    Stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton for nine nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, especially Adrian and Nate and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The kitchenette and extra space made it feel more like a home than a hotel. Great option if you need a longer stay or just want a little more room to relax. Would definitely stay again.

    The staff was wonderful! The evening and overnight front desk staff were very apologetic for the uncleanliness of my room and hotel in general. They made the stay better with their upbeat personalities. It was not clean. I had to move rooms when we arrived because the bathroom was disgusting,, specifically the toilet and shower.

    Only complaint was that the pool was under maintenance during our stay. Thankfully we could use the pool at the sister hotel, however with an infant and toddler it was a hassle to drive there so we only used the pool once when we were hoping to use it multiple times.

    it was so clean and and spacious, cute and honestly so much nicer and fancier than I expected for the price. It was very exciting to see how nice it was!!! stay for one night, but it was amazing pool was closed for maintenance, but that wasn’t their fault. it’s okay! Just how it happened.     I was very pleased with our stay here. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the hotel and a nice swim in the warm indoor pool in the afternoon! Thank you to all the staff!

Some of the people that were seen going in and out of the hotel during my stay were questionable in their intentions of being there.The outdoor sitting areas definitely need upgrading and a thorough cleaning.No decorative images outside (only large flowerpots full of dirt and cigarette butts)cigarette butts all over the cement floor,dead leaves imbedded in the artificial turf.Outdoor pillows were stained and flat.Definitly time to throw them away.

    We brought a dog and fir the start. The guy who checked us in was loud and animated. We put the dog on the reservation.. we were moved after first night, which was fine. The day guy was loud and referral deducted me loudly in front of 20 guest. About my dog. I told him I understand. He kept rolling his head and saying g arms. People around lobby looked uncomfortable. He was unprofessional and rude. I did not argue. Just told him that I understood. Noone could produce the forms to sign for the dog and told me it was 75.00 fine. Will still use your hotels just not this location. I realize my dog did bark and I was willing to leave, your rep did not need to be so animated and loud.

    Shower was nasty and I requested several times that someone come to the room and clean it instead of having repack everything and move to another room. I spoke to several workers and pretty much wasted my time. Nothing got resolved. I should not have had to pay full price! Never again will I book at the location.

    Yes, it was a clean and safe environment. It waa my first stay, but it will not be my last. One of the better indoor pools that I've been in asxfar as temp and cleanliness. Staff was very customer friendly and helpful. Especially, the host Adrian.

    They gave us the wrong room type when we got there. It was late, and an unnecessarily long process to get into the correct room at 10pm. Then the pull out couch did not have the bedding, which required another trip to lobby. The room needs refreshing, with sticky stains throughout the carpet. The “free”breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel in recent years. The front desk staff never spoke to us, after staying 4 nights, aside from our arrival night. Even when I tried to check out, it seemed to be a bother to them. I will make many more trips to Raleigh, but I will never stay here again.

    Being located by the airport, I figured this hotel would naturally be used more compared to other locations, but that still should not affect the degree of cleanliness each guest experiences. I know hotels never fully clean anything in between guests, but the room I had blatantly reiterated this fact. From hair in multiple places inside and outside of the shower, to the darkly stained shower floor that I know could be remedied with some Comet and a lot of eblow-grease to foreign hairs in the bed sheets and sticky, red residue on the night stand in between the beds, I knew without a doubt the room had not been cleaned. My partner and I pushed the mattresses forward looking for a personal item we lost only to find other's dropped belongings behind the bed. More evidence of just how little cleaning is done in between each stay. Then the mattresses of both beds were visibly sunken in the middle and the air conditioner half worked the entire time, which led to me doing more waking up and sweating last night than actually sleeping comfortably. Perhaps the only good thing was that the front desk attendant was pleasant at check-in. Outside of that, this stay was a complete disappointment for me, and I now know to avoid this place at all costs next time.

    I reserved two rooms from September 6-7. One room for me and my grandson, the other was for my son, his wife and my granddaughter. My son informed me today that he had to call the desk 3 times until 4 am to complain about loud screaming, music , vulgar language and other inappropriate behavior which could be heard with my 7 yr old IN THE ROOM! My son was in room 311 and the disgusting behavior was taking place in room 309. I paid over $300 for this reservation and now they have a return visit there for a NON-REFUNDABLE room and believe me when I say this is the last hotel they want to spend another night. I believe Hilton should do something to compensate for the aborhent behavior they had to go through. I would appreciate a direct contact phone call to discuss my complaint.

