the code which took forever and then pay $10 a day - we had two cars (so $40 for both for two days) but still got a nasty note on one of the cars - saying we did not pay and the hotel staff had to deal with that for us.

First night front facing room was flooded with light from the large streetlights out front - blinds did not cover entire window. The second night - staff accommodated a move to different room. Walls are very thin - could hear neighbors on both sides ALL NIGHT until 1:30am, then noise started again at 4am. The Hyatt properties have an amazing breakfast, and a fair selection of items to order from the bar restaurant. There are a handful of dining options within walking distance of this hotel, as well. The airport shuttle is on time, and other than the above-mentioned issues, I would recommend.

This spot is Brand Spankin’ Clean. Friendly staff but Clean. Spacious room with kitchenette and large fridge, but Clean!!! Finally found a spot to stay when visiting Raleigh, NC that’s Super Clean & 6 min from Airport!!! A Must Stay!

Really nice stay. Be warned there is a $10 a day parking fee and they are going to place a $50 hold on your card that will be there for about a week. Second, I can't believe that rooms on the second floor have frosted windows with no view of outside because the architect designed the building putting the Entrance overhang directly across the window view. These rooms should be used as a last resort or at a discounted price. Very disappointed.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Hyatt House, to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay.

I stay here every time I’m in the area. The rooms are great for working and relaxing. Plus, Fount Coffee (next door) is the best coffee shop! Lots of healthy dining options nearby.

COMFORTABLE STAY

Great value. Nice property and good service. Not thrilled about paying for parking, but it was only $10/day and free if you signed up for the loyalty program. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The property itself is great, the staff was wonderful. The only two issues with the stay was the parking and the room sounded like a train horn in a wind tunnel. The parking lot is massive and open but they charge you to park each night and that was expensive over four days.

This was an amazing experience for a staycation and “love” weekend! Zoe, the front desk receptionist was beyond accommodating i.e, asked where would like to be located in hotel, provided detailed logistics about the hotel, surrounding areas, and just overall patient with us and other hotel guests! We will be back..btw, our room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything that we would need!