    I enjoyed my mini vacay. I did have one issue in regards to a noise complaint at 2p. That was very weird & I didnt understand nor appreciate the other guest with this complaint. The staff was understanding seeming how it was 2p. If your looking for quiet at 2p on a Saturday get an AirBnB all to yourself. All the staff was very polite & had amazing Customer service skills. One particular Front Desk member by the name of Adrian. He went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable. As well as his recommendations on restaurants with great service & quality food were on point. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    They advertise that they have free airport shuttle but that’s a lie. They have a contract with the airlines and only crew are allowed on the shuttle between 4:30 AM - 7:00 AM so if you have a morning flight you are out of luck. You have to pay $25-$30 for an uber to go 4.5 miles. They shouldn’t advertise a free airport shuttle if they don’t actually give guests rides when crews are there. They even lied to me and told me they had a big party and there were no seats. In actuality, they only had 4 crew members on the shuttle at the time I wanted to go. They had plenty of room! I’ll never stay there again because of this.

    I called Expedia and they quickly said they would be willing to refund our reservation, just needed the hotel to approve it.     I called Expedia and they quickly said they would be willing to refund our reservation, just needed the hotel to approve it.     Unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel is the location. There was a $50 deposit that I wasnt informed about when I purchased the reservation or at the desk, the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. We heard loud noises the whole stay and when I went to check out I had to wait 15 minutes for a employee to come to the front desk.

    I enjoyed my stay, however the floor of the shower looks very dirty, like they need to use a scrub brush and bleach when getting in the cracks on the shower floor. Also our floor had big piles of trash near the elevator that was stinky and had been there for over 2 days .

    Apparently there were some kids directly above us that were full court basketball ( or so it sounded) but around 2:30 am they settled down. However, apparently they got hungry in the middle of the night and burnt some food in the microwave, thus setting off the fire alarm and having all guest exit the building until the fire dept could secure the alarms. Again, no fault of the facility, but it’s not what you want to do or anything you want to deal with as a hotel guest.

    The room we booked was supposed to have two queen beds, a pullout sofa and be able to sleep six per the website description. Upon check-in, our room only had at Baas two double beds and no pullout sofa. We were a family of five and picked this room because it said that it would sleep six comfortably. This resulted in one of my children having to sleep on the floor when we called the front desk to ask why we did not get the room that we paid for they said that some of the rooms were renovated, and the pullout sofas were not put into those rooms and unfortunately, all of the rooms that had two double beds and a pull out sofa or blocked. Thankfully, we were able to DoorDash, but that was not an expense that we were looking to pay as we booked a hotel that claim to have fresh hot breakfast. The next morning after checkout, who once again brought up the room and nothing was offered for compensation for the wrong room being one advertised and two given to a family that was traveling with five individuals. We will not be returning guest of this hotel.

    At first we arrived and found easy parking and close to Walmart if you need anything. Luggage rack available but slide door broke. We were checked in to the wrong room but the front desk fixed very easily. The reason I booked here again was last time the pool was sooo warm, you could just walk in and float around and not be chili...this time is was so much cooler, still easy to get in but had to keep moving. Clean property and room. Easy parking. Lil snack area. We missed breakfast. Close to our event. Could hear our neighbors, but they were quite loud.

A walmart was literally walking distance from the hotel property. I would only change there being only 1 staff member on shift at night. Because when or if there's and emergency or a room needs immediate help theres only so much that 1 staf member can do with out leaving the front desk. All other experiences was perfect.

    The room is very dark. There is very poor lighting in the sitting area, near the desk and by the bed. The breakfast was lousy. Dried out two day old sausage biscuits. Upon checkin there was no one manning the desk and I had to wait a good 10 minutes

    Safety is definitely a plus. The hotel is designed to protect the guest and the rooms were definitely clean and quiet. I checked in late due to my busy schedule and my room type was changed by staff. The night clerk was frustrated and expressed it openly which I felt lacked professionalism for a place that seemed to have high standards, otherwise my stay was decent.

    The property looked fine from the outside but once we got into the room several things caught our attention. There was a dark crack in the tub, a hole in the wall left unpatched by the toilet and the tub drained slowly. Bits of paper on the carpet throughout the main room. The windows were dirty. The blinds gears were all exposed and lamps were missing bulbs. The pillow cases were very thin and very wrinkled. Normally we would have asked to be moved but the front desk was staffed by a trainee who was trying but obviously inexperienced. Her trainer was pleasant at check in but it was nearly midnight and we had business in the morning and decided to just sleep and bring these problems to your attention later. Also, we were told at check in that breakfast was from 6-10 but found out the next morning that it was 6-9. Because of the number of things we noticed were wrong it made us afraid to use anything else that appeared normal. We wondered if the coffeemaker was dirty etc. We stayed at a Hilton property in Washington DC just one week ago and it was very satisfactory and part of the reason we chose this hotel. We’re not at all confident that Hilton is the hotel chain we will search for in the future

This is a Hilton property, besides being filthy the pool was close (only reason we booked it there) the second room was as bad. These pics I have would give you chills. The next morning there was no breakfast either because someone was sick. Are you kidding me. First piece of advice don’t book thru a third party. If I did not have my son with me I would have left this place without a refund and gone somewhere else. Hilton should be ashamed. Don't stay here. I decline to make any more comments.

Not sure why it is configured this way as most hotels allow the fan to be run continuously. Also the breakfast choices were very limited, with hot choices consisting of only breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Also the breakfast area is small and will easily get crowded if there are a lot of guests eating at once.

    I was in town to catch a college football game. I had arrived at noon to meet friends staying here as well. They would allow early check-in, but blocked a room on the 3rd floor, as the desk clerk knew it would be midnight before I was able to return. Got a phone call during the 1st quarter of the game from a male manager, they had given my room away. What was the point in making a reservation if they would give the room away. Set me up at a hotel over 5 miles away. When i notified the desk clerk this was unacceptable, after tail-gating throughout the day, and now having to get to the other hotel. She simply states, I can help you with that, if you want to keep the other room, you’ll have to go the 5 plus miles to the other hotel.     I was in town to catch a college football game. I had arrived at noon to meet friends staying here as well. They would allow early check-in, but blocked a room on the 3rd floor, as the desk clerk knew it would be midnight before I was able to return. Got a phone call during the 1st quarter of the game from a male manager, they had given my room away. What was the point in making a reservation if they would give the room away. Set me up at a hotel over 5 miles away. When i notified the desk clerk this was unacceptable, after tail-gating throughout the day, and now having to get to the other hotel. She simply states, I can help you with that, if you want to keep the other room, you’ll have to go the 5 plus miles to the other hotel. If you don’t want the room there, I just call them and cancel it. Very dissatisfied with this. I will never book another room with Home2 Suites. When we get to the other hotel, our option is a room with 2 Queen beds or a King Suite.

    Room was not ready when I arrived to check in but one was ready after 20-30 minutes. Shower head had mildew on it. Rooms are large and very comfortable.

    The staff was rude. I booked an accessible room with 2 Queen beds. The room did not have an accessible bathroom (could barely get the wheelchair in the bathroom, no grab bars by the toilet. When I informed the front desk, I was told it was accessible, so I asked the individual to come with me and look (attitude was horrible). When she saw that the room was not accessible, she then changed her attitude. She put me in another room and said I would not be charged anything additional. Upon check out the next morning the new desk person was very rude and said I would need to pay the additional amount and said I could call the manager. I called several times that day and finally was able to speak with the manger and was told I would not be charged anything additional. the manager was kind and apologetic. Cannot recommend this hotel due to the front desk staff.

    Everything you want in a hotel. Clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, hallways and rooms were all very clean. Convenient location if you need to go between Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas. There are dining options a short drive away.

    We were disappointed by how much noise we could hear from other people in the rooms. We could hear the people in the next room. And we had trouble with the upstairs, with children running around and jumping up and down from the furniture. I did call the front desk the next night and they did contact the people renting the room and the noise did stop, for the most part. On Sunday morning, there was not a lot of variety for breakfast, as there was the day before

    Only had a brief overnight stay before flying out from RDU. I found the staff all helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean, including common areas. The fitness centre was excellent by hotel standards, and the free laundry was very useful! Easy to walk to groceries, walmart and places to eat and only a short shuttle ride to the airport. I had stayed at a different hotel on my way in to town and was booked to stay there for my return. The other hotel was so poor, that I cancelled my return trip and booked Home2 Suites instead. I'm glad I did and I would stay here any time I was back in town.

    The grounds and parking lot were very clean and manicured. We used the no contact check in but any employee we seen was very friendly. The room was wonderful! Spacious and very clean. We will definitely be staying there on any return trips

    Very nice variety on the breakfast bar. Pool was closed due to a maintenance issue, but we were offered a shuttle to a sister hotel so we could use that pool. Room was clean, spacious, and inviting.

    Tamika was extremely friendly when we arrived. She let us know that we were on the floor where all the Airport employees sleep and to be cautious of our noise level, we appreciated that as we had our, sometimes noisy, Maltese dog with us. Everything was clean and the pool was warm. Loved having the free laundry facility. We were driving 20 hours from Kansas and didn't want to have an extra bag of dirty clothes so it was nice to be able to wash our clothes before we left. Every staff member we came in contact with was nice!

    The whole experience was Horrible! The room was not clean ther was a stain on the couch. The room had a musty old smell. We asked to change rooms and they said that the smell was paint and the whole hotel was being renevated and they all smelled like that. Wall paper was peeling off the wall. We ended up leaving before even unloading and going to another hotel and the staff didn't even care.

    The staff at this location are excellent, especially Tameka (Front Desk Agent). The room was very clean as well as the pool area. There were many breakfast options as well (from start to finish)! We’ll definitely be back to this location!!
